semi new. good condition overall but the outside was a little dirty, It was difficult to see and find from the road. A lot of trees and buildings and a maze parking lot to get to the hotel.

The breakfast was good and it was a good location. The pool wasn't attended to for towels and the elevator to pool area was usually wet,. They need some rubber mats or something to help with a slippery floor.

It was close to both my family and downtown Austin without being in the middle of the city. It was also close to some good cafes and restraints that accommodated my multiple food allergies. The first room we were in had fleas and we had to request a new room almost as soon as we settled in. How a hotel manages to get fleas is beyond me but as someone with pets back home, I was uncomfortable the rest of my stay for fear of accidentally bringing fleas into my home.

We stayed for the weekend and had a friendly welcome from the staff. The room was clean and smelled freshly cleaned. The breakfast was plenty and a good variety. The coffee was pretty good as well. We will come back to this hotel. Definitely recommend it.

The room was truly enormous, the bed comfortable, and the sofa inviting. Breakfast was fantastic and left nothing to be desired.The buffet changes every two days so that there is definitely some variety. Since the hotel isn't directly on the highway, it was very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants just around the corner, all within easy walking distance. Parking was plentiful, and the internet worked perfectly. The hotel is located just outside of Austern, but it can be reached quickly in 30 minutes. The trip there is well worth it, and there are also several things to visit in the surrounding area. Nothing to complain

The beds were horrible not comfortable at all. The front desk guy was not nice at all. Then I left a necklace in the bathroom and I called for it and they are saying they didn’t find it and I know I left it on accident. That means the housekeeper kept it and didn’t turn it in. I even asked the lady when I called to ask the housekeepers if they had cause I worked at a hotel before being a housekeeper and we would leave things on our

I rate our stay a 2. We were in town for a memorial for my husband's mother. Got in late (12am) on night and needed fresh towels for the morning showers since housekeeping didn't take care of our entire trip. Devin was a little too legalistic with your "rules" and wouldn't give me towels until I brought him the dirty ones from our room? At 12am? I had to go to the room and gather the dirty towels and bring them back down to the front desk before I could get fresh towels? I was exhausted from the days events and this was the cherry on the cake! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Additionally, the tubs should have anti-slip mats in the tub shower provided in the room and not some obscure sticker on the mirror informing of the option at the front desk. I nearly killed myself with a slippery tub! Lawsuit waiting to happen! The beds were not comfortable and the room stunk like body odor and a musty smell the entire time. Not happy customers.

It’s a Great location near lots of restaurants and the staff is very accommodating. I stay there for a week each year on my visit to Austin and you are only 20-25 minutes from downtown Austin.

I don’t eat meat, so I was pleasantly surprised they had egg whites available. That was a nice touch and definitely appreciated. The location is super convenient. Planet Fitness is about 10 minutes away, 7‑Eleven is just 5 minutes, and H‑E‑B is roughly 5–7 minutes away. Whole Foods Market is about a 20-minute drive, which isn’t bad at all. One of the main reasons I came was for the nearby nature trail, which is only about 10 minutes away. I recommend getting there early (around 6 AM), because later on there’s about a $10 per person fee. There’s also a Whataburger within walking distance for anyone looking for a quick bite. Overall, this is a great property with a great staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff, the location. The hot tub is NOT working. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website or reviews. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel because it had a Jacuzzi and pool. The water was absolutely freezing The elevator buttons don't seem to work at times too. The room was great but beds were uncomfortable and pillows were not fluffy.

The elevator was in poor condition, and it was difficult to press the button for the second floor. Guests also have to trade in used towels at the front desk to receive new ones and must request room cleaning rather than it being provided automatically. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and based on my experience, I will likely look for another place to stay next time.

The check in staff was amazing. They gave us some really good resturant recommendations but the shower water was very slimy . No matter how much or less soap we used the eater was always slimy. I paid for 2 rooms for the kids and their water was the same way. We did not geel clean after our shower and our skin had a terrible reaction to the water. Im not sure whats going on with this hotel but maybe invest a little better to help your customers feel comfortable. Also the hot tub was done both days we stayed which is why we booked it in the first place. For example, the soap is soooo filmy you literally have to rub it off with the towel or else your hands will stay slimy. The same soap is used in the shower and makes the shower floor super slippery. Don’t even dare shower without a bath mat (available upon request) or a towel on the floor. My son was slipping and sliding all over, i thought he was goofing around at first. My husband and I almost slipped reaching for our towels. the pillows seem nice at first but are so heavy and deflated afterwards, i wonder if we are just sleeping on every guests dead skin cells, that Camecame before us. playing at first. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I always enjoy it. The only reason it received four stars in a couple of areas is because they are actually investing in the property and doing a few upgrades so you just have to be careful to make sure you don’t trip over the carpet or something like that. I’m very happy to see what they’re doing and I can’t wait for my next Stay here. always a friendly staff Fantastic breakfast and they have a great snack area. The rooms are always clean and quiet.

The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned and there was residue throughout. There was a lot of hair in the sheets.

I'm 70 years old and invited my 75 yo sister for a 5 day respite. Ha! This was among my top worst hotel stays ever. The facility was in mediocre shape, the back hallway exit near rm #102 was blocked (who knows why,) and the smell of the glue, flooring, and garbage was awful. I reported a "wet carpet smell to desk clerk Tues. night and Saturday it was still there. No baseboards? No Business Center? Just an unbooted computer in lobby. Housekeeper was kind. Cook was cordial, food was bland. For $575.00 I expected much more. 😳

While the hallways were not the nicest looking (it seems they’re doing renovations), the room was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. We’ve stayed here several times primarily because we enjoy their breakfast and because we know we’ll have suitable accommodations. We also enjoy that there are several food options as well as an HEB so close by.

The elevator was dirty and the button loghts didn't work. The 2nd floor continued to be dirty and trashed with a potential remodel. The room was dated. The chairs has dust in the cushions. The king sized bed was hard. Then the shower. OMG! Ive never had to take a washcloth to clean a showerhead before. Filthy with mold. The corners of the tub was moldy and the assist bars were jacked up. And of course the tub didnt drain... Then with this being in the heat of TX, i tried to hydrate. 1st with the water in the fitness room.Then the cold water they offered in the lobby. Both had a nasty taste. Definitely not filtered. Not what i expected from a Holiday Inn.

The stay overall was good. The bed was very firm and the pillows went flat as soon as your head hits the pillow. They must of been renovating because room numbers weren't hung up and it looked like fresh paint in the hallway. We had an issue of having the wrong type of room but the night audit at the desk fixed it quickly which I really appreciate his help.

Staff was friendly and the locations was great! Has a good amount of things that are close by and was easy to get in and out of the property. Really liked the covered patio for the pool, as well the covered parking lot that’s under the hotel!!! It was a very safe place to stay at! Great for a girls trip!!!

I had an amazing stay with my fiance. The rooms were cleaned. Anytime I needed towels i got them easily. The breakfast was delicious with different choices and the lobby staff was very accommodating and present. Even parking was easy to find.

It looked like there was some construction happening on the floor we were on. The air conditioner didn't work properly and only cooled if you had it on constant fan.

I liked the breakfast. I did not like the fact that the bathroom towel I user had a hair and bathtub. The bathtub had stains and had a crack of 3 inches. My room outside gave a bad appearance including by the elevator. The elevator you had to press several times before it took you up or down.

There were dirty rugs in the lobby and first floor. The beds were uncomfortable but the staff was wonderful. The breakfast delightful and the hot tub a plus.

My family had an amazing stay. The staff was very friendly and helped with whatever you needed. The king size bed and pull out couch werent the best comfort. The pool was beyond freezing to the point of not being able to use it but it was still fun with the hot tub. The water pressure in the shower wasnt the best but still did its job.

On the day we checked out the front desk told me they asked housekeeping and they told them they didn't take any money and that he believed his staff, pretty much called me a liar and said we had to have misplacedthe money. On the second day they had kids and other people not in uniform helping clean the rooms so really how would they know who really was in the room. Would not recommend due to can't trust staff in room.

Stay was great. Pajeet at the front desk was very helpful, he should get a raise. Only problem is the 100 dollar hold for 5 to 7 business days. The turned around should be much quicker if using debit card. Some of us don't use credit cards, and that is straining and unacceptable for 5 to 7 business days to get refunded 100 dollars.

Felt comfortable at the property and it was nice for the price I paid.

The world has changed with technology and yet, one needs to go and switch on one light bulb at a time.. The bathroom shower knob was loose/broken. I asked for a wakeup call - they didn't call..But when it was time to leave, they were quick to call and wake me up by calling my cell even 🙄. Not happy with the amount of money I had to pay 😔

Other then the bed and pillow being a bit stiff they over stay was amazing! The staff was incredible and it was clean and nice .

Overall good

The staff was very nice and accommodating and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was decent as far as included meals go. It was nice to have a coffee pod machine and microwave in the room as well. There was always fresh fruit, rolls and there was a pancake machine for the included lobby breakfast. I did not try any of the restaurants in walking distance but there were plenty of them. It definitely served the purpose and was reasonably priced. If your looking for a clean, safe place to stay with comfortable beds then I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express Four Points.

Absolutely amazing deal! Excellent price for a very nice hotel! We will be staying here again several times over the next couple months! Definitely recommend!!

I just have to say 5 stars for Tyler he was the best employee to help me with my situation. Seriously amazing customer service!! Super clean facility, and beautiful amenities. As well as its so nice to be walking distance of restaurants, breakfast and a close drive to downtown.

Very nice. Breakfast was great and lots of options and friendly staff.

Good place to stay with family. Elevator was not working at that time, so we use stair to carry our luggage. Breakfast was ok in my opinion, not many option. Plastic cup was to small and flimsy. But overall was a nice experience for 4 night stay.

Staff members desk check in were so kind and friendly. We so appreciated our house keeping ladies sweet conversations and smiles all around I stay in many properties even internationally and this property is at the top of my choices.

Nice staff and super service

We absolutely loved our stay. We are in shock at the low price for such a nice hotel. Everything was great. The room was spacious, incredibly quiet and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had some great options and even included Greek yogurt and chocolate milk. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub looked good although we didn't use it. The fitness room is small but it worked for the two of us. The location is great...near lots of shops and Lake Travis. The service was excellent. I highly recommend it.
