Rude staff, did not have the room we reserved, had to buy an air mattress for my son to sleep on, dirty room, smelled like cigarettes and weed throughout the hotel. Do not stay.

Had issue first night, room flooded from room above us and above them. Spent 3 plus hours mopping room. Was moved to another room for the night then back to our room. Next morning we had to clean up our room, after that no problems.

I really liked this place. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful considering she seems to deal with difficult guests at times. The room was very clean as well as the entire building. The only issue I had was if you ran out of toilet paper at night there was not an extra roll in the room and no one would be on staff to supply you with one. They should put a sign on the wall coming out of the elevator showing arrows on which way to go to get to your room. They should also have automatic doors that go into the lobby for those with luggage. I would stay here again anytime.

It wasn't that the room wasn't clean or anything it's just the staff members when I tried to rebook the room said I was only paying $50 and then come to find out I was paying 93 and weren't being honest and didn't even try to charge me the whole thing at once and instead did two separate charges which in the end made it cost more than it was supposed to cost.

The kitchen set was good. The stove was a little small. The parking areas was very well lite up. Only one lady rubber me the wrong way, but we stayed here for a month. Eveyone else was very nice.

I have been here for over a month and I am very pleased . Very nice rooms with a full size refrigerator and two burner stovetop and a full size microwave. Very nice, large laundry facility, too.

My husband came in on the 15th of September was told we're not allowed to come back to any InTown suites!! I've tried to contact the corporate office about this!! You guys still charged my husband, cancel our stay yourself, said we're staying there. We NEVER stayed there. This isn't right how this business, property's are being ran!! What happened to my little family is dead wrong!!! I want to speak to someone very high with the INTOWN SUITES PLEASE, THANKS

For a hotel studio suite, it is a nice size and has a big window that lets light in,even on the north sids of the build8ng. I.,however, do not like that after the initial check in you can not get clean towels or TP, you have tp wash your own , but price wise it is reasonable, and maybe that is why,

People who aren't registered to stay there sleep in the entryway or the lobby if they're let in. Heavy drug and alcohol use all around, and I was followed around by one of the guests without my permission!

Book it for 5 days. Spent 30 mins in the room and booked myself another room in a different hotel because this hotel will not refund you if you change your mind due to unclean facilities. This is a non smoking hotel and the room reeked of cigarettes. My suitcase still smells like the room and I was only in it for 30 mins. Absolute worst.

My experience here declined significantly over time. Too many trespassers on the property and sleep in the entryway or on the couch if they’re let in, most of them drunk or high. There’s also a number of residents who behave in ways that compromise safety. One actually harassed and followed me off the property!

Complete games. Website says one price, then the desk increases it by $40. It says there's a military discount available but zero ability to access it....and no one says it exists, even when presented with their own website. No one knows what going on, rooms get rented at premium pricing with the majority of said "premium" room being non functional. 1 electrical outlet that works for the whole room. A completely busted out door frame that had my door opening wide in the middle of the night by itself. And then blamed for the shenanigans of the people ACROSS THE HALL who got the police called......I wasn't even on the property at that time but have now been DNRd? I have pictures and Uber reciepts. Make it make sense.

Beware. Pictures look good but you will be shocked if your expecting a hotel like environment. Bad check-in customer service. Interesting characters coming in and out at all times of day and night. Also Beware of paper thin walls where you will hear some crazy stuff. Wasn't expecting this type of environment. I booked 4 nights but Ran away after 3.

The customer service was great. The worker at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. He knew we had traveled from out of town and upgraded us to a 2bedroom suite for no charge. The suite was very nice. We loved the seperate 2 bedrooms and full kitchen and the price was crazy cheap for what we got. I paid $140 for two nigts for a 2bedroom suite. Thats rare to find that price for the great quality! I was super impressed and would definitely return again!

This property is surrounded by drug addicts and alcoholics not in a very good neighborhood at all. There was a woman in the lobby going through withdrawals.

Room was less than to satisfactory. My gf wouldn’t even stay with me. Lots of traffic in the parking lots cars coming and making drops and picking up products. Very busy outside and looked unsafe for a women to enter alone.

Flight was delayed and I was later than I expected getting there - I got there around 10pm and found the lobby locked, and there was a phone number on the door that stated to call after hours the property attendant, I did and the guy told me I couldn't sign in and rudely told me I had an 8 hour window in which to do that, 11am-7pm, I have never heard of such a thing at a hotel, I explained my flights were delayed many hours, and he told me that sucked! The motel is a welfare motel as well, it was obvious from the scumbags hanging around the parking lot and smoking, and the fact people clearly we're not just staying but living there... so glad I didn't stay there in the end, but the hotel who did not make the 11-7 check-in window known to me before my stay, still charged me for a nite when they wouldn't let me into the building to check in!

For a low cost stay in Aurora, it is OK. If staying more than one day, be prepared to bring your own supplies like soap and toilet paper. It is more like an apartment than a hotel where you live without hotel services. The room was clean and had good electrical and USB hookups. The internet metered slow but was stable and worked well.

The fact that check-in ends at 6 pm was not communicated AHEAD of making the reservation. My flight didn't land until 8 pm, and I was charged for the room even though I was unable to even check-in at the hotel. The hotel grounds were falling apart, and it is is a shady part of town. 100% do NOT recommend staying here. There is a reason it was on the cheap end.

Staff was nice. Stairwell smelled like someone threw up in there. Halls smelled bad. The room was actually nice. In need of some repairs but nice. But has an early flight out the next morning so B only stayed for one night. Prob won’t be doing that again

The staff tried hard, front desk was nice but weary. Housekeeper for my room tried hard and they all need a raise. Looked into a couple open rooms while coming & going, how anyone could trash a hotel room so badly! Elevator is broken, the lobby is locked except 11-7, it’s just a scary place. Bathroom is large, great hot water and shower head.

Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after 7:00. The doors were locked. I called and talked to the night manager. He refused to let us in and then the company refused to give me a refund. We we couldn't find a room anywhere and ended up sleeping in the airport. Worst experience ever.

They don't provide toilet paper....they clean your room only once a week....staff is rude...the whole place smells bad. Their elevator is not working for a long time now and they expect you to haul your luggage up the stairs yourself..they don't help or have any sort of cart/luggage dolly to help you. One staff member asked me for $50 to help me bring my bags from my room to the uber car....it is ridiculous!! They should be offering elderly people help without asking for money since it's their elevator that is not working. Horrible place!!!! Don't ever stay there

We were late to check-in. Able to finally get a hold of the 'night' person. Denied room. So many people just hanging around in the parking lot. Felt like we were trying to check in to a homeless shelter. Felt very unsafe.

The front desk hours were only 3 PM until 6 PM which was noted in fine print on the website. The hotel never called to ask where I was or make any arrangements for a late check-in and would not issue a refund. Do not bother with this property as they offer zero flexibility. Hotels.com will also stand with the property and will not advocate for you or offer any account credits. Buyer beware!

Positives: good location near shopping and restaurants. Great diner right next door. Good parking. Cost is very reasonable. Cons: the place reeks of weed, at least on 3rd floor. Also too many late night arguments.

I like that the rooms were new refurbished and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms aren’t very sound proof so we felt as though we had to whisper because we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly. I wished I had been more aware of the check in process before booking as you have to check in in person before 6:30 or 7 in order to pay, after that the lobby is closed so I had to print off and sign paperwork since I wasn’t sure if we would get to the location in time! That was mostly my fault but I want others to be aware. The lobby elevator went out on our first day there and then the elevator closest to our room also went out during our 2 day stay there haha maybe just a coincidence. Again I appreciate all the staff and manger that helped us get our reservation and checked in!
