    AT 2:30 AM, SOMEONE LUTERALLY WALKED INTO MY ROOM, BY JUST TURNING THE DOOR HANDLE!!!! GOOD THING I HAD THE SAFETY LOCK ENGAGED!!! AND 30 MINS LATER, THE SAME PERSON CAME BACK BANGING ON MY DOOR!!! I AM REQUESTING A REFUND, AND WARNING EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

    The staff was great but the area was a little “scary” for me .. as there was quite a bit of movement late into the evenings. Also.. this was the first time I had to walk to a gas station to get shampoo! .. lol.. they did not offer any bathroom supplies except for towels and toilet paper. Kind of a bummer!

    The staff was great to deal with. The property was older, but it was nice to have a refrigerator, stove and kitchen sink. I checked in between 10 and 11 pm and the staff was very nice, but I was initially put off by all of the people sitting outside on the walkways/balcony's throughout the complex in their foldable chairs and loud music coming from cars in the parking. I'm guessing they were staying at the location long term? They didn't really bother me and I didn't notice the noise once I was inside. It was fine but made me feel a bit uncomfortable at first.

    Close to Children's hospital, Maverick gas stain & interstate Had a hard time getting in my room because of the door being broken and not functioningproperly. No deadbolt lock for safety. The people stomping around upstairs and moving furniture all night and day. Feeling like they were going to crash through the ceiling and because there No security i felt complaining would jeopardize my safety. With the amount of aggressive behavior and stomping, slamming, jumping and falling going on upstairs. . The mattress was stained really bad and smelled. It looked like someone was laying on the bed before I got there and wasn't made properly. There was someone else's trash in the trashcan. The soap was out of the package and looked used. It looked like a used rag was on top of it. The stove looked like a fire hazard and the knobs were burned. From past used. The only real convenience of the facility is location and price. My step son is at children's getting treatment it was close but I think I'll pay more for safety and cleanliness next time we're down for treatment. The day staff was kind and great the night time staff was nice but felt like I woke her up and inconvenienced her.

    Definitely not a family place for a vacation. We were there 12 hours and during the night other guests were either running down the hap or screaming at each other. There was no soaps or cups for water. It is a bare minimum place. If you like that, then stay here.

    The rooms are substandard. Definitely needs to be renovated. This morning I was returning to the room at 10:35 and my card wouldn't work. The desk person was out monitoring the property. Checkout is at 11:00. I went to get another card and the door was locked. Waited 20 minutes . Maintenance man showed up and let me in my room. My recommendation.....don't walk around the property between the hours of 9 and 11 because if someone's card is locked out.....they won't be able to checkout on time....and may have things to accomplish.

    I’m not sure the room was cleaned WELL before I arrived. Cleaner stains in the shower, stains in the toilet, cracks/holes in the walls, rips in the chair cushions, unswept floors and caked dirt in the vents. Staff were nice and courteous. And the outside of the property looked ok.

    I liked the location it was near a few stores and restaurants I’m walking distance. The deal clerk was very friendly in morning and at night. Also there was nothing to cook with. No pots or pans. The room smelled really weird and people were smoking in the corridors.

    Nothing The housekeeper would barg into my room then accuse me of smoking in the room while she had a lite cigarette in her hand. Then would go down stairs and tell the manager. When I dont even smoke cigarettes. She was rude I had to go in every time I checked in and re clean the room because it looked like it hasn't been done in months. I mopped the floor 3 times and the towels I used were black every time. Then I had to change rooms another time because my room was invested horribly with cockroaches. The next time I checked in my heater was stuck on cold and I couldn't get it turned off, and my door wouldn't lock so it was u locked everything I left the room, also the heater was so bad they filter was so bad I woke up the next morning with 2 swollen eyes I had to go to the Dr. anf get antibiotics. Each time I would complain about something I was told basically there was nothing they could do about at, or claim it on a different department like of that's maintenance job or that's front desk j9b. I have pictures to prove my allegations

    First assigned room had no curtain, the next smelled of pot. The room we stayed in had wood floor warped so much, the bathroom door wouldn't shut. We also went out the door in the evening and the person in next room was smoking pot right outside the door. It is about 20 minutes from the airport (we thought closer). Only stayed one night. Workers were nice, but we wouldn't go back.

    While Jaden was excellent, the policy re: one roll of tp PER WEEK is both unhygienic and not customer-friendly. Having to return towels daily to get fresh towels is also not customer-friendly. Unlkkely yo stay again or recommend to others.

    Truly a very sketchy place… no one was in reception, waited with others in parking lot. Lots of police activity as I arrived, lots of hand written signs threatening eviction if you don’t pay by 11am or leave trash in hallway… group of guys just hanging out on fourth fooor balcony in the cold..general appearance of being unkempt

    Door handle in first room was broken and not clean got locked in the room and had to climb out the window. Power was out for 2 hours. Second room was just as bad not clean pretty sure there was bed bugs. Checked in and checked out within and hour. Should've taken the hint when 2 sheriff's pulled up DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. The only positive about this experience was the front desk staff was nice. My check in started with a creepy older man telling me he was looking for me and following me out of the front office. Neither room key worked so I had to go back down to have them recoded. Once the card worked the door wouldn’t open. My husband had to put all of his weight into the door to get it to unlock. It was obvious this room had been broken into before so I’m not sure why we were given it. The room itself was dingy, old bedspread etc. it was so bad we actually decided to eat the cost and went to another hotel for the night. Do NOT waste your money.

    ⸻ This place was absolutely horrible. The property was dirty—I even took pictures that showed the sidewalk and stair areas had never been cleaned, and the stairs smelled terrible. My room was just as bad. The bathroom floor was uneven, almost like it had flooded at some point. The shower was filthy, with someone else’s pubic hair left behind. The paint on the bathroom walls was peeling badly, possibly from mold. The TV didn’t even work. Overall, the whole place felt run-down and neglected. Honestly, it should be torn down. On top of that, I checked in around 8 PM and had to be up by 2 AM, but I couldn’t get any rest. Around 1 AM a car alarm went off repeatedly for about 30 minutes, and people were slamming doors throughout the night. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

    DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! IT IS FILTHY AND BEAT-UP. Literally duct tape on the furniture, mold in the showers, grease on the walls in the kitchenette. The electrical makes strange and dangerous noises. Empty beer cans, cigarette butts, and what I assume is vomit in the elevator. In 40 yrs of staying all over the world this is the worst place. The only silver lining is the front desk clerk and the overnight security that have good and professional attitudes. (I hope they get hired somewhere else that will appreciate them)

    Rooms were dirty. We didn't even have a shower curtain or soap in one of the rooms. The other shower curtain had mold. There were 5 cockroaches in the shower. Urine on one of the toilets. Our key cards deactivated 3 times while we were there, once when we returned at 11:30 at night, and had to get new keys. No coffee pot. I felt dirty just walking into the rooms. This place should be shut down. The only saving grace is the front office workers. They are amazing and very helpful. Please...DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. You will regret it.

    Upon checking in, we were informed they didn't have a room with 2 queen beds, like we had reserved. So, we had to have two rooms. It wasn't ideal, but they were next to each other, so it worked out. When we walked into our room, the floors were dirty. There were crayons and q-tips and food crumbs on the floor. The beds sheets and comforter had hair and crumbs on them as well. In the kitchenette, there was splattered grease on the wall and counter. The bathroom floor was really soft and it felt like we would fall through whenever we used the restroom. The laminate flooring was all warped and curling up. The soap in the bathroom was open and used. We were given one towel, which ended up actually being the bath mat. And since we checked in later in the evening, 8:45 pm, we couldn't get new towels from the front desk. Their sign states all linen exchanges were to be done between 4:00-9:00 pm. Again, there was hair all over the shower floor. I showered with my slides on and dried off with the bath mat. On the bright side, there was a nice sized apartment size fridge in the room that worked and kept our drinks cold. The room was cheap, $92 per night. And I know I shouldn't expect a lot from a room when its under $100, but least sweep the floors and give us towels, new soap and clean sheets.

    We spent 4 days at the hotel. Not once did someone come in and change out our towels. We had to take the dirty ones and do a “linen exchange” from 4-9. We kept asking for a pillow, but they were only available to housekeeping between 11-3. We were never able be there at that time. The floors were dirty in the room when we got there. There was a cockroach on the bathroom floor. The room had a kitchenette, but not one dish or cup was included….not even a coffee pot. The faucets all leaked and the hot and cold were installed wrong.

    My room was supposed to have a stovetop so I could cook. I purchased $200 in groceries to cook. I tried to cook the next day. The stove didn't turn on. I went to the office and told them about it. They said the maintenance guy was off and their was nothing they could do about it. They wanted to refund me my money but it was going to take 7 business days. I had no other option but to stay the rest of my time there. At check out time I asked if they could take some money off the booking since there was no stovetop. The office manager said no. My food went to waste. They should have moved me to another room with a stovetop. The front desk said they had no rooms available. As a customer I wasn't treated fairly

    Standard low price motel room, but pretty dirty and run down. After walking in the room in bare feet and then taking a shower, I could see the dirt swirling around my feet from the floor. The refrigerator leaked water, and the "stove" is basically a hot plate mounted in a cabinet. The wifi was good though, and the room was pretty quiet.

    Bodily fluids on celing and walls. Walls were dirty and gross. Bed wasnt terrible looking. Tried to take a nap, locked the deadbolt, 5 minutes later an exterminator walked in to the room. Guessing he was there to deal with the roaches in the bathroom. The elevator smelled like someone was smoking in it everytime i got on it. The hand rail was ripped of the wall in the elevator. Toilet wouldnt flush with out taking the tanknlid off and messing with plumming parts. The floor around the toilet was soft and sunken in. I was worried the floor was going to cave in. The other hotel guests were openly doing drugs, selling drugs, buying drugs. Prostitution openly happening. Dried vomit outside of room. Couldnt stay in that situation.

    We did a late checkin (after midnight) and the young man(Landon) there was very polite. He gave us our keys and we went to the room. The lights were on and the door was propped open. We knocked and went in, no one was there but the linnens were on the desk and the bed was not made. We went back down and Landon tried to find us another room, he ultimately had to turn us away due to house keeping issues and not having another room for us. He was very helpful in assisting us get our refund.

    Booked 1 room with 2 queen beds for a family of 4. Checked in, was given a parking pass, and headed up to the room to find that it only had 1 double bed. When we headed down to the lobby to try to remedy the situation, it was hard to communicate with the staff as there was just one person there, and he could not speak English fluently. My daughter was able to converse with him in Spanish and explained that for 4 adults, 1 bed will not work. After this, he got on the phone, and the woman on the other end explained that they were sold out of rooms, and we received the last one. When we asked about reimbursement since we had booked ahead and prepaid for 2 queen beds, she said that we would have to email. We have emailed them, contacted Hotels.com, and called, but did not receive reimbursement. The room itself was fine, but it seemed run-down: the bed was creaky, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the floor had some dirty spots despite everything being clean. Our experience was not good, as we had been stuck in traffic late into the night on our way into Denver and were looking forward to some rest before heading to the airport. Instead, since we all couldn't sleep on one double bed, we had to sleep in our car. We believe that this situation could have been avoided if the property had maintained records of prepaid rooms.

    The place looks nice on the Internet but when you get there it's a different story, it's run down with lots of shady people standing around and then when I went into my room it had a funky smell and was very uneasy with a door that looked like it had been kicked in with the door jam busted out, also the floor in the bathroom was uneven with bad construction, then there's the shady people that hang around outside smoking pot all hours, oh did I mention finding a camera facing the bed in the ceiling.... This place is ghetto.. if I didn't pay upfront on line I would have NEVER stayed and luckily I was by myself without wife and kids

    What’s worse, neither of the rooms had a functioning toilet flush. When we reported this to the front desk at 7:00 AM, we were told that the maintenance team was unavailable and, shockingly, that we were “checking out soon anyway”—as if access to a working restroom isn’t a basic necessity. We were not offered a functioning restroom in any other room either. As a result, we had to leave the hotel early in the morning to use the restroom at a nearby Jack in the Box, which was incredibly inconvenient, unhygienic, and simply unacceptable. This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable on the part of the hotel. We expect better quality and support when booking through Expedia, especially for such basic needs. I am requesting a full refund for this stay and urge Expedia to investigate this property to ensure no other customers are subjected to such a disappointing and distressing experience. Please confirm receipt of this message and let me know the next steps for processing the refund.

    Bare bones, no toiletries, cups or utensils. Puke in the stairwells, no telling how long. Stench, you name it. For a couple of bucks more you can do a whole lot better.

    I should have done better research in booking. That was my mistake but let me save you the trouble… do not stay here. First of all, you had to almost kick the door down to get it open. The room felt dirty, the floors and walls seemed to have never been cleaned. The lighting was dim and flickered when turning on. There was no remote control for the tv so I had nothing to drown out the noise that was happening outside the hotel all night.

    Horrible stay. Not as pictured on website. Cracks between door and outside of property. Thin walls. Loud. Unsanitary and dirty conditions. Uncomfortable beds. Unfinished construction in rooms/lobby/other areas if hotel. Horrible check in process. Limited on late arrivals as there is no staff on site after 11pm. Water stains on celings. No tolietries. Exposed studs in the wall/holes in wall. Not even worth a free stay if offered. Dont waste time or money on this property. Should be a condemed property for dirt/unsanitary appearance. Uncertain on how they are open for business

    The bed had stains that looked like blood, there was no running water in toilet or bathroom sink, a used latex glove on sink, the shower stall had been poorly patched. Grafitti in the room. There were brown spatters on the exterior wall near the elevator

    The door key was not working for a long time and we had to wait for nearly 30 mins to open the door. It was super annoying. The building is old and it was making the automatic door dysfunctional.

    Upon my arrival, I noticed immediately the room was absolutely nothing as advertised. walls and doors dirty furniture damaged and dirty, bed linen-stained. Due to time constraints I had to abandon and cancel my stay here and find a hotel miles away from my destination.

    We arrived late because of a flight delay, relieved to finally have a place to rest, only to be told that due to overbooking our reservation was canceled. It was awful news and poorly handled. According to the app we still had the reservation. If we had known when we got off the plane through the app or a phone call or text we could have made other arrangements instead of showing up to the hotel. I was not impressed.

    I almost laughed when the lady said that they had to check the room for damage before i could get my deposit back. lol. not worth the money i spent even after she said my reservation had been canceled and had to pay more ? i should had run away when she said it was cancelled believe me if i knew the condition of the rooms i would have gone to another hotel . Ended up sleeping in my truck .

    At the time of check in the staff wasn’t in the office and we waited for long. The elevator, office and the room are very old and not clean. Specially our room was very dirty, the shower is moldy, the toilet was very dirty and moldy. And when we flush the toilet it got flooded and all the rooms smelled poop. The sink looks moldy. In general I never see this type of property in my life. Very terrible.

    They have a problem with the keys for some of the rooms. Just be aware, if you’re looking for a cheap place to spend a night or two, then it’s not too bad. But if you’re looking to get your moneys worth, don’t waste your time here.

    Left the property after 1 night due to the unpleasant room. The front desk told was apologetic and said she would refund us the 1 night left we had paid for. However when Expedia called to confirm, no one remembered! Dirty rooms, squeaky mattress, rude staff and poor management. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

    Hed to be escorted to room as the door lock didnt work! A review 8 days before us complained also. Get it fixed! Also most rooms along our side were trashed and being renovated? (Maybe). Toilet seat was so scuffed up. It should have been replaced years ago! We didnt even spend the night there it was so bad!

    Attempting to check in was ridiculous. No one at the front desk nor was I able to call because no one ever answered the phone. Finally found the front desk clerk, who was sitting in her car. Room key did not work throughout my stay, had to continuously ask for desk ckerk to let me in despite repeatedly reprogramming the key card. They have a pest control problem. Reporting issues to have maintenence repairs done was a joke. Refrigerator was lukewarm, the whole room smelled horrid, stove did not work, microwave was missing the glass plate. I had car trouble to where I had to work on the car to get it going. It wouldn't start so I'm fixing it in the parking lot and was approached by a worker and advised I couldn't fix it there. I was upset, like what do you suggest I do, push the car to the middle of the street?

    Well, it was not the ideal place to stay. There were people constantly fighting all hours of the night and day. I found roaches in my room, they never fixed the microwave and they have rude employees working there.and i do have photos. Ive requested my $50 deposit and was told by Yesenia that she never charged me abd it was on May 2nd 2025. I never once checked out and want my deposit back

    The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The night management woman was very professional, flexible with my booking and found a room for us that fit our needs for our stay. I only wish I could add her name to my review because she deserves credit for being a valuable employee and hostess. You know who you are...     Terrible!! Between the hours of 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. couldnt get any sleep because on top floor (we were on bottom floor room 140) their was banging and furniture moving as of some sort of renovation. And when we first check in had problem with TV remote attempted three time b efore finally got one that work and that one did not have a back cover. The table in the room had paint or some sort of stain on it. Never had any experience like this and will not make this mistake again. This was in the Denver/Aurora
