Hotel is in a more run down part of town. If considering for airport travel, I would not recommend.

Staff was really helpful, very polite as well. Bathroom was ‘updated’, however the shower head/pipe was loose in the wall, which made adjusting it very difficult. Also the electrical setup for light switches and lights was confusing.

I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfasts are terrific, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is very close to Anschutz Medical Center for people that have someone in the hospital. Even though I didn’t have a pet with me this time, I appreciate that they allow pets. 🐕. If there is a negative, it’s that parking is a little tight, especially handicap parking.

Only issue I had was the amount of smokers. I wish the smoking section was on the side of the building.

We checked in on short notice and they were slammed (concert in town) and I was very impressed with the professionalism they displayed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all I would stay again!

Located in a horrible part of town. It is not on the children's hospital campus as stated. We didnt even make it to our reservation as a family emergency came up and they would not provide a refund. Manager simply denied it. Hotels.com will not do anything for us either. They have now lost a loyal customer for many years. I'm sure they don't care, but it makes me feel better!

Our room was right next to an external door. Every time the door opened and closed it made a very loud noise that woke me up. It went till two in the morning and started again at six in the morning.

It was nice to have a microwave and decent sized fridge in the room. Nice to have a separate sitting area with foot rests, coffee table. Decent amount of storage. Staff were nice

Not only was the road noise too loud to sleep comfortably, and the room was too warm and stuffy at night no matter how low I turned down the temp, but a couple of teenagers from a party being hosted at the hotel started running up and down the hall late at night, banged several doors, including ours, and threw ice cream at our door. Staff responded quickly but we didn't feel safe in the room afterward. Better security for hotel guests would be appropriate. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Honestly so far there has been nothing that I can say I liked the stay has been horrible My bedding dirty, switched rooms 3 times, no hot water, tried to complain about the issue only one staff member late Friday night was awesome I think she works 11pm-7 am. I was told I need to complain to someone Sunday morning about the no hot water

This is our 4th time staying here and we find it relatively inexpensive, close to the children’s hospital, very clean, helpful staff, and has a good breakfast.

My booking was mishandled by the Expedia and actually had been cancelled by the time I arrived to the hotel. However the front desk staff was so polite, made no hassle about it, and very swiftly retrieved my booking and gave me the original room. They transformed a nerve wracking travel moment into a very pleasant experience!

DO NOT BOOK. We did, pulled In The parking lot and immediately left. The area is very very bad with a ton of homeless hanging around. Lost $120 but it wasn’t worth our safety. We went a couple of miles down the road and booked at the Hyatt. I recommend you do the Same.

The staff was polite, the pool was cold and the perimeter of it was very slippery. [Bring your flip-flops!] The room was warm and dark and reasonably priced, the breakfast was terrible. The pancakes tasted and had the consistency of cardboard. The coffee was delicious but the egg-white omelet was nasty. The room had a nice view, the bathroom door handle fell off.

Solid property, appropriately priced and close to Anschutz. Neighborhood is pretty sketchy but we understand the staff patrols the parking lot.

Long weekend getaway

Stayed for one night due to taking a late flight into Denver. The hotel and room is very clean. The front desk checked us in very quickly, which was appreciated since it was very late. Parking is $3 per day. I’m plenty of food options and shopping nearby. Would stay here again.

The room was beautiful but the noise heard through the walls/door/window leads me to believe they missed a little in the soundproofing department during construction. Otherwise, we had a great stay. The staff is courteous and quick. The room was very clean and had decor choices we loved and had not seen in hotel rooms before.

Great welcome by Jayden on arrival. Very comfortable room with option to do the environment a favor by not having housekeeping come in on our two night stay. Very clean throughout, attractively appointed and fairly priced. Appreciated parking lot security precautions. Very accessible to Anschutz medical center. Comprehensive breakfast offerings were well stocked by attentive staff person. We’ll be back when future medical appointments are scheduled.

The real joy was a free shuttle to the UC Health complex--no worries about driving in the snow or finding our building. It was stress free.

Love the cleanliness and amenities the hotel chain has to offer, however, front desk people at this property need a bit more training on customer service end. I felt like I was nickeled & dimed for everything from checking in 5 minutes early to parking. Any time I asked a question I was pushed to become an IHG premium member in order to receive a service.

The hotel was spotless and they have great, freshly ground coffee 24/7. The breakfast was good, rooms really clean and spacious. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall okay room was definitely clean but could hear people and tvs easily and for whatever reason the part of my room with the applicanes wasn’t working so my dogs refrigerated food nearly went bad but they fixed it pretty fast thankfully. Breakfast wasn’t as good as the reviews made it seem but at least it was complimentary

Breakfast was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has an indoor pool, gym and sauna. The facility and amenities are modern, and everything was functional and in good condition. For business travel this hotel is a great fit.

The breakfast was about 10% above what I typically experience at a hotel like this. The elevator being broken, one of the two, was inconvenient. The hotel was nicer than I expected, considering the location. And the staff were great.

Great amenities if u like to workout & glisten. The breakfast is consistently good. They make amazing biscuits on random days. Laundry is very affordable and clean. Only 1 elevator works. Will be back.

Property & staff were awesome. Close to the hospital, but no ambulance noise.

Hotel looks really good, lobby and hallways are great. Room was clean and comfy. The only problems was an elevator that was down and multiple electric outlets that were broken in the room, including all the usb ports for visitor use. That’s almost more of a “why we can’t have nice things” situation that I’m seeing at more and more hotels lately. Sigh.

so from the 1st second I stepped in the place I was greeted with respect. usually you walk in to a hotel and always get a smug look from the front desk up until u have spoken then they become friendly with you but the 2 individuals last night was opposite. the woman and youngster were as respectful and professional from the very second. even after I explained to them my daughter grandma was paying but not the deposit which I was going to. I have some stuff that I needed to be watched and it was so hard because you were in the first thing that we had to leave the other spot where we were at and they were open to Holding For us even tho it was a lot of stuff. the youngster that was on working he was new but still held a professional attitude then it led to this other stuff you know from the night staff to this morning stuff and right now they're just doing awesome things for me right now appreciate it you hired some of the best people. even though it's on a street that's not a very safe Street and has a really negative on reputation I say by far the best hotel on this street

Only one elevator was working, so every time I went to my room I had to wait more than 3 minutes, which was very inconvenient. I didn’t notice when booking that there was also a $3 daily parking fee, which made me feel very disappointed. I have visited Denver more than 50 times and stayed at many hotels, but this stay will remain as a really bad memory. I do not recommend this hotel. There are cleaner, better options with no parking fee that I would recommend instead.

The breakfast offered was great, featuring a different hot menu each day along with cold options like cereal, milk, and boiled eggs. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a few restaurants, fast food options, and even a Starbucks! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

Excellent customer service right from the start. We ended up booking around 11pm after leaving a previous hotel from being extremely unsafe and dirty. So glad we came here. Everything was clean and with the added security, it was a breath of fresh air.

On 2 different occasions the fire alarm went off, once at 9:30 pm and the next morning at 9:15 am causing us to evacuate.

Everyone one was very nice. The Breakfast is also very good. Great Selection. If going back to Denver we will surly stay there again. Also we do tell our friends

I had a late check-in around 3 a.m., and the receptionist was incredibly friendly, prompt, and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I gave 4 stars for property conditions only because the bathroom tiles had a few cracks, but everything else was spotless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Overall a good stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The first night there was only like 5 channels that worked on the tv. Second night a few more channels that worked. There is a lot of road noise if that’s something that bothers you. The guy at the front ( I didn’t catch his name) was really nice.

We stayed there because my son had an appointment at the Children's Hospital. We requested a late check out because his appointment was later in the afternoon. They happily accommodated us and I appreciate it so much! The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the service was awesome.

This wasn't the first time we had stayed there. It was great for a one-night stay before our early morning flight. It was very clean and seemed to have some updates since the last time we stayed there. We left too early to get breakfast but there was coffee which was appreciated. Would stay again.

Beds are firm. Never had back pain like that before. Wonderful black out shades! Tons of homeless near by. Aurora and Denver is such a dirty pair of cities. Never seen so much garbage blowing around before. Heard some noises from trailer park behind hotel that could be confused for got shots. But cops never showed up so maybe fire crackers?. Was told to go on the other side of the bridge. Hotel is 15 minuet freeway ride from most experiencial shopping and dining. Have no complaints on the room other than typical thin hotel windows that allow so much white noise. Otherwise would use again if needed. Didn't partake in continental breakfast but it smelt good every morning.

Great place to stay! Close enough to Denver to be convenient and easy to get to, far enough away that you’re not stuck right next to the city and its associated noise and traffic. The breakfast is alright - neither great nor bad, but perfectly sufficient. Staff was pleasant and great. Room was clean and comfortable, AC was great. Would definitely stay here again.
