This was the worse 80 dollars I have ever spent on a room. No towels or hand towels. The T.v didn’t work after having to plug it in myself. The oven hood fan or the light was broken. Never again. Save yourself a humiliation of a night and money and don’t rent a room here.

I stayed for one night along my route. I had a stop in Aurora so it was convenient. It was pretty clean and plenty of parking. It would be a good place for extended stay I am sure but it does not offer a breakfast or even coffee which is a downer. But the laundry facility is a plus for excrement stay.

Delayed flights caused us to miss our connecting flight. So we were stuck in Denver. Booked and paid online. Took an uber to the hotel and called the after hours line to check in. The man came to the lobby and rudely told us he could not check us in as there was no clean rooms and he could not issue a refund because he couldn't check us in. Hotels.com did issue a refund after calling them the next day. Horrible area, very dark and high homeless population.
- 1/5
Up graded to a queen, they are charging me for a queen i have a full bed that doesn't even fit on the frame.they act like i don't know what im talking about.this bed is 54in wide on a 60in frame not a queen bed.they give me full size sheets, so they are aware because it's a queen size room

We just stopped for one night, last minute booking. The front desk policy is no checkin after 10 pm, but since we paid thru Hotels.com, they were okay with our late checkin. We had our two small fur babies and there are plenty of areas for them to do their business, around the hotel. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only downside was that we could not get the tv to work and no curtains, just blinds. On a first floor room, it was a bit odd, but not a game changer. Overall a nice stay.
- 3.5/5
It was good for the area
- 2/5
Talk about bare bones. Virtually no amenities. Basically a shower, a sink and a bed. Also, I had an issue with my keycard at 10:30 Sunday night and the front desk window was literally closed. I had to call somewhere at corporate to get help. Not great.
- 4/5
This hotel is a bit worn but is clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I was expecting some cookware with the kitchenette and was surprised that this was an additional charge

Beds were more uncomfortable than comfortable. Needed to have some handles on the wall near either end of the shower so that you would not fall. I almost did a few times. The place needs more handicap parking. They only had 3, and there were more than 3 people staying there are handicap than parking spots us included. That there was nothing in the kitchen to use to cook in. You can purchase them for $40
- 3.5/5
Beds were uncomfortable. Wish there was an oven. We wanted to do pizza one night but couldn't. Also, it would have been nice to have things to cook with and eat off of.
- 0.5/5
It was available. TV didn't work, booked connecting rooms, and was not given connecting rooms to my family. The bed was very flimsy and thin. I could feel the bar in the middle of my back and every spring in the mattress. The covers were just sheets. Floor was coming up, and every time you walked on it, it would pop. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled of cigarettes. The windows didn't lock and were opened. There was only 1 bar of soap in the room, no shampoo, hand soap or anything for someone who had been stranded at the airport.
- 1/5
I slept very little, paid full price and no one was working when I checked out. I would have gotten more sleep if I just laid on the concrete floor in the Denver Airport.
- 0.5/5
It was in a central location for the things my family wanted to do. The air conditioning unit didn’t work, there were wires hanging from the bottom of it & when we reported it they sent a maintenance person who basically looked at it & did nothing. We had to open the door & use the fan that we brought to circulate the cool air from the hall into our room. They didn’t even offer a discount or to move us rooms. I give it a 3 out of 10 with 10 being the best.

We experienced a good night in Aurora. The staff was resourceful, informative and and friendly. I used the laundry services which was affordable and clean. Plenty of places within walking distance to get a meal, grocery shop or get gas. I will stay there again if given the opportunity.

L o cation was very good The manger was e trembly rude judgemental and lied to my friend when asked if he had an issue he said no to her but later told me he had an issue with myself andi could not continue to stay . He claimed a homeless person who could not be identified came to my room even though I had 0 visitors the whole time . I would recommend everyone avoid this place like it is the plague

The floors in the room were sticky, someone was smoking crack in their room two doors down from me. Noise all night long, got woken up at 5am by the fire alarm, probably from people smoking crack and to top it off I was charged extra money because my room wasn't ready at check in time which makes no sense!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
- 1/5
Not only was, I greeted by the front desk, agent, inviting me to his room and making false assumptions of knowing me He was also so high on drugs he couldn’t hardly function. This was a disgrace to extended say America’s. There was also feces left on my toilet. The flooring was uneven and bulging out, and my sheets were stained and dirty.

This location is dangerous.
- 1/5
I'm not one to assume all extended stays should be raggedy. However, this one was very rough, the hallways have a weird odor, some guest complained of having bed bugs, and throughout my entire duration of being here my stove top did not work. The workers are okay, they help when they can. They do NOT clean up the rooms as often as they should and the WiFi sucks.
- 5/5
The staff was very kind and yes you felt safe. The young lady didn't charge us for our 2 cats. However there was a leak in the bathtub which made it leak out on the floor when you showered. I would recommend this location.
- 1/5
Worst stay ever, we were given a dirty room and fortunately they were able to accommodate us to a clean room. However we were woken up by outsiders knocking on our window trying to buy drugs, we later found out they were knocking on the wrong window….
- 1/5
The girl at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating. My husbandd is handicapped i had called ahead for a handicap room on the first floor. They didnt have one when we checked in. We ended up on the second floor with a full size bed for two of us bigger people. That was no more handicap, and had to pay $10:00 more to get that. Very disappointed.
- 1/5
Literally the only reason I stayed here is because I had no choice during the crowdstrike meltdown
- 2/5
Have you ever stayed in a hostel? This is what it feels like or a halfway house you see on TV shows/movies. You have to ask the front desk for complimentary shampoo and conditioner (which I didn't because as a woman traveling alone, I pretty much holed up in fear), the floor around the bathtub was water-damaged and puckering, they had Venetian blinds, that were super hard to bring down, and then close, there were no extra bedding if it was cold, it smelled like stale pot in the halls. The mattress sloped inwards like it was old and slept on by heavy people. That I did not get to rest well for the one night I was staying. The mini-kitchen did not even have a coffee maker or coffee makings. They left notices about the parking lot on the door (about long-term parking).
- 2/5
Checked in, saw the room, immediately booked another hotel. Didn’t even ask for a refund. Just got out of there.
- 1/5
The worst customer service in the world
- 1/5
We arrived at 1 am, exhausted after have driven 10 hours. We walk into our room and it is complete trashed with food, groceries, trash…. Just disgusting. It looked like someone had been staying there for weeks and was still living there. It was obvious it wasn’t clean. We returned to the desk and had to use the phone to get help. Waited on the phone for 10 minutes before we could actually reach a person. We were told there are no more rooms available and “if the room isn’t to our liking, we can get a refund” no one would come talk to us in person to offer a refund. Here it is, weeks later, and still no refund. Customer service…. Is a joke.
- 1/5
We checked out the same day we checked in. We were not comfortable AT ALL staying there.
- 1/5
Aweful. Between the smell of weed on our whole floor, the outlets didn't work, the blinds didn't close all the way. There was a guy blasting his music outside and while inside. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up and alot of random people out in the parking lot not a safe feeling. I would want a full refund. Good thing i always carry

- 1/5
Worst place to stay. Do not book here. Rap music blasting for hours in the parking lot till 11PM then fire alarm went off at 2:30am. Had booked two nights and come back the second day after work event and the car is blasting again. Unbelievable
- 3/5
This ESA was a step above Motel 6. Truly a no frills hotel. A short term 3 day stay would be more than enough if you just need a creaky bed & bathroom. Extra blankets, dishes, toiletries are charged, so bring your own if staying longer. We get (which is not much) what we pay for.

I’ll never stay here again. Room was dirty, the shower was barely hanging off the wall. The bedding was old and so thin that I slept with clothes on. The rooms above and next to mine were blasting their televisions to the max and you could hear everything. Every single time I ventured outside I was approached by people asking for money or cigarettes.
- 1/5
Expedia screwed me
- 3/5
Original room I was put in had lock issues so they moved me to one next door that had the filthiest floors. I brought it up and they promised to take care of it or reimburse me, so after no one cleaned it two days after I asked to reimburse, reminded twice and got nothing still. I’d say this was pretty bad customer service unfortunately cuz the place has good location!
- 5/5
I was very impressed with how clean the room was. There were quite a few people staying at this hotel and it was surprisingly quiet. The only issue i had was with the man at the front desk at almost check out. He was very rude to my friend when my friend was coming inside from taking my service dog out to potty. Other than that I had a enjoyable stay here. I Would definitely recommend this place and I will return in the future.

Created booking on 9/15 and arrived 9/21 to no room. Employee was very nice and tried to be helpful but the hotel had oversold their rooms and had nothing available for us.
- 4/5
The front desk was closed and I had to call to be able to check in. Same thing in the morning. I was not checked out by a person at all. Just left my key as instructed over the phone.
- 3/5
I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I'll spend 20.00 more and get a hotel in a better area. I bed was the sweakiest one I've ever had.
- 1/5
I was given a dirty room with a broken bed
- 1/5
After booking well in advance upon arrival I was told they had no availability and could not offer any alternative or provide even a phone number. These people dont work in hospitality, @ 8:00pm I was left to fend for myself in a town that seems to be shut down by 9. Never, never, never, never again.
- 1/5
The room was not available until 2 hours after our check-in period. We were told we to leave and come back later. The staff seemed annoyed to help us. This was a serious inconvenience.
- 2/5
I anticipated staying several nights while a friend was in the hospital at U.C. Anschutz. However the bed was much like laying on a box spring and the pillows (2) were like a small bag of rags. The room and bathroom were clean. Temperature in the room was easy to control. I did not use the apartment size fridge or two element cooktop provided. For $21 a night more I booked at the Holiday Inn Express and enjoyed a luxurious room and a great breakfast every night!
- 4/5
Front desk agent sandi was real nice.

Arrived on site at around 2am Friday 7/28 with my reservation in hand which had been booked and paid for 1 week prior to our arrival. After a long drive we looked forward to checking in and getting some rest however we had to wait about 15 mins for a front desk attendant, a gentleman who was very unprofessionally dressed and whose appearance was quite disheveled. He approached the check in window, did not bother to greet us proceeds to look for our reservation for a good solid 5 minutes. I then spelled the last name on the reservation and he says "Oh, I can see the reservation we just don't have any rooms- because were not open 24/7 like other hotels". Our reservation was apparently refunded and at 2 am & my daughter, my 80 year old mother and I were turned away. After having called the hotel earlier in the day and confirmed with a young lady that all was good and ready for check in. Disappointment doesn't even begin to cover it. I am dumbfounded that there are organizations operating in this manner, with this level of inconsistency and allowing people with that level of professionalism and/or lack there of be the face, absurd! Also shout out to Peyton at the Best Western Plus of 800 S Abilene St, Aurora, CO 80012 he is the real MVP of this story. Do yourself a favor bypass this hotel and book with BW right down the road!
- 3/5
The room was okay. The floors were not clean
- 1/5
Do not go off the pictures you see online for this place. It is absolutely horrible. The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke, even though it clearly says no smoking or you’ll be fined $250 for smoking. The tv remote was so sticky you couldn’t even touch it. The service was even worse. Extremely rude ladies, especially Liz who was the manager. A guy had booked and paid for his room and she told him they had overbooked and he needed to find somewhere else to stay. No apologies, no trying to help him out, nothing. After an hour of being there our key cards quit working. My parents room, the key card fell into the lock and couldn’t be retrieved. So they were told to leave because they couldn’t get ahold of maintenance. At this point we were all happy to leave. I watched them fold their “clean” laundry from piles on the floor. You leave there feeling like you need a shower immediately. I would sleep in my car before I would ever even think about going there.
- 2/5
I was not impressed. Parking wasn’t bad, but there was no clear entry to the building. The front desk clerk was not very friendly. I felt like if I didn’t watch my back, something bad could happen to me. It was one of the worst nights in a hotel I have had in a while. I didn’t feel safe enough to sleep much. The floor was super dirty/sticky. I wouldn’t dare to use the shower, and barely wanted to use the toilet. I was not impressed for $133 for few short hours (4 hours). More like a hotel for $75/ night. Felt like a pay by the hour hotel.
- 3/5
It’s a good location, but the condition of the building was poor. Even though the place was non-smoking, I could smell smoke. The room was in adequate condition, but could have used a little more attention in cleaning.
- 5/5
Front desk service was very good. People were friendly and quite capable. Che k in was a busy time and they handled it with patience and professionalism. There were items left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Entire hotel smelled like Marijuana, it is colorado so i understand, but the odor was very powerful. Bed was very uncomfortable, but i only needed a nap before getting back on the road. Alli in all, i got what i paid for, and that is really all I expected. Would not stay if i needed more time in the room.
- 2/5
Dirty, bathroom door wouldn’t close was crooked & would charge for smoking fee if my family smoked in the room…! The whole place reeks of weed & cigarettes so didn’t understand how that would apply. Would not STAY HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT….!
- 1/5
When we arrive - everything is locked up. You have to pick up a house phone and dial “500.” It rang for 15 minutes without answer. Simultaneously, we are each on the cellphones trying to contact anyone who can get us information. Nothing. Later… two police officers pull into the parking lot. They looked at my friend and I and gave us advice to “find a different hotel.” In so many words they told us it was unsafe and to not stay there. Denver is hard to find hotels to begin with, adding on Taylor Swift’s Eras tour - everywhere was sold out. Fort Collins, Boulder etc. completely sold out. Called one hotel asking for availability and she laughed at me. Felt hopeless. Finally, after calling 14 hotels - found the last room in Denver at 2:45 AM for $690 / night….
- 1/5
We arrived at 6pm for ourb3pm check in. Room was still not ready and many of the guests were told to come back later leading 5o a massive backlog of people alll at once. We had just dtiven in and wanted to relax and get freshened up for an event we had that evening. I ended up doing that in the car then getting our lyft. After thevevent we arrived to the frontb desk with it empty. Had to call to get front desk mgr there. Keep in mind our lyft driver's had all been tellung us it was an.unsage area. Mom with 2 youngbteenage passengers, i was needless to say nervous.would never stay again.
- 4/5
It was very pleasant. I do not need a glamor hotel room. It suited my needs for the night
- 1/5
The rooms advertised are false. We booked 2 queen beds, we were given a filthy room that had a double bed with no blanket, a plastic chair, a sink that didn’t drain, and an old refrigerator and stove. People in the elevator hadn’t showered in weeks, this was obviously their home. I went down stairs immediately and told them that I didn’t want to stay here and they said “no refunds”! Kinda comical if you ask me. I called Expedia because this advertisement is fraudulent. Needless to stay, I received a refund.
- 1/5
Rude concierge cancelled reservation as soon as I attempted to check in.
- 1/5
I did not get to stay at this property. When I arrived to check in the front desk clerk reported that there was no vacancy and that my reservation has been cancelled. I was unable to find another hotel and was forced to drive an additional one and a half hours to a friend's house arriving after 2:00 a.m.
- 5/5
My wife became ill and we needed early check-in. They were sold out the night before however she was able to work with us to get us into a room early. Great customer service.
- 1/5
When I arrived at hotel, they said my reservation was cancelled but I never received a notice that my hotel was cancelled
