Room was small but clean. Staff very nice. I would stay there again.

There was old food on the fridge and all of the room was smelling like that. The blankets were also dirty

I paid for a 2 queen bedroom online because the hotel said that’s all they had. When I got there, they put me in a small 1 bedroom. I stayed there for 4 nights. Not once did they come to clean the room, replace towels, toilet paper or even soap. Only 1 small soap bar and 1 toilet paper roll for 4 days. Also the bed was so hard, I woke up constantly with lower back pain. Literally the worst bed I have ever slept in. On the positive side, there was no bugs. Spending hundreds and to get no service is a bit much. I don’t recommend and will not stay there again.

Hotel was clean. We checked in very late and left very early so we weren't there long enough to really look around. The beds were a bit hard but it had great water pressure.

Old style, off the interstate but room renovated and less than half price of new budget hotel near the airport. No amenities, but only 20 minute drive to Denver airport.

Decent motel for a short stay. Room was clean. TV was aged, but all decent.

So ultimately the room was a little scruffy. But it was clean with no bugs and it got me through my trip. So it wasn’t a bad trip or room, it just needs a massive update and in this economy I get that that is hard right now.

The only restaurant close by the motel closes at 3:45pm and if you're hungry you have to drive almost 20 minutes to the closest restaurant.

If you want to stay within 20 minutes of the Denver Airport and spend half to a third the cost of other area hotels, and you don’t need frills and amenities, this little gem is for you! I slept well in a clean room. The shower temp and pressure were an issue but did work. Lighting in room was decent. Owners were friendly and helpful. Again, don’t expect the Ritz for a price less than. A Motel 6.

Umm, to keep this short, the Bates Motel Horror movie comes to mind. Never again!

Secluded outside of town. Quiet, comfortable. The bathroom could be updated but i slept great and would stay again.

Sketchy place. The front desk clerk was rude. I was surprised my vehicle didn’t get burglarized overnight.

Not bad. Ok for an overnight stay.

For the price you can’t expect anything else. The rooms are small, flies everywhere, huge stains on carpet, water runs out in the mornings, etc.

Not for everyone, but fine for a single old guy driving from Memphis to Spokane. This little town died when I-70 was built. Room was an old fashioned small motel room. It was clean, conveniently located and reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

Great inexpensive place to stay while flying at DIA. It is out of the busy suburbs of Denver.

This motel is a great place to stay when you have a late night or early morning flight at DIA. Nothing fancy, but adequate. It was nice not being in a busy suburb of Denver.

It was a good price in the right place for what i needed

The shower water was ice cold! Even after leaving the water on for 10 minutes, it wasn’t even lukewarm.

Stayed here with my fiancé for a quick night after our flight. Loved the quick drive from the airport. The hotel room itself was alright. Fine for a quick stay and safe enough. Service was alright; our plane got in at 10pm and we had messaged them ahead of time to ensure that an 11pm check in time would be doable. They had confirmed upon booking, but when our plane landed we had several missed calls from them urging us to hurry to our check in. Communicating in person and via phone call was a bit challenging and stressful due to language barriers. Overall, fine for a short stay but wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again.

It was very good for the value.

A room turned out to be really great! The beds were super comfortable, nice sheets, great shower, and the air conditioning worked well in the July Florida heat. Also, the breakfast buffet was pretty amazing, waffle machine, fresh juices, scrambled eggs, and oatmeal with milk.

This is just a small motel in a country town. The room we were in was very clean, every encounter with staff was good, and it suited our purpose. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in Watkins.

My flight got in late and I needed a quick place to stay. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!!!

I paid for a bigger, more expensive room not facing the highway. They gave me a lesser, dirty room facing the very noisy highway, but still charged me the higher price. I felt ripped off. It did, however, feel safer and more convenient than staying in disgusting, dangerous, and over-priced Denver proper.

We did not even stay on the property. There were blood stains on the ceiling of our room. It was awful and did not feel comfortable staying

We had to put towels in the door to cut down on the draft. The TV speakers were blown, underneath the beds where disgusting socks, cigarettes and other miscellaneous items. We should have slept in our car.

Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

The beds were firm and pillows were slim and soft. There were a few hairs left behind from someones previous stay. There was an unclean, weird smell from the glad plug in.

Making matters worse - Hotels.Com has promised to make the situation right and asked me to reply to an email they sent to me - I replied on Thursday Sept 30th, today is October 5th - five days since I replied and have had no response from Hotels.com, I consider this very poor customer service.

I do not suggest this place. They gave me a nasty dusty room. My bathroom ceiling was leaking yellow liquid. Room smell like stale cig smell. Furnish is out dated. Bed sheet had stain. Towels looks older then me it feels re was over 1000x

I liked that the room was clean. There was NO desk as pictured in the ad. The bathroom is TINY and NOT ADA accommodated. the owners speak very little english and the office is cramped with Plants. there is NO country store as advertised either. The owners need to revamp the ads for they are manly false.

It was comfortable. Very nice place and cozy.

Clean. Exacy what was expected for a motel. Desk attendant has some difficulty communicating since english was not his first language.

The person at the front desk does charge you some kind of tax when you get there.

This is a trucker hotel. Not very nice but you have a bed, hot water, shower, and toilet.

Took a while to find my reservation, charged a small amount for "taxes", room was fine, mattresses firm bit springy, quiet.

I prepaid through Expedia. When I arrived the guy at the desk made me pay $2.50 "tax". This was obviously his way of not paying for the Expedia service. The property stinks of sewage! I would not stay here again.

All was great with the Hotel. The hail storm was not nice, of course not your fault :)

A microwave and a mini refrigerator containing a mini freezer section was in the room we were in and was handy to have available (Stouffers!). This, we noticed, is becoming a nonfeature in most lodgings we have stayed at. The bathroom contained a modest tub and shower. Water was able to get too hot to stand it. Plus on having the water kept up and constantly maintained. The rest of the property was walked about by the super, who was visibly checking and maintaining the property. We did not feel dumped in a room and forgotten about here. On a last note, the payment was very much transparent with no hidden fees and nothing holding on to our bank account like a leech for an undetermined amount of time. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Thank y'all for accommodating us!

Clean rooms, comfy bed, amazing water pressure in the shower. Loved the cozy feel!

They were very loud when changing out to close the breakfast really rushing and loud.not very pleasant for .early in the morning.

This hotel was a stop over when we landed at Denver airport from Scotland before starting our vacation. It was okay and would have got a higher rating if it had not been for the terrible strong smell of smoking in the room. In spite of the fact that it clearly said 'no smoking' on the door, it stank of stale cigarette smoke which spoilt the whole experience for us. An ashtray in the room only served to encourage people to smoke in the room. Staff were fine and helpful but when we reported the strong smell of smoke in the room it seemed to fall on deaf ears.

It's fine. Scary looking on outside but if you're just looking for a place East of Denver off 70 to sleep real quick and shower it will suffice if you're not a Rockefeller.

Non English speaking facility. If you speak mandarin your in!! Got propositioned by prostitute. Super thin walls, all labor type workers there. Thank goodness I’m an old oil field worker who lived in man camps, traveling without my wife or grandchildren. Expedia, list this as not family suitable hotel.

The shower was old and had some nasty grout. The heater in the room did not heat well and it was cold. Other than the shower, the room was clean. Price was good. Staff was friendly enough

Good for the price. Clean and close to the airport. The hot water took a long time to warm up to take a shower.

Our room was next door to very loud people, had trouble sleeping. We also had no hot water. Thought it just took awhile. Nope. It did only cost $78 and was close enough to airport. I would not go back.

No tv guide in room so ask or maybe it was jyst my room. Great value!

it is an older hotel, It had new carpet, tile in the bathroom area, and walls were freshly painted. It is a nice clean older hotel.
