Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its proximity to the airport and friendly staff. However, there are numerous complaints about the quality of breakfast and issues with room cleanliness and maintenance.
- Convenient location near the airport
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Poor quality breakfast
- Issues with room cleanliness and maintenance
- 5/5
Everything about the hotel was great! My only issue was the swimming pool was very chilly but that’s more of a personal preference for myself.
- 5/5
We stayed in a suite that had a king bed, 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. This is so smart for families that are flying out of Denver airport. Everyone slept well and we had enough room for everyone of my part of 5. Loved it
- 4.5/5
I booked a room with two queen beds and ended up with a queen Suite which included a chaise and sofa arrangement, a pleasant surprise. It was just a one-night stay before a morning flight at DIA. So the most important feature for me was the shuttle which was prompt and efficient. It runs every 30 minutes which is super convenient. Breakfast included eggs, meat, potatoes, cereal, juice, baked goods and the ever-present waffles. They were a couple of places that you could walk to for dinner within a mile. As we had used their shuttle service to return our car to the airport the night before we left in order to have less to do in the morning. In just this short one night's day I didn't find anything that was not good
- 5/5
I love the airport shuttle, and the breakfast was decent also
- 3.5/5
the room was nice and big. The shuttle bus from the airport could come more often. It's a pity that all the plates and cutlery in the breakfast room are disposable. It is not god for the environment.
- 5/5
Free regular shuttle from Denver Airport, modern, clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff, good hot and cold breakfast and parking if you need it. Nothing.
- 3/5
The breakfast was decent, no complaints. We got on after a long drive so naturally we wanted some warm coffee upon arrival. We walked in the lobby to the coffee machine and the coffee was watered down. I told her front desk and she just shrugged her shoulders and said “ok I’ll take a look at it”- she never looked at it. The coffee was horrible even in the breakfast area.
- 4/5
I would skip the breakfast.
- 2/5
Since the moment we checked in the front desk staff has been insanely rude. Giving up dirty looks and being difficult at every turn. We are in-between moving from one place to another
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4.5/5
Great stay. Good breakfast. Thanks! N/A
- 5/5
This is a convenient place to stay with a hurtle to the airport. I had a handicapped room that was extra big/wide areas although the front door was very heavy to manage.
- 4.5/5
Everything was great. No problems checking in, no problems is the room, breakfast was excellent, checkout was easy. Nothing big needed to be changed. Sofa in the suite was very uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Clean beds Had to pay to park in their parking lot, no grab and go breakfast available on the morning, coffee was terrible
- 2/5
Parking is not free
- 3/5
Everything was good. Family members had another room that they said had an odor, but my room did not. Good breakfast. Quiet area. They charge for parking which is BS.
- 3.5/5
Friendly staff an great location The room although clean, was a little run down (missing baseboard, worn out furniture), and had a weird smell.
- 5/5
Nice modern property
- 5/5
Nice staff. Clean rooms, clean beds. Enough towels and blankets. Easy to control temperature the room. Loved the shampoo and conditioner because I forgot mine. So I wasn't super impress with the breakfast and it was NOT bad in any way. Just maybe less options than I was hoping and day 2 was the same but less variety of yogurt and less variety of muffins. Also the orange juice tasted yucky.
- 2.5/5
They have changed a few things. On top of the high prices they now charge for parking that’s messed up Charging for parking and internet wasn’t working
- 3/5
The front desk gal was awesome. I recommend a top floor room.
- 4/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Clear room, The staff is friendly and good breakfast
- 5/5
I especially appreciated the washer and dryer for guests.Gave me a chance to catch up on laundry. Can get quarters from front desk and dryer very good. And my second meal at Mexican restaurant across the parking lot was as good as the first.
- 5/5
Wonderful clean room, great breakfast . Close to airport I thought the price was too higher. My friend paid less for her Same room.
- 3/5
Location is close to the area I needed to be at, large rooms, gym, pool Very dated decor, rooms had damage to most surfaces.
- 5/5
Very quick and easy process.
- 5/5
Clean room. The only negative was the coffee at breakfast was really bad. Those machines do not deliver a good quality tasting brew. The typical in room brew was better than what was on Libby.
- 4/5
The original room we booked had been overbooked so the front desk staff comped us a second room and made it very easy. He was nice, friendly, and made the transition simple.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 2/5
The room was not well maintained and in serious need of a remodel - broken trims, dirty carpet and couch, chipped furniture and the room overall smelled bad. They're only in business because they're close to the airport.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 3/5
Didn’t advertise mandatory parking fees
- 3/5
Staff were friendly, however our room was a little beat up, and had a noticeable odor. Not enough to request a different room for a family of tired travelers, though. If it had been earlier, I would have asked for a different room. The breakfast was good in the morning with quite a few options. As with many of the local hotels, they do charge for parking and it’s not included in the Expedia price.
- 5/5
how clean the room was key card didn’t work for a moment so i had to go to front desk for them to fix it
- 5/5
Great breakfast! Full spread with eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc. Set the morning off right. The pool water was freezing!
- 3.5/5
Very comfortable and clean, excellent location near the airport. Staff was extremely rude entire stay.
- 1/5
I reserved 2 rooms. The toilet messed up in one of the rooms. I reported it before 8am, left for our reservations, returned about 9pm, and the toilet had not been fixed. I complained and nothing was done about it. The night desk person said that management would provide a refund because they had no other rooms. The morning desk person said no refund because we had a place to sleep. 😡😡😡
- 5/5
Very convenient to the airport
- 3/5
Pool has so much chlorine your eyes burn just being inside the doors without swimming. They also don't tell you they charge $10/night for parking overnight
- 4/5
Except for the 10$ parking fee and the trash on the grounds it was a nice place to stay
- 5/5
Great hotel for the money and so close to airport and restaurants
- 5/5
Very good!
- 5/5
The gentleman at check in was great! Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 4/5
Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Although it is advertised that cribs are available, the hotel only offered pack and plays.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good for what I paid
- 4/5
It was well kept, a good hotel just maybe nicer pool area
- 5/5
Our room was very nice and big! Comfortable beds and pillows. Melissa was super friendly and helpful at check in. Parking and price were great. We just grabbed a few muffins for breakfast but the hot food looked good. I would definitely recommend staying here only thing missing was a hot tub. We will stay here next time we travel!!! Also the shuttle ride was nice.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
Everything was very good.
- 5/5
Easy access to and from airport, comfortable room, helpful staff
- 4/5
Great breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice with a big sink and a lot of counter space. Everything was very clean and tidy the beds were comfortable the pull out couch was very flimsy but I didn’t have to sleep on it. There were a lot of outlets for all my families tablets, phones, and medical devices. The breakfast was super delicious hot and fresh. I wish it was more fruit but overall good. The shuttle to the airport was on time and safe for my family. It was a good experience overall
- 5/5
Great place to stay between flights and the rooms are clean and spacious
- 5/5
Best
- 4/5
Clean, decent breakfast, friendly staff
- 5/5
The room was great having a king and two queens worked out great for my wife and kids and having a second bathroom was wonderful with everyone getting ready in the morning. We were really happy with the room and layout!
- 4/5
Great for a layover
- 5/5
Staff is friendly, place is clean, worth the stay
- 3/5
The halls had overpowering air freshener smells and the room did not smell fresh. The walls had food? splatter on them and ceiling. TV screen was broken, sofa was torn carpet was visibly dirty. The linens were clean at least. The front desk staff were friendly and the shuttle was prompt.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
No hot tub at the property
- 5/5
The room & the facility were clean (10), front desk staff efficient but not overly friendly (8). Shuttle was convenient (9). The van services several hotels so be prepared for a few extra stops. The breakfast was good (8.5-9)--some hot items & lots of cold, as well as fresh fruit, juices, milk, cofee. Having breakfast there saved a lot of money to not buy that food at the airport. Only down side was it ended 9 am. Also, staff didn't wipe down tables during breakfast so when I got there at 830, there was only one table that didn't look dirty.
- 4/5
Hot tub a little cool for our tastes. Breakfast surprisingly good! Staff all polite and nice.
- 3/5
It was ok for o my one night. They had a box for a to go breakfast… as we needed to leave early…
- 3/5
Sadly, the staff was very unwelcoming and unwilling to help without us begging. We sent a message to the hotel a week prior to our stay saying that our daughter would be checking in before us. When she arrived at 9:30 pm (11:30 pm her time), it took an hour of fighting with them to let her check in. We appreciate them making sure everyone is safe, but we did send her details a week prior. Our travel agency called to try to fix the problem and the hotel kept hanging up on them. It took two emails from the travel agency to get them to let her in. Then, when we arrived at 12:30 (2:30 am our time), they wouldn’t let us in because we had to change the name on the reservation to our daughter’s name, and they couldn’t find our name. Finally, another worker found our names on another screen and they let us in. They did a great job of escalating the frustrated feelings of all involved.
- 1/5
Customer service was horrible!
- 5/5
Excelente servicio
- 3/5
Accidentally left items after checkout, after 2 calls, nothing was found. Disappointed and discouraged
- 1/5
Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
The only good thing was the coffee
- 5/5
The place was clean
- 2/5
Yes
- 3/5
Just slept
- 3/5
The property was very meh. Old and not updated. I'd only stay again if I could not afford another hotel close to the airport.
- 5/5
Clean room and the bed was nice and comfortable!
- 5/5
All was great except for the hideaway bed. The springs were horrible.
- 5/5
The breakfast is great.
- 1/5
If I could give them zero stars I would. About half an hour before our arrival we got a call from them saying that they are oversold and they are moving us to the hotel next door. A cheaper hotel without adjustment of price. I refused and they refused to refund the money. The front desk guy was rude the whole time and tried to make it look like I was unreasonable.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was was very warm and welcoming when we arrived at 1am after a flight cancellation. The shuttle drivers were also so helpful and I really appreciate them being available 24/.
- 5/5
Price was great, clean, comfortable bed.
- 4/5
Only spent a night there but the room was clean although the shower pressure was weak. Breakfast decent but nothing special.
- 3/5
Main reason for the low rating is the $10 charge to park a car in the parking lot! This is isn't downtown Denver and there were cars up on blocks in the same parking lot!
- 3/5
As basic as it gets
- 4/5
Clean room and staff was helpful. Gym was only open 6am-10pm and was a few aerobic machines and some free weights, so not much. Breakfast was good standard hotel breakfast and was stocked well. Room was clean and spacious with the two Queen beds and pullout couch for 3 of us. Room service did forget to clean the room the 2nd night when we asked but we were able to get fresh towels from the front desk. Shuttle was nice but its shared with a few other hotels and if you miss it you're going to have to wait about an hour... as I found out.
- 5/5
Good!
- 5/5
Good breakfast.
- 4/5

Comfortable bed
- 5/5
The check-in process was very easy and went very smoothly. All the employees at the front desk were very friendly, decent, caring, and helpful. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, and very nice. The room had all the amenities that one could ask for. The housekeeping ladies were excellent and the continental breakfast was the very best I’ve ever had. Please thank all of these great employees for their efforts.
- 5/5
Wonderful clean and the best room and fantastic jetted fub
- 3/5
This facility is good for a quick a night's sleep. The wifi set up took a little longer than anticipated but eventually our electronics got connected. The furniture itself in the room looked pretty beat up. And there was writing on a part of the wall/divider area of the room. The parking lot is very well lit up. So, all in all, cosmetically not great but it was a nice stay for just an overnight sleep.
- 5/5
The hotel was well maintained and the staff were helpful. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The room was amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
- 2/5
We called for 15 minutes and no one picked up to get the shuttle so we ended up having to pay for an UBER. When we checked in our room had a funny smell, like fried food. The entire hallway smelled like weed. Then at 145am the smoke detector started beeping low battery and we ended up having to switch rooms. The doors on both of our rooms wouldn’t latch and could easily be pushed open. There was no body wash in the bathrooms
- 4/5
Nice and clean room. Good Mexican restaurant in walking distance. Good value.
- 4/5
The room was clean, with plenty of towels, comfy beds, and pillows. Fast check-in and breakfest was good.
- 3/5
There was alot of noise all night long in other rooms
- 5/5
Spacious room, friendly staff, breakfast to go pack
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Clean room nice people spacious parking lot
- 2/5
Power went out for two days and we weren’t given a refund discount or anything except and apology for inconvenience
- 4/5
The hotel was nice overall. Front desk the young girl in the day time was very helpful
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, and close to the airport.
- 3/5
Our 2nd night there we got moved to a different room. 1st night, we walked into our room and it was 91 degrees. The thermostat showed it was off but there was hot air blowing from a wall furnace. We changed it to cool and at 130am it was still 80 degrees. We expressed our concern to the front desk when we left for the day yesterday and they were to have maintenance check it and asked that it be on cool at 70 degrees. We left the thermostat on cool. When we returned last night it had been changed to heat and was again 91 degrees when the thermostat was only on 70. They did move us to another room which we are thankful for but it was the whole process that was the problem.
- 5/5
Great comfortable clean room
- 5/5
Bathroom had a distinct shortage of towel rods!
- 5/5
Clean, friendly and dependable airport shuttle!
- 4/5
Good value for the buck.
- 5/5
Great place. Easy
- 3/5
It was a little run down, and we had issues catching the shuttle. We were instructed to go to door 513, but were not given a wing and there was no door 513 on the West side.
- 5/5
Great stay with Comfort inn!
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
The room was good, staff was mostly good. Breakfast wasn't bad, when it was there! Hours are from 6-9, which ends a little too early and by 8:15 everything was d

Awesome front desk staff!

Came out just for a couple days to spend it with family for thanksgiving. Hotel was up to date beds were comfortable and shower had warm water.
- 5/5
My room was super clean and the bed was really comfortable. Also, staff was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my overnight stay.
- 2/5
Front desk staff exceptionally rude, specifically over night large woman. We checked in after 10, our tv didn't work and it was so difficult for her to help us find a room where the tv worked. We were complete inconveniences. The next morning the desk woman wasn't much nicer but she did send a maintenance man up to help. We had mold in our shower and the wifi didn't work well at all.
- 5/5
Very nice property
- 5/5
Clean room and helpful staff

Wonderful stay.
- 5/5

- 2/5
Room needed help! Shower head was handing and was very hard to adjust. Overalll the property needs TLC
- 4/5
OK, here's an update. The room was clean, but there was an oder present. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The building and rooms seem to be showing their age. The price was low enough that it was still a decent value for a one night stay near the airport. I could stay there again.
- 4/5
Bathroom sink plug needs fixing in our bathroom Bring all your personal skin care items…nothing extra
- 4/5
The shower was poor. The door had been removed and replaced with a shower curtain and there were no grab bars in the shower.
- 3/5
The hotel is very clean though which I loved.
- 4/5
Clean and easy to find. The only problem I had was the additional $10 charge for parking for a one night stay. If I'm leaving my car and flying I understand the additional charge but not for one night.
- 5/5
The staff wew wonderful. They saw our problems and offer solutions. We will come back.
- 5/5
Clean room and quite.
- 5/5
Breakfast was fair as far as healthy.
- 5/5
We have stayed here twice and both times have been wonderful. Great access to airport and shuttle drivers were on time and got us to the airport fast.
- 5/5
This is a consistently good place to stay. Easy to check-in, nice front desk staff. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great price too!
- 3/5
The hotel was basic, no pictures in the halls. Front desk staff didn't even mutter a hello as I entered, each afternoon. during my 4 night stay. I was given a handicapped accessible room with a low bed and even lower couch. The carpet installers were at work which caused me to have to avoid hammers, saws, nails and standing carpet while walking down the hall. Breakfast consisted of a pork option daily although it was nice to have breakfast included. I had a safe stay but will pay more at a more comfortable hotel next time.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
- 4/5
The bed was sooo comfortable; the lemon iced water by the front desk was a nice touch . Staff very friendly. Carpet old and worn in hallways and rooms and couch in room dated. Overall we enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
They provided a healthy breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Although we were pretty close to the airport, our room was quiet.
- 4/5
Overall its nice with enough dining options.
- 5/5
Cons: Not many restaurants nearby, you'll have to walk a few blocks or doordash/uber eats to the hotel. Wasn't too sold on the indoor pool, looked better in pictures. At least 30 minutes from downtown Denver, so a rideshare is about 30-40 bucks plus tip.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff were friendly and did their jobs well. Airport shuttle was a nice amenity!
- 5/5
I’ve been in the travel business 37 years and I don’t usually book Comfort Suites but I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The shuttle to the hotel was quick and seemless. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was actually very nice and had a good selection. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Super clean, stayed on the night of 9/16 after a rough travel day, and the lady who checked me in was super nice.
- 5/5
The entire experience was positive. The room was clean and the help was very accommodating.
- 3/5
The water in the bathroom sink would barely come out of the faucet. Neither the sink or the shower water would get warm until you run them for 10 to 15 minutes. There was also and odor coming from the drain in the floor of the bathroom. The front counter staff on several occasions either couldn't speak English or refuse to. We got locked out of our room because of a faulty door latch and was told there's nothing to do but to wait on maintenance to come to work on a couple of hours. The only true positive was the bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Great room for large family with 5 kids
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
We love the hot tub in the room.
- 4/5
Clean, close to airport.
- 4/5
Location to airport. Glass shower doors where broken at some point, instead of replacing them they installed a shower curtain for the walk-in shower leaving the frame hardware from the shower glass doors.
- 5/5
Drawback is shuttle from airport... I was told to meet shuttle on the East side by people in the airport, so after a very long wait finally walked to the West side, waited there and the shuttle came, and after telling me they only pick up on the West side proceeded to go around to the East side and pick up passengers there...confusing! Can you work out with the airport some signage that tells people where to wait, other businesses had signs. Would have called the hotel, but lost my phone, so very long wait, confusion about where to meet shuttle were quite unwelcome.
- 5/5
This place was awesome
- 5/5
We stay as a family of 4 and we liked pretty much everything room was very clean and comfortable took the kids to the pool and they enjoyed it
- 5/5
This is my second time at this property
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
Did not like they charge for parking.
- 5/5
Just stayed 1 night as an airport layover, it did exactly what we needed it to do. Shuttle to and from the airport clean and quiet room.
- 5/5
I was very happy with Comfort Suites Denver and it was is in a good location as well. Staff is very friendly and I had to stay an extra night and the girl on staff at the time gave me a discount for extending my stay. Breakfast was good as well.
- 5/5
Front desk friendly & helpful.
- 1/5
The staff marked me as a no show after i told them my flight was delayed and i would be late i showed up and they said they could not reinstate my stay even tho i expressed i would still be out by check out injust needed some sleep for the 5hr drive ahead of me after a long flight. EXPEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP EITHER
- 4/5
Free parking would and a warmer pool would have made this a perfect place to stay near the airport.
- 5/5
I could charge Mercedes EV quickly at Tesla supercharged on the Comfort Inn … and the Inn was really nice too!
- 5/5
The best thing about this hotel was the staff and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The pool was not great. There was no Jacuzzi the outer area in town was dirty. It was too far to do anything if you don’t have your own car there.
- 5/5
Didnt like the dining area is crowed one way in to get food and have to walk in a crowded cafteria there ahould be more open areas around dining area
- 3/5
Be aware!!? If you book this hotel they have a 100% no refund policy. Manager stated that even DEATH they will not issue a refund. I Booked 2 rooms to visit family they couldn't make it I paid 450$ for a room I never stepped foot in and I even gave it back to them so they can rent to someone else!?..
- 4/5
Very close to everything! Could hear people above us all night walking. Weird that they charge $10 to park your car.
- 5/5
The only disappointment was no restaurant or bar on site. However, just across the parking lot is a great Mexican restaurant.
- 5/5
Brittany at the front desk was amazing. Brittany is the epitome of phenomenal customer service
- 5/5
Freddy’s is always a favorite. Not too far
- 5/5
Great check in process. The guy working the desk was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good and we used the airport shuttle service to get to/from the airport. There was a convenience store in walking distance that was helpful.
- 1/5
the front desk clerk at this hotel. First call we explained our situation and ensure them we would be checking in but possibly getting into Denver after midnight. Second phone call was to let them know we landed in Denver and needed the hotel shuttle to pick us up. We finally arrive at the hotel and the front desk clerk says they were fully booked and had to give our room away. Keep in mind we had a prepaid reservation, not to mention the two phone calls directly to the hotel. They did offer to bump us to another hotel (Best Western). No apologies just get back on the shuttle and off we go to another hotel. We arrive at Best Western get check in, when we find out they didn't offer a shuttle service or a complimentary breakfast as our original hotel did. Breakfast was a deal breaker but we needed a shuttle back to the airport to pick-up our rental car. Very frustrating experience overall! Worst customer service period!

My flight got canceled in Denver last night and I had to go to a hotel. I chose the Comfort Suites at Denver International because the ratings looked good. I had the complete opposite experience! My room on the second floor was extremely noisy! The people in the room above were thumping and running around for hours. I kept getting woken up. At around 12:30 AM, I called downstairs to the front desk and explained what was going on. The night staff person said he would call upstairs. It helped a bit, but then the noises came back. I had it at that point and tossed and turned for hours! This morning upon checkout, I spoke with the front desk person about my situation and asked for some type of compensation. She said the only thing the hotel can do is call upstairs which is their policy. I said so I’m being punished for being disturbed and for not getting any sleep??! All she could say was sorry. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told the manager was not there. She gave me a phone number, but no name of a manager. This place is extremely noisy! If you want to sleep go somewhere else!
- 5/5
I liked they offer continental breakfast, free shuttle to airport and very friendly service
- 5/5
The property was in a great location, accessible to shopping, food and convenience store.
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 2/5
Nothing was mentioned about having to pay 10.00 per vehicle including motorcycles so added 80.00 for parking was a bit much
- 4/5
Clean and convenient hotel for a quick night after a flight was canceled. Everyone was very helpful and shuttle back to the airport was good.
- 2/5
The "free" breakfast was simply awful. When we came into the room their was water on the floor from the broken refrigerator. No one helped us with our bags when we left. Overpriced and mediocre.
- 4/5
Bed was very comfortable and food options close by
- 3/5
We were informed upon check-in that a $10 parking fee per day would be added to our bill. There was no previous mention of this and there was no parking garage. JUST AN OUTDOOR, HOT, PAVED LOT.
- 3/5
Gosh, picked this place as the website stated no fee to park. Made the reservation weeks ago. when checking in, the person said last week we made a change and now you have to pay a parking fee. I would have stayed elsewhere had I have known. Such a bait and switch. The guy said that's the policy. At 9pm had little choice but to pay. More than disappointed!
- 4/5
Paying for parking. If I ha

The only thing not perfect was the distance to good restaurants. It was walkable to 1 or 2 but there are many hotels much closer to a wide variety of restaurants
- 5/5

Arrived at check-in time, waited at front desk for 10 minutes with no staff in sight. Finally walked the halls and found a housekeeping staff person who went and retrieved the desk staff. The Expedia site said customers like the free on site parking, but we were charged $10 for a single night of overnight parking.

Super cozy room! Had everything we needed for our family of 4. Loved the layout. Bathroom was very spacious. Check in was pleasant and simple.

When i booked two rooms in March there was no cost to park a vehicle. We arrived July 19 I was informed there was a $10 parking fee. When i questioned this i was told it just went into effect one week ago. Also there was an extra $50 fee applied to my credit card which i wasn't aware of at check in.

Staff looked annoyed when we ask could they find more sugar for the coffee.

My only complaint is the parking charge that was added despite my booking the room BEFORE the policy changed.

This hotel worked for us for our situation but we wish things could have made our stay a bit more comfortable. We wanted to be near the airport for an early flight and for a nighttime return of a rental car. The night we came in the line was roughly 7 customers deep and it took 25 minutes to be checked in. We knew we were not going to get our breakfast on the second morning because of our early flight. Two workers promised us different assortments of breakfast options in a bag to take with us, but in the time of need it was just a package of 3 tiny muffins. The coffee served both days was undrinkable. I actually witnessed one guest pour himself a cup and instantly throw it away. We did sleep well though. The rooms were quiet and dark. We had scheduled a 5:30 am pickup for the airport shuttle, and it did arrive on time, but there wasn't room for us initially, I am not sure if other people showed up who didn't reserve their spot took ours, but it would have been nice if there was a proper check in. We ended up getting another shuttle and we made it in time, but the stress from those few moments was not helpful at 5 in the morning.

Nice and a quick easy drive to the airport.

Great location for exploring Denver area or getting to airport. Clean and nice beds!

Forget asking for a late check out! We asked if we could have a later check out on a Monday afternoon because we were traveling with a baby and we had an evening flight. They gave us till 11:30am, check out is 11. What a joke.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and are typically quite pleased, but the last two stays have not been pleasant. This time when we arrived we were told that the room we had prepaid for was not available. The only rooms they had left were for families, and we were sent to stay at a neighboring property in a smaller room where we were awakened early to the sounds of crying babies and vacuum cleaners. The time before at this property, which is a smoke free facility, the haze and odor of marijuana smoke was so tremendously overpowering throughout the lobby and entire first floor that we could still smell it the next morning through our closed door and even on our clothes. It was so bad that we didn't even want to go to the front desk to inform them that the refigerator was leaking all over the floor.

I like the lady at the front desk that checked me into my room as she is caring and easy to talk to.My only disappointment was that I didn't have a bathtub in my room as I was looking forward to a nice bubble bath.Oh well maybe next time

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the airport and about 30 minutes from downtown. The rooms were nice and quite. There were many events going on like concerts, ball tournaments, and travelers. It was nice that it was quite and comfortable.

This is nowy go to when I need one at DIA. It was clean rooms were large and beds comfortable. Did not do breakfast but looked like most enjoyed it.

At peak check in time, only one person seemed to be running everything so there was an empty desk and a big line before he made it back to help. Our room was quite dirty overall - splatters of something on the walls and even ceiling, and the pull out bed was stained all over and torn apart, but I was told there were no other rooms. To his credit, the front desk staff did do his best to help and brought me a large comforter to cover the otherwise unusable mattress and he was very nice, but I would never stay here again.

The whole place was clean...it was comfortable..and we enjoyed our stay there. The only down side was how cold the indoor pool water was. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Nice place near the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I’d give all 5 stars but they had zero room service. I was alone with 3 kids and asked for a blanket and they told me to come get it from the desk. I would not leave my children alone in a room like that so I was really bothered by that. Also, the pool was soooooo slippery! My toddler could not stay up right and he was only walking and trying to be careful. A serious hazard! Otherwise, clean, spacious, easy check in and out. The shuttle was comfortable and punctual as well.

Room was nice overall but floor was sticky.

Nice large room with good size bathroom. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute drive to car rental return and the airport.

The overnight clerk really helped me there was a mini party happening in the parking lot on the back I went down and told him and it got quiet.

Would stay here again.

Poor customer service

Great location. Shower had no grip strips and was as slippery as an ice rink. Somebody is going to get hurt

He should not be working with people he does not have any customer service. I didn’t get his name but he is the one that checked me in. (Night of June 20th, 2025) Then the girl that went in for her shift at 11pm I suppose. She was not friendly either. Very hateful people I encounter from the first night. However there was one friendly lady that worked the next morning I can’t give her a bad review she asked me if I needed anything and to have a good day. That was the morning of (Saturday June 21st, 2025).! That’s why I gave a two star.

We stayed as a family was kid friendly and plenty of towels and shampoo. The pools too chilly to enjoy but has a nice gym for a wonderful work out! Over all A++ stay will be back

We’ve had a great breakfast. I did see a dirty washcloth underneath of the cabinet with the towels, which wasn’t ours. There’s a gap underneath the door and noise and light gets in. Our room was right by the elevator and I heard people laughing and talking loudly getting off the elevator late around 2 am

I liked that the hotel was right behind the gas station and near places to eat. The room was very comfortable and clean. The front staff in check in were nice too.

The front desk gentleman was very professional and friendly. The only problem was that the room was ridiculously hot and we could hardly sleep because the AC was not working well. The staff were great though.

Great stay. Beds were awesome. Parking was easy!
- 5/5
Great value. Easy access to airport. Comfortable room.
- 2/5
Thin walls made it hard to sleep due to noisy neighbors. The shuttle runs only once an hour and is shared with other hotels, making airport transfers crowded and slow. Overall, not very convenient. Won’t stay again.
