The room was very clean and the staff were super helpful! Free shuttle to the airport and the light rail.

The property is modern and delightful. And we appreciated the free shuttle to the airport early in the morning. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room did not work. And that was a bummer.

My First time in Aurora Colorado with my children and it said Great reviews on website. Our room was not great red stains everywhere. Pull out couch for my son and there was hair on mattress and trash. No sheets for it.

Our stay was enjoyable, room was clean plenty of room, staff was very helpful at check in and during our stay. Love the included parking thats hard to find now a days so was part of the reason to book.

No breakfast served! Apparently the lady who makes it just didn't show up (6-5-26). Go figure. The young lady at the desk said in a perplexed fashion, "she usually calls." Still, she had neither sympathy nor empathy for the patrons who had early flights to catch. I specifically ordered an Uber the night before because I was told the night before that the hotel shuttle leaves on the hour and I would have missed breakfast if I had taken the 6am (because that's when breakfast is supposed to start). My Uber was scheduled for 6:30 so I would be able to quickly eat. Since there was no breakfast I took the first shuttle at 6am thinking I could just cancel my Uber. Nope. It was too late. So I not only missed a breakfast I PAID FOR but was also out $32 for the Uber AND I ended up paying about $21 for a coffee and croissant at the Denver airport! No offer to reimburse any portion of my stay was proffered. She didn't care. Such a cavalier attitude was not expected. Not very professional for a supposed upscale hotel.

The sink in the bathroom was missing the plug, water pressure in the shower was weak. I felt like the breakfast buffet was lacking considering the price. Food was not fresh or hot. I’ve seen better breakfast buffets at hotels that offer free breakfast.

This was a good hotel to stay the night due to a flight cancellation. The shuttle back and forth from the airport was convenient. It was 9pm, so I didnt get to experience the ammenities but everything looked nice. Friendly staff!!

Staff very accommodating, but no hot tub and the pool was questionable. And the area was sketchy, they had four cars broken into the night we checked in.

We booked this hotel as it was one I had used in the past and loved the experience, but that was not the case this time around, we booked the shuttle in advance it never got noted, second when we went down to take the shuttle the hotel employee was very rude and yelled that the shuttle was full and we would have to wait an hour to see if they could get us transported. I understand the shuttle being full but not after we booked nor her attitude and behavior towards us. If you stay its a great hotel but if you plan the shuttle just know regardless of you calling in advance you might not get, plus you will be treated with a mean and rude staff member that yells.

Needs later operating time, needs to use real shelled eggs, have all items available. Maintenance needs to keep whirlpool operating, not leave desk person to deal with. Whirlpool was not working properly. Had a issue on a Saturday.

It was cheap. Hot tub didn’t work. The service was terrible down stairs. Slow and running out of every food on the menu. Our second tv didn’t work. People at the front desk said they didn’t have time to fix it.

We had a great stay. Quinton was very helpful and gracious. We took the shuttle this morning to the airport and are at our gate. Otis, our driver, was a delight. Thank you!

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The airport shuttle was easy to get, only 15 minutes to the hotel. I chose this hotel for the breakfast buffet (which was included in the category I chose) and the swimming pool. There was no buffet, only coffee and breakfast sandwiches were offered, no eggs. Management told me that there isn't any buffet offered for 5 years and that they didn't know it was part of the photos and description at booking.com, haha. The swimming pool was tiny and cold, the hot tub luke warm. The gym had a bad smell. There was no clean smell anywhere in the hotel, in my room there was a faint smell. No light was bright enough to read, not even at the desk.

I had no idea! Not a safe area for single females. My room was lovely spacious and I would recommend this property as long as you have transportation. Dear Cambria , There needs to be a button for continuous fan. The air conditioning unit/heat unit clunked on and off all night. It woke me up a half dozens times. Respectfully, Cheryl E. Carter

1. The room: The room had scratches all over the wall, one that appeared red, perhaps blood? The remote and other items were dirty. The faucet water in the bathroom smelt like a porta potty, the blinds were buckled, the bathroom had a sign that had appeared to be re-attached to the wall poorly along with cigarette stains. In the corner there is plaster coming off from the corner and it appears there was water damage at this property? There was a hum the whole night, I think from faulty wiring. The lights in the room would not shut off completely by the switch and would flicker. I had a hard time sleeping here. The entire place, especially the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I didn't dare drink or brush my teeth with water from this room. 2. The hotel: hallways were scuffed with scratches. This is all throughout the hotel! The exit sign was at floor level and hung upside down?! The one elevator sounded haunted and worked only on occasion. 3. The pool: The hot tub was a complete joke! It was OVERFLOWING with water, luke warm, very dirty, no working jets and bugs in and near the hot tub! Cold pool DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff was great, if I had question or needed assistance they went above and beyond reproach to make sure we were satisfied. Don't forget that if you’re staying here to call front desk as soon as you arrive and they’ll shuttle you from Denver International Airport to the hotel free. Definitely will stay there again when I go back to Denver

I absolutely loved the front desk person. My apologies I cannot remember his name, but he was so professional and kind! If he was not working there, we probably would have left. Also, this hotel has a wonderful shuttle service. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were down. That was one of the reasons why I booked this room. In addition to that, we found someone else’s underwear in our bed.

Room wasn’t clean. There was a sticky hand plastered to the ceiling and fruit snacks scattered along the room. The tub faucet trickled non stop. Only 2 towels for a king suit for 4 people which was inconvenient. I did tell management about the cleanliness and they did offer to switch us rooms but I refused after having a very long day with 2 children.

Staff was nice and the rooms were clean but it was the outside that had a swore thumb. Ground maintenance is needed.

Costumer service was on point. They were helpful and attentive to our needs. Very friendly The pool & hot tub were both closed down. The store down in the lobby was lacking a lot of supplies and we had to pay for breakfast.

The room was dirty , but I was way too tired to even notice till the next morning. Everything about the property was halfass. Also , there was two trucks next to ours that the windows were broken in from thieves. Bankley ours was not one of them. This is actually become a very well known problem around airport road. Thankfully, we took all of our stuff out of our truck even though we did not need anything from there. And it was a lot we had to take out due to the back we were overseas.

People were very friendly. Disappointed the hot tub was not working. Also, ice machines were only working on some of the floors, made it in handy to have cold beverages.

The stay was expected. We arrived at 2 am, and were given keys to an already occupied room. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but when you walk in on someone sleeping, and they aren’t fully appropriately dressed, it’s very alarming for both individuals involved! Honest mistake, however could have ended worse! We left and closed the door swiftly.

Building has no recycling which should be addressed. Parking is very convenient.

Wallpaper is peeling, mirrors are rusted, toilets don’t flush or seats are broken, bedding is less than impressive, and overall just doesn’t seem like it’s being “kept up”.

Our experience at this property was great- however - I do NOT recommend their counterpart in Ft Collins. Buyer BEWARE!! Construction that was not communicated ahead of time- NO amenities at all available. Was told we would get free breakfast for our troubles. No breakfast at all either. What a horrible experience. Lied to all the way around.

I like stating here. Rooms are clean and shower is really nice. The rooms could stand to have some love though. The lampshade was cracked, and the fan was broken in the bathroom stuck making a weird buzzing noise and the hall light was out. Forgot to tell them at the property (room 209.) None of this really was much to make the stay problematic though since it was one night before the airport. Staff was super helpful and nice.

The hotel was great in appearance. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in....to the hotel itself and to our room. My family of four was booked for the room. They only left 2 sets of towels. When we called to ask for more, they told us we could come to the desk for them. The sofa bed in our room was a trundle bed - which is fine. It was a bare mattress, however, with no sheets or blankets anywhere in the room for it. All in all, I was disappointed in the furnishing of the room and in the service level.

Super nice hotel with so many restaurants in walking distance. The airport shuttle is so convenient and runs 24/7. They even took us several hours after check out and held our bags when we left to get lunch.

Has to go downstairs to get blankets for the sofa bed. Phones wouldn't call down to the desk. No bags in the trash can. The toilet was clogged when we got there.

Bright spots were young lady kindly, efficiently, professionally running restaurant amid boys sports team and regular patrons. And the shuttle service to the airport is invaluable.

Our first room smelled really bad of cigarettes, so I tried to call the front desk to ask for a different room, there was no cords attached to the phone so i went down to talk to them and got a different room. The second room smelled better, but it was not very clean. There was no phone, no remote for the TV, and no trash bags in the cans. The hotel staff was very friendly, but the photos that made the hotel look really nice seemed to be outdated as the rooms did look like the photos online. Not sure if I would stay here again

Constantly out of towels at the pool. Google shows they have free breakfast, but they don't.

The stay was okay. The rooms were warm even with the AC being on its lowest setting. The high outside was never above 65. I imagine summers would be horrible! Our bathtub was constantly dripping and the ice machine didn’t work. The area was safe and the staff was exceptional!

It was better than expected. Nice to have a separate area from the bed, even if it’s small.

The check-in desk made me feel right at home after a frustrating day with an endlessly delayed flight and missing luggage. The water for sale was great! The room was very comfy and I loved the bathtub.

Not pointing fingers but the housekeeper Ingres was the last person in my room and stole things out of my room during my stay and only gave back some pjs. Over $400 worth of items gone and the staff has no problem and can’t do anything about it. Corporate offices will be contacted.no profanity is used

Staff was very kind and the facility was very clean. We chose this hotel shortly before arrival due to our original hotel closing their pool and hot tub last minute with no refund. Before we arrived that day the Cambria's pool and hot tub were closed down which was one of the main reasons for our choosing this hotel. The staff was very understanding. They gave us free meal vouchers for our stay and were able to complete last minute maintenance on the pool. Our son was very happy. Their food was great! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only minor negative was a refrigerator that wouldn't close and the ice machine on our floor didn't work, but if we travel to Denver again. I would still choose to stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Had a problem with the heater in our original room. Staff changed our room immediately and we had a very comfortable stay.

I like the location because it is easy to access all parts of Denver, but far enough away from the hustle/bustle of downtown.

I really liked that the staff would send messages each morning of our staying asking how things were going for us and if we needed anything (e.g., fresh towels, etc.). However, the thermostat in our room didn't work; we ended up getting a small heater from the staff to use during the duration of our stay.

The hotel is great, but we had an issue with the sofa bed in our suite. They didn't include sheets or pillows for it. When we went down to the front desk, they said they were all being washed and come back tomorrow!

It was clean and comfortable, but as is nearly always the case, the pool isn't open late enough for weary adult travelers to enjoy the hot tub or pool. The breakfast is NOT free, and offers a very limited menu, but the food was decent. Most importantly, it is 11-12 minutes from the airport and a shuttle is offered, although we didn't use it.

We stayed for a week. Our entire floor always smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. The parking situation is very odd as you pull into the facility to unload baggage at the front door and are immediately met by a gate, if you are not parking inside of there with the keycard, you have to awkwardly turn around in a very limited space. Gym was OK. Laundry facility was awesome and it accepted debit cards. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy and not the best.

The room was decorated in a modern them and was exceptional. The pool and hot tun was very nice. It was a very enjoyable stay.

I've only had very pleasant experiences at Cambria hotels! The room is always comfortable and cozy and look exactly like the photos. They are also fur-baby friendly which makes it easy for travel. This location by the airport also offers a convenient shuttle to and from the airport.

The staff was indifferent and unhelpful. We had small children who weren’t dressed for the Denver weather. Called for the shuttle, but it never arrived. After 20 minutes, I called again and was told it was on the way. Another 25 minutes passed, and I called once more—same response. After nearly an hour of waiting in the cold, we took an Uber, only to find the hotel shuttles parked right out front when we arrived.

I wish I had book somewhere else. People are nice but hotel is old looking. none of the phones worked, put me in a handicap room. I had to move because I wanted a tub. There is no restaurant maybe 7 items. I will never stay here again. This is not a 4* property.

The Cambria Hotel is beautiful. We got the mountain view Suite and it was so cozy and nice, with gorgeous views of the sunset and the city lights and the Rocky Mountains! I loved the cozy bed, clean, spacious, very soft feather pillows and comforter. The bathroom was very nice, clean, comfortable tub where I enjoyed a great bubble bath. The shower is nice too, good pressure. This room had a microwave, a mini fridge, coffee and a Keurig in the room, a separate living room space with a wide, cozy couch that turns into a bed if needed. Two TVs was a nice plus too. I recommend the sixth floor, mountain view room for sure. The lobby is big, artsy, cool, nice bar, good snack selections at the little store, beer and alcohol available if wanted. They had a nice looking, complimentary breakfast, but I was downstairs a little too late for it myself. The surrounding area is nice too, great restaurant choices close by. We did GrubHub while staying there and it worked out perfectly in this cold winter weather, when a walk is hard to enjoy. Overall, great experience! Highly recommend.

This hotel is convenient to the airport but it needs an upgrade or better maintenance.
