No cleaning service unless you are staying longer than 7 days. The room smelled and I could not remove the smell.

Could smell weed in the elevator, hallway and outside. Broken nightstand and lamp…one of the towels was stained with dirty feet prints. Shady people hanging out in the parking lot…not what I was expecting. Other than that and the $500 spent, I guess it was ok. We didn’t die and the car was not broken into.

The room smelled disgusting. There was visible dog food in the air conditioning unit. There was no trash can in the room. There was literally only one towel that my husband and I had to share. The drawers all had dirt and dust in them. A fire alarm also went off at 4:00AM forcing everyone outside for several hours. Overall worst hotel experience ever.

I actually walked out of the hotel and booked another hotel next-door because I did not feel safe

Terrible stay. The bathroom was absolutely . Its diabolical. Who ever was responsible for cleaning definitely skipped the bathroom. There was hair in the shower and dirt marks on the tub. Toilet was also filthy. There was not enough towels or tissue available. There was only one tissue and another used one left by the other guests. I'm pretty sure the sheets weren't washed. The cupboards didn't even doors on it. There was no privacy/do not disturb tags to put on the doors. When assistance was needed by maintenance workers they weren't available, instead we where handed used appliances instead. Also, in the booking it said there is no smoking allowed, however, one of the workers was smoking, very conflicting. Most of all though, the biggest problem really is just the cleanliness. Please invest in proper cleaners.

Would be nice if there was more than 1 washer working. Would’ve also been nice when an issue was brought up about someone abandoning clothes in the working washer, that it was addressed properly. The stay was not too terrible but for these issues to come up and no real answer on them being addressed, basically felt like I got an “f you”, is very disappointing and concerning.

The bathroom had no shower curtain. The floors were dirty and the toilet was disgusting. The linen on bed was nasty & had hair all over it. And it says pet friendly but they dont say on the website that there is a $65 charge (non-refundable) to have a pet. I would not recommend.

Absolutely nothing! I didnt get a room and no one ever came to the front desk once I arrived! I had to use a phone that was in the lobby only to be told I couldn't cancel and I need to continue trying to contact the property to get a room because I couldn't cancel! I truly hate i ever booked here! $80 something came out my bank account and I still had to find a room for the night! I requested to cancel after hours of no one being at the front desk. The same day I booked! I didnt get a room and no one ever came to the front desk once I arrived! Room, The smells of people smoking drugs throughout the hallways, rooms dusty, wasn't able to cook on the stove because rusty and dirty, no available ice and no ice trays was available for making ice in fridge. The smoke and smells of drugs inside and outside of the building. I was told that I couldn't get a refund or anything to offer for my discomfort. I could have just checked out but no refund. No one no staff physically available to address situation after 10p throughout the night until late mornings. There's an extension 500 on the wall where the staff who works nightshift supposed to answer ? but they never answer or respond and they're right there in the building.. I really should be reimbursed, the first night television had absolutely NO SIGNAL AT ALL, NO WIFI , roaches, dirty towels, filthy bathrooms. I couldn't get a refund so I had to choose something half way parcel ok or lose all the money or sleep in the car. After 5-6 hrs of driving ? THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTERNOON I was given the response or excused that we'll an Extended Stay!!! Booking.com is this the best you can do? Horrible situation. I should be accommodated for this

The price I paid for the first night but you get what you paid for I took a job solely based on staying here after I called not once twice but three times having my questions answered. The first night was based on me having orientation at new job on day shift but the person I had been speaking with said there would be no issues with booking and it based on me working night shift and not being charged the night before because I wouldn’t be there that it was called day use. Well when the time came to start night shift I drove straight from my home to work and called the hotel to verify I’d be able to check in when I got there between 7-8 am and the girl told me and assured me she was on call for the night and to ring the desk when I got there. I get there and I ring said desk except it goes to some calling center who at first denied me told me I’d have to wait until 930 when their office opened to talk to them the I called back and the last listened put me on hold made a call to who I am assuming the property and I was told they’d be there in ten when infact noone showed in the 25 I was waiting. I was tired had been up 24 hours and had to return to work the same night so I opted to leave my car parked there and walk next door and rent a room for almost triple price. On top of it the one night I did stay there I get to my room to find the door propped open luckily no one was inside waiting on me. The room was hot and there was no tv remote. I wouldn’t have taken the job if I had known where’d I’d be staying and for the price I’d be staying for wasn’t secured.

For the outside to look very nice, it was just a plain room with a metal bed. Was quiet disappointed compared to the outside and it's location . Needs upgrading.

The condition of the interior was substandard with missing ceiling tiles in the hallway. Bed was very uncomfortable and appeared to be a form mattress. Toilet seat was unsecured and old and sink was dirty. Didn’t sleep at this location and found another hotel with better accommodations. Waste of time and money

Booked through Expedia for significantly more than the actual room rate which reflected quality of the facilities. We spent less than a minute in the room after viewing conditions and discovering blood and hair on the sheets. Clerk contacted management who agreed to a full refund which was never received.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The front desk was closed when I arrived and I had to call the office to get checked in. The room was dirty. Spots were on the floor and the refrigerator was lined with mold. The parking lot was littered with trash and vomit. Do not stay here.

The people were fantastic—helpful, cheerful, and ready to answer questions. The building is showing its age. The kitchenette in my room had a leaky faucet and there was an obvious burn mark next to the back electric burner. The security door only latched on its own about half the time. Also, the free wifi is for basic service. If you want real wifi speed, you must pay for it.

I was completely grossed out by how filthy this hotel was. There was obvious signs that the sheets were not cleaned. The floors had not been mopped in months. The smell was sickening. From the outside it looks ok but don’t be fooled . It isn’t!!!

The room was nice and we loved that it was on the first floor, however the refrigerator still had the last guests food in it and shower and window sill had mold build up. The young lady Addie was very polite!

Then we were told that one of our two rooms was ready. Checked in about 4 and the room still wasn't ready when we left to go get dinner after 6. Come back to the rooms to shower... absolutely no water pressure or hot water. Rooms have the bare minimum and not very welcoming, the smell also isn't great inside or outside of the room. The floors were dirty like they barely swept. Comparative to my 7yo sweeping. There was black stuff on the rags and when I went to ask for more rags to wash with there wasn’t anyone at the desk and could get clean rags to was with. The tub was dirty. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was so much noise in the halls all night long until about 4/5am. Water was coming out from under the toilet. Water in the hall by elevator. When I stopped to tell the lady at the front desk she was checking someone in so I waited. When she got done she turned and started a conversation with another employee ignoring me standing there.

I arrived as planned. The hotel staff was pleasant. The hotel is an extended stay with very limited amenities and only a vending machine for food options. My room was completely filthy and disgusting. From the entry door to the other four walls, the room was nasty! 1. Dirt and trash met me at the door. 2. The stove was dirty with remnants of the previous occupant's meals. 3. The counters were filled with cigarettes burns in a non-smoking room. 4. The entire room had dirt and trash on the floors. 5. The there was no blanket on the bed and the heater did not work. 6. The room was freezing. 7. The entire hotel was out of towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. I used my bookbag for a pillow and they found a sheet for me to put over the bed. (I was extremely concerned about bugs). I rested for 4 hours, not slept, I just rested my body laying on top of the sheet fully clothed. During my 4 hours i listened the residents run in and out the hallway and their rooms. 8. The floors were stsined with droplets and streaks of whatever the previous occupant left. This was worst than the Bates motel! I travel alot and have seen alot. This was my worst hotel yet! Oh, they said they were at capactity and this was the only room. Mind you my fee was over $100 for this trash. I have been catfished for real! The positive reviews and ratings are FALSE! I'm definitely awaiting my refund!

There was no waste can in the whole unit. Floor was dirty. Stove area was dirty. The phone didn't work when we called another room. The refrigerator was missing the glass on top of the drawers inside.

Good place to stay no frills. No laundry service you have to exchange sheets and towels with the office. Office doesn’t open till 9:00sm. When we checked in, there was no toilet paper in the room and then they would only give me one roll when I went to the office.

I booked on hotel.com. When I arrived I was told you had no reservation for me even though I showed my confirmation

Found roaches in the room, toilet seat wasn't clean, room was never serviced during a weeks stay, no one comes to replace dirty towels.

The bathroom had urine stains around the toilet and looked like the floor had not been mopped. There were cabnet doors on. The whole floor smelled badly like marijuana

It’s a no frills place and a bit loud until about 10, but the room was clean and I love that there is no carpet.

This is not a hotel to stay at!

When I checked the bed was not made it had on the fitted sheet on it. The tub had visible dirt in it. The room smelled like mildew. I informed the staff and was given an aerosol spray for the smell. It was so bad it made me feel sick. So I left the hotel early the manager stated that she would refund me back for a night. When hotels.com called it was not honored. I later called and Christal stated that she processed the refund and Hotels.com stated they never got. The staff was responsive in communication.

Upon arrival there was a spider in the bathtub, missing cabinet doors. And we were in a room that did not lock and could be opened without a keycard. The establishment wasn’t put together very nicely.
