The only things missing were an ice machine, and coffee in the lobby. Pet fees were reasonable, which we appreciate very much. The area was safe and well lit. Good value. We will stay here again when in the area.

Some of the staff was courteous while others not so much. The room had missing cabnets and there was no couch. The bed was a full size bed and the outlets and some of the lights didn’t work.

Stayed for 7 nights. Wouldn’t recommend it. Go somewhere else take the commute if you have to. Found a roach. Upstairs resident must live there. Their kids stomped around all day and night. Assistant manager smoked right in front of the door even though the sign clearly states smoking prohibited within 25 feet… just don’t do it also water does not get hot

Staff were friendly and they all make you feel like you’re at your auntie House!!! This means a lot especially during a time when you feel alone in this world!

The bed is hard as a rock, there is no ice machine, the shampoo is calm size and there is no conditioner and your “body wash” is a bar of soap. You cant get food delivered to your door you have to meet in the lobby. The staff is great there just needs to be some tweaking on other things!

Rooms were VERY clean, staff was professional and accommodating, very affordable for amenities given, ladybugs do find their way in, but that’s the only “negative” comment I would add. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again!

No running water for the first night, apparently the location decided to charge me for smoking in the room though i did not.

N/A The water was off at 8 pm until 1 am, the room was semi clean, but dirty.. I found hair and the fixtures were dirty and caked up with residue.. no iron.. It took me 10 minutes to get the microwave going.. You had to flush the toilet a certain way or it would automatically shut off/down, according to the note taped to the toilet.. I heard dogs barking most of the night.. the floor made noises while walking, so did the shower.. the heater did not work, etc

The room had the most horrible oder we could not get to go away although we bought candles. The filth at the bottom of the bath tub was awful, and the bathrub didnt drain. My husband had to unclog the bathtub. There was a kitchen area that had cabinets without the doors. The stove exhaust fan was covered in grease.

The location was close to everything. The property was dirty. It smelled of mold, weed and cigarettes. The mattress was covered in plastic and made noises. The bathroom was dirty and had roaches. The toilet was loose. On my last morning some man knocked on my door at 9am and tried to enter the room. They said they were house keepers after I screamed.

Room was some what clean facilities were in good shape Didn’t like the staff was constantly outside when I needed help I had to go find someone. I have yet to receive a receipt from my stay I had to call to make sure that my key was received because I had to check out early.

The stove was not great. I knew ahead of time to bring my own pots and pans. I never used it due to the eye was crooked and didn’t seem safe. The staff was great! The rooms were okay. I brought my own cleaning items.

This was the cheaper route but definitely not worth it. I traveled and booked this hotel for a church-related Christian event and was not pleased with the service here. It was of much inconvenience. Horrible experience and uninformed staff. It's low quality not worth the cheaper route if you can afford more costly hotels within the area. The staff member on duty went mute and refused to verbally assist me with the matter. The alleged GM hung up the phone while I was trying to solve my room-related issue and is not suitable for the job. It was clear that the alleged GM is not happy with her job and takes her anger out on customers. She cannot manager her position. I was not offered a different room for the inconvenience nor a refund for the dilemma and I had only been there less than 4 hours. This location needs trained and refined staff. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

The first room I had bathroom was nasty. I had to clean it myself it was something on the toilet. Hot water didn't work. I had to talk back to the front 20 mins after I complained about the hot water. She had no plans on calling me back. I had to ask for another room it was not offered. It was late almost 12 pm or little after when I got the other room. Was told no guarantee that water would work room smelled like pee. I was not aware that I had to change my own sheets, and they clean every 14 days until I called the front. I made the best of it. I tried to get at least the first night back, but the customer service person communication was wrong she to the hotel, and I wanted a total refund that was not the case.

I thought the inside would’ve been updated like the outside of the building!! Also, they don’t have an ice machine to accommodate their customers.

The only real criticism I would offer was that the picture looked nothing like my room. My room was much more Spartan than the picture shown. The room was very clean though. The hallways smelled of smoke but the room smelled good and as I said was very clean. A coffee pot would have been awesome. But the amenity list truly does not mention coffee. This is what happens when you assume.

The so called manger latrice is a nasty woman I don't see how she became mgr with her nasty rude self and her so called staff Makayla the girl that work at the front desk that looks like she just rolled out of bed all she does is sit at the desk in the corner want move to talk to a guest she has a very nasty rude the way this young girl talks to guest and her pothead of boyfriend how does she and her drug head of boyfriend leave on the property has a very rude mouth like her work there the mgr all she cares about is trying to impress the men she could careless about her women gust

It looked good in the photos, but the room is terrible, all the furniture and equipment is minimal, made of the cheapest materials, there is not even a coffee maker. It is a huge disaster.

The bed was uncomfortable. All the other hotels in the area had one non-refundable charge for pets. This property charged me $10 a day plus the non-refundable fee.

I stayed at this property for about 10 days and would stay there again! They do housekeeping once a week but they will give you a mop and broom if you need it!

There was an issue everyday. I had to clean my room on the first night, the refrigerator went out the second night(milk spoiled), the last night about 11:30 pm, I asked the attendant for towels and she proceeded to say to me, “yall get on my dam nerves and the argument proceeded. I checked out that Friday morning.

It was cheap, but the pictures are misleading, the hotel was old and run down. The place is an extended stay, or it seems like it, and the room was dirty and old.

Room was dirty when we got there and water was not getting hot. Told staff and she accommodated us by putting us in another room. 6/1/2024 night shift. Can’t remember her name but she was sweet and very helpful.

Waited 45 minutes to check-in because the front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. Soon as I walked into my hotel room I was greeted my by a very strong odor of PEE!!!!

Needs some major upgrading. Overall a nice place to stay. Staff is amazing.

Very confortable room with most features that makes your stay worthwhile.

The general manager, the shift manager, and the fake security guard was very nasty and rude. They harassed us the whole day the fake security guard was looking into our window and on our conversation by putting his ear to the wall I got pictures and video recorded him doing that I complained the whole time while I was there and said it was OK for him to do us like that. They came up with rules that we can go outside I think, or make noise room no no at 11 or outside to smoke cigarettes

They had to move me to 3 different room one of them did not have a toilet the other the doors were

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was outdated, room but clean , there is no iron. The hall smell very bad and the carpets extremely dirty with lot of stains. If you are on the road and looking to sleep a few hours it ok.
