Reviews
The hotel is appreciated for its historic charm and friendly staff, but guests frequently complain about issues with air conditioning and parking fees. The rooftop bar and comfortable beds are highlighted as positives, while the need for renovations and better maintenance are common negatives.

the staff was amazing!

- Front desk was mediocre. It was a hot day. There was a cold pitcher of refreshing ice water, but no cups. The front desk staff had missed this, even though they were not busy. After a long wait, they returned to tell me they couldn’t locate any cups. - Chef in 8595 Restaurant was a complete failure. Dining at 8595 was one of the main reasons we chose this property. 60% of the menu was unavailable. Allegedly, he had mismanaged the switch over to a new menu. Angry patrons who had come for dinner were eating an appetizer and storming out angry. They were even out of 50% of the desserts and told me they would prepare some bread pudding (my favorite!) but instead served a dry pound cake and said it was bread pudding. This was more than catching the restaurant on a bad night. The plates and bowls were chipped, there was lipstick on one of the glasses when we sat down, and the whole operation felt like a newly opened restaurant with poorly trained staff, atrocious operations being captained by a chef and/or GM with no experience. It was disappointing from greet to tip. - The room, while quaint, was hot (A/C was unable to cool it adequately)

What an experience! We originally booked a balcony room for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. That room was amazing with lots of windows. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to move to a different room in the middle of the night. I don’t think there are any “bad” rooms here, but the new room was far from comparable with the balcony room. The staff were so friendly and helpful and explained that because we had used Expedia they couldn’t really do anything about a refund, however, they did waive the parking fees which we were super grateful for. We really aren’t the needy or complaining type, but this was supposed to be a special trip, so I got up the nerve to go to the desk the next morning to see if maybe our original room a/c had been repaired. It hadn’t, but the ladies at the desk were so helpful that it made me feel dumb for being nervous about asking for another change. We were given another new room that unfortunately didn’t have the balcony we hoped for, but it was much more spacious and had a really nice, big bathroom. Our anniversary trip was saved!! I can’t say enough nice things about how great the staff were, from the maintenance guys to the ladies at the desk. You all helped ensure The Partridge remains one of my wife’s most favorite places to stay. I’m horrible with names, but hopefully this review will find its way to everyone who helped us properly celebrate our special anniversary weekend. Thank you!

Spent a week at the Partridge Inn while in Augusta for work, and have no complaints. People are friendly and the rooftop bar is amazing!
- 5/5
Our first room was a little loud and they moved us right away and sent some one to help Roof bar was so beautiful live music the restaurant was really good great service
- 4/5
An older hotel that shows its age in places, but our room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked without issue. All staff — from front desk to maintenance — were friendly and helpful. Restaurant had some standout food (shrimp and grits!) and the rooftop bar was a good spot to relax.

My room was on the small side but so well appointed and set up that it didn't feel cramped. The bathroom was very small, however. The room was clean and the staff (front desk and bellmen) so helpful and kind. Such a beautiful Southern hotel. The rooftop balcony is lovely and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when next in Augusta.

Rooftop/Bellman were nice Receptionist were not the most friendly and knowledgeable. We asked for some recommendations and were told to use google. It would have been nice if we were told about the $25 parking fee everyday.

Beautiful southern hotel. Spacious rooms. Outdoor pool. Rooftop bar. Staff was amazing. Only place we stay when visiting Augusta.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and ready on time! Front desk ladies were wonderful. Parking was convenient. We didn’t have a chance to check out the rooftop bar due to a wedding

Property is very old and smells old
- 4/5
Location was great. Hotel was fine. Staff was a mixed bag and both restaurants were disappointing.
- 2/5
Old… really old. And poorly kept. Property with lots of potential but needs critical investments in maintenance.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful hotel. Lovely breakfast on the verandah and the rooftop bar is fabulous. Complimentary shuttle into town. Ideal place to stay in Augusta.
- 3/5
The place is in dire need of remodel inside and out. Sinks don't drain properly. And the floors are uneven. Everything is so old and musty smelling. Terrible paint color schemes. Just needs a fresh remodel everywhere.
- 1/5
Power shut off in the room... we were told this was a common problem... we only stayed 3 hours and charged full rate.
- 4/5
Love the location . Love the dog friendly vibe . The service was a bit off at the restaurant. It was not all served at the same time . One person didn’t get the meal until everyone was ready finished .

Everything is great
- 3/5
Beds, sheets and pillows are fantastic -- very quiet once the balcony door was closed, and we slept very well. And the rest of the rooms amenities were just great. The TV, the coffee maker, the toiletries in the shower, all top notch. The breakfast in the main restaurant wasn't that great, but they're also we're not a lot of guests taking advantage of it, so it's sort of understandable. Unexpected though, I would think the food would be really important to maintain a draw.
- 3/5
The rooms were small keeping with the old charm of the place. There needs more storage space in the bathroom. I loved the patio right outside your room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Caution if you have a Tesla, there are only 2 charging stalls, we observed one that was used by a non Tesla, there were plenty of parking spaces but this lady hogged it overnight and part of the day. A Tesla had to park in the loading area and stretch the cable to her car. There was a sign saying Tesla Charging but she completely ignored it.

The breakfast was good and bad at times. Food wasn't hot and coffee was too strong. The staff was very nice. I didn't like that you had to pay for parking. The furniture in the rooms need updated. The pull-out sofa was very old and dirty looking.

The bedding was excellent! Did not have the breakfast. The restaurant meal the prior evening was overpriced and average quality There was no chair in the large king bedroom and the private balcony did not have pillows / not as pictured on site.

Excellent experience, will definitely visit again

N/a $25 for parking one night was ridiculous. I never had to pay to park at a hotel. You would think that parking would be included in the nightly rate of $165 (taxes and fees included). Ripoff!!
- 4/5
Loved the rooftop. Nice lobby and porch though we only had an hour to see everything with late arrival before dinner. Rooms cozy and comfortable and I like texting to ask questions! The 8595 Restaurant was good but the vibe was a little cold. Had trouble getting car the next morning from valet for some reason and should have texted to set that up ahead of time as we needed a timely departure.

I didn't like that I had to wait for my room to be ready even though I arrived close to 4:00pm. I also didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking. I didn't utilize valet parking so I'm not sure why I had to pay $25 just to park my own car.
- 5/5
Great room, staff were friendly and professional
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived! From the valet staff, to dining, to room cleanliness. 10/10 we loved it!
- 5/5
Room was great and restaurant lovely!
- 3/5
This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. Our hot water had issues the 1st day, the hot water ran cold within the 1st 20 mins and that's how I met Tyler. I promise he is a super human, he fixed the issue that day but by the 3rd day we had to switch rooms and eventually the hot water heater qas removed from our old room. The 2nd to last day we were in our new room, the hot water ran cold AGAIN. Our superman Tyler came and reset the water heater. This time the water stayed hot until the day we checked out. I absolutely loved some of the staff thatvi came in contact with such as; Nikki in the restaurant is such a beautiful soul and her hospitality is truly a southern charm. Kind, warm, very personable and willing to make sure each guest that dines in has not only great food but outstanding service. Kelle at the receptionist desk is as wonderful as her warm and genuine smile, extremely helpful. Joshua and Norman who were wonderful Bell's men, also greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. Norman even came to our room to help us move the day we switched rooms. Besides the hotel needing renovations and having hot water heater issue, it was g

The room description listed having a bathtub but the room we got had a shower only. Not a dealbreaker, but a tiny disappointment nonetheless.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice and helpful staff. And room was ready early!
- 5/5
The room was clean, and spacious very comfortable. The staff at the roof top staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend in the future.
- 5/5
The room was spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Our only concern was that our suite's living area never seemed to get warm. The maintenance staff came and changed filters, but it just did not seem to be as warm as the bedroom and bathroom. We weren't uncomfortably cold. We just noticed a difference. We came to the conclusion that another vent should be added to that area.
- 5/5
Great staff! Clean room. Love the view from the rooftop.
- 5/5
Very good staff, very attentive and good service.
- 5/5
The next morning we had breakfast at 8595 and the food was incredible along with Nikki our outstanding server.
- 4/5
Staff were generally wonderful. I was a little surprised that shuttle drivers (shuttles were prompt, dependable, and free) and their vans reeked of tobacco as did the maintenance guys who were sent to my room to replace dead lights in the bathroom. Self park and valet park were both $25 per night which surprised me. I guess the only difference is that one should tip the valet if you use that service, and I did. The rooftop bar is lovely and its staff were a delight. I was shocked at the cost of a single cocktail. . .the highest I have ever paid. Conversely the dinner in the lovely restaurant downstairs was generously sized and very reasonably priced. For anyone who is in Augusta for medical treatment at one of the huge med centers here, this place is very well located. I would have appreciated a firmer mattress but aside from that my room was lovely and it had a very large covered balcony that was a real plus and worth the small additional charge for that room.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
The rooms location was, unfortunately, both right under the rooftop dining restaurant and also right across from the elevator so noisy almost until we finally fell asleep. We are finding that booking through a third party, like hotels.com and booking etc. we are almost always , given rooms that nobody else would want. Perhaps something to address in the future and directly with the hotel?!
- 5/5
The check in process was quick and welcoming. The valet stewards were extremely polite and friendly and helpful to include giving advice on where to eat. Will come back again
- 3/5
Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there was noticeable paint chipping on the walls, particularly in the bathroom, and a visible shoe print on the wall near the desk area. I was disappointed with the shower, as the hot water ran out quickly during both nights of my stay. On a positive note, the customer service at the restaurant was excellent. The waitress was phenomenal, and the food was very good.
- 5/5
Very quaint room and hotel. Too bad it wasn’t warmer and the next time I’ll take full advantage of your pool and roof deck as well, thanks again and Happy New Years to all your amazing staff. Very lovely people.

Everything was wonderful.Everybody was so helpful that worked there. Brianna, who was an employee was absolutely phenomenal! Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

The hotel is a true gem in the heart of Augusta it is very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast is fantastic, staff Is always very friendly

Overall great experience! Friendly staff! Clean! We love historic hotels. The rooftop bar is amazing!

the room was clean, check in was easy.

Awesomely
- 5/5
Clean room! Staff excellent! Especially Tamika in the bar!!! She was awesome!!
- 2/5
Valet parking was awful. Although there was staff ready to park your car, 3 out of 3 times we had to get them from talking to each other and ask to have the car parked. They were standing 15 feet away. I had to interrupt there conversation each time. Always "oh i thought you were dropping someone off " Or some other reason. I stood beside my car until my wife went a nd got their atttention.
- 5/5
A beautiful and historical location with both modern amenities and charm! You don’t want to miss this. The staff is so friendly too. The view from the rooftop bar area is breathtaking.
- 4/5
Everything was perfect. Only recommendation is for the music in the restaurant. It felt more like bar music than a nice restaurant’s music. It was quite loud and not at all background music/ambience.
- 3/5
Room was a bit old, couch stained, bathroom tiles and toilet falling apart but painted over. Staff doesnt answer phone, room service doesnt answer phone. Had to go to front desk after calling for 5 mins and Harvey just said oh the phone hasnt ringed but he wasn't even at the counter.
- 5/5
This hotel is a favorite when we visit Augusta. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant food and service are delicious and top-tier!
- 5/5
overall experience
- 5/5
The restaurant has incredible food and every time we ate there it was top notch and such good quality. Visited the rooftop bar and it had an amazing view and the bartender was very skilled and friendly. I will absolutely be staying here if I ever visit the area again.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff clean rooms absolutely perfect

The staff was genuinely nice and everyone went above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Staff was excellent. Loved the charm
- 5/5
Great place.
- 5/5
Everyone was amazing
- 5/5
The staff and level of service are fantastic, I like that they texted me and asked if i needed anything and I said I forgot toothpaste and the brought it right up. Dinner was perfect and the food was excellent. The 5:00am shuttle to the airport was a big help and the driver was professional and a great to chat!!
- 5/5
Great roof top balcony
- 5/5
The staff is so very helpful and the shuttle drivers are outstanding
- 4/5
Did not have a balcony room and the roof top bar was not available due to wedding party. The restaurant and bar were nice and breakfast was great. My only complaint was a bad smell on the 3rd floor and in our room. It smelled like sewer gas. I'm sure it is being addressed. Everything else was good. Hope to go back and get a balcany room and able to see roof top view.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, decent restaurant and bar on site. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Norman was particularly welcoming
- 2/5
One day we asked for a tidy in a room and some fresh towels. They literally just threw the dirty towels into the hallway outside our room and put a stack of fresh towels on the table. (See pictures) One day we went to the pool with our children. We asked 3 different employees over the span of 45 minutes to bring out some pool towels (despite being the only people at the pool), we never received them. Our children (2 and 4 years old) were freezing with blue lips when we got out and had nothing to wrap up in. Very frustrating to say the least!!
- 5/5
Good experience my mother love it for her 80th Birthday
- 5/5
Everything was perfect during our stay. We loved how soft the mattresses are. We enjoyed having a Balcony room. Staff were wonderful.
- 2/5
This property is in poor condition. It is in an unsafe area next to government housing. This is not a value.
- 5/5
Absolutely perfect—the room with a huge balcony, rooftop terrace, superb dinner, breakfast and coffee on the grand porch, staff hospitality—we loved it all!
- 5/5
Welcoming staff
- 1/5
Did not enjoy! The parking attendants were friendly and personable but no one else on the property was friendly. The dining room staff was not knowledgeable about the menu and did not offer any substitutions or alternatives to accommodate allergies. The rooftop bar was nice but the bartender was stand-off ish and again unfriendly. The area is terrible and like a ghost town with no other options for eating. I do not recommend!
- 5/5
We always love staying here. The staff is exceptional and Mr. James is a true gentleman.
- 5/5
Beautiful historical hotel! Roof top bar was excellent!
- 5/5
Excellent. Kitchen stayed open for my breakfast after closing time flood and service was excellent. Valet greeters were fabulous! I think it was Jack in day and another gentleman at night. Receptionist was super helpful also
- 3/5
Internet is always terrible!
- 4/5
Breakfast was amazing, was tad bit noisy in hallways, and disappointed no microwave, but overall we enjoyed ourselfs and when in toagain
- 5/5
Beautiful old property, breakfast delicious
- 5/5
Hotel staff & Valet were extremely nice and professional.
- 5/5
Great A
- 4/5
It is an older property but well maintained and clean. They charge you to park whether you valet or not. The fitness center is small and could be larger.
- 5/5
i like the history and unigueness of the property
- 5/5
The service is always amazing. Sitting on the porch at the Partridge is one of our favorite things! Tried their eggs Benedict for the first time and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The rooms are a bit quirky because it’s an old hotel, but still our go-to in Augusta!
- 5/5
Look forward to my stays here several times a year - always clean and the beds are so comfortable!
- 2/5
Had a bug crawl on pillow
- 5/5
Always a pleasant experience.
- 4/5
Charming old property
- 5/5
Excellent.
- 4/5
Did not have reservations for dinner, so we couldn’t be seated for a hour, had to have dinner at the rooftop bar, bartender exceptional, kitchen was slow, an hour to get the meal, on meal didn’t come out for 2 hours, I would normally been upset except we were visiting family and we talked, a lot while we were waiting.
- 5/5
Is a great old hotel. Service is great and top praise to Valet as they never missed a beat!
- 3/5
Not very friendly , there wasn’t a pack and play available, just overall ok not the best
- 1/5
Beautiful
- 5/5
Loved the retro look. Very nice!
- 5/5
Love this historic hotel. Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and fabulous view from the rooftop patio. The only thing I would change is that I prefer a regular coffee maker in the room rather than the Nespresso machine provided.
- 4/5
We were in room 220. It must’ve been close to the kitchen or something. It was quite loud. We would’ve liked to have had a bar of soap. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large and spacious. All in all it was a great stay and we would stay there again.
- 4/5
A few things missing that we expected in the room. Nothing major. Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
This hotel is really lovely. It was a welcome respite after a long drive from the coast. My only complaint is that smoking was allowed on the front porch while I was having dinner. I cut my dinner short to get away from it.
- 3/5
The trip was okay, but we will stay elsewhere next time. I wouldn't consider the room to be truly updated. The shower handle wasn't connected to the wall, the bathroom door handle kept falling off, floor was still uneven (normally they fix things like that during a renovation). Door knobs falling off aren't due to historical charm. I had to ask the front desk for a bill three times before they emailed it to me. We ate at the hotel several times. Breakfast was our favorite meal. My husband's dinner was good, but my seafood risotto was gritty/sandy. The rooftop bar is the reason we booked this hotel. It was closed for renovations. We weren't notified of this nor was it on their website. For the price and what we arrived to, we wouldn't stay here again. On a positive, the staff was nice and the restaurant porch is pretty.
- 5/5
Very nice and comfortable. I will definitely keep this one in mind for next time.
- 5/5
Beautiful building, friendly staff and great service!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and every festival has been thought out carefully. Enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
I loved my room and balcony. The bedding was very comfortable. The Ac unit takes
- 3/5
Great interior style but need serious maintenance. Floors uneven. There was baseboard falling off the wall due to water damage in the bathroom. Extremely noisy.
- 5/5
We got stuck at the airport in Augusta after delayed flights, this meant that there was no car hire service or taxis. When I rang the hotel to ask that they keep my reservation they offered to send a shuttle, this was at 01:30 in morning on a Sunday (9th March) night. Awesome service, hugely appreciated.
- 5/5
Such Southern charm and ambiance! Breakfast was perfection, too.
- 5/5
This place looks amazing the building is just awesome. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff.
- 4/5
The hotel was convenient and the staff was very pleasant. They have a nice restaurant.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and convenient to our event
- 5/5
Wonderful experience. Highly recommend as the rooms are very comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful in providing recommendations on local places to eat. Shout out to our new friend, Clay. 😊
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
This fabulous historic inn was the best stay I have had in such a long time. What a find!
- 4/5
No
- 2/5
Coffee maker didn’t work nor was there a remote control for the TV. Very rude desk person when confronted about deficiencies.
- 4/5
I did not know I would be charged $22 for parking
- 3/5
My trip to the hotel did not start off to well. We were assigned a room that had low ceilings and closets; I just happen to be claustrophobic and asked for a room change. The person at the desk responded in an unprofessional manner and stated that I got on the elevator so how could I be claustrophobic? That was a little uncalled for; getting on elevators do cause me anxiety but I am not sleeping in the elevator either. Outside of that incident my stay was fine; but it did not make me happy every time i thought about how i was treated by him.
- 5/5
Love staying here
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly, rate was reasonable, room was split level with an elevated work space and bathroom up three steps.
- 5/5
She met friends in the rooftop bar and had a lovely stay.
- 3/5
Pretty hotel but not enough staff to help valet . Also, check in was slow and I could get a second key quickly because the machine went down. Also, steps everywhere. If you have any walking disability, this hotel would be difficult to navigate. Last, the king suite we had was just a weird layout. There was no door to close off second room. There was a small office area??? No iron/iron board and we never located a refrigerator. Probably won’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Was in town for a Marriage Retreat. Check in was effortless, they do have self parking and valet parking which are both the same price of $22 per day so we opted to do valet. We were on the same floor as the bar and restaurant which was a plus. Highly recommend and we would stay again.
- 3/5
My only problem is that I was charged $22, twice, for parking. I got to the hotel at 9 pm and was gone by 9 pm. So add an extra $44 to your stay! You’re welcome.
- 5/5
The hotel was great, the surrounding area suffering from a storm
- 5/5
We loved the history of the hotel. We particularly wanted to thank Lisa in reception and Hank as they made us feel so welcome. Would definitely come back again
- 5/5
The roof top bar overlooking the city was amazing. The staff was incredible. What a gorgeous southern gem! Must have the Eggs Benedict on the porch for breakfast.
- 5/5
Decided to come in to Augusta for the night to visit friends who would be in town temporarily. We stayed at the partridge in on the night of our wedding 17 years in minus one day ago. The service was excellent, the room was in great shape and clean. We drove away, and my wife realized she forgot an item very important to her. She called the staff and they tracked it down and held it for her as we returned. I would definitely go back.
- 4/5
AnnMari serving at breakfast was fantastic!
- 5/5
Loved the quaintness and that we could bring our dog
- 3/5
I had several issues the morning of my departure: (1) very little hot water in shower; (2) shower head that misted part of bathroom; (3) no grab bars in the bathroom or shower; (4) I thought I had a complimentary breakfast but apparently not. Excellent breakfast. Due to the above the clerk said he would comp my valet parking
- 5/5
Nice place
- 1/5
We were very disappointed for the money spent, shower was tight. They gave us one full size towel to share and the bed was uncomfortable and flat pillows. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and then was shut off. Horrible stay.
- 4/5
Cool old hotel, well updated with very quiet and well appointed rooms. Staff is always helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful and room very comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice!
- 5/5
Great room for traveling with family. Nice to cool off in pool before dinner. Took advantage of the shuttle service to downtown. Enjoyed roof top bar in the evening. Coffee station in the morning was perfect.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful historic hotel property. Our family enjoyed the beautiful pool area as well. The only problem we had was the air conditioning went out over night but was fixed the next day.
- 5/5
Amazing room! Bed was very comfortable!! Will stay here again!
- 5/5
We like the vintage aspect of the old hotel with many updates. Pool was gorgeous and well kept. Wonderful welcome upon arrival. So fun! Some areas could use some more updating. Ie: paint and cabinet in bathroom. Maybe some vintage pictures of Augusta on the wall to bring in the old world. But a lovely old hotel with comfy beds and pillows!!
- 3/5
The property does not look like the photos they advertised. The balcony was not clean.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay and great breakfast
- 5/5
Great service and very comfortable beds. Hank with valet was great as well.

The hotel at first glance is great with it being a historical building, but the work that was done to remodel it was sub par. Looks like they cut every corner they could to get it looking somewhat decent. The greeting was very blah, no mention of services provide, I was just told where the roof top bar was and given directions to my room. I receved a room with no view, when I looked out my window there was a tree that blocked everything. Location is probably the highlight if you are visiting and want to be close to downtown Augusta. There is not alot of parking and you will be charged 20$ a day flat fee whether you self park or use valet, which I never saw a valet anywhere. Beds were super clean and very soft and comfortable, but the air conditioning seemed to fizzle out in the middle of the night and I woke up sweating. Everyones experience is different this is my experience and opinion. I will probably not stay at this hotel again.

We just came for a one night getaway. LOVVED the property and most of the staff was great. Knew it would be an older place...didn't sleep well due to the loud a/c. Food/cocktails were excellent except we were sad they were out of so many food options we had planned on having; didn't have the amazing partridge cocktail we were looking forward to. The desk-guy who checked us out said 2 words...no smile, no asking how it was. He said "you're good" while looking down. Zachary checked us in and was great. The door-man/bellhop (Alex maybe?) was PHENOMINAL. Perfect attitude to kickoff a fun trip.

This was amazing overall!! Very happy with Hank and James getting us to and from downtown and talking about Augusta and what it’s known for. Very pleased with Tameka’s service at the rooftop bar. Loved the ambience overall up top.

Dated. Faux plants throughout the property were a detraction.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

We had dead bugs in the shower area with little black flying bugs in the bathroom. There was a wedding party in the courtyard, loud, until 10 pm outside our window. Not a pleasant experience.

They have a beautiful rooftop bar with a great view of Augusta. My tub was backed up which wasn't great.

Its a beautiful historic hotel near golfing. Rooms have lots of space. Beds, comforters, and pillows are super comfortable. Everything is exceptional.

Staff is wonderful!!

The outside balcony was excellent. Loved the rooftop bar. The fire alarm did go off at 5:30am our first morning which was a bit annoying.

I was a little disappointed in the property. There were many workers there. I assume getting ready for Master's week and I understand that. Yet in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off not once but three times. They were also washing the patios and water was everywhere. Probably won't stay there again for the price, we can book on the riverfront.

This property is not good at all for elderly people. Too many steps. No handicap ramp to walk up. The A/C compressor kept going off in one of the rooms I had reserved so the room stayed at 76 degrees which was too warm and humid all night. The Inn could not discount my room rate since I used a third party to reserve my rooms. Was not at all impressed staying at this Inn.
