The front desk clerk (female) tried to make up for the disaster of the premises as best she could. The room was supposed to be 2 queen beds but we're 2 small doubles. The sheets were the only thing clean. The refrigerator didn't work, the microwave didn't work, at first the TV didn't work but the manager fixed it. There was no working ice machines, the snack machines needed quarters only and had barely anything in them. Then the breakfast was supposed to have bananas, apples and oranges along with chocolate chip and blueberry muffins and coffee. The apples were wrinkly, the 2 tangerines were very old and bruised and there were no bananas or blueberry muffins and there was still over an hour and a half before the breakfast time was over. They are partially remodeling the hotel but most of it is a disaster. There's mold in some of the rooms. They don't tell you any of this when you're booking your room. And even though they don't have much of anything working or items available they're still charging full price, it's ridiculous! I appreciate that they're trying to make it better, but you have nothing that's advertised for use available or working properly! You should inform the customer of the state of the facility before hand or offer a large discount appropriate to the mess. Or better yet, shut it down until you can get the rooms actually ready for a customer. All the items needed for the remodeling are sitting in piles all around the hotel which is unsafe and even blocking the parking lots. The health department should be called in because of the mold and the filthy rooms. The floors and tub were very dirty with long strands of hair spread on both of them. I tried to talk to the (next mornings clerk) but he acted like he couldn't speak English and just made up excuses. I believe that they know exactly what they are doing and don't care whether the customer is happy or not.

Part of the motel had been renovated, but not much. There was no elevator for a 3-floor motel. The breakfast was a joke with food worse than what you could buy in a vending machine at a roadside rest area. The price of $213/night was crazy for the condition of this place; it was just the owner gouging customers because it was the week of the Masters golf tournament.

Newly refurbished. Big improvement. New rugs, paint, bathroom. Not complete for whole facility yet but we were in one of the new rooms and appreciated the improvement. No soap at the bathroom sink. No shelf in the shower. Poor breakfast.

The bed was comfortable thats it not work almost 100 a night tbh I didn’t like nothing about the property the bed was comfortable but the tv didn’t work lamps shades was on the floor the bathroom was clean just. Problem the AC really didn’t get the room cold

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, and looked poorly maintained. They say renovations are happening, but it wasn’t noticeable. I would not recommend booking here.

I did not like the property It is run down, ragedy, towels dirty. Bathroom and room scary. No remote! Just overall bad experience. Very ugly place! Yuck!

The room was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe. I just feel it needs updated.

Nothing Advertised breakfast which was a package muffin and an orange. Room smelled like mold and weed. People were loud and fighting all night.

They said breakfast and only had muffins, bananas and oranges with coffee. Room was a room that may have not been in use. Had to pay for extra time for a whole night. Booking should be rated for rooms you allowed to be used.

N/A I was charged for a reservation that I did not stay at. There was miscommunication between Booking.com and the property. I requested and was approved for stay at a specific time and date by the property, and when I arrived, I was denied for my stay. In no way was this at fault to me and I did not get a refund. I paid for a reservation and was turned around. I provided proof of confirmation and screenshots of the withdrawal of my funds.

The breakfast was great! Hot, no matter what time you come down during breakfast hours. I didn't like the fact that I asked housekeeping early at breakfast to replace towels that I sat outside my doors and when I returned there were no towels, yet front desk kept telling me they had been replaced already as if I was lying. After coming back to the desk a 3rd time, they finally gave me more towels.

Cost was the biggest thing versus the other hotels around Fort Gordon. I think the cost was good. Attention to detail. No place to put your soap in the shower. Clean up around the dumpster in the back. Small things do mean something. Replace the bad area of carpet at the bad door.

It was close to the wedding venue There was someone conducting “business transaction” next door. The door to their room opened and closed no less than 50 times throughout my visit.

Being proposition for sexual favors, cigarette smoke was overwhelming, felt unsafe, found cigar butt in room, shower curtain was moldy, cigarette burns on sink, phone in room didn't work, had to wait outside to check in and "seedy" character was on bike checking cars - he later told my husband and grandson he could show them a good time, vending machines didn't work. Makes me question the hotels through Booking. I usually use Priceline.

He then disappeared for about 10 minutes while we waited outside in an area that did not seem very safe. The attendant then asked us to walked around the building to enter through a side door where a person smoking weed entered the facility through tailgating us. It's worth to pay the 30% more to not stay at a Super 8 (at least not this one) in the future.

Convenience. No hot water, AC unit looked burned/melted on the front, remote unpaired from the tv so we couldn’t watch tv, smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallway

Location. Staff No real breakfast. Room ordinary. No hot water one morning. Stayed for Masters Tournament. Price very high considering accommodations, but that’s what you pay for Masters week.

The staff was very helpful. Since I requested a smoking room and all those were on the 3rd floor. This property had no elevator and since I have a handicap and cannot use stairs they opened a 1st floor room to allow me to smoke in.

The desk clerk charged me twice for my room and then yelled at me when i told him he made an error by charging me twice then he called the manager and the manager tried to explain why i was charged twice like their is a reason to overcharge someone. I had to end up calling the police then the front desk refunded my money for the overcharge but i had to wait 5 days to receive my refund and he ended up apologizing however all of that was very unnecessary.

I’m disgusted. Would help to invest a little money into this property. Orange water from the faucets contaminated with iron; low water pressure; deteriorating walls; door hooks and hair dryer falling off the walls; I checked closely and no bed bugs …..so yay! If you want a bed and a shower….ok. Otherwise look elsewhere.

I drove a long way & the price was over $200, I had to make stop at the Hampton Inn on my way & compared to them Hampton Inn was a Mansion with the same price or less. I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HOTEL.COM. They couldn't find me another Hotel to go to the SAME night & told me to call, around WHAT? The reviews couldn't have been real unless they like drug deals & prostitution environment. I talked to a Sheriff at the place where I had my appointment, area is not good. I also had to stop at a retail store & I told the cashier how disappointed & frustrated I was & she told me about the area. Need I say more. I eventually found a professional & Very decent hotel to sleep in that night on a busy Friday night. They need to get a secret shopper to investigate that place.

It was fairly quiet and I loved the smoking rooms not many hotels allow this in their rooms. The complaint I have is the hotel rooms could use some remodeling my bedspreads had multiple holes in them and looked like they were from the 60's.

The manager Rick Gandhi was a gem. I had trouble arranging a cab to take me to a social event on Walton Way. He drove me there in his own car and absolutely refused my offer of payment.

The only staff member that was truly helpful and accommodating was the housekeeper on the 3rd floor. She was very helpful and kind to my wife. We saw several roaches in the room and the room smelled like an ashtray.

This is a low budget hotel in a low budget part of town, but if you are doing construction out at ft. gordon it is an ok place to stay due to its proximity to the base

The lobby was closed when I arrived at 10:30pm and no one at the desk when I left at 11am. Room was clean. Toilet seat broken, chair back in room broken. Ok room for the price. Close to Ft Gordon, which is why I was there. I would stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights and was very happy with the hotel. Our rooms were very clean and quiet. The bathroom was the cleanest of any I have ever seen at a hotel. The staff was extremely friendly.

After being told by some "locals" that this hotel was terrible and unsafe, we were pleasantly surprised. It was comfortable, clean, a good price and a welcome sight after the hotel we had just left.

the hotel was terrible, there were roaches in the hotel crawling the wall and on the bed i was sleeping. the rug on the floor were very dirty and the room was clean well. there were prior people socks my sneakers were taking it was the worst experience i had ever had at a hotel. I came to enjoy my family and was late for the events because i needed to find another hotel. One of the staff was very confrontational with me when i was trying to confirm the reservation at the front desk he was rude. he told me that Expedia was not suppose to be able to make the reservation and told me that there was only one room left and would not be able to put me in the renovation room... it was the worst experience i need to be compensated for my horrible experience. i had cost me extra money and lost of time.

the hotel was terrible, there were roaches in the hotel crawling the wall and on the bed i was sleeping. the rug on the floor were very dirty and the room was clean well. there were prior people socks my sneakers were taking it was the worst experience i had ever had at a hotel. I came to enjoy my family and was late for the events because i needed to find another hotel. It's unlikely we would stay here other than we were going to The Masters and it was convenient and less expensive. That being said, the staff was nice and it was about as clean as you would expect for the category of hotel.

We only stayed one night because we came up for our grandsons graduation. We enjoyed our stay and everything was nearby.

Very dirty! Di not appear to be cleaned. Sheets were filthy with cigarette burn holes in them. Breakfast was make your own waffles but that was about it. I previously stayed at the Ramada across the street and it was way better. Only positive is that it was close to post

When I let the first desk know that I paided online through the Hotels.com site they (Super 8) would charge my card and extra $1.00 each time and wouldn't tell me that's what they are doing. Be sure to check your account after your stay.

My husband and I just got married so we don't have tons of money to be spending on hotels during our transition of me moving here. However, I have to come twice a month to gradually get things done on Gordon. This is the first time I stayed at this hotel because I normally wouldn't stay at Super 8's. This location totally proved me wrong. Yes they have smoking and non-smoking so the first floor has a little smell but we stayed just on the second (non-smoking)and couldn't smell a thing! The room was immaculate! The air unit in the wall works perfectly and kept the room at the temperature we wanted. Yes, the shower is kind of out of date but what do you expect from a Super 8. For a continental breakfast they have several options and they all fit my husband and I's taste buds before I hit the road again. The employees that work here are so friendly and will help you with anything you need as well. I'm going to stay here from now on. So from leaving this review basically I'm saying....Stay here.

Very clean and quiet. Even though I was in a smoking room, the room smelled clean and fresh. The A/C worked great. I'll definitely be staying again.

Stayed during Master's week. As a result we paid WAY more than the hotel merits. It is old and tired, but is was clean and served the purpose.

This was fair value for Master's week, and they had a no-smoking policy. But the air freshner was very strong. An abundance of towels. No elevator and we were on the third floor. Breakfast waffles OK. Location good for easy access.

The entire hotel including our room stunk of smoke. The bathroom was dirty and so was our sheets. On one side of us the tv was blaring the entire night and on the other side the couple was "very happy" and loud at 430am. The heater was loud. The wifi wasn't working. I had reserved the room for 2 nights but after the awful experience I asked to cancel for the second day and they refused to give me a refund for the second night even though I was checking out at 8am. Horrible customer service too.

I loved it. The bed was huge and in the morning I was able to get breakfast and fill up for the road home. Plus it was close to everything we needed. And really close to Fort Gordon, It was super cheap. If I'm ever in the Augusta area I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice. The beds were very comfy! The bathroom needed a little work. There was a water stain in the ceiling and the shower curtain smelled. But beyond that it was a good stay :-)

Decent location, cheaper room. Radio not working, and interior a little run down. Friendly staff.
