This was likely the most horrendous place I have ever stayed, and I have stayed in many plades. When I arrived, there was a sign at the front desk to say call this number if no one's here. I called the number twice and got voicemail. A guy walking by who was not an employee of the hotel told me that the employee would be back in a few minutes. When I asked her about the number she said it was a number for the day manager so apparently there's no way to get in touch with her. The first room that I was given did not have a deadbolt lock. I went back to the front desk and asked her about a deadbolt lock and she didn't know what a deadbolt lock was. I took her back to the room and showed her. She opened the room next-door, and it also did not have a deadbolt lock. Finally, I was given a room all the way around on the other side of the hotel that had a deadbolt lock but the floor was so sticky my shoes make noise when I walked across the floor. I have never stayed at a hotel that runs your credit card for a deposit prior to you even staying but they ran $100 deposit on my credit card and stated that I would be getting it back in 4 to 6 business days. I have not checked but I definitely will be checking to see if I get that refund. You do not want to stay at this hotel. Forgot to mention at about 1 o'clock in the morning there was a woman right outside my door just screaming. I called 911 and explain the situation to the sheriffs.

1.) Have fun getting in the hotel with heavy traffic on Washington Road. 2.) Waited about 15-20 mins for staff to come to front desk. 3.) The room they provided me was STANK!! It smelled like wet dog, mildew and rotten eggs. 4.) The tub/jacuzzi had grime in it. The furniture and TV was dated. I took the L and left the room after 10 mins.. I refused to sleep in that hellhole.

Nothing. See details of experience below. The room had roaches!! I did not notice initially because, after an arduous 12+ hour day at work, I simply crashed as soon as I walked through the room door. When I woke up at 1 am, there was a roach ON my pillow! Upon closer inspection of the room, there were several more behind the toilet and one in the tub/shower. Those are just the ones I observed as undoubtedly there were more. I immediately got up, grabbed my items, shook everything out outside my vehicle and went to to the front desk to complain, only to be told a refund was not available. This was after paying over $600!! I am a young student and first-year high school teacher, in town working at The Master's, and was now faced with the option of either sleeping in my car (absolutely unsafe) or trying to find alternative sleeping accommodations in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar area. I do not have unlimited disposable income. This was completely unacceptable and out of my control. I am extremely unsatisfied with the level of cleanliness and professionalism of this hotel experience and would never return nor recommend to my friends/family members/acquaintances. Management , please consider taking a serious look at your business/hotel and practices.

We went for the Masters golf tournament . The location was great but it ended there. The air conditioned worked. They first put us in a smoking room smelt like an ash tray. Then I had to ask for housekeeping to come sweep up some white stuff in the floor. They started to hand me a broom. Then they moved us to a non smoking room that was pet friendly. It smelled like a dog and dog hair everywhere. WE could cope with those things however, we did not feel safe. There were questionable people always walking and loitering in the parking lot.

There are plenty of other remodeled motels in the same area for the same price or less that are way nicer than this one. Proceed with caution.

I arrived at around 12:30 am after being otr for about 4.5 hours. I called about an hour out to let them know I’d be arriving late. We ( wife, our 1yo, 12 yo and self) got to property and no one was in office our any where in sight other then a homeless guy with his push cart asleep next to the office on sidewalk. I waited for about half an hour but we were so tired i ended up going to another neighboring hotel to find a room. This was a horrible experience

Arrival at 1:30am, no one in office on-duty to check us in. Manager was out in the rear parking lot observing five Deputy Sheriffs arrest people for doing drugs in their cars. Inside our room by 3:00am, housekeeping had not completed the room opting instead to leave a pile of linens and towels on the bed. After putting on our own pillowcases and hanging towels, we were looking forward to the free breakfast. We certainly got what we paid for. There were two cold cereals, packs of instant oats, and crackers. This Sam's Club special had no juices, fruit, breads, toaster, yogurt, or cheese. Also lacking were tables, chairs, or running water. The morning news was not available on the TV as the kid behind the front desk was playing some music service direct to his ear phones. Maintenance issues included room door hard to open/close (despite 1" gap at the bottom), auto repairs underway in the parking lot, abandoned business attached to the lobby, missing lightbulbs, torn curtains, and a shower handle that came off with little provocation. This place is akin to a homeless shelter without carts run by people who have no business working in hospitality. We decided not to provide the homeless guy haunting the parking a ride across town for $20 cash, but it was nice of him to offer.

The hotel was falling apart, stains on all the sheets, floor hadn’t been swept or moped, shower had to be on jet to even barely work. Cabinet doors under the sink were falling off. Dust caked on the filters for the air conditioning. Dirty table and night stands. Tv staticky the whole time it’s on. Homeless camp behind the motel. Drug deals and prostitution.

I was expecting a hotel not a motel. Also the pas lock thing was broke so i had to place a chair under the door nob for added security. The dead bolt worked but there was play in the door still. Walls are so thin didn't get much sleep due to nosy neighbors arguing so was afraid fighting might break out and who knows if they'd start shooting or not. No real breakfast just cereal and milk, granola bar and peanut butter crackers with choice of instant oatmeal, no juice.

Upon arriving the tile doesn’t look anything like what was on the internet. I walked in a lady in front of me said she had been waiting for someone about 20 minutes before I got there. Also said she had to switch her room 3 times because none of them were suitable. We stood there an additional 20 minutes. She gets her room changed again and told me good luck. The exchange of information from the reservations great. She hands me the hotel paper to sign for it and says it’s basically saying you won’t do anything illegal on the property or smoke any illegal drugs. I then asked was it a safe area she says yes. I’m like what’s the worst right. I drive long way around the property to see what it looks like. I should have ran! One side of the building is completely of limits. Not sure what’s that about. Get to the other side where our room was located and I said it looks like they sell “bodies”(prostitution). There was a group of men in the parking lot drinking beer. People actually lives there. Cool not a problem. The room was so disgusting! Smelt like mold and cigarettes, the vent was failing out of the wall in the bathroom. The blankets were covered in holes. The tv didn’t work at all! I went to the front and got another room. The next room was way better than the first. Okay cool. The fire alarm was not properly installed and was hanging out the wall. The water in the bathtub would not stop running. And there was a roach in the bathroom. I need a refund!

You have to clean your own room if multiple day stays. Go up front to get towels or pillow cases. Very loud with trucks backed up in the parking lot loud waking you up and they back all the way on the sidewalk till you can barely open your door. Leave the trucks running with your room vibrating. Not an ideal pace to stay unless emergency. Water isn’t hot either and wi fi constantly cuts off.

I was not able to get through on the telephone. When I arrived the television was out. I’m going to further communicate with Expedia and Wyndham because they will not allow me to add my Wyndham rewards in regards to this reservation to my account. I did not honor the reservation as it was made because of all of this. I stayed one night. The staff at the Front Desk were very nice. They allowed me to check out without any penalizations and attempted to add my Wyndham Rewards information to the reservation but was unable to do so. My Wyndham rewards # is 110187134B

However, when I got into the room- the blanket on the bed looked like an oversized curtain and had burn holes all in it (which it was a smoking room but still), the curtain hanging up had holes all in it with tissue (toilet paper) stuck in them, the furniture was really outdated (drawers falling apart and such), the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned. Go into the bathroom- duct tape all over the place holding tiles and the curtain rod together. There was a jacuzzi tub that could not be used because there was no stopper and it looked like someone had walked all in it and hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The toilet seat had urine on it. Just overall filthy. I would’ve thought at least in that part of town it would’ve been a lot nicer and cleaner!

My room was underneath the contrution zone i did not receive a courtesy knock to inform me of the danger or my vehile being in the way. The construction company king crest endangered our lives by continuing to work above us before we was removed to a different room. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. No one was even there to check us in. When someone did show; they charged another $100 that was not mentioned. We pull up and it looked like a strip club with drug deals all around. We didn’t even make it into the room and sit down before cops showed up ARRESTING SOMEONE! We get in the room and it’s DISGUSTING. Like the headboard was off the wall; leaning against it. The bathroom floor was cracked and the toilet was leaning. The room smelled of smoke and none of us could breathe. The hotel makes it very clear upon check out “no refund after 20 minutes”, it took us that long just to park- and get to the room, because of the unsafe area with our 2 children. So of course, we were screwed out of our money. I would not recommend this place to anyone except the business who is in charge of shutting it down!
