The staff are all amazing, from the managers and front desk staff to the house keeper, they are all friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. I dont stay at any other hotel around I always come to Sunset Inn. They are clean and provide top tier customer service AND budget friendly! Nothing to not like!

Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels very day too. Location excellent if you are going to the Masters - the course is only a 30 minute walk. Plenty coffee shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Queen Beds were a bit small to share.

Stayed here for The Masters. The room was simple and clean, the staff was great to work with. It served our purpose.

For the price during Masters week, the staff at Sunset Inn was extremely hospitable. We would absolutely stay here again!

The towels were very fluffy..not worn out. Bed and pillow were the softer side, but I like soft not firm. Good lighting. Maybe better locks on doors

Pictures online are kind of misleading (as another guest in the parking lot also stated when we pulled in). Check in attendant was awesome. Looked decently clean. Cigarette burn hole in sheets and the bathroom fan was hanging. TV remote did not work and a bulb was missing in a lamp. Not horrible but not 5 star either. Was only there for 8 hours so not sure on a longer stay.

The key card from previous hotel user was still on the table. No towels though staff brought them. The trash hadn't been emptied. I wasn't sure if the bed was clean so slept on top with my own bedding. The AC unit was weird. It would blow hot and cold.

The housekeeping staff was very nice. The lobby door was locked. It seemed like 24/7 you had to ring the bell before someone came and unlocked to let you in. I don’t know if that’s because the area is not safe or what reason. It’s on a busy road that can be difficult to make a left out of but we did not feel unsafe and did not have any problem with our stay. We would stay there again.

Concerned if the linen had been changed because it was wrinkled and saw particles on them. I sprayed with Lysol. It was fine for one night. Staff was friendly, however.

The price was great. The room was fairly clean. I left early because I couldn’t sllep. The staff was okay,but not overly friendly. I dropped somergi g behind one of the nightstands. When I moved it, it was quite dirty behind it. Cleaning staff may want to move furniture at times to clean as well as behind the doors. It was noisy from other people, but that can’t be helped.

I booked the stay not expecting much but turn out to be very comfy and very affordable so would highly recommend Nothing I don’t no complaints

Location was as predicted, The motel was near the interstate, clean, and relatively quiet. (it was 31 DEC, Happy New Year). A room on the ground floor was requested and that's where our room was. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, No Hair Dryer. Problems never solved with trying to get onto the internet.

This place exceeded my expectations and met all my needs. The location is great for the masters, but definitely sketchy if you’re on your own at night… Would not recommend in that regard. Bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the amenities of having a microwave and a fridge.

They were doing renovations, which is great… However, they had the people working at 8:30 at night right outside the door of my room so it was loud and my daughter wasn’t able to go to sleep right away and I had to go and get them to make them stop. And then the AC barely worked so the room wouldn’t cool down enough to be comfortable plus I got bit by something which I think was fleas. My entire right arm is solid red.

It was okay for one night stay as we had a pit stop at Augusta. Room was not so clean as they were quite dusty over tables and bed. I don't recommend if you are looking for an amazing and memorable stay.

Floor carpet was covered with visible mud and sandy dirt upon check in. I mean alot of dirt not a little. It was after midnight when I checked in and I had to wake up the front deck person. In the morning I went to the front desk and told them about the dirt. They called a Manager who showed up in a car. Pulled up. They made excuses for the dirt mess inside of the room. I asked Manager to consider a partial refund. They told me to contact Expedia to discuss any refund.

Our room was relatively clean, but no handle to turn on the shower and when I woke in the morning there was a cockroach on my tee-shirt. When these issue were brought up to the manager, he shrugged and said the shower handle was on order and was rather curt. No apology, concern, or compassion.

From the moment i tried to check in my first night, the girl at the front desk tried to charge me extra and say my reservation wasn't showing up, then when my fiance took over the convo she got it right and it all of a sudden showed on her screen. My room had little roaches and the Ac kept freezing. we had to leave the room and go to a new one cus the gases and then the next day they put us back in the same room and didn't even fix the ac. Customer service was horrible.

I reserved the room again today online.. the hotel charged me a 25 dollar early check in fee. When im already in the room. They could have extended the stay.then the shower is missing the knob to turn the water on.

Not many options during masters week, the rooms were so dirty I thought I was on a crime scene episode. The floors were so dirty that you have to wear shoes, and just overall a tough stay. If you’re going to the masters maybe stay 30 ish minutes away instead for the same if not less and have a cleaner room.

I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed during Master's week and most other hotels were 700.00 plus. This hotel was very cheap in comparison so my expectations weren't very high. The facility is dated but in pretty good shape and was clean. My room was clean, linens and towels clean. Everything worked. I went to the front desk and told them that i wasnt staying in that dump and wanted my money back. Well, they put me in another room and the tv was messed up. And the water was not able to be turned on due to the handle being broke off of the faucet. I am a cancer patient and was looking for a place to rest because i had appointment over the next two days. I left that motel and left my money there. Found another room closer to the cancer center.

were unable to stay even though i had a confirmation and everything when Peter got there they said room was not reserviced due to credit card payment which i had no problem with when booking the room.Also, i was not notified that there was an issue at any time. the clerk was very rude and there was no parking. Had to book with another hotel.

My room was very clean and well maintained. Ive stayed at some of the chains in the area and they pale in comparison. Can you beat aausage biscuits or egg and cheese biscuits for breakfsst with fresh fruit, and pastries? Great location to boot.

Considering they have special rates directly on their site which reduces your rate down to $57.30 AFTER tax for a Queen Room and the room is clean, the owners really do work hard and take pride in the cleanliness of their properties inside and out. Since, their toddler son lives onsite,or at least is here a good bit, they make certain to get rid of anyone hanging around outside,looking like their up to no good. The cons are; in the morning, you can expect continental WHAT? Don't even expect to receive a cup of horrible black coffee, because you are out of luck. You won't even find a coffee maker in your room. Luckily, you are a hop,skip and a jump from Waffle House. No washer and dryer on premises, the owner and his wife could definitely work on their people skills considering they rely on the hospitality industry for their living. The owner will literally yell at customers for very petty mistakes they've made. His wife got very upset with me for getting locked out of my room and needing a key after dark. The worse issue I'm noticing now is that their seems to be the start of a roach problem. This is the third one I have come across and its the small little suckers that are hell to get rid of! LIf you need a cheap, no frills place to lay your head for a few days then this is definitely the best option for the money. Every comparable competitor is way worse and cost more.

Well I want to say that I got my hotel room online and I finally got into Augusta that morning so I could get a room for me and my kids and he denied me for a room and he denied my card at all I don't understand why I wasn't rude I was in disrespectful I wasn't nothing I just walked up to the hotel that's a ass for my room and said my name and let him know that I purchased basically a room and he told me he did not me I was very upset I was tired and disappointed. The rooms are very clean. But the time it takes to get out into traffic is terrible for that location.

Every review I read from this inn was a lie. As you walk into the room you can see trash on the floors. When I asked for a vacuum, I was told they was none on property. The bathroom had a small roll of tissue, I was to afraid to call back. I really hate that people make fake reviews when so many of us depends on these reviews I am not from the area I wasted my money and I knew better to ask for it back. DO NOT GO TO THIS WASTE!
