I especially want to highlight Kim at the front desk. She truly went above and beyond. Her professionalism was outstanding, and she handled everything with patience and care. I had my three little ones with me, and even on our busiest, messiest days, she never made me feel uncomfortable or judged. She was always uplifting and reassuring. She even helped communicate with the housing company on our behalf, which made a huge difference for us. The hotel itself was also great—having access to a free gym and free laundry made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and support we received here. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone, especially families going through a transition.

The 2 ladies at the front desk were exceptionally nice and ready to assist in any way. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a king suite. Upon walking in the room it was very small and compact. Seemed like a regular sized room with all the furnishings of a king suite just crammed in there. Breakfast was horrible. The eggs had the consistency of plastic, the sausage links were raw in the middle, the sausage patties were hard as a rock and the kitchen staff were in plain view of everyone and were loudly talking and cussing continually.

This was the worst IHG hotel that I have ever stayed in, in fact, it is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. As a veteran traveler, I have experienced checking into a hotel with less than acceptable cleanliness but they always offered a new room or instant house keeping services and/or room discount but not this time. No new room was offered. No house keeping services was available. No discount given. The room was so filthy that it was a health code violation. Since the hotel itself and corporate refused to handle this situation correctly, I reported them to the local health department and sent them pictures of blood on the toilet, filthy kitchen, etc. HORRIBLE experience!!!

The room was clean and had furnishings for the sleeper sofa, which we needed. (Another thing missing from the previous suite in a different facility!) The breakfast has several types of fresh fruits which eere good. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, waffles, sausage, omelets (I didn't love them. Weird cheese) but the family did like the sausages. Muffins, cereal, juice. Plenty to choose from for breakfast and the staff were polite. Nice, Small gym with 2 treadmills and eliptical, an exercise bike. One workout bench with free weights. Missing one15lb weight which, of course I wanted to use. But overall, very happy with the stay and would stay here again.

The hotel is nice overall as well as the staff. However, we could tell the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned because the previous guests wash cloth was still hanging up on the shower and there was something brown inside of the tub.

Checkin personeel was rude and very unfriendly, keys did not work, lock appeared to be falling off door, was not appropriate. Tried NEW keys on outside door, DID NOT work, walked back inside and cancelled my room and reservation. Have stayed in Augusta many timees for business through the years, WORST experience in customer service I have ever had in Ga.I understand it was my first time here , just got a bad vibe and feeling from the front desk, to people walking all around during happy hour, to a maid /nosey security person follwing me around. My 10 minutes at this location was ALL in needed to know I have made a mistake,

I loved this hotel. Very clean and comfortable. So many food choices nearby. We were able to walk to some. The rooms are like a apartment. Full size kitchen, counter for eating and separate room for sleeping. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower. Breakfast had plenty of choices and the ladies in the kitchen made it worth staying. We would definitely consider coming back if we're in the area.

I like the two bedroom suite so that we are all in the same room, but have separate bedrooms and bathrooms! My only complaint is no pool. Otherwise great!

The staff is confused about the housekeeping practices at the hotel. Night desk person told us to bring dirty towels down to the front desk and they would change them out. We brought them down the next morning and they told us they do not need to and she would tell housekeeping to bring us these things. Then in the room there is a sign that you get light housekeeping. None of these things happened and we had to go back down stairs to get our towels from the front desk.

Paid twice as much as nearby properties. Was disappointed upon getting to the room. Glasses were visibly dirty. AC did not work in living room. There was a bed sitting in the living room with no bedspread on it. The ends of the bed were visibly dirty. The hand towel hanging in the room had a corner with a 4 inch hole torn in it. The ice maker had no water hook up so could not make ice. Overall VERY disappointed for what I paid and expected vs what we experienced. Rating this LOW to help other travelers.

Check went smooth, room cloud of been cleaner. Morning breakfast was an issue, the cook got into a verbal fight with a guest. Very unprofessional, clerk at the desk observed entire event and said and did nothing. The cook was shouting profanity in front of a room full of small children including my 5 and 12 year old grandchildren. . Won't be staying here again

Nice hotel but when I arrived to check in I was told I had to wait another hour bc my room was being cleaned. When I finally got checked in and walked into my room it was not touched!! I mean it looked just like the previously occupant left it!! Then I was placed in a room right across from the laundry and had to hear noise and talking outside the door all night!!!

Liked amenities offered (covid19 safe, breakfast, pet friendly). The staff was very pleasant to work with if there was a problem as long as they were onsite, however the down side to that is the manager of the hotel uses that to his advantage rather than to properly work with guests. For example I encountered a problem with the room I booked and paid for in advance. It had not been properly sanitized or cleaned. It seemed like the uncleanliness of the room was left behind from the prior quests. I notified the front desk, who notified the manager who basically said two things. Wait until the next morning to change my room because they were all booked and that he was concerned that if he changed my room he would not be able to re-book the room. This meant that I had to stay in an unclean room (not covid19 sanitized) with my son and dog. Now mind you I had travelled by car over 16hrs to get there so we very much needed a clean bathroom in which we could not use because whoever was there before us used the tub to cle

We have stayed here twice in the last three months. Last time there were personal items from the previous person left in the room and we left a list of things that was wrong with our room. Overvall our last experience was good and we wanted to come back but it could have been better. This time the same thing. We were given the same room with some of the same problems. Also, I called twice to confirm that I would be checking in after midnight only to be standing in the freezing cold pressing the doorbell and calling on the phone for ten minutes. One employee actually saw me ringing the doorbell and said nothing to help. I could overhear the same employee and another employee talking whether to let me in or not. First employee, "What that women doing here?" Second employee "She has been out there for a while." Not acceptable. Absolutely RUDE. Then, to get to our room and find again personal things left behind from the previous guest and items we left on the list still broken. We are tried to be good guest by leaving a not and returning to give a second chance. They must do better every time for every guest. Repairs, cleaning service and overnight front desk must must be imrpoved, timely and of high quality.

The kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and fridge was very convenient if you want to cook for yourself sometimes and not always eat out. Clean room and tv with a lot of free premium cable channels.

The room was much smaller than the pictures online. The kitchenette was super tiny. The room can sleep 6, but there are only place settings for 4 people. We booked a room with two queen beds, but we got a room with two full beds instead. There was a big crack in the bathroom sink, and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. I was extremely disappointed in the room and we will not stay here again.

The heat in our first room was not working but we were moved to another room within an hour. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lobby seating area is comfortable and the fireplace is a nice touch and has plenty of seating.

Wow, I love it. They gave my family a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. In addition to an accessible bathroom that I needed. We had dinner when we arrived and breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend!

Some confusion at check in as they have a restrictive pet policy. Agreed to let me stay. They charge a hefty pet fee so there should not be that attitude. One of the reception staff was friendly. The room and breakfast were fine. I did enjoy the reception drinks and snacks.

played significant amount of money to stay here for the Masters golf tourney. There were tampon wrappers in the bathroom garbage, and the a/c wasn’t working. They said the a/c had just been fixed and that it would take a little bit for the room to cool down. We were gone for 3 hours and the temp still said 77... when we woke up 8 hours later it was 76. As such I got 2 hours of poor sleep. Combine that with a bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned (we didn’t check in until 8pm) and this was a very poor experience.

Nothing great, nothing horrible. The property itself was under some renovation. We saw construction on the main level near the elevators. My room itself was starting to show it's age primarily in the bathroom. The living area seemed fine and comfortable. The bed itself was quite comfy and I was able to control the temperature and fan well for white noise. I slept very well. Breakfast was ok. There was enough variety. Service was probably lacking a bit. Front desk staff didn't seem overly responsive. The area is close to the freeway, there are plenty of restaurants around. But it is busy. I didn't notice the road noise, but there is no where to go for a run or a walk without being on the side of a relatively busy road.

Overall the the room was excellent, but the management needs to know that they should upgrade on a new more modern coffee maker. It does not have a caraff for the coffee brewer. Coffee overlfowing cups I used to make coffee,....such an inconvenience to go down to ask for it and explain to the front desk about it, and I was told that I should put a bowl to catch the brewed coffee.
