    Breakfast wasn't hot. Eggs wasn't cooked, potates was hard. Nightlight in the room that didnt turn off. Bathroom door had chipped paint and the door to the shower leaked, so the floor got wet while you took a shower. People above me jumped and jumped.

    Location was great, property was clean and staff was pleasant. I stayed for three nights, and my room was not serviced during that time. I had to call to request fresh towels and toilet paper, and I ended up emptying my trash into a hallway bin. The staff was courteous and promptly provided clean towels when I called, though having to bring the used towels down myself was inconvenient. On the final day, a staff member did collect the towels I left in the hallway and provided additional toilet paper. I also asked housekeeping staff in the hallway for trash bags so I could manage the trash myself, and they were very helpful. We were out of the room most days…either golfing, visiting Augusta National, or out for dinner…so access should not have been an issue. When I shared this feedback with the hotel, they suggested that our room may not have been serviced because we did not leave, which is not accurate. After I reported the missed service on the first day, I expected the room to be serviced the following morning. Lastly, staff should not be smoking at the front picnic table where guest come in.

    The parking wasnt too good. Big trucks were taking up most of the parking by parking side ways. They need to park those elsewhere. Then we had rough people staying around us. Beating on the floor above us, talking super loud in the hallways late/early morning.

    Staff was excellent, amenities were good. The breakfast was decent and it was clean. The parking wasnt too good. Big trucks were taking up most of the parking by parking side ways.     The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again.

    Comfortable bedding, good HVAC unit. Property seemed old. Handle on bathroom pocket door completely fell out when I attempted to use it. Shower hinges and water sealant strips look old/worn and need to be replaced. Shower floor was super slippery!

The bed was remarkably adequate. You can hear the freeway through the poorly sealed windows. The pungent disinfectant that they use to clean everything is guaranteed to clear out your sinuses. All that being said… it was a clean hotel with a bed and hot water. Good deal if you are just looking for a place to crash and not expecting any frills.

    My only issues with this hotel was the check-in that took forever because the front desk female that was assisting me tried to charge me twice for my room by saying my payment was declined even though I fully paid for it through Expedia. And the second issues was that, there were roaches in my room. I killed one that was on my bed. I reached out to the personnel at this location since I checked out a week ago about my complaints and no one has yet reached out to me. This hotel may seem clean but it’s definitely not. Anyway you get what you pay for and this was a quick trip but I’ll never stay at this property again.

Smells like someone hot boxes the elevator once every 30 minutes. It says no smoking, but you can't outrun the smell even with your door closed. Take that staff to a chain with a higher standard and ill stay but will not at this location again

    Relatief kleine kamer. Bed had een kuil, douche was een kleine cabine. Het rook er naar natte hond. Wat kan kloppen want huisdieren zijn welkom. En geen open raam om te luchten. Handvat in de deur naar de douche viel er uit bij aanraking. NB je mag je huisdier dus meenemen wat positief is maar heb je bijv astma meldt dit eerst even bij de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie.

    Hotels.com overbooked the hotel. I paid for the room and when I arrived was told they didn’t have a king room available. It was an hour long process to finally receive a key to a double queen room. I am extremely frustrated. I spoke to customer service through chat while we tried to understand what happened, but the only thing offered was a $25 amount on my one key and confusion with my room I had already paid for. I’ve used Hotels.com for years and I’ve never had an issue.

    I understand that the breakfast is complimentary but there was a lack of attentiveness with the coffee and food. They should not advertise this feature if they are not going to put food options out. Overall the stay was disappointing and would not return.

    I will admit, the chic colors and brand of Spark by Hilton (along with cost) is what drew me in to selecting this hotel for an overnight stay. The lobby and breakfast dining area were very clean and the furniture was modern and neat. I enjoyed the blue accent colors on the back wall and bathroom wall. I could tell that the property used to be a different hotel prior to Spark, based on the layout of the room, but the remodel into the Spark brand was not bad for what they were able to do with the space. The beds were comfy and clean. Overall, a quick and comfortable stay.

    Housekeeping tried letting themselves in at 7 am. How does that happen? Beds are hard. It’s a convenient location and budget friendly. Only good things. My son said the room was a flash back to the 70’s.

    Carmen was cer helpful. I booked through hotels.com but the confirmation tooksome time to appear in her system. She took the initiative and found the number hotels.com and was able to get the confirmation to see my reservation. This was amazing because I was getting no where with chat virtual assistant.

    The double room was clean and comfortable. Two of us stayed in the room but there was a good amount of washcloths and towels. Water was hot. Tv worked well. Complimentary tea and coffee in lobby. Snacks were available for purchase. Not sure of breakfast because I didn’t wake up in time. Overall stay was comfortable and convenient.

    They finally had to contact hotels.com. Also their shower booth drains were not working and we had to stop showering until next day to get service. It wasn't great and they were not prepared. My friend had cockroach on table next to bed when they stepped in. My other friend had cockroaches in their bed as well. The elevator was not very fun, on friday it was not working and had to use the stairs. Whenever we reached the third floor there was a big jump and scared us every time. This hotel also would not let us use the dining area to eat with everyone even when we said we would clean up. We had an indian parent have to talk to the employees who are also indian to let us use it. I would not come back again. Overall, I would come back, but if you want to see for yourselves then go right ahead.

    My stay was okay. The were in the middle of remodeling. The room I was in was not remodel yet by they left the bathroom and shower dirty. Shower had soap scum and mold in it. Toilet bowl was rust stains in it. The did come an clean it. The room was not that clean.

    This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I came here with my wife and 3 young kids and it was the worst experience we have ever had. The doors to all the rooms were open not needing a key and the beds were definitely used and pillows thrown everywhere in the room . We were offered another room but it was exact same condition. So we canceled our room and they said we would get a full refund . However when we tried to get refund they lied and says we stayed the night there . Going to persue legal action. Never stay here . Stay far away

    This was a total bait and switch. Hotel is undergoing renovation, only the first floor is open. Parking lot is full of construction supplies and equipment. No yard maintenance has been done in weeks, grass and bushes do not seem to have been cared for in weeks. I will be contacting Expedia Monday, May 27 upon my return home to demand a refund. I have pictures if you like.

    Our toilet DID NOT WORK. The host at the front desk refused to look at it or change rooms. He was rude and inconsiderate. The walls were half-painted. The carpet was not cleaned. Also had live cockroaches in our bathroom (see photo). I paid $541.28 for this, I would not pay $1.00 to stay here again. This was highway robbery. I would like all of my money back, but I'm sure I will not get anything.

    The bad- the property really really needs the improvements. Smoke detector was hanging buy wires from the ceiling. Some electrical plugs were non-functional. Toilet paper rack was pulled away from wall
