    Staff was very accommodating with coffee and towels as I had a do not disturb sign up my whole stay. Area was a little sketchy, but since I’m not from here, this may be a one off. Room was comfortable and met my needs with a nice comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

    The hotel itself just looks like they slapped a coat of paint and couldn't reach the hard places. Our bathroom shower curtain rod was absolutely hanging on by a thread. There was mold around the tub, roaches in the bathroom area. I was a bit worried about sleeping in the bed since there was a horrific golden couch that had stains all over it next to the bed.     This is a very low budget hotel. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The pool area was a smoking section. I found hairs stuck in my washcloth and towels. I can’t speak to the free breakfast because it wasn’t open when I left at 5:30AM. They have parking right outside of the first floor rooms. Literally directly beside the windows. It’s very irritating when people are coming and going through the night. I suppose the highlight was that at least I didn’t see any bedbugs.

    The room was clean, pet friendly, breakfast leaves alot to be desired. I booked a king and had to settle for 2 queens, said I would get a discount, highly unlikely. Owner is rude, air did not get cold and tv only worked sometimes. It looked like whoever they hired to do maintenance was just some joe blow off the street, the entrance door to the room was misaligned and you could see into the hallway. The side entrance door into the building said to use the card, but there was no lock, so anyone could come in.

    However, my experience with the front desk staff could have been much better. The staff member who checked me in came across as rude—when asking for my ID, it felt more like a demand than a polite request. There was also confusion about my reservation. I had booked a king-size bed, but I was told I had reserved two beds. Even after showing my confirmation, I was still told I was incorrect, which was frustrating. Aside from the check-in experience, everything else about the stay was enjoyable. With better customer service at the front desk, this would have been a great stay.

    Showed up- reception said it's been a long night and I see your reservation.... but we have no rooms. Drove with small kids- tired and no rooms available on a holiday. This is why I booked ahead and we had no place to stay. Awful.... We are out of country and booked ahead and yet no rooms in town and they basically said sorry I see your reservation but there is no pace to stay.

    The hotel is clean. The rooms are super well kept. It is one of the nicest sleep inn I had. Our receptionist when we checked in was super nice and helpful. Our bad experience was the day of checkout. They had no breakfast at all. The had expired milk. I asked the only person in staff about it and he didn’t care. He said he wasn’t going to refill the breakfast and that the milk he couldn’t do anything about it. Really? Anything? How about throwing it away and not giving it to your customers. If you’re looking for a one night stay in a nice well priced hotel this one is good. But don’t expect anything for breakfast or a nice morning staff.

    The locations is a good location and the bed was comfortable. It has stained furniture such as the couch and foot stool that’s in the room. Crumbs were on the floor as well. I asked for a different room because mine had a smell to it and stained furniture. The room I was put in next was the same minus the smell.

    Room was ok the bathtub looked like there was something cleaners couldn’t get out. Otherwise room was clean & hotel quiet. There was ice buildup by the side entrance door that could have been a safety issue. Staff very nice & breakfast ok.

    It was a very nice property. I loved how close it was to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly. If I could change anything it would be the size of the parking spaces in the parking garage, but that's just me looking for something to improve. It was an overall great experience. I will stay here again for my next work trip!

    The breakfast was awesome. You can make hot waffles or egg and sausage sandwiches. The parking was ok. Parking lot kind of small but we still found a parking g space close to the front door. The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable however, there was urine stains on the toilet which I cleaned myself. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels but apparently housekeeping did not remember to wipe down the toilet. Also the heating unit was unplugged and we had not heat. I did not complain to the front desk because we were there for just one night and I sleep better when it’s chilly.

    The shower was dirty and stained. The coverlet was dirty and looked unwashed. The sofa and ottoman had stains of questionable origin. And the floor did not seem like it had been vacuumed. Someone’s flossing pic was under the bedside table.

    Extremely overpriced because of Masters week. First room smelled terrible and was unclean. Chairs were breaking, smears on bed frames. Shower was disgusting. Complained and got moved to a room that was slightly better.

The worst thing is there is no safe. Booked this last minute for the Masters. Could not lock up belongings and forgot to stash a pair of diamond earring that I left on nightstand by my phone charger. I didn’t even think that the room would be serviced. Well, it was and rhe staff helped them selves to my earrings. The manager smiled at me and said ok when I told him. Again…it’s a place to rest your head. Just beware of your belongings.

I checked the bed before I got in it it was the only clean thing in the room from what I could see. Left early because I didn’t want to stay any longer than I had to. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this was bad!

    Initially there was a lot of pieces of hair and overall unclean pillow cases in one of the beds. They did give us another room without hesitation snd that one was better. Beds were comfortable. I’m not sure why it was only some rooms, but I did see a room that had hard wood floors. We had carpet. Overall pretty clean. A big plus is they came every day we were there to check trash, towels, and toilet paper. Most other places we’ve stayed, we end up having to ask for those things or they only come every few days. That was much appreciated. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Had a few hot things like sausage, spongy egg, and a waffle maker. Plain bagels, bread etc… Cereal, yogurt, and apples. My son didn’t like the sausage so he just ate the bagel. Coffee wasn’t good to me. I would prefer to get my own breakfast if I went back. Pretty quiet. Didn’t hear much of noise. Parking was a bit limited. Other than the couple small things, it was overall decent for the price. Staff was nice.

    I arrived at 2pm to check in because that’s what my email said check in time was. When I arrived the front desk agent told me check in wasn’t until 3 but he checked me in. It was a super fast process. Nothing about checkout or breakfast time was mentioned. When I got to the room it looked decent on the surface. The sheets look clean minus a few random hairs. The room smelled so bad like someone smoked and tried to cover it up. The bathtub looked gross and had a used bar of soap. The walls in the room needed scrubbed bad. There was a pillow covered in mold. How could that have been missed when the pillow case was changed. It was bad. I took a nap and woke up with a terrible headache and couldn’t breathe. I later saw that the pillow I was using has mold all over it. I was at the end of the hallway on the second floor and the door to the stairs would scrape on the floor every time someone opened it which happened more frequently than you’d think. The light fixture outside of my door was hanging down but they did fix that at some point. The remote was gross and covered in something. The vent in the bathroom was rusted really bad. Someone had a dog that kept barking through the night and you can literally hear everything that’s going on in the hallway. For the most part it was a decent experience for the price I guess.

    Bathroom was below average standard. Water pressure was bad. We asked for a refund based on everything that happened during the stay when checking out but we were denied because they moved us to another room and they didn't have a policy for refunds. Also side note, the road in front of this hotel is really smooth and slippery. One miss step and you will fall. I rolled my ankle and wasn't been able to walk properly for a few days. (This was my fault but just a heads up) I do not recommend this place.

    Absolutely filthy. Comforter had obvious stains. Shower tiles were dirty, hadn't been cleaned. Hallway needed vacuumed like a month ago. The elevator glass was filthy & the laundry area had lint flying everywhere cuz the dryer vent was not connected to anything. Even outside the hotel was littered with trash. I mean take some pride in your business & hire a housekeeper. Absolutely would not recommend or ever stay here again!

    Every day of my week there, I was able to enjoy a wonderful and varied breakfast from their breakfast bar, where everything was fresh and very well organized. I will definitely stay with them again when I return to the Grovetown area. Some outside areas were affected, but that is understandable for the recent passage of Hurricane Helene. Good accessibility to shops, tourist attractions and restaurants (Cracker Barrel is right next door). I am very grateful for the good experience.

    Horrible. Would not recommend. I had made a reservation 4 days in advance for 3 days.     I stayed for 3 days, the stay was nice but the front desk guy lied to me twice. My significant other left her ID by accident, he told me they threw everything away. We then went back to the hotel to check and he once again went and checked and said the room was cleaned out. We checked the car again I came back in to ask can we check and make sure when we went in the room nothing was touched since we left our trash was still in the trash can, bed unmade, and her ID was on the counter. I understand it was kinda our fault for leaving it but he didn’t need to lie.

    It was not a smooth check in. The rooms were not ready the time we arrived. We were told we couldn’t sit in the lobby if we weren’t checking in but the owners family and kids were there the entire time. The lobby bathroom was clogged the entire weekend and instead of closing it they continued to allow people to us it until the smell was unbearable.

    Where do I start speaking about this sleeping in! My daughter's track team and I purchased rooms for our track meet. Looking at the lobby it seemed pretty clean. It wasn't that bad but for the money that I paid it could have been WAAAY better!!! When you got upstairs that's where the problems kinda started. It definitely can be CLEANED a whole lot better. I think it may be a family-owned business but family needs to do better at the cleaning process. The floors in the hallway had not been vacuumed. The floors in my room had not been vacuumed. I had a half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. When we left to go to a meet, the "cleaning lady" came in and"cleaned" our room. I didn't ask her too. My dental partial ended up missing when I came back. I had it placed in the bathroom, on the sink. Had she not entered into our room, it would have never gotten lost. I went to the front desk to ask about it, the lady at the front desk said that she didn't speak English. She assisted me in asking her about my partial. She said she didn't see it but I know it was in there when I left. That was a $600 dental partial. Gone!! Walls needed to be wiped down badly. We booked because of the pool!! The pool was NOT AVAILABLE for use! Breakfast was terrible. I was told by one of the other parents that the owner was using his hands to take out the sausage.They also ran out of certain food. Beds were VERY comfortable. The customer service was decent. Everything could drastically be improved!

    Hotel is outdated. Didn’t have the amenities that were advertised - pool was closed, they ran out of breakfast for Saturday. There was no phone in my room to call front desk. Air went out during the night.

    Not great but ok for the price. No real big issues, my AC unit leaked water on the floor over night but didn’t cause me a problem. Several people just hanging around the parking area loitering. A single lady may find that uncomfortable. I asked for a copy of my receipt and did not receive that. I suspect I will have to call to get it.

    However, overall the room and hotel is very rundown. The furniture in our room was stained and damaged. The bathroom faucet handle came off in my hand. I was able to replace and use it. The toilet rocked back and forth. The side door (hotel entrance 1st floor) didn't lock ever during our stay. Not secure at all, anyone could enter. I can't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel until major repairs and investments are made. Again, I want to emphasize the staff were very kind and attentive.

    It was a decent budget hotel. However, it is the little things that add up. Once I entered the room everything looked clean. After I got everything settled I laid down in bed and noticed some trash in-between the bed and nightstand. I also saw that out of the 8 pillows in the room only two didn't have a really bad stain on them. As I looked in bathroom I saw multiple sized hairs covering the sink and shower walls. I was easily able to wash them off without touching them but I shouldn't have to if the cleaning service would have noticed it in the first place. Also the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and just sitting on the sink. Nothing was too big of a deal to complain but I still was somewhat disappointed. Probably won't be staying there again as there is multiple budget hotels in the area but overall it was a decent 3/5.

    Carpets were filthy, all of the furniture was filthy and stained, bathrooms had not been cleaned, and toilets were not clean even in the lobby. When you first come in it is filthy… All the floors are filthy in the elevator. The elevator was filthy, fingerprints everywhere, smudges all over the windows. I will say that the beds are extremely comfortable though.
