Location great staff and service

The guy helped us get a different room. We got there for 1 they advertise a pool and its not set up or even water in it, the whole facility looked run down as if they do not care about it. It definitely is misleading with pictures they have posted. The pictures make it look like a really good hotel and all but it is completely different we check in and go to our room to cut the air on and went out to go get dinner. Didn't think anything about checking the room prior to us leaving as my daughter was hungry. Well we get back to the room and there was USED CONDOMS and trash in the trash can with no bag, along with trash in the tub drain. Well the guy got us a different room but there was food still left in the fridge and dog hair in the floor when they said no pets allowed. And then the 3rd room was better.

Location close to the course made it easy to get to the parking area. Price was cheaper than most hotels in the area but for good reasons. Pretty rough with minimal bathroom amenities. Wasn’t dirty so much as rundown

It was horrible! Totally unsafe location, parking lot was full of indigents, looked like drug deals were happening. Feared for my safety and doubtful that my car would be there in the morning! We left! Did not stay there! Tried to file a complaint, no response. Total ripoff of $600+. Will never trust Booking.com Horrible property, unsafe parking lot, disgusting room. Pictures are in no way reflective of the property. Fearful for my safety. Parking lot full of indigents, probable drug deals.Tried to file a complaint, no response. Property should refund my $600+ we left after less than 20 minutes. Will never use booking.com. Not to be trusted, total ripoff!

We could tell that the room also was not vacuumed prior to us getting there because there was a used straw on the floor next to a bed. But for $45 I guess that's the kind of room you get. Very very bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Nasty Nothing

Great price. The room had all the amenities you would need. The sheets and towels had burn marks and stains.

Ripped curtain, bent curtain rod sitting in the corner, sink was cracked, faucet only turned on when lifted in the center, the tub wasn't clean, the Full Size mattress (in a room that was promoted as having Queen Beds) felt like direct springs covered in plastic, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall by wires, and the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Also, the three staff members spent most of their time outside, so usually no one was in the office or behind the desk when we walked in. There was also a lot of noise outside despite the parking lot being empty.

I like to location and the rate, but thats just about it The water was out for two days due to repair, the cleaner was asking money for something to eat?

Very nice staff they were very welcoming and understanding of circumstances that I was going through while staying there. It was nice and affordable comfortable and they didn’t even charge me a security deposit to stay there which is a plus given my budget. I didn’t like the fact that me and my husband were harassed in the parking lot by law-enforcement, and our constitutional rights were violated for absolutely nothing at all, which I’m seeking justice for and taking legal action against every officer that was involved through my attorney that I’ve acquired you guys might even have heard of the attorney firm Morgan and Morgan. They’ve accepted my case and are working diligently on Getting justice for what occurred in the parking lot on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 6 PM in the evening! I was sitting in my car, minding my own business in the parking lot of the hotel. I just pulled up from dropping my husband off at work and I was coming back because I couldn’t work that day due to being sick with a dental infection. I was sitting in my car five minutes after I pulled into the parking spot all the sudden I got surrounded by a bunch of police cars and ambushed from behind like a criminal, they started to question me as to who I was, and why I was sitting there for over five minutes in my running vehicle? Then when I told them who I was, and provided my drivers license they kept telling me, insisting that I was guilty of a crime and told me I was committing the act of loitering by sitting in my own vehicle that was running for over five minutes in a parking lot of a motel room where I happen to be a registered guest of! So, after all their illegal harassment and unnecessary intimidation they were doing to me. I asked the main officer who did most of the talking what loitering exactly was because I did not know every time I asked him this question. He responded with an angry tone of voice telling me that I was guilty of this, and would not even explain the crime to me that he was accusing me of committing.

The office staff and housekeeping were all pleasant and accommodating. It needs a lil up keep ,I understand though over time and it's a little older theres only so much you can do .I do see the effort.. Bedspreads.....lol really dated n busy .I like the solid spreads.

Nice,Feel comfortable here, unlike some others places. very nice front desk staff and respectful if y’all looking for a good Afordable place check them out you’ll be happy .
