Observations from my recent stop at the Washington Road Red Roof Inn. It should be noted that the staff was friendly, but the overall experience was far from meeting basic expectations. 1. The Management Apathy: It’s clear the management is doing the absolute bare minimum just to keep the lights on. The property feels less like a hotel and more like a collection of rooms being held together by hope and neglect, targeting unsuspecting travelers who just need a quick place to wash up and collapse for an hour or two. 2. Biological Relics: The "semi-updated" room hides a disgusting secret: a used toothbrush wedged behind the shower head base plate. This isn’t a cleaning oversight; it’s a total failure of basic hygiene. If they can’t be bothered to remove DNA from previous guests, don't expect the sink to be scrubbed—because mine certainly wasn't. 3. The Hospitality Hostility: Despite an almost empty parking lot, getting a second room key felt like an imposition. Management seems to have a policy of stinginess, flatly refusing a simple extra pillow even when the hotel was at low occupancy. They aren't interested in your comfort; they just want your credit card on file. 4. Broken Promises & Stale Food: The "breakfast" was a joke. The juice machine was broken, the waffle maker was a decorative prop, and the coffee was watery, decaffeinated swill. If you’re lucky enough to find cereal, expect the Frosted Flakes to be stale. Avoid

It's looks disgusting and she is asking for a 50 deposit There is nothing to like
- 0.5/5
Nothing Everything. Filthy rooms. Smell of human urine by the ice machine that was broke down. A bunch of homeless people just wandering around. People just hanging out through all hours of the night making noise and selling drugs. A pool that was a cesspool.

i didn’t care for anything honestly, I am disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I was informed that my card was ‘frozen’ when I made the payment through Booking.com, which was inaccurate. Additionally, when I requested a refund, I was told that no charge had been processed, despite my bank statement clearly showing that the payment was deducted. I would appreciate clarification on this matter and a prompt resolution regarding my refund.
- 3.5/5
My bathroom was not handicapped assembly they put a pool chair from outside in my shower so I could take a shower no pull bars
- 1.5/5
Too many crackheads
- 5/5
It was a great stay I will stay again
- 1/5
It was not good.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good for complimentary, rooms were average ~ all the faucets were opposite cold was hot and hot was cold, floors were pretty dirty and toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. Air conditioning was good but we were there in April and I can't say that it would hold up if it were July or August. We had fresh towels each day which was a plus. Helena at the front desk was AMAZING ~ she was patient, kind and very helpful ~ I hope I got her name correct!
- 1/5
Did not eat breakfast. Stopped on a 20 degree F. night to get a shower and some rest. Room was cold, took several hours to warm up. Shower was cold, not only when I got in but again in the morning. This stay wasn't worth $10.
- 3.5/5
Location. Staff. Breakfast Jacked up prices! For Masters week, I know ...but still, at that rate, need to make rooms nicer. Like having a trash can, for example. Also, our booking was for a double room, which mysteriously (suspiciously?) "wasn't available" upon our arrival (from Houston, Texas via ATL and then 3-hr drive -- we were exhausted!) .... with no other options at that juncture, we were "offered" 2nd room at additional $850 rate ... again, seems a bit mysterious/suspicious?!?
- 1/5
Terrible place. Very dirty, broken AC, blood on the floors, and very unhygienic place
- 3/5
Some days u have to ask for tissue , no breakfast only for masters..it's just waffles, toast , cereal
- 1/5
hotel staff overbooked and we didn't get our reserved room.
- 2/5
Although the rooms have been "updated" with new linens and furnishings, they were done very hastily. Nothing in the room could plug in (fridge, microwave, clock) due to furniture. Room was not very clean. Smoke alarm did not have a battery so it beeped. Faucet in bathtub dripped constantly. However, staff was very friendly.
- 2/5
Room check in was a mess. Couldn’t figure out who was in what room and seemed like they double booked things. Gave keys to our room to people who checked in after use. Loved the Masters, but the hotel situation in Augusta is just the worst.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and updated.
- 2/5
Said breakfast included all we saw was bread and a toaster. Juice machine was working. Room was dirty with torn up chair.
- 1/5
Craphole. Lights over sink didn’t work. Bedside outlets didn’t work. Door attaching the two rooms was deteriorated and not secure. Dirty pillowcases and bedspread. Did not give you enough covers. Overpriced for masters week.
- 4/5
Good
- 1/5
Beware. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, the property may not be finished yet. I’ve been very satisfied with Red Roof Inn in other cities, but this was by far the worst. Furnishings are cheap or broken and the “pet friendly” rooms were the worst available. It wasn’t the staff’s fault. They tried.
- 5/5
The dope heads wondering around outside
- 3/5

No breakfast, as advertised. TV remotes didn't work. Old mattresses laying all in the parking lot. Not even have good hot coffee in the AM. Staff looked like borderline homeless.
- 4/5
Good
- 2/5
Will not stay again.
- 0.5/5
Location was good. Everything. The rooms were so dirty with drywall dust that it was hard to breathe. The rooms looked as if they had just thrown furniture into the rooms in order to put us there. Nothing was clean and the furniture was not in normal places. Example, tables were under other tables, chairs were in the vanity area. The staff was not friendly. We had requested 1st floor rooms because we were traveling with someone handicapped, they would only give us 2nd floor rooms. It took 3 of us to get my husband to the 2nd floor. The staff didn't tell us any of this before charging me for the rooms. If they had given me the option of taking the 2nd floor rooms or going somewhere else, I would have gone elsewhere.
- 0.5/5
Terrible The fact that you never let me cancel the reservation. Made me pay, even though I live on social security. Did you enjoy ripping off an 82 year women.
- 1/5
Room needing new chairs, no hot water, customer service had to wait on them several times. On the first room the lights didn’t work and changed us to another one. Told us to keep running the water to let it get hot and after 30 minutes still different. Will not stay at Red Roof again
- 0.5/5

Bad bad bad
- 4/5
We had troubles with our AC/ heater not working
- 1/5
It had roaches there was no hot water you had to literally wait 20 minutes for hot water and no continental breakfast like they said there was
- 1/5
not clean on the verge of filthy; all staff were terrible; shower hot water was unacceptable, and this forced me to check out three days early and find other accommodations. I paid in advance and expect a refund for the three days I did not stay there. I will never stay there again and I will “bad word of mouth” this motel
- 5/5
Clean room, front desk staff & housekeeping very friendly, they treat you like family. The location is unfortunately in a less than desirable area, and a bit dangerous... But apparently there's new owners of this establishment and they are renovating and remodeling, as well as trying to clear out any unsavory characters hanging about. Went a couple days without hot water but thats fixed now so no harm no foul. Overall satisfied with my experience there.
- 1/5
No hot water, no breakfast, under construction and place is in disarray. Didn't trust location and cut my stay short.
- 5/5
Definitely have improved a great deal
- 4/5
They updated the rooms, staff is excellent.
- 4/5
(Most of the) room service staff is pleasant and courteous. Not to mention there is quite a bit of work being done around the motel to liven the place back up- yet I haven't been disturbed by any of it, not once. Overall, my stay here has been great. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn't for the hot water being out for about 3 days now, and a personal matter with one of the employees Other than those 2 things, All in all Im satisfied with my experience here and would recommend to others.
- 4/5
They have updated everything and it was a good experience
- 5/5
Everything has improved from the rooms to house keeping
- 1/5
The hotel put misleading information online, the room looks nice and clean on pictures but in reality garbage in the hallway and the room has severe hygiene concerns. When asked about the included breakfast, front desk staff responded with rude attitude, blaming customers for the reason not providing breakfast, ignoring the fact that customers were considering all of this misleading information when choosing hotels. Worst customer service and experience ever. Total waste of time and money.
- 5/5
EVERYTHING
- 1/5
no hot water
- 1/5
Heater would not adjust. Very noisy hotel with obvious drug users pacing up and down the walkway. Didn"t feel safe & worried all night about our truck possibly being broke into. Oily substance in tub, on nightstand and sprinled on floor. Linens and bedding clean and smelled fresh, no bugs.
- 5/5

The worst place in the world. Please dont stay here
- 5/5

- 4/5
Breakfast need to be more only think they have is waffles
- 1/5

- 1/5
A few years ago when we stayed it was great. Fast forward 4 years and it is terrible. First room we were put in was already occupied the next room had water on the floor that came from the leaky ceiling the room was not clean. Just overall disappointing!
- 1/5
Don’t trust the house keeping they are thieves the stoled my emotional support dog floor mate.
- 2/5
Finally get to my room and remote doesnt work. Isnt even programmed to the tv in room. Went to front desk and they gave me another remote and told ME to program it to tv. Needless to say that remote didnt work either. No shower curtain in bathroom. Dead roach on floor. Toilet did not work! I mean seriously, the room they put me in was not ready for patrons but they put me in there anyway! This hotel has gotten progressively worst.
- 1/5
The worst facilities we have ever encountered. We requested a change from the first room which was dirty, holes in the walls, worst we ever encountered. The room offered was the second worst, slept and got out as quick as possible next morning.
- 1/5
Very dirty. Breakfast is horrible.
- 1/5
Property filled with male prostitution , Could not check in for some reason nor cancel room.
- 3/5
The tub was barley clean and the rooms are run down got breakfast hours are wrong for down there at 8 all breakfast gone beds are okey lots of restaurants near
- 3/5
I found the door of my original room near front of office already open and this was at night when I checked in. Most of the lights did not work. Was assigned another room, but difficulty parking in the back of the building due to renovation. Poor lighting at back parking lot. Noisy, messy. Felt unsafe
- 1/5
Dirty
- 1/5
The room was dirty smelled like mildew and musk. Everything was dusty spider webs on coffee maker. The tub knob was broken and only the shower turned on and water went all over. Refrigerator didn't work. Sheets stained.
- 2/5
Housekeeping don't come at all . Have to ask for things .had to wash my own linen and ask front desk for tissue..took my towels never brought them back literally.Thank God had my own..No ice machine or laundry machine, soda machine kept taking my money.
- 4/5
Housekeeper does not come everyday. No hot water barely med warm .Didn't see housekeeper for a.week.. Had bought my own tissue. No ice machine or laundry machine.vending machine kept taking my money
- 3/5
Housekeeping doesn't come round everyday u literally have to go buy ur own tissue hunt them down for fresh linen
- 1/5
EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE!!! Never ever stay here, dirtiest, loudest, most unsanitary and incompetent staff you’ll ever meet. Unsafe, loud, didn’t fall asleep until after 5am when it finally started getting a little quieter. Horrible experience, will never stay here again!!!!!!!!!
- 1/5
First, let’s talk safety…because there was none. Within hours, I witnessed an individual clearly under the influence of meth wandering the premises, a revolving door of questionable activity indicative of prostitution, and openly operating drug deals. And yet, somehow, that wasn’t even the worst part. The room itself was in a state of absolute disrepair. Half the outlets didn’t work, meaning I had to play musical chairs with my electronics. The phone? Useless. The shower head managed to soak everything **except** me. And let’s not forget the pièce de résistance: dried blood stains on the sheets, a horrifying discovery that made sleeping impossible. The furniture looked as though it had been plucked straight from a demolition site, and after the first day, fresh towels became a distant dream. At this point, I considered leaving, but given the types lingering around the lobby, I wasn’t entirely convinced my car would be in one piece the next morning. **Final Verdict:** If you value your life, hygiene, or sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. This place isn’t just terrible,it’s a horror show masquerading as accommodation. One star, and that’s being generous.
- 4/5
Housekeeping isn't everyday
- 1/5
The staff didn’t know what rooms were occupied, they tried to put us I. 2 suffer rooms that hadn’t been cleaned. The room we finally ended up in wasn’t what we booked.
- 3/5
Housekeeping only comes every three days so u have to buy ur tissue if u run out. They don't give u in anything in the office..no hot water ..no ice machine,no laundry machine
- 1/5
Electricity sparked fire when turned light on in bathroom, one of the beds was on floor, a big hole was on the baseboard. Staff charged 20 dollars for us not wanting to stay there because it was unsafe
- 4/5
Was clean. Door didn't lock though
- 1/5
Absolutely pathetic - I cancelled and shouldn’t be charged at all. In fact hotels con should remove this property as it is a health and safety risk.
- 1/5
This was the absolute worst hotel stay I have ever had. Hotels.com doesn’t even have the correct photos up of this filthy place. The door shuts half way, the ceiling was leaking onto the bed, hair everywhere, dust, filth.
- 1/5
The pool was GREEN…floating trash
- 1/5
We would have left, but only room available during the Mastwr’s tournament
- 2/5
Front Desk was rude and my room smelled like smoke!
- 2/5
Area was dirty and people were fighting outside our room. There was a dead fly in our bed. Staff was very kind though.
- 2/5
Light fiixtures have no cob=vers and wires hanging out of on ceiling. water damaged spots on ceiling that need repair. Property s very old and needs a remodel.
- 1/5
As soon as we walked in it smelled liked someone had been chain smoking cigarettes in there moments before. Then, we noticed mold on the ceiling and then a mystery substance on the walls. There were huge holes in walls both near the sink and in the bathroom. While I was laying down, my buddy noticed a cockroach and another bug in the sink. I had mentioned moments before that my legs had felt like they were bitten and when I pulled off the blanket, there was a cockroach beteeen my legs in the bed. One of the beds was not on a platform and had a moldy base. When I brought the cockroach to the front desk we said we would not be staying there. He said we would be refunded but have still not been reimbursed yet. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
- 3/5
Property is rough. I understand under new ownership, and hope that the new owners take the opportunity to clean up the property and modernize where possible. Location is excellent, staff very professional and personable.
- 1/5
Had to go buy my own bed set to even feel kind of good about staying here...
- 2/5
This property is very old and in terrible shape.
- 1/5
Paid for 3 nights in Feb. Tried to check in on 4/9 and was told there were no rooms available. "Sorry, we are overbooked, and it is first come basis." No alternatives were presented or provided. This is unacceptable and we are still trying to get our refund.
- 1/5
The most disgusting hotel I ever stayed at. Toilet and shower didn't work, filthy dirty disgusting everywhere. Hotel staff was completely unhelpful and lied about everything. STAY AWAY!!!!!
- 1/5
Four night stay received room service once. Lighting in bathroom and vanity did not work. The tv did not function. Mattress was bumpy and springs were noticeable.
- 1/5
Mold in bathroom, furniture looked like it came from dumpster, lights didn’t work, etc
- 1/5
DO NOT STAY HERE. Poop, pubes, and grime not cleaned from the last guest before us. Broken toilet, broken phone, broken tv. No service what so ever from the staff. Nothing cleaned once. Trash stacked up on every trash can ar the facility, and the pool that they say is one of the amenities looks like its filled with sewage. I'm not exaggerating in any way. A health inspector needs to shut this place down.
- 1/5
Had to ask for another room as the first one still had human waste in the toilet. The second room was loud and not very clean. I get that it’s Masters week but they have no business charging the rate they did for the condition of the property.
- 1/5
In dire need of a makeover.
- 1/5
Worst hotel we ever stayed at. Rooms were filthy, toilet seat wasn’t attached to base, smoke detector was faulty and they were simply okay saying leave it unplugged. Pillows were flat and they said they had no pillows. The wall had grime all over it. This hotel shouldn’t even be on hotels.com.
- 1/5
One of the worst. Stayed during Masters. $400 per night. No room number on door was first clue Toilet handle completely broken off. Had to manually open tank to flush toilet. No new towels daily. Beds no make. Otherwise it was close Augusta National
- 1/5
Room was dirty. Sheets and towels were stained. There was a hole in wall of bathroom. Door to room did not close properly. Bathroom door didn't close or lock. No tv remote. Phone was missing buttons as well. Room was not serviced during 2 night stay, had to go to front desk for extra towels and wash cloths.
- 1/5
Property was near the golf course. But it was dated, dirty and desolate - 3 horrible D's. Unless you are desperate, I wouldn't recommend this place at it's current state
- 1/5
Needs a ton of TLC to improve
- 1/5
Absolutely horrible had to buy my own pillows and sheets just to stay there
- 1/5
My room was not available and they tried to sell me a room someone else vacated. Not happening!
- 1/5
Room was dirty :-(. I went to the store and purchased a can of cleaning wipes. Used all 75 of them on every surface in the room…and I do mean all surfaces…floors, walls, doors! It was by no means clean, but at least tolerable. The coverlets were stained as was the shower curtain. I was not expecting lux and new I was paying for location close to the Master’s but still for $300/night I expected at least clean. There was a blanket missing off one of the beds and I was grateful when the staff brought me two new blankets (I pulled them out of the sealed bag myself). I slept a little better knowing they were new. The bathroom door did not close properly and the inside of it looked like it had been clawed and chewed by a dog. We parked a very nice rental car in the lot and I said a prayer that it would not be damaged in the morning. It gratefully was not. Anyway, that’s our story. Cheers!
- 1/5
Room Was supposed to be a non smoking room, but wasn’t.
- 1/5
I’d give this place a 0 star if possible. Out room stunk of cigarettes and was as dirty as humanly possible, every towel dirty, toilet running the whole time, sheets were dirty.
- 4/5
No ice machine no wifi They only have wifi during masters
- 1/5
Dirty room - uncomfortable beds
- 3/5
Run down. Needs remodeled
- 2/5
The bed sheets in both of the rooms they put me in, we’re not clean. There was a tampon wrapper in one of the sheets. I asked to be moved to another room. After the second dirty room, I decided to leave.
- 3/5
It was ok for the price. One of the guys at the front desk was a total jerk. The rest of the staff were amazing but he was a complete @$$hole.
- 2/5
Everything was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Toilet barely flushed. Ac unit sounded like an Airplane landing and taking off every time it kicked on. Tv was also half broke and had lines in tv picture. Also there was no breakfast.
- 1/5
The floor was so dirty my daughters feet were black. Cobwebs everywhere. Tv screen so nasty. Stains on curtains and bathroom not clean. I've stayed in a lot of motels and this one is the worst I've ever seen. We i told the Indian receptionist he said maybe house keeping not do their job. No apologies and no offer for different room. It was a complete disappointment.
- 2/5
Just learned reasonable prices because not the best
- 3/5
Easy access to food, gas, highway is always a plus. Friendly people. Busy area which I didn't mind but for others may be a problem.
- 1/5
This was yet the most disgusting day I have ever had at 55 years . No Appliances in the room was working Rome, telephone brokenRefrigerator microwave coffee pot was disgusting dust heavily visible on the vents shower curtains had black mold tub was disgustingand to top it off I videotape infestation of roaches. The hotel refused to give me a refund at checkout. I was there on family emergency the looks on Hotels.com was nowhere near What their presentation is totally false. I would never stay at a red roof and again in my life. I had a discussion with front end. I wasn’t worried about a refund because I have the solid proof and pictures. This place was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay here.!
- 3/5
WiFi didn’t work
- 2/5
Bed covers did not look clean and if they were clean, were highly stained. Metal folding closet doors were taped together, the locks to the front door looked like they were home-repaired with an ill-fitting key hole. Motels have been better kept. Due to the conditions in the room, I did not attempt any breakfast provided in the morning as the general distrust toward the property cleanliness was already piqued.
- 2/5
This is the type of place you stay when you’re low on funds and need a quick place to lay your head. That’s all. Don’t expect much more than that.
- 1/5
Beds were not clean blood and urine stains. No light bulbs in fixtures. Cigarette were put out on walls and light fixtures. Staff wasnt helpful. Was not in a safe location
- 1/5
The toilet stopped working after I flushed it once. Maintenance never came. The sheets were dirty. There was a dead spider on the sheets. Laundry staff left for the day and took the keys so we couldn’t get new blankets. Property was filthy. We ended up going to a different hotel the same day.
- 1/5
I had paid for my trip with Expedia I show up to check in and I’m told no rooms available I showed I’d already paid and was offered a “room that wasn’t ready” it was ok but the door wouldn’t accept a key card. I was told to come back by the front desk the next day. The issue persisted and they had me change rooms. I ended up in a smaller room that was dirty and had no hot water I went to the front desk multiple times and asked finally I was told it wouldn’t likely be back until the next day. So we ended up checking out per Expedia and the front desk guy gave me a hard time. It was awful.
- 3/5
Vending machine keeps taking money they don't do anything. There is absolutely no wifi
- 3/5
don't get what u pay for
- 3/5
Water was not hot, just tepid for shower. Bed not very comfortable.
- 2/5
Took 2 moves to get into a room, paint and patch falling off walls. Area is quiet and good location off highway. Police touring parking lot frequently, not sure if that’s good or bad, but felt my truck was safe from break in
- 1/5
FOR ONE THIS IS THE 4TH TIME I HAVE TRIED TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION JUST TO HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME AND HAVE TO TURN AROUND WITH MY WIFE AND HAVE TO LEAVE. WE STAYED ONCE AND WE WEREN'T CHARGED A DEPOSIT BY THE FIRST WORKER AND IT WENT OK. ALL OTHER TIMES THE OWNERS HAVE BEEN THERE WHEN WE TRY TO GET A ROOM AND NOT ONLY ARE THEY VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL BUT THEY ARE TRULY VERY RACIST. I WATCHED ON EVERY VISIT TO HERE EVERY RACE BUT MINE, IM A BLACK MAN COME IN BEFORE ME GET A ROOM AND NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND I WALK UP EACH TIME THEY WANT THE ROOM RENT AND 100 TO 150 DEPOSIT WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO ME AND UNFAIR. NOW MY WIFE IS WHITE AND I AM NOT BLAMING ANY RACE FOR THIS BECAUSE I SEE ALL RACES THE SAME. WE ALL BLEED RED AT THE END OF THE DAY AND THERE IS BEAUTY AND UGLY IN ALL RACES. BUT THE PEOPLE THAT WERE DOING THIS WHICH WERE ALL INDIAN DO NOT NEED THIS RED ROOF ON WASHINGTON RD IN AUGUSTA, GA BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOOD BUSINESS OWNERS OR RUNNERS WHATSOEVER!!! I AM VERY DISCUSTED WITH THIS PLACE AND ID RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE AND I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NO ONE STAY AT THIS MOTEL EVER FOR ANY REASON!!! GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU AND MAY YOUR TRAVELS BE SAFE AND BLESSED.

- 1/5
Bed was comfortable . Has a lot of damage to to the bathroom, I had the superior room with King Bed, and the water did even get Hot.
- 1/5
They didn’t clean the rooms or put more towels or wash cloths in the room
- 1/5
Was a trap hotel wiring open and exposed, lead based paint flaking off walls, toilet didn't flush properly, lost hot water for 12 hours and people banging on doors all night long making deals. Worst hotel I've stayed in and I've traveled pipeline 20 years
- 2/5
U don't get what u pay for .the water is not hot . theres no wifi ..they don't have enough food for the guest in the morning ..
- 3/5

- 1/5
I paid 2 weekd prior and could not get a room said sold out and card denied drove back to savannah afyer beening on the phone for 3 hpurs
- 2/5
The front desk stated that breakfast was from 6 to 9 when my husband and I went to eat there was nothing left so we basically did not receive any breakfast that morning from the hotel we paid for. We stay there a lot but I didn’t like the fact that she didn’t tell us to come early
- 3/5
Very rundown
- 1/5
Worst experience ever. The first room they tried to give me was right next to the butts bucket and reeked of smoke. I asked for a non-smoking room and they claimed that room was non-smoking. I told them that it smelled of smoke. The next room was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. When we pulled the sheets back, the fitted sheet was dirty. Large black specks of dirt and hairs--inside the bed. Smaller black specks made me concerned about bed bugs but I did not investigate closely. The bathroom was dirty too. Toothpaste on the mirror made it obvious cleanliness was something they did not care about. When I told them the sheets were dirty in the second room they claimed there were no other rooms available. Funny how at 9:30 pm the parking lot was much less than half full. Staff was absolutely rude start to finish. They didn't even know what side of the building the room was on. I had to walk halfway around to find it. Of course I did not stay there. When I told them it was the dirtiest hotel room I had ever seen they did not care.
- 1/5
Room is filthy, stains everywhere, holes in the walls, moldy, tv doesnt work, drap falling off, light in bathroom dim, nothing in decent working order. The furniture handles are rusty and furniture in poor condition. On the way to and from the room, you'll encounter, clothing, garbage on the walkway, balcony, steps, etc. Tried calling the front desk and kept getting hungup on with no success of talking to anyone. Didn't go to the front office in person becuase there are people roaming around outside. For a little more goes elsewhere.
- 1/5

Filthy. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen!!! Stained bedspread. Slimy, hairy bathroom floors. Everything in the room was falling apart — including the door to the room.

When I checked in, I told them I want to cancel b/c I felt unsafe. The clerk said it is safe b/c they stay there as well, and that I have to contact Hotels.com to cancel. It is not a hassle to do this (from prev. experience) so I asked for a room closer to the front desk and bright area. I got a room near the front on the first floor where I can park my car and make a quite getaway if needed and it seems ok enough to spend just one night. That is until around 2am. I was woken up with loud chatter just outside my door and then loud thumbing music, either from the room next door or a car parked just outside my door. This went on till around 4am. then around 7am more loud noises woke me up and that's when we just packed up and left. Don't be fooled by low price and pictures from the website.

Property was not what was described on website, food on floor, bugs in corners, trash in plain site on floor, open electrical box under p-tac unit, food on credenza. I had to bring in my own blankets and pillows to sleep with. Honestly place needs to be shut down.

It was a dirty room with a yellow mattress and patches to block the bathroom leak. It was smelling so bad. The sheets were dirty. Photos deceive customers and are not what the reality is at this hotel. We asked for reimbursement because we couldn't stay there.

The light in the room was one yellow and one pink … and sheets had satins. Tv with no remote.

It was a nightmare I checked in and got to the room after driving for 8 hours and upon entering the room which looked like it had not even been clean since the guest before I had checked out the bed sheets was nasty pubic hair literally stuck to the pillow case dirt on the sheets the floor wasn't vacuumed and the bathroom was so disgusting toothpaste in the sink along with spit urine and toilett paper in the toilet I was so upset I got my bag and left the premises I'll never stay in red roof ever again I really was to upset to even call customer service I had to get another hotel room at another hotel if you can issue a refund back to my card that would be greatly appreciated after the inconveniences I endured .

We checked in around midnight from a long drive. Pulled up to our room and some ladies of the evening were there to greet us. Very nice people and I’m all for the working class people. My issue was the room. The floor was mopped not sure if it was maple syrup or just the fact the ac didn’t work. It might have been the musty moisture that was building up not sure. I could go on but that was enough for me. When I checked out the lobby was freezing. I should have brought my blankets and slept there.

Sheets were stained, room smelled weird

What I did not like? The building is outdated, the desk in #117 is about to fall extreme damage, the bed mattress is not safe, unacceptable, and need immediate replacement. Tenants or homeless individuals constantly walk along the walkway right outside of our room often times talking very loudly until approximately 2am- not a safe environment; there was real concern how safe was my vehicle thus I did not sleep much. At checkout the clerk did not inquiry about our stay so I did not mentioned my dissatisfaction and decided to wait to complete the survey.

The room stinks so bad. The refrigerator was left unclean. I paid for non smoking room but ended up getting one anyway.

The motel room was clean. The mattress was well broken and had a sink in the middle. The ice machine was broken. Had no ice on the premises. The grounds were clean outside.
- 5/5
Everyone of the staff were great. They really made me feel welcome. At times other guests were quite noisy but that that was not to be blamed on the staff. The only thing I did not like was the homeless people hanging around and the amount of drugs being used

The customer service was terrible and the two late night employees had me wait at the counter for 15 minutes to check in even though there were no other customers there. The room was filthy. The air conditioner didn't work. There was exposed wiring in a long broken light fixture in the bathroom next to the shower which must be a code violation. The grounds were filthy and had a lot of garbage everywhere you looked. This was the worst hotel I have ever stated at.

When I got in the toilets water was turned off. So I turned it on to use it. It was pouring water from around the base of it into the floor. I notified the front desk and asked for a new room. I was told No that I could not get a different room and no one even came and checked the toilet out. So I stayed in the room without a working toilet. I even called the main office and all they said was to notify the front desk that they couldn’t help. I will absolutely never stay at another one of these places ever again.

The Front desk lady was very polite. Got to my first room. The TV wasn’t hooked up. There was no toilet paper. The room was old. The sink faucet was not connected well.

Room was okay not the cleanest but not the worst. Beds were hard as a rock. Prostitutes and drug addicts all over the place. Man at the bus stop in front of the hotel laying in the turning lane. Cops just drive right past. Women walking all over parking lot with hardly anything on. Five guys sitting in a parking space with multiple cases of beer. Not a safe area.

Price was good, a lot of chaos outside the property by patrons or others. Very poor breakfast
- 4/5
It was all good but they left the old shampoo bottles in the shower

Too much foot traffic. Leaking bathroom sink. Obvious criminal activity. They need to hire on site security. The worst hotel by far.

Everything is falling apart. Room is not clean. Smells horrible and the fire alarm is going off
