The property is easy to access from the highway and close to main attractions. I needed a last minute lodging option and found it to be the most affordable choice during a weekend where prices were astronomical. Parking was available right outside my room. With the exception of a couple random shouting matches, it was mostly quiet. The amenities are very basic and the linens are not in great shape. Burn marks were on the blankets and there is no working phone in the room. On the second night of my stay, I discovered that the new sheets placed on my bed by housekeeping were in AWFUL condition. I alerted a staff member who got someone to change them almost immediately. The shower was hot and decent. Overall the room served its purpose.

Shower not hot either day even after telling front desk. More water out of spout than shower head and filled tub up over ankles trying to take Luke warm shower

Parking was fine. The room smelled of mold. The mattress was terrible. Only 3 pillows for 2 people. Only 2 very small bath towels.
- 1/5
Old, dirty, stinky and felt unsafe

This property was more like a Motel 6. Very low end. Looks nothing like the picture in Expedia. Questionable location, but was easy drive to Augusta National. Staff is very nice and helpful. Beds not comfortable, carpets felt wet and sticky. Room pretty beat up, but good water pressure for shower!
- 4/5
Great water pressure

Exactly what I expected. A motel by a busy road. Fortunately, the air conditioner drowned out the highway noise. Room was clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. Bed was comfortable. Furnishings look like 1960's Goodwill purchase.

The best thing I can say is that it wasn’t terrible. I think they’re trying, but it’s an old, run down building that has seen a lot of use. It was clean but no amenities - not even a coffee maker.very, dry poor room lighting - invest in at ,east a 60 watt bulb. Not a great location with construction and street noise. Won’t make this mistake again.

Clean but not enough towels. Two of us in the room and we had one towel. They came in and cleaned…well not sure what they did because I straightened up before we left for the day, got the dirty towel, and left NONE. Thankfully I had some in my car that we had brought.

Close to everything, clean, and comfortable. The people who live here permanently are extremely rude, and noisy to other guests and take too many extra parking lot spaces. We were told that we could leave if we didn't like it. from one of the men who lives here permanently.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired... The carpet was disgusting, turned our feet black on the bottom... I found a random medication pill on the floor and thank God I found it and not my two year old daughter... The owners acted like they didn't care that my child could have had some serious health problems due to their staff not thoroughly cleaning the room. The housekeeping staff would ask what we needed and it took multiple requests and calls to the front desk just to get towels or toilet paper. Would NOT stay here again!!!

Trip was an evacuation from hurricane Dorian. The room had a refrigerator and microwave along with a TV with somewhat shoddy performance (Picture frequently pixelated). There was a hair dryer but no iron or ironing board or, more surprising, coffee service in room as you would find in grander hotels/motels. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When the air conditioner compressor came on it sounded surprisingly like a big diesel engine starting up and idling which was sort of loud but not enough to keep us awake. As refugees we were happy to get a room anywhere in Augusta and for the price we got the one thing we really needed; basic shelter from the storm. This inn provided that. By the way, the staff were friendly and efficient.

Check in was smooth and relatively quick but the ice machine wasn't working and the ice was offered in a cooler with no scoop. Then within a couple hours of check in, one of the "regulars" started playing extremely loud music. We called the front desk and asked them to speak to the guest. About 5 minutes later, the guest from the room with the loud music knocks on our door. Apparently the front desk told him that we had complained and gave him our room number. The guy actually came to confront us about complaining. I thought it was against hotels' policy to give out room numbers in these kinds of situations for just such a reason. After we got him to leave, we immediately called the front desk, told them, and asked to be moved. They were reluctant but finally moved us to a double bed room on the other side of the hotel. We won't be returning and we've stayed multiple times in the past. This could have quickly turned into a violent situation. I'm shocked at the hotel's actions and my wife was uncomfortable for our entire stay. I'm hoping Hotels.com addresses this situation directly with the hotel and its managers.

My husband stayed at this hotel during the Masters. He came home with a bad cold and upper respiratory infection. He said it was from the hotel room. He had a smoking room because it was all that was available. Otherwise he said the staff were nice and capable, the hotel was ok and clean. Fairly close to Augusta National.

We stayed here one night during Masters week. It was fine, not great and not terrible. Of course the prices are high and we ended up paying $200 for a $75 room for the night, but that's expected during this week. It was loud and there appeared to be permanent residents that live in some of the rooms. If you're looking for a "fine" place this is it, nothing great and nothing terrible. It fulfilled our purpose for the night, a place to sleep (no bedbugs, I checked) and shower. As a bonus there was a fridge and a microwave and they did provide a complimentary bag of Chex mix and two bottles of water.

This was during Masters week, most hotels I’ve stayed at for the Masters are not like a Holiday Inn and more like a Motel 8. So to the good the room was made every day and the towels changed out, they also had a free breakfast it was limited, but it was fine. Assume that most weeks it’s a 3rd of the price during the Masters. It was ok for the Masters and for 1/3 the price normal weeks I’d say the same it would be fine. It’s across the street from a Waffle House which we liked.

I had read mixed reviews prior to booking this stay. I was very pleased with our room, expecting the worst. Was a very basic room in a somewhat run down hotel but worked for our 2 night stay for The Masters. It had a very convenient location.

It’s a little run down but you can tell they are trying to fix things up. Staff was friendly and the place is easy to get too. While the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, we had no issues at all. We were 4 guys going to the Masters and just needed a bed. Worked well for that!
