So they had a pool that was filled with water, and I asked and they said they had no pool. The entire reason I booked this hotel was so that I could have time to swim. It's Georgia in the summer, all I wanted to do was swim and relaxed while I was here for a wedding. The room itself wasn't bad. The bed was on a weird metal box frame that was uncomfortable and loud. They didn't properly wipe the mirror down and it had finger prints all over it. The floor was pretty clean, but there was some debris. I dropped something underneath the bed, and it was GROSS under there. It's a very small opening, and there was a ton of disgusting debris under it. As a person allergic to dust, that wasn't great. There was only one curtain, and I was on the first floor with my window facing the main parking lot. People could clearly see into my window so i kept it closed the entire time. And when I walked into my room on the last night, there was a big nasty bug that disappeared behind the tv. And the AC was leaking water all over the floor. I had to move my stuff off the ground to avoid it getting soaked. I would not stay here again if you paid me.

The pictures of the hotel are a lie, it was a horrible experience I knew I wouldn’t get a refund otherwise I would’ve definitely gone to another place. The room was dirty, there were bugs, it smelled like weed and cigarettes, and the sheets were dirty. The first room we got smelled like piss and mold and was looking rough so we asked for a different room. The lady didn’t want to give us another room despite the hotel being completely empty until the man told her to give us another room. This new room had a towel covering the smoke detector and smelled like cigarettes and if you sprayed the room down with fabreeze it wouldn’t go away. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything from the room next door. This place looked more like a prison than a hotel room and that’s being kind. The pool is also a joke it looks like a kids pool. It’s definitely not 9 minutes from Augusta University as it says. We ended with bedbugs bites, Im definitely not coming back, it was a nightmare. I’m surprised this place is allowed to stay open considering how nasty the place was.

They don't not clean room if your doing a stay over the first time I've ever experienced that .if you take a bath you have to bring your dirty towels down to front desk for them to count at counter. There is a stench in the building.

It is normally a very well maintained facility . Over time , the last three years , the property value is going down . An I had a bad experience on yesterday.

The toilet didn’t flush, there was a puddle of something on the floor, and it smelt like a cigarette. They didn’t even give me a refund

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Hand towel was stained. Great bds, good ac. Ice machine on our floor doesn’t work. Breakfast was horrible: sausage gravy, biscuits wrapped in plastic wrap, eggs yuckie! Bathroom floor had damage against toilet wall. Noisy neighbor @5 am

Looked like renovations were happening (hopefully). 1st room smelled horrible and the neighbors were very loud. Asked to be moved (staff was great). Second room was a better, but definitely in need of repairs/touch-ups. Tv won’t work, floor torn up, marks on the walls, etc.

At least they should be paint the walls. Smell bad like humidity and we had to leave the room before check-out time due to the loud noises from the floor above.

This hotel didn't have my reservation. I had to book another hotel with help of booking .Com they called them . Customer service with booking .Com said it was unexcetable I should get new reservation credit up to forty dollars I haven't received it yet Nothing

The only thing I liked about the property was breakfast for my children, which was cereal because they had a roach infestation. There was literally roaches crawling all on the wall everywhere.

Very clean and respectful

Hotel looks patched up, not as nice as the pictures. Price was good for condition though.

Room was clean but seem to smell tobacco quite strongly. Overall room was nice you’ll save money and it’s not noisy during the daytime but at night you might want to bring earbuds cause kept hearing doors slamming more often than not. It was a mostly pleasant stay.

room was absolutely disgusting. you get what you pay for. the floor was nasty and greasy. stains on the bed sheets and towels. the bed had a couple short hairs that was NOT mine. the bed frame was broken and the nightstands connected to the bed frame broke off when i sat at the end of the bed. the phone wasn’t even connected to anything. just for decoration. never again. very important you check the reviews before booking!!!

First off, I was put in a room thats not even available because the Ac/Heat dont work in the room, so all day and night me and my fiancée was miserable. My Fiancée went down to the front desk and complained about the room, "The Owner" told my fiancée last night since she complained, Now we got to check out today instead of just giving us another big room that we paid for... instead "THE OWNER" himself acted very rude and was very disrespectful to my fiancé....

The owner of the hotel is a great dude, breakfast is on point with rhe biscuits & gravy, staff is nice and helpful... i give it a 10 star review

The staff was very friendly, the rooms weren’t clean and the curtains and couch were old and outdated and the bathroom needs a serious update. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t give an opinion on that and they definitely need to call and exterminator

The toilet was broken in our room so tbey had to move us to the second floor. And the breakfast, especially the "hot" part with thr eggs and sausage was terrible

The staff was great and super sweet but the conditions of the hotel are not good. The elevator button for 1st floor was gone so I had to carry my luggage down. The rooms had a smell and housekeeping came and fixed my sheets but didn’t vacuum the floor which was not clean. I appreciate that there were no bugs tho and everyone was very nice.

We were without running water let of the night and all morning until we checked out. We couldn’t use the bathroom, brush our teeth or shower for work. And no one wanted to help with the situation or come up with a remedy. They were only concerned about us checking out right on time. What about the fact that we can’t use the water?

Property was over all nice... Service could of been a little better… but not a bad stay for the price.

Dirty and nasty won’t recommend ever

The beds were uncomfortable and were made with metal I was in an adjoining room and had to use towels at the bottom of the door to keep the cannabis smell out of my room. The hotel is very dated.

Horrible place to stay!! Our room was very outdated, window stained so bad you couldn't see out of it, bugs in the bathroom, bed extremely noisy, room not very clean. Telephone didn't work, outlets didn't work, shower drained slow and we needed to get a plunger to get the toilet to drain. When I spoke to the manager saying we were leaving, he told me the person before us stayed in the room long term and wouldn't let staff in the room to up date. We were extremely disappointed. I will be contacting corporate to complain and I will submit a video.

Couldn’t stay there it was so disgusting and in disarray. Dirty, moldy, wet carpets, garbage, and building materials. Terrible customer service besides one front desk attendant explaining new ownership had come in and tried cutting costs, especially in the cleaning and maintenance.

Literally the worst maintained and smelly hotel I've ever seen. Holes in walls, the most disgusting bathroom in the history of bathrooms. Horrible, overwhelming smell. Not a chance this place passes a health inspection.

Was 1st gonna stay at studio 6 (motel 6) to save money but it was horrible and got this place in stead! This place was doing renovations and needed it too. But I toughed it out just to see my son at fort Eisenhower, very close! Beds were actually very comfortable! But facility still needs improvement

The room was not in order, the TV was on the floor the bed was not made, the desk was in the middle of the room. It was like the room was out of service. They claimed they would refund the charge to expedia and I would get the money back, but have not seen it!

This hotel is in such terrible condition, smoke detectors missing with loose wires hanging from the ceiling, lightbulbs missing, stains and damage to all the walls and the shower had two tiny streams of water with zero water pressure.

This hotel is disgusting. We checked out 15 minutes after checking in and went to a different hotel. The receptionist was friendly but that was the only acceptable part of the experience. The reception area is a mess. There was a pallet of toilet paper by the elevator sort of blocking the buttons. The floor of the elevator was sticky enough that my shoes were still sticky the next morning after going out to eat and staying at a different place. The receptionist just shrugged when we told her how sticky the floor was. The elevator has some graffiti scratched on the inside of the door. The hallway smelled bad. The floor in the bathroom was wet and had hair on it. A patch job had been started on the wall around the shower head - it was not finished. There was what appeared to be a booger on the wall. The window seal is broken and it is so clouded that I couldn’t see out of it. The shelf on the wall was hung crookedly. The bed made the noise metal makes when it buckles when I sat or moved on it. The room was not at all as displayed online. Those pics must be really old. The business center computer was on the floor (not connected to anything) looked like it was being used for storage.

The bathroom was dirty and all night I kept hearing a slamming noise not sure what it was. I went to wash my face and there was something in the wash cloth I looked closer it was some type of animal nail! I brought it to the front desk in the morning and showed him he look disgusted as well.

We did not even fully check in, we looked at our room and left. Had a cockroach climbing up the wall, this is a hook up place. We took a loss on our money unfortunately!

Need more cleaning

Do not stay here!!!! The pictures are from when the hotel first opened! Holes in the walls and doors. Room door safety lock was busted. Shower rod falling off. Bedroom light would not turn on just flickered like a horror film. Disgusting smell and prostitution and drugs were happening all up in there! Walked straight out of the room and back to front desk & left the keys and told the employee that we would not be staying and checked OUT!! they would not refund our money either! Lousy service.

Good property for the price and location.

We did not have a good experience at this hotel at all. The sheets and pillowcases were extremely dirty, the floors and walls were in terrible condition, the sink had toothpaste all over it and it was broken, there was hair in the shower, and the furniture was ripped and dirty. The room smelled terrible and all the towels smelled like they had never been washed.

Very bad maintenance, all hallways dirty, bad smell. At least beds and bathroom were kind of clean; but walls and floors old and dirty. Never will be go back to this hotel.

It was awful. I will not be staying there again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing I can say about it is that the looked like the bathroom was the cleanest part of the room.

NEED LOWER BEDS: I am 5'5" tall and disabled. I had to lay on the side of the bed as my 60 yrs old sister roll me into the bed. NEED SHOWERS ONLY: I also had difficulties lifting my legs over into and out of the tub.

No trash can in the room tv stop working while watching and no extra room to move me in aswell as refrigerator wasn’t getting cold just horrible

The hotel room I stayed in was a disappointing experience overall. My flight was delayed so I communicated with the staff throughout the day in regards to my arrival status. However when I finally got to the hotel at 1am, the hotel attendant act as if he couldn’t find my reservation. Upon entering, a musty mildew or dirty carpet odor engulfed the space, hinting at poor ventilation or cleanliness issues. The air conditioning unit was extremely old and case was broken. When alerted staff was told that they were aware. Window had a chalky residue on them. When ask to clean, was told it’s from the sun and does not come off. Despite the wonderful friendly receptionist Jasmine, the room's condition left much to be desired, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable during my stay. Thank God our activities For anyone seeking a pleasant lodging experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Nice weekend get away.

The air conditioner in first room I was in didn't work so they moved me; I appreciated that. The room was very comfortable. The bathtub didn't drain well but it didn't matter.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel for The Masters, just don't. Horrible condition! we had a non-working toilet, the room felt muggy and they were using a super old and dirty mop to clean the room (saw them getting it ready as we arrived). I also had concerns of lwaving my stuff there to be honest.

The room was very dirty when we arrived from the bathroom to the whole room. The room also had a very bad smell. The people at the hotel were not willing to clean our room when we got there so we had to clean it ourselves and buy products to clean it, we were only given 30% of our money back when we should’ve been given more back from all we had to go through. One of the guest that was staying in the room with us got bitten by a big wolf spider and nothing was done about it.

The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear conversations either from next door or across the hall.

There was no more rooms at at the Wingate by Wydham were we stayed, so I got this room for my granddaughter and mother and it was HORRIABLE! The staff was rude, the place was dirty, unsafe, would not recommend this place. We were coming from NYC to Aguasta, GA thought that it would not be as bad as some places where I live at and would not go to at all.

Keys didn’t work, common area smelled strongly of marijiana, wall outlets hung out of the wall and the tub didn’t drain oh and bugs

Good stay

The property was terrible from the time you walked through the door. Walked in there was an odor at check in. Get to our room our window is wide open no screen like some one was relaxing in the room with out paying. There was bugs on the floor. I advise my lady to get her bags we are not staying here. Called Expedia for my refund they may like I can’t get my money back because of the booking. Who is really going to stay and negotiate these conditions!

We stayed for the Masters and upon arrival the rooms smelt, electric wires were hanging from the ceiling, no phone...just a cord, mold in the window frames, ironing board with no cover...or iron. Then in the morning we found serval unwanted guests...roaches (also found them at the morning breakfast buffet, and weight room. Photos certainly weren't taken recently

Roaches in the room. Condom box in the elevator. An ice machine that smelled and was leaking dirty looking water, cover d in thick dust. Still Waiting for a refund and had to contact corporate because I couldn’t get any help at the hotel itself. When brought up to staff there were roaches they just said ok and didn’t act surprised at all. This was really upsetting considering we had an infant with us.

Some of the electrical outlets did not work.

Bed was clean and comfortable. I hated the security fee was to much, front desk poor people skill, television didn't work and the bathroom tub/shower had no nozzle to turn it on. Next room sent to Tv did not work either. Was glad to check out and go to another hotel.

Staff was friendly, really like this property have visited 3 or four times.

I left immediately after check in because there were 2 roaches in my room. I was told my money would be refunded and it is days later and still nothing. The hotel is not even answering the phone.
