Nothing went well. Could not find the reservation. The smoke detector was beeping so after an hour they just removed it. The toilet ran every 35 seconds all night The ice machine did not work so they went somewhere off property to get us one cup of ice.

Asked for a no. Smoking room. Room smell of cigarettes was terrible. Ice machine. It working. Sign that said complimentary coffee meanwhile there was none. I can’t recall if breakfast was an option but if it was, there was none. Bathtub full of cigarette burns. After the first day the key didn’t work. Someone entered the room and all they did washout new towels. First and last. Expedia should not be patronizing this place.

I would not recommend this propertty to anyone. The area is terrible, and the facity was not clean at all. There were bugs crawing up the walls. We told the ower (who could not speak english) about the bugs and allshowed him them in the room, and he was not concerned at all. Worst experience ever.

Everything. They called the cops to have us put out because we were trying to sleep in and didn't want the housekeeping, the sheets were stained and funky, and the furniture was old and worn-out severely, needs to be shut down ASAP

If I could give a zero I would. I’m also disappointed on Hotels.com. That day of check in I try to check in they say their system is down. Okay that’s understandable so they say we only taking cash. After I showed them the receipt that I already had paid for my stay. They say we can’t check you in only cash. There was literally no rooms available anywhere else what do I do. I notify hotels.com and tell them what’s going on they say they going to get me a refund. I went to an ATM & paid for my stay in cash after I already had paid through hotel.com but guess what a week later the hotel won’t pick up & aren’t giving me a refund & hotels.com is saying that they can’t do nothing about it seriously. After all the hurricanes we been through we don’t have money to be giving away. It’s disgusting & screw up.

I booked this place days in advance and i got there at 1am to check in. The guy said there was no power and i had to leave. I saw lights on everywhere! No one ever refunded me my money and i had to drive around until 3am trying to find another place to stay.

The hotel was in a dirty and appalling condition. When we approached the front desk for assistance, they demanded extra payment for any favors. Upon refusal, they suggested leaving a positive review in exchange. The service quality was truly abysmal, and

The place was a dump!!! Definitely nothing like depicted in the pictures. The room was filthy. The one chair and foot stool was dirty and the vinyl was torn in many places. We were so uncomfortable in the room that we slept in our clothes. No dining facilities at all. There is a soda machine in front of the building.

I know it’s Masters week but if they are going to charge $250 for an $80 a night room show some pride. I used to stay there when it was the Augusta Western Hotel and it was a lot better then. Cheap for Masters week but if they want repeat business…

The property is a little old. The lighting in the room was a lone ceiling light and the vanity area lighting. The fridge had no temperature setting and ran too cold.

We stayed here to attend the Masters Wednesday practice round. Granted, any room in Augusta is hard to find during this week, but we paid for two nights and only stayed one. It was fairly clean, but not something we wanted to spend another night in. We drove to Atlanta instead. No ice. Everything was worn out. It desperately needs a remodel and facelift.

Morning coffee was good and continental breakfast was meager, but adequate. The management was courteous and friendly. We were concerned about what our experience might be, but our concerns were laid to rest quickly after we arrived because of good service and clean room.

Upon arrival the lobby is locked, clearly for safety. Asked for extra pillows numerous times but that never happened. The ice machine is in poor condition. Nobody was available during check out and lobby locked. This place doesn't deserve the almost 3 rating it had. It should be a 1.

Bad area. Got woken up 3 times in the night because of a stray dog eating trash that was sitting beside an already full trash can. Got up to go to work and the door wouldn’t lock. So I called the front desk. He said he would come check on it later. I said that I had valuable things in there that I didn’t want stolen. After a moan and groan he came and looked at it and changed my room. Moved everything from my room to the other. Already running late for work I through everything in the room and turned the ac on so it would be cool when I got back from work.that thing sounded like an old diesel tractor running. So had to sleep with it off. Overall pretty awful stay and would not go back. Also the free breakfast is a lie. The lobby is locked up and u have to do all business through the night window

Roaches. I killed at least 3. People were arguing all times of night. Then someone was continuing to knock on my door at 3am then eventually gave up and started knocking on the next door. It's a nice place to disappear, bring protection.

Well they wouldnt change my sheets on my bed after i asked them everyday and i was there for 5 nights the workers would bang on the door every morning at 10 and be rude they didnt have complentry breakfast like they said and they charged me a different price then what they said it was going to be on line
