    I booked a single bedroom and end up with double beds. Then on top of that we find out that the toilet wouldn’t flush so we has to get a plumber. There was some stains on the blanket in one of the beds.

    I learned on the day of my arrival that my suite was not available due to construction/flooding. No one contacted me to notify me that I would have no accommodations upon my late arrival. Thankfully, a Hilton reservation agent found something at a different property. I had to pay double because they didn’t have the 2 bedroom suite, but it was a place to sleep for the nights we needed.

    We reserved a 2 bdrm suite with a King and 2 queens and 2 full bathrooms. Our group had 4 adults. We were placed on a floor being renovated. One of our bathrooms was missing a shower curtain rod & curtain so no bathing in that bathroom. No other rooms were available so we all had to shower in one bathroom and that shower leaked through the doors badly. Plaster was on the floor. The light fixture above the dining table was not installed and was just wires. Shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers were resting in the floor. The handle on the entry door was installed upside down . Poor experience and we were also told since we booked through Expedia, they could do nothing for us. BEWARE of this hotel.

    The night shift receptionist Donna was exceptional. She provided great customer service and with a smile. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. I understand that hospitality can be challenging and stressful. But hospitality is centered around customer service and the customer service I received this particular evening from Ms. Lynn was horrible. From the time I walked in to check in, I was greeted with an attitude. Later that evening my guest arrived and asked about complimentary waters. I went to the front desk and inquired about the waters that were displayed behind the desk. She stated that they were for members only. After letting my guest know what was said, he went downstairs himself because he's a Hilton member. She stated to him that the room had to be in his name, which it wasn't. She was rude to him as well. She didn't make me or my guest feel welcomed at all. She made us feel like we were a bother. The room we had was pretty good but the guest that were across from us was apparently having a party and for a long time we heard talking outside our door, doors slamming and the scent of marijuana in the hallway and the elevator.

    The room was very misleading. Looked nothing like the pictures and was dirty. Also was no where near an 8.4 star like the reviews said. Also the staff came into our room at 9am while we were still sleeping.

    They attempted to cancel my stay as “they could not accommodate me” this was not explained until I was almost to my destination. I was then told they could then again that they couldn’t upon arrival. When I inquired about a refund after finding a hotel that was sure they could accommodate me, they attempted to deny the refund request. To make matters worst the front desk staff attempted to lie on me. Don’t waste your time or money!

    This hotel is old. The bathtub was gross and had stains on the handle, there were scratches on the shower walls! Carpet buckled. Dog hotels are fine, but should be restricted to a certain floor.

    A dog pound. When getting off the elevator and tracking to our room, we were inundated by incessant dog barking echoing throughout the hallway. We were horrified as we got closer and closer to our room to find out it was louder and louder and coming from the room next door to us. Went on for 30 minutes, so we left the hotel and went somewhere else. Had to give up our 2 bedroom suite we booked in advance. Poor business decisions being made at Hiltons - letting $150 rooms run off $250 rooms. All to be dog inclusive now? I am done with Hiltons.

    The staff was very accommodating even though the Hotel experienced a leak and my first room had a refrigerator motor going bad. Everything was well taken care of and in a very timely manner. Great stay in spite of the leak and repair issues.

    Our room was not available when we arrived. They advised expedia over booked and we had to take double beds my dad didnt have handicap shower and no push button entry for doors entry hotel pool closed due to leak and shortage in chlorine ... stinky rooms and ceiling leaks not clean at all.     Cleanliness of the room was no so pleasant. My sons socks was full of someone else’s hair. Reported this to the front desk, they advised someone would be there the next morning to clean the room. We’re still waiting and we’ve checked out, no one ever came to clean the room.

    This hotel was absolutely disgusting! I do want to say the front desk staff were all very nice. Floors were sticky, bathroom had sticky stains and pubic hairs stuck all over the walls, showers, doors. Used pregnancy test found in sleeper sofa. Bedding was from previous people. The kitchen floor was not swept. Mold in the ceiling. So much caked on dust in all the vents. Huge hair balls on the rugs.

    There for the Masters. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to and from the course and the driver was very experienced and a pleasure. Our next visit will include this same hotel.

    The hotel seems updated, but it’s like a mask over a mess. We had some yucky looking “repaired” water damage. Upon entering the room, it smelled pretty bad, and my allergies went nuts. Possibly mold? Idk. I requested a rollaway bed prior to checking in, never got it....so one person was without a bed. The bedding for the sofa bed was dirty. I requested more bedding and a replacement new set and was told the worker on site had no access to the linens. We ended up literally sleeping in our coats. Totally unacceptable. The dishes in the cabinets were also dirty. Great location....but that’s the best the hotel had going for it. We were in town for a funeral and this made the experience that much worse. The staff we spoke to were polite but unable to help with the issues.

    Where do I start... had problems with checking in because my room that I booked 2months in advanced wasn’t available had to come back about 3 hrs later so they could fix the problem... the pool was closed ( big disappointment)... I had the 2 bedroom suite...the AC wasn’t working properly so the living room area was hot hot hot even though the 2 rooms had ceiling fans it was hot but somewhat durable
