    Staff is terrible. The front desk girl was so rude and not helpful at all. They tried giving me a FILTHY room and when I said no thank you just give me a refund they gaslit me and said I was lying about the condition of the room. I had to dispute my charges

    The staff was lovely - they weren’t the issue. The issue is the room was nothing like what was pictured and there no amenities. We booked a suite and the cabinets didn’t open or close and were off the hinges. The microwave was dirty, the room itself was grimy - the shower and toilet were spotless though. Our smoke detector kept chirping so instead of replacing the battery, the maintenance person just removed the whole detector leaving us without one altogether. There was supposed to be an in-room iron and hair dryer but those had been removed and none were available on property to use. The pool didn’t have any water in it and the overall property was in a state of disrepair. We understand that we booked during a peak week and we were going to pay more for our accommodations but this felt more like a motel I stayed in on spring break in 1998.

    Had to go through 3 rooms to find one that was decent enough. Apparently they are for extended stays but they don’t tell you that upfront. It was okay overall.

    The hotel is under renovations and after 2 attempts, a 3rd room was finally found for our stay. The air conditioner was making a loud humming noise in the first room, the second room we were given, the key wouldn't work when we swiped it and then finally the third room, we had to ask that the smoke detectors be removed because it kept beeping. No trash can and hair was in the sink, plastic fixture on wall for lights were burned and air conditioner in this room didn't cool properly. People hanging outside all time of day/night. Pictures on site are VERY misleading about this property. Maybe with the proper management and staff it can be a nice place, but right now it looks like the local "hotspot for a hookup"

    Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. One bed was broken with the box spring shoved underneath. The bedding was wrinkled, stained, and clearly unwashed. Roaches were crawling in the room. There was a bottle of lubricant in the nightstand drawer. The towel rack was ripped off the wall. Unsafe area with suspicious activity in the parking lot. We were forced to stay a few hours due to exhaustion and had to throw away our luggage afterward. Disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Our stay was fair. I was there for a business trip. The owner initially refused to give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia but payment went to them. They eventually gave it to me. I needed it for a business expense. The washing machines were both down. The area is being remodeled. Flies were evrywhere from garbage. And someone was blasting music 2 doors down from us. The toilet got clogged, I asked for a plunger, at first thy did not know what I was talking about.

    Our trip wasn't much of a trip,struggles in life are real,you'd think the hotel of your choice would keep you comfortable. We didn't have a TV our entire stay and I told them as soon as I figured it out on the first night and I was told it was bcuz of cloud coverage well next morning still same problem so they told me theyd fix the problem the following day and sure great for them but our time was up So it really didnt matter to us. Oh yes and then we had a little spill in our room and I tried to clean it and we'll we needed more dry towels so I asked if I could get a clean dry towel and she said no not til the morning,well what am I going to wash my butt with? She said she doesn't care take care in the morning. I will never ever go to this hotel again.

    Trash everywhere rooms were dirty… Lamps did not work… TV was on with no working remote when I walked in. Smelled like someone had smoked… I had chosen this hotel for my dog… But all of the walking areas were covered with cigarette butts and glass. I was honestly afraid that my car was gonna get broken into but luckily the one good thing is the lighting was very bright around the property. This hotel needs to spend some time really cleaning out this place. It is not what the pictures look like or I would’ve never chosen this place.

    The overall stay was fine. Not the best not the worst. It was worth the cost. The rooms are dated. You can hear your neighbors. I had to sweep and mop my room as well as washed the bedding. We wanted to extended our stay a few days however my credit card declined because my bank thought the transaction strange and flagged it. I pleaded with the front desk staff to allow me time to speak to my bank and rectify the issue they told me I had till 11:30 as it was already 11:12 and check out was 11. By 11:22 they were knocking on the door telling us we needed to leave. I packed my stuff and left, they refused to give me my security deposit even though nothing was damaged or missing. Booked at a much nicer hotel not too far away. Honestly I think we get what we pay for. Tried to save a few bucks. I would have given a better review but my interaction with the front desk staff was downright awful.

    During my stay, they had an issue. What i would guess is that their water pipes busted. So they cut the water off, never informed anyone about it and the water was off for three days. After the fact when the water was cut on, the water heater wasnt working for the following days. Not sure when because i refused to stay any longer in that establishment. Lastly they refused to compensate my stay. Terrible experience and Terrible services.

    Paint flaking from walls, dirty sheets and covers, exposed electrical wires. Toilet didn't flush correctly. Also a used cigarette floating in toilet when we checked in. Looks like blood stains on the shower wall. Lightbulbs hanging out the ceiling of bathroom. I've traveled for work my entire adult life and this was by far the worst hotel and they then wouldn't refund for my remaining nights. What a joke of a place

    The floor was nasty till I had to where socks to keep my feet clean. Bathroom smelled, the toilet was leaking when you flushed till I used towels to soak it up then they didn’t even bring new towels. You have to carry you stuff a half a mile to your room. Only stairs on the ends of the buildings. Shower curtain had mold around the bottom. Someone was shooting outside in the parking lot.

    The room was horrible. Smelled like cigarettes, the stove was broken couldn't use, all in all not a good experience. We did not even stay 2 hrs before we left. When i checked out wasnt offered any refund, discount, nothing.

    The property is in extremely poor condition. The toilet did not flush, the room was filthy, and the ceiling was falling down in chunks. It took about 20 minutes to get checked in because the man working the desk didn't understand how to check me in since I paid through the Expedia website. There were lots of people loitering around the parking lot that looked very disreputable. Luckily I travel with a very large and well-trained dog that intimidated them. Definitely will not be staying there again.

    This hotel is horrendous!! Steer clear!! They are filthy & i wouldnt let an animal stay here! The floora havent been mopped in months! Every room of the three we rented were disgusting. Roaches! Mildew!!! Body fluids on blankets and sheets. Hand pronts on head boards. Non functioning electrical. Refrigerator didnt work. Lights didnt work. Tv didnt work etc!!!!! Pool was never open. Website is a lie!!!

    Filthy, Disgusting and very unsafe. The connecting door had no lock / there was a refrigerator halfway blocking the door! Totally felt vulnerable and an absolute idiot for booking there. You couldn’t pay me to stay there!!

    Room was subpar: dirty, rusty marks everywhere. Looked like it was in disrepair and slightly fixed up to rent out. Bathroom toilet flapper was busted and filled up every5-7 mins and the air conditioner was very loud and taped together. Shower water pressure was good and bed was ok. Would not stay there again.

    Firstly the motel was not as advertised. Upon check-in it became clear that this was a long term transient facility with numerous individuals loitering on the terraces in front of their rooms. The grounds were filthy with loose garbage, open containers and dirty linens and towels lying on the grounds. Our room was not properly cleaned and it was unclear whether the sheets and towels had been washed and cleaned. The security locking system on the door appeared to be damaged. We immediately decided to leave, feeling unsafe and returned our keys to the front desk, demanding a refund. This property should not be represented as a traveler friendly motel.

    I got another room 407 and the tv worked at first but it kept saying poor signal. I used the phone to call the front desk and tell the gentleman about it and was once again meet with attitude. But he did come up to look at it. And then he called his maintenance man to come look at it. He got it fixed temporarily and he left. The tv did the same thing again saying poor signal. We go said we will go get into the pool. The pool was locked and so I went back to the front desk. The gentleman said the pool hasn’t work or been open in over a year. He then said don’t you read reviews? With a snippy attitude. Later we where getting ready to go to dinner I went to the front desk and said we where going to dinner and said the tv wasn’t working again. I said the room was going to be unoccupied for a while so they could go in. The Maintance man came back and had to replace the cable altogether. I don’t remember his but he was good. The front desk clerk not so much. The exterior of the hotel was dirty, hand rails by my room where flexible and was in need of a paint job. The room want bad but we only had two towels

    We checked out early due to unforeseen circumstances however had we not had an emergency the plan was to check out first thing that A.M. I have never felt so unsafe. Homeless people were coming in and out of the front lobby area and hanging around the entrance as well as all around the property. We even witnessed one putting their shopping cart in the room right next door to our room on the second floor. We were abruptly woken to fireworks being shot off at midnight right outside our room and it wasn't even a holiday. The cleanliness of the room was a 2 out of 5 at best. I would not recommend this hotel. It is better to just go ahead and spend a little more money because you get what you pay for.

    The hotel room i was expecting to be clean because it was rated clean, but no part of that hotel room was clean. The walls had tons of dirt and med all over them, the shower head sprayed water all over the floor which made the floor in the bathroom flood into a pond. They did not give us enough towels to clean it up. The remote for the tv did not work. The cabinets in the kitchen were ripped of the hinges.

    This is the worst place I’ve ever had to sleep. First they couldn’t find my reservation had to call Hotels.com then the room that I was given paint falling off the ceiling all over the floor the second room had dead bugs on the floor call hotel.con for a refund at this point it’s a no go was told I had to wait until morning to see if mgr will allow a refund and it would be totally up to mgr so if I didn’t allow them to assign me another room I could loose my money. I finally was put in a room at about 5:15 am that was half way good enough to step into. And still no one have shown any empathy or concern. This hotel is garbage
