I liked how nice the cleaners were and workers in general. The beds were very comfortable bathrooms were clean and I also like how they had extra lotion and soap in the bathroom and shampoo I needed that a lot anywho I recommend this hotel 5 stars.

Perfect location right off of I-20 and safe place for a woman traveling alone visiting the area for a class.

Food was really great. A variety was offered so no problem feeding anyone in my party. Staff was very helpful-- especially with the fancy coffee machine (which was awesome--i love freshly ground coffee!). Very clean. N/A

Property was good but there was a smell in our bathroom. It was like a dirty kitchen sponge smell. Only in bathroom. I waited to shower at the next stop. Rest of the stay was good. Many restaurants near by.

The cable in the room was glitching and movies wouldn’t play as well as they should . I feel like they should upgrade the cable packages and include Netflix or another streaming service. The hot tub was also out of order , I wished they had told us about that when we called and asked was everything up and running .

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple - hot, voice of omelet or scrambled eggs, hard boiled, variety of breads, bagel ad amazing warm cinnamon rolls! Coffee both regular and decaf was from freshly ground and available ALL the time, and sweet & half/half creamers!

Breakfast was very good - way above average. Room was super clean and well stocked. Bedding was exceptionally clean and bed, very comfortable. One of the newer employees promised to get back to me on a military discount I forgot to ask for when checking in - she never did.

I loved the staff, the breakfast and the room but, my favorite was the heated indoor pool. The only thing I didn’t really like was the area. I’m not sure how close it was to anything but it isn’t an area I felt comfortable going outside in at night

The security here is amazing ! I traveled solo and I have never felt this safe before . The doors lock at night and you have to use your key to access the lobby. The stand was super friendly . Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable N/A

Nicole- the woman who checked us in was amazing and so kind. The other staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. We had a stay booked for 2 nights. At one point in time, both key cards stopped working and we were locked out of our room with an infant and hands full. No apologies were handed out and the staff was questioning us as to what we did wrong for it to quit working. Extremely loud at night due to construction or some banging outside. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly front desk staff. They checked up in quickly and we went to our room. It was spacious, clean and fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with our young kids so the indoor pool was perfect for getting their energy out. The amenities and facilities were well kept. The breakfast offered was great! They had so many options from omelets to bagels and biscuits and gravy. The hotel was located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. we would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Augusta area.

Nicely renovated! A/C digitally controlled & cold as needed! Receptionist/staff accommodated my room type/area of stay well! Near fast food options & fairly close to restaurants, etc as well.

We never got our room cleaned in 4 nights, when we asked only one bed was made, we also had to remind staff to refill coffee pods in the room and for towels. The hot tub near the pool was not functioning, we liked the pool though! It was next to a noisy intersection, I could hear a lot of traffic noise from the room. The breakfast was okay but the pancake machine didn’t work. I didn’t think it was worth the extra money I spent on it.

I had a noise problem from other guests. The front desk was very kind and helpful about switching my room to a quieter option. Extremely kind and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend!!!!!

My family of 5 stayed in Augusta on the way to Oak Island, NC. It was clean, comfortable, and what we needed to break up our long roadtrip.

The tub was cracked and the showerhead was terrible There was no laundry bag The bed was nice The orange chair was nice

Came to town for JoeFest. Hotel was great. The staff did an excellent job. Kiroumi was so nice!!! I am gluten free and the breakfast had some options which was awesome. Only complaint was pool was cold and hot tub wasn’t working. Everything else was perfect.

The pool area was not well maintained. There was a diaper on the pool deck, so I wouldn't let my family enter the pool. The next morning the diaper was still there. It appears that there was no inspection or clean up done in the pool. The hot tub also was not working.

Property was clean and quiet. When walking in the front desk even smelled good. Alexis, the front desk worker, was very friendly, welcoming and professional.

The only thing this hotel did not provide right away was a room away from the elevator. Once my room was switched, everything about my stay here was just right: the comfortable bed, the spacious room, the morning breakfast, the friendly greetings regardless of the time of day. I tried a different hotel four weeks after this one just to compare, and this one wins, no question. I promised the desk staff a glowing review, and I'm happy to give one!

Everything was OK except for the Jacuzzi. This is probably the fifth for six times that I have visited and the Jacuzzi was either the broken not hot or jet not working. That’s pretty much the whole reason I chose this hotel please fix it.

Every aspect was perfect, and Quality control contacted me via text to see how it was going during my stay.

I was disappointed to find out that their water heater for the hot tub and pool was down during my entire stay which was the only reason we booked this hotel. The male manager in the morning was very unapologetic about the situation and offer no accommodations for the inconvenience.

They left the $25 fee on my account when there was nothing wrong with the room when I left. The entire floor I stayed on smelled like insecticide products. All I did was stay there for one night and it wasn’t even the entire night. It was not worth it.

We came in from out of town ( NEW YORK) and booked a motel across the street we left at 1 in the morning and came right to the holiday inn it was filthy over at the super 8 the holiday was amazing would always recommen

BUT - It’s too loud and noisy. I don’t blame the staff. The staff cant control how much the guests (in the room above you) drop things on the floor at 5 am. Slam their door. And move around like it’s their high school senior prom. Unbelievable how people don’t think there could be other guests in a hotel with them. Maybe they were hanging pictures. Idk.
