I love the comfort and availability of pool. The breakfast is always amazing. The elevators were running very rough and inspection expired. The check in clerk was not friendly and very rude. Also my son had to jump in pool with clothing to save a child from drowning. Staff should be more aware how many children are allowed unsupervised in pool area. Could have ended in tragedy.

The restaurant and bar was great. The bartender Javonna was very sweet and very fast.

They had a true breakfast that was presented well and tasted wonderful. Staff kept the beverages filled and tables clean. Will stay again.

I didn’t read the reviews about the hot tub. There isn’t one. I booked the hotel because it was the only one in the area that showed in the photos it had one. The cement in the pool was brown but the water seemed clean. The elevators sounded like they need repaired. The hallways were misty. The room was nice but there were hairs in the toilet. I left early and don’t try the breakfast. I would suggest a different hotel based on how much it was per night.

Great location Elevator was scary. Rust in the bathroom. Some of the outlets didn’t work, sign for pool said closed at 11 but they kicked us out at 9:30. Also ran out of food for breakfast

The parking was great. Staff were genuine, pleasant and informative. When was clean and myself and Family felt safe as we were in Augusta for a college tour.

Stay was excellent! I originally booked down the road at a different hotel. I traveled 19 hours and when I got here expected to be able to check in. I arrived at my previous booking and they allowed me to check in but when I got to my room I saw housekeeping still cleaning my room. The pool was out of order. It was just a mess. I quickly left to find a new hotel that would meet my needs to my stay in Augusta. That’s how I arrived at your property. Check in was maybe 10 minutes and I was in a room within 15 minutes. I have no complaints.

I most enjoyed the swimming pool and how comfortable the beds were. We truly had a blast. The kitchen staff for breakfast weren’t as pleasurable as I’d hoped on my last morning there. They weren’t accommodating and my kids seen other kids with fruit cups but when we asked it was simply they took the ones that were made, instead of simply making them more

My only complaint is that there is a hot tub listed as an amenity for this property and they no longer have a hot tub. I had chosen this hotel specifically for this reason so I was disappointed to find the listing not updated.

The property was well maintained and very welcoming. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The food and bar area were great. Upon check out, there was an issue with the bathroom and shower. The water pressure had dropped considerably as well as the cleanliness of the water appeared to be dirty. So much to the point that we had to be given another room to use which delayed our check out.

The bed was too HIGH and could not get into it. I am 5'2". I had to use my cooler as a step to get into bed. We did not have a hair dryer in the room or shampoo, had conditioner. The breakfasts were great along with the staff.

The pool area is very nice and the bar also I’d like that they are in close proximity Everything was pretty good. I just didn’t like the fact that it was only one elevator.

Room was spotless with dove essentials for hygiene, love the amenities. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the pool, the bottom needs to be resurfaced because it looks like it’s dirty, although the kids had a blast in it, that would be the only suggestion.

We haven’t slept this great in a long time. The room was so clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the temperature was perfect when we walked in! Our stay was wonderful, and we will be back!

The room closet door was broke the remote to tv had no back on it room was not cleaned properly. I will not stay here again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

My reservation was cancelled prior to check in. The person working at the front desk couldn’t tell me why. I had to press the issue and negotiate a rate for a room with one bed and I needed two beds. Hotel staff was trying to send me to another town to stay at another hotel as a solution for their mistake.

A favorite in the Augusta area! Feels like coming back to old friends.The breakfast is great! Cheesy grits, real scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, scones, fruit cups and the good yogurt. Great toppings for the eggs, grilled red peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc. A quiet area, but close to I-20.

The property is very nice and staff is professional. The breakfast is amazing! Snacks are a little pricey to purchase from down stairs & parking is FULL on the weekends. Overall we would stay here again 😊

Fran an employee who assists with breakfast service was awesome. First hotel breakfast of this type I can remember where the hotel had someone greeting guests and taking care of drinks. Beyond that her presence made my experience so much better. I was not expecting someone there so I did not have any cash to tip so I just wanted to say Thank You Fran!

The property is centrally located to many places and to where i needed to go. Very spacious rooms for an affordable rate

Only complaint was one of the elevators was down and the one working got pretty shaky between the 4th and 5th floor.

Check in was quick and easy just needed my ID. Room was nice and cold and clean.

My room smelled bad. We checked in and then went out for dinner. Once we settled down I realized it was my bed that stunk. I thought about requesting a room change but it was already 11 pm and I didn’t want to make my small children have to move and get out of their bed

Traveled with four little kids (ages 7, 5, 2 and 2) and they had a blast in the pool. The lobby area was extremely comfortably. The pool really helped wear them out after a long drive so they could sleep. Rooms were fabulous. Comfy beds, very clean and shower was excellent.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast is better than the typical standard fare.

The key cards stopped working every single day/night and I had to keep getting it fixed. The employee told us that its been happening often and the manager, Joe Tate, isnt doing anything to fix the issue and to contact him to make a complaint. Definitely irritating having to get keys fixed every night, especially when the elevators are extremely slow and you have to carry your stuff up and down from the 3rd floor due to the keys continuously not working.

Great rate for two nights and it included breakfast. Staff was very polite and welcoming.

Everyone who works there was very respectful, attentive and truly hospitable! Stay here- it’s clean, nice and has the amenities you’ll need for a stay- the bar is nice and the breakfast is good.

Unfortunately the room I stayed in must’ve been directly below some mechanical equipment on the roof. Very hard to sleep with that sound all night. Only reason I even booked the hotel room was to get a decent amount of sleep. That didn’t go so well.

The pool was great! Very clean and enjoyable! Even the security guard outside on Thursday night checked on me to see if I was OK while out watching the eclipse. Would definitely stay at this holiday Inn again thank you.

Website pictures need to be updated. It was a pleasant hotel but my decision to stay here was the picture of the indoor pool and hot tub. Come to find out the hot tub no longer exists. I would have chosen a cheaper option if I had known this. Also I had a 2 night stay and only received a breakfast voucher for one day.

This was a great stay with the king bed the room had a lot of space for luggage and to move around. The bed was one if the comfiest I have slept on. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking again here when back in the area.

The front desk the next day were rude and discriminating to disabled people.

The place was very decent. It could have been cleaner. There was a random stain on the pull out mattress which was also extremely thin. Corners, cracks etc were not as clean as I would like and the rug was old and a bit pulled up in one place. I didn’t realize that the suite is set up with the no bedroom on the outside then the living room and then bathroom. Every other suite like this that I have used has been enter into the living room, then the bathroom is off the hall to the bedroom. I prefer the second way because we put our 3 year old on the pull out and it is nice not to have to walk past his bed when going to the bathroom. Lastly we had requested extra pillows to line the sides of the bed so the 3 year old didn’t fall out. They messaged back and said no problem but they were forgotten.
