Im a smoker so they had a sitting area for smokers which I loved I know it's a pet friendly hotel. I didn't like that a couple were able to have their pet sit at the bar on a stool and the night bartender gave them a bowl for their dog could drink from it at the bar. I was having a meal that night at the bar ( Thursday night 2/19/26) which i think was very inappropriately. Spoke to the Food Manager about it she said she will talk to him about it.

I loved how nice the staff was and how clean the facility was. I loved how the staff was always available to help. My digital key did not work on my door all of the time and that concern me. Also, a police officer/security guard was scoping out the parking lot and I was questioned about having a room there. I only wish that there were parking passes maybe that would help indicate residence from people just sitting there..

Only thing that bummed me out was, “free breakfast” was advertised however I had to pay for food each time we at le breakfast. I only picked this room because this frat since I had both my children with me and I knew we’d be on the go for a tournament so this ruined that convenience otherwise it was a good stay

Honestly, the only reason I booked this hotel is because of Jacuzzi when we checked in, we was told that the Jacuzzi and the pool would be down due to a child having an upset stomach earlier at that morning is 9:30 PM and it’s still not operational I would’ve never booked this hotel if I couldn’t use the Jacuzzi This is the average hotel at best without a Jacuzzi. I’m so disappointed. Best thing about this hotel would be the drinks.

Check in was quick and easy. Clean stylish lobby and room. Excellent staff service, very pleasant. My only issue during my 5 night stay was the lack of running water in my room/hotel for a “few hours ". In all fairness after I notified the desk, I was informed that there was a posting at the front desk for the past week (or so). stating that water in rooms would be off for 4 hours on this particular day. I have no doubt about the sign. However, I never saw the sign nor informed about this upon arrival. Fortunately, the inconvenience lasted much less than the time expected. Regardless I LOVED the Garden Inn Hilton in Augusta GA and will return. Also lots of hotel services on site( breakfast, bar, restaurant, gym etc).

The aesthetics were nice. I loved the outdoor seating. The little things got me upset. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The faucet was loose and partially disconnected in the bathtub. The elevators were malfunctioning. While it's not directly the hotel's fault, the parking lot kind of sucks. My wife booked the hotel therefore I didn't realize that breakfast is not included. The broken glass candle holders in the lobby is a ridiculous thing to keep in reach of children.

This was my second time staying at the property - clean, well kept, super friendly staff. Check in was at 3, but we arrived earlier and the front desk associate (can’t remember her name) worked with housekeeping to get a room turned over and allowed us to get checked in around 1. We will be back!

No hot water to take a shower in the early morning. (4:30AM) Went down stairs to find something for breakfast and found the lobby abandoned....waited 10 minutes at the front desk to buy some snack items and no one came to the desk. I finally put everything back and was going back to my room and then saw the front desk clerk watching TV on a tablet off to the side table. She never once asked if she could help me or to get up.

Arrived at midnight for check-in due to travel and doors were locked at main entrance. Front desk clerk had to buzz us in because we didn't have a key card. At other 4 and 5 star hotels' main entrance is ALWAYS OPEN. Key cards should be used at areas where hotel roomguests use. Elevators, rooms, rear entrances, etc.

Elevator was broken and seemed like no one was really concerned about it. Our room was on the end by the stairs, which was convenient ro getting to our room, but then we had to hear the stairwell door slam closed all night and morning with everyone using it.

The check in hotel clerk did not confirm my payment type. She ran a credit card that was no longer in use without confirming with me first. She was also very dismissive when I asked her a simple question on how do I pay for my breakfast.

there was no room service unless you asked for it 24 hours ahead of time. How is someone to ask for room service 24 hours ahead of time when they don’t check in until late that day. Since there is no room service there is no coffee or any other things that room service normally provides. The sheets are too small for the bed and therefore will slide up into the bed. The air conditioning did not work correctly either. We put it on 74° and it would freeze you out of the room.

Check in was at 3, arrived 3:15 room wasn’t ready. 4:30 still haven’t been notified about , went back to check after about 10 minutes standing at the front desk with associate on the phone, computer and walkie-talkie trying to find out what’s going on, I was finally told my room was ready but appeared to be occupied. After waiting for someone to physically check, the room I booked and paid for has been occupied by another guest. I was told I would be refunded the difference which still has not happened

I booked this 2 weeks prior and upon arrival 1 hour after check in time, was told my room was not ready. But while I stood there waiting for an available room, people walked in and asked if there was any rooms available and they were immediately booked into a room with the same amenities as what I had reserved. Got the manager and still had to wait. Not going to use this hotel again.

In my 2nd visit here over this weekend i was very disappointed that the "pantry of food" was unavailable for purchase because of some bookkeeping process problem. I was traveling with 2 young boys and had no food for dinner or breakfast. The chef kindly provided me with something to tide us over. The manager who had left for the day should have made a seccondary plan for the guests

Milk was in Markey but wouldnt use it for breakfast cereal Hamburgers we precooked and heated back up. French fries smelled like fish Alot of items not available on a one page menu. Nothing on it updated and its paper. Could be easily updated and printed daily. Cook is not a chef by any imagination

Check in was horrible. When I asked about my room the girl was very rude and pretty much told me that since I booked through a third party she couldn't see any special requests I put in. Every time I asked a question she shut me down and told me I needed to contact hotels.com for any other information. I will say "Thea" in housekeeping and her supervisor tried to make our stay more pleasant after I told them about my experience at check in. I really do appreciate their nice gestures.

One problem I had was booking the room prior to arriving but was unaware of a $15 extra charge held I guess for other services and was told I would get it back. Guess it was for if any additional charges were needed for other services. The rooms are already over $100 to book..didn't appreciate that surprise. Overall these room are just ok. You would expect more from Hilton.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and the front desk was very nice! The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. My only complaint is that the bed frame was broken. I would definitely stay again!
