Nice location for us to visit family. Some room items becoming old and need update, but clean.

The room was spacious but it was expensive. The fan in bathroom did not work. No bath mat. Booking.com showed receipt with total including taxes. We used the "filter" when booking and said we had a pet. That charge was $50.00. It should have been included in total of receipt. Instead it was added at hotel, ended up being $225.00.

Elevators did not work had to go up 3 flights of stairs. Then tried to take my 5 year to the pool and it was disgusting and green. Then no one cleans the room or gives out towels unless you stay 3 days we stayed 2 days 05/02 and 05/03. Will not be going back to this place for the money you spend 160 a night for king walk in shower.

The room was great!! It was noisy!! Kids playing in the hallway!! Got to my room and needed to use the toilet and there was NO toilet paper asked the front desk and it took over an for a roll of tissue!!!!

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was above average. The staff were friendly. We loved swimming in the indoor pool. What’s not to love? Nothing!

From check-in to checkout I could not have asked for a friendlier staff or better place to stay. Loved the heated indoor pool. Smart TV is always a hit. The finess center looked nice but I didn't use it. Breakfast had plenty of options and the lady that gets the breakfast bar together is delightful. I will stay there again on my next visit.

This hotel deserves 5 start. Everything was exceptional. We ask God for a good hotel before booking and he dlnever fails. This hotel is gold. If tou need to go to Fort Gordon this hotel must be in your priority. Super clean, comfortable bedding, heated pool, excellent breakfast. The staff is very professional and customer service oriented. Want to recognize the staff at the breakfast bar, for their exceptional service and the powerful daily motivational message. The front staff Jokes by Mary was super, Everything make our stay very pleasant. God bless all the personnel of this hotel and abundance and provision for all. My family truly appreciate the customer service.

Location Very very limited parking spaces..like 10 spaces.. the restriction the rules the limit of bathing n drying towels you can get.. I understand turn in your used towels to get fresh towels I did..they still didn’t want to give fresh towels the maids like towel policemen…I left the used towels at the door as CS said never received fresh towels so I seen the maid the next day n ask she gave me the towels the other maid told her she no suppose to.. we left to get dinner at 3ish came back one of the maids went in the room n checked our room n bags for towels she took one drying towel I had laying across the bed which was my personal towel for my child the unauthorization and they waited watched us leave to enter the room… we paid $455 for 3 days... the towels I received I didn’t even used I dried off with my clothes n left their towels alone I don’t want to be in jail r over charged for towels.. $500 for 3 days I paid for them towels.. the hall smell of weed unusually activities went on…the shower tile had a crack the shower handle had mildew the door paint chipping the room door was hard to close the rug was dirty an somewhat old hotel r misused hotel..

The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The manager that was on when I arrived around midnight was not helpful. Our fire alarm was chirping in our room because it needed new batteries, she couldn't reach it and said there was nothing else she could do about it other than move us rooms. She was also entertaining some man who did not appear to work there and allowed him to enter our room with her to help with the ladder. The next morning the new staff on immediately changed the batteries for us. The pool was the main reason we booked and due to the windows in there not being sealed correctly it was very cold and we didn't end up being able to stay in there and use the pool for very long.

Facilities were clean but hotel was very outdated. Discovered morning of leaving dirt marks in bathtub. Food at breakfast not good, sausage was burnt and eggs were out. Cleanliness, mark in tub which weren’t noticeable because shower curtain Everything started out well , courteous staff,clean lobby. Extra towels would have been nice. The breakfast was good, and all employees we interacted with were good, however the evening front desk clerk (really neat guy with unique name) went far and above to assist us as well as 2 other guests. This gentleman is the absolute embodiment of EXCELLENT customer service! Traffic?

Overall nice hotel. Property was renovated recently however the room furnishings were not and showed signs of wear. There was dog hair all over the couch which made my daughter’s allergies flare up. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was nice. Will probably stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, inviting!! Being remodeled at the time and a little dark outside—-but such amazing staff and hotel was clean and safe. Breakfast was the best and excellent service.

The breakfast options were great, and there was a great variety. There were waffles, hot grits, eggs, sausages, bacon and egg bagels, cereal and a variety of other options. The breakfast cook was very friendly and courteous. She was polite and always able to lend a hand.

Went for daughter’s graduation from AIT school at Fort Gordon. Place was great, super clean, really good breakfast. Most importantly, from the guy at the front desk to the ladies that took care of breakfast, everyone was super friendly, I mean every person on the staff when I say that. Hospitality at its finest.

I absolutely loved how I was able to call the hotel and let them know that we had just acquired a puppy two days before our check-in and they were extremely accommodating and putting us not only in a room on the first floor but giving us a late check out time so we were able to see our daughter graduate BOLC at Eisenhower. If we're ever back in the area, this will be our go-to place! Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!

Front desk person was very nice. Coffee was fresh. The only negative is loading/unloading area is tight, only room for one car and a car was parked there for a long time.

The woman who manages the breakfast area is the best asset of this Hampton. She has created a very inviting atmosphere and simply wants to make everyone’s day start well. We had a few “hiccups” in the room (lousy WiFi,etc) but overall would recommend.

Our room was very comfortable. The free breakfast had a good variety and was well presented. My only complaint was that in the 3 nights we were there no one ever serviced our room. I did not mind making the bed and removing the trash but after the second day I needed to go to the front desk to get fresh towels as we had no clean ones available in the room.

We were in town for a wedding. Hampton Inn breakfast was great. Friendly staff from front desk, breakfast host, housekeepers. Everyone we met on the property was very nice.

There was children running and screaming in the hall at 11 pm that woke us up. Then at 1 am there was people screaming outside below our window and then they come down the hall also. So we didn’t get any sleep. Hotel apologized didn’t offer any discount or refund at all.

I was directed to park in the back - the parking on the property in back was only about 7 spaces. Maybe 30 spaces total for the hotel? It is also in such a high traffic location that I could not make a left turn out of the hotel; I could only go a few minutes in the wrong direction to get out of there. Not convenient

Great water pressure. Great breakfast. We needed towels and unlike most other hotel chains they did not waste time and were curtious and polite with every action and service that was provided. Had not stayed at any Hampton Inns in quite some time. We will be staying with the Hilton family when we can.

The Hampton on Jimmy Dyess is conveniently located between Evans, Martinez and Augusta. The breakfast is good and it's in a safe area. The one drawback is the parking availability. That aside, it's a great hotel to stay in if you're visiting the Augusta area.

It was dumping water into a giant plastic trashcan. My hotel room smelled of mildew and was musty and humid. In the hallways there were pieces of blue tape all over the walls with numbers on them for some reason. When I checked in no one mentioned any of this to me. This is unacceptable service. I went down to use the pool and it was filthy, disgusting. The breakfast was fantastic, and that was the only redeeming value of this hotel.

Stayed here 1 night for a work trip. Room smelled like smoke. Fold out couch had what appeared to be used sheets and blankets on it when opened as well as Cheetos inside it. Definitely the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at.

I would stay again, it was clean, had a very generous breakfast, beds were comfy. My only complaint is that the parking lot in front is cramped, so it was easier to park in the back and walk up the hill to the lobby. Very good stay! Hotel is very clean and has good amenities. Pool in basement is spacious and clean, gym has three cardio machines and a set of free weights. Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, although pillows are very small. Requested extra and used those. We had some issues with getting our room cleaned, as we requested this three times over three days and it was not done until the fourth request. Breakfast is amazing! Oatmeal, juices, cereal, breads, waffle maker, heard boiled eggs, yogurt, and a rotating offering of two hot dishes, such as sausages, eggs, bagel bites, omelettes, egg white frittatas and chicken sausages. Was different every morning of our stay. Very nice area to sit and eat breakfast and coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. Also very nice snacks area at additional cost with some frozen meals, sodas, snacks and even ice cream!

Property was under construction outside, so i was a little concerned, but found out just outside. Staff very helpful answered questions very honest and knowledable. Hotel clean and very accessible to different areas of Georgia. I was very pleased.

I love how they greeted my family to help us with our things. We are a big family. The breakfast was good. In tge hotel was what i like and my kids was amazed by it. They said mama lets cone back here again. In the room was nice.

We booked a suite with 2 queen beds. The beds were comfortable. My husband didn't like the pillows, but I thought they were great. The room was very spacious. We needed a desk to work a little bit and it had that. It also had a couch tray on a stand that slid under the couch that acted as a small table for you to put your drinks, food, or laptop on. It smelled good when we entered the room. It was clean and in good shape. There was a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room in like a small kitchenette area. I personally did not like that the tub and toilet were in a separate room and the sink was on the outside of that room. My husband liked it. The shower had good water pressure. The front desk people were friendly. There is an area with snacks, microwave dinners, etc for sale with options. The breakfast area was clean, and had postive quotes all around. There was some decorative glass jars filled with candy, topped with candy shaped into bouquets. Since they were in teal and white colors, I thought it might be because the hotel was welcoming a sport team or something. I asked the breakfast lady about it and she said she did the decorations, which I thought was great! The breakfast food was good, too. They also had a variety of coffees and hot teas. There was a little construction going on the outside, but we were not bothered by it. The hotel was right next store to a Waffle House, which was convenient.

When I called, front desk said hot tub and pool were open. When we got there, there was NO hot tub, and the pool was freezing cold. False advertising, and I would appreciate a free night's stay to make up for this. Thank you.

It was a good Hotel staff was very helpful

The hotel feels dated and old despite some recent renovations. The bathtub faucet didn't turn off completely, and there was a rust stain in the tub. The cleanliness of the room was average to below average. Additionally, the staff was unfriendly during check-in. We were informed that our room wasn't ready and they couldn't provide an estimate for when it would be. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Super clean and very comfy....as we expect a zhampton Inn to be!!!!

We have stayed at this location before, people are friendly and the location is good just off the highway as well as surrounded by eating establishments. Will stay there again when in Augusta.

Property was just ok. Nothing special, but also nothing terrible. Breakfast was good. Shower was clogged with hair, so my first shower was in standing water, but maintenance came the next day to fix it.

The stay was nice and very clean. However, I slipped and fell out the shower due to cleaning solution not being rinsed out thoroughly by housekeeping. I was a little sore

Our stay started out with a very quick check-in. The staff were very nice. But within about 30 minutes of being in the room, a family used their key to open our door. They were booked in the same room as us. They went back to the lobby to get another room and we thought everything was fine until we also went to the lobby to make sure the situation was handled but when we tried opening our door, the room key was deactivated. Another trip to the lobby was required and another apology was received. Around 10 pm we got a knock on our door from housekeeping to check to see if anyone was occupying the room. With an early event the next morning, we were winding down for bed. Somehow our information was not entered into the system? Another trip to the lobby. We didn’t experience any problems after the first day, but we would not stay there again. I learned to always lock your door once you’re in the room.

Quite the breakfast with omelette with cheese, pastries, waffles with fruity jams, whipped cream. Plenty of options. Even Chobani yogurt. Bottled water, too. Very clean area.

Very friendly amd professional staff. Excellent breakfast bar and attendant. Main complaints are the condition of the room. It was clean but curtains, sofa and sofa pillows were dirty. Water pressue in faucets were too low.

I had a very late check-in, subsequently the lady working the front desk was extremely nice & very hospitable. Having someone like her as the face of the company made a world of a difference!!!!

Great customer service

Room ready upon check in and water bottles were provided to us. It was great having breakfast provided to us plus a convenient table of coffee/tea available throughout the day. There was some parking lot traffic as the hotel is close by to a busy intersection. But convenient to accessing the freeway.

A few things were wrong with the room when we checked in. The hair dryer was missing, a light bulb in one of the fixtures was missing and the phone wasn’t plugged in and couldn’t find a way to plug it in.

I was very pleased with this hotel, especially for the price. The room was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable. This was my first time staying at this hotel (I usually stay somewhere else when I visit Augusta) but this will be my regular place going forward when I travel to the area.

Customer service was great, had to check in an hour late, killed 2 roaches, neighbor lied about noise after i had been gone all day

The staff was very nice and pleasant. The room we stayed in did not have the same feel. There was a blood drip on the floor in front of the toilet, and another drip of something in front of the room door on the tile, that showed the floor hadn’t been mopped. There was a spill of something on the chair beside the bed that looked very gross. I just felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned and felt gross staying there.

Location was good for our needs. Amenities were unavailable at time of our stay and were not notified prior to booking. Pool was unavailable. Spa was filled in with cement. Breakfast was not available. Libby seating was not available for use.
