Nice and clean. AC was cold! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Bed was very comfy!

Reluctantly I have to take one star off for some threadbare towels and an old-style air con unit which gurgled loudly through the night and seemingly couldn’t be turned off. Probably could have been dealt with if I’d stayed longer but, hey. All in all though, would recommend!

The breakfast was very good. The room was hot. The AC did not work as explained by the desk clerk it had something to do with some sort of cutoff system that only turned on when it recognized people in the room. I have never heard that before and have never had to worry about that in a hotel.

Spotless room-fluffy towels-comfortable bed—1st floor was quiet! My husband enjoyed the breakfasts. This Fairfield should be an example to others to show off

My first room was not clean. Went back to the front desk, got a new room (upgrade, suite) assigned. Went up, this room was also not cleaned. When things happen once, it is a coincidence. but is it happens twice... Although Rai really handled it well, this is something you really can't make up for anymore. It felt like a "hostel" experience. Marriott is making a mistake by allowing places to carry their brand name just for having enough towels in the bathroom.

I booked this hotel for a weekend bowling tournament. Staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.

The mattress on the pullout couch and sheets on the bed in the room were not clean. I visited the gym, there were no towels and no wipes to clean any of the machines. I went to the restroom across from the gym (7:30 am) and there was no toilet paper or paper towels to dry my hands.

Coffee maker was broken, room had not been vacuumed in quite some time. I communicated the issue to the desk manager that morning along with a request for room service at 7am nothing had been done by 6pm when i returned. When i called to the desk about the issue the attendant i spoke woth was combative about my concerns. Maintenance was incredible. He was friendly switching out the coffee maker and made a point to wave me down to confirm that the replacement was working when i went down to the lobby to meet my delivery driver. His follow through and dedication made a huge difference in my experience. The two hour timer on the fridge is just insulting but thats a corporate call, a very poor one at that

Everything about my stay here was superb! The comfort and cleanliness of the room, the quiet (even with teenage members of a boys sports team next door), the morning's breakfast, the courtesy of the staff, the shower and water pressure, it all went smoothly. This is the way to manage a hotel. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Breakfast met my needs Heating in the room, it was very difficult to set the temp on a set dial. It was either too hot, or the A/c would kick on and then it was too cold. The room was much smaller than any other room that I have stayed at Fairfield Inn.

At check i was just given the key nothing else was said by the receptionist. At 9.0am we went for breakfast and everything had been put away. I know i should have asked but normally they tell you the hours. The light between the beds did not work..The wall thermostat did not seem to work so I had to manually control the temperature on the heater Itself.I went to the desk to tell them but there was nobody there so i just left.

Property was conveniently located off I-20, but the actual entrance into the hotel was a bit tricky and not so well marked. Breakfast was standardly good, and well maintained. Elevator was slow going up/down and the floor was dirty, with wet floor sign inside for our entire 2 night stay, and only 1 of the 2 was in service. Pool was open, but didn't look like the leaves and dirt on the pool bottom had been vaccumed up at least in a few days. The fencing around the pool made it next to impossible to use any of the reclining chairs to lay out, and there were only a few of the chairs that did fit. In short, as a budget hotel, the place would be fine, but at almost $150 per night seemed quite a bit overpriced and undervalued. The one plus was the staff, which had a great attitude and were friendly at every interaction. Would probably look elsewhere for a place to stay on a return trip.

Property fairly new and clean, staff was great. One elevator wasn't working during our stay. Water pressure from the shower head was very low. Breakfast could have a bit more variety for the price they change per night.

I was a little iffy about this hotel in the beginning, never having stayed at a Fairfield Inn before but I was pleasantly surprised, especially at this price point. The staff was friendly, hotel was up to par and clean and it was in a nice location. I will definitely be staying at a Fairfield Inn on my next destination!

I loved the hotel’s location! It was easy to find, with plenty of nearby restaurants. The air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

The ladies at the front desk Friday morning gave my family and I a basket of fruit and some gift cards to a local coffee shop because they rembered I had mentioned the reason we were in town was because my dad had passed away. Thank you ladies that coffee really came in handy

The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options and was typical of what you’d expect at a continental hotel breakfast. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return in the future.

It was my birthday & the AWESOME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WE RECEIVED made our stay PERFECT! The check in clerk, check out clerk were wonderful! AVA (The Breakfast Attendant) was the BEST! She CONSTANTLY made sure all items were replenished as needed! She also KEPT the area VERY CLEAN & COMFORTABLE! My grandson definitely enjoyed the pool. THIS IS OUR NEW PLACE TO RELAX & REFRESH WHENEVER WE ARE IN THE AREA!

The lobby and entrance were nice and impressive. The young lady (Jada) who checked me in was very pleasant and professional. The (different) lady that checked me out seemed short and rude. The room as I entered smelled as if someone had been smoking. Plus the food was not good (breakfast). Eggs and grits watery. Bacon thin and extra crispy. Coffee horrible. Not once did they do room cleaning nor offered. Toilet tissue and towels were short, had to go and request fresh towels.

They recently spent a single night at this property. Due to our late flight we did not arrive at the hotel till 2am. There was no problem getting in and the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. We would certainly stay at this property again.

Disappointed with the breakfast. We ate 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. There were several items that were gone and was never replenished. We had to scrape up enough to eat. There were still families coming to eat after us. Very, very disappointed.

The breakfast bar was a joke. Most trays were empty and a long wait to have them filled. Staff was aware a college baseball team was staying there yet no steps were taken to improve efficiency of the breakfast bar. When food came out it would be gone after 4 people due to small size of trays. Maybe take a hint from Drury Inn.

Room was at most 300sqft- not 605 as advertised. SQFT included a 21ft long hallway into the room.

The door closer on our room was leaking fluid which we noticed was running down the door. The side of the mattress pad cover had stains on it. The walls weren't particularly clean in the restroom. The employees we spoke to were very pleasant and engaging,. The parking lot was well lit. The breakfast was typical hotel fare.

Everything was great, front desk clerk, room, bed, quiet.... until breakfast. There was NONE! We arrived at 8am and there was no coffee, no eggs, no sausage and the gal that was replenishing them didn't care much to restock. It was frustrating! Took her 5 minutes to get more eggs and we left before she even attempted to make coffee.

The experience exceeded my expectations. Customer service was exceptional and the room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. Definitely the best experience that I have had staying in hotels in the Augusta area.

Everything was ok except we had to ask for towels when we first arrived and housekeeping did not service the room the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good.

I didn’t like that when I left for the day and when I came back my trash wasn’t taken out, the used towels/wash cloths was still in the bathroom on the floor and the beds were not made up. There also were no trash bags in the trash cans. The temperature in the room was not as comfortable as I expected and I had the air set to 65. I have stayed and many different Fairfield Inns and I have never had this problem.

I enjoyed my stay very much.

I chose Fairfield for its EV charging option. Unfortunately non-EVs were using the spots which was disappointing. According to staff they are unable to regulate compliance. They might consider recording license plates as other facilities do.

Brand new efficient hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. Hot scrambled eggs and a variety of breads and bagels plus the ever present waffles. Bed was super comfortable and room clean and well kept.

This Fairfield was larger than the one we stayed at in Greenwood, SC. There was a smaller breakfast selection and no half and half for the coffee.

The hotel is in an area that has several homeless people and people dealing drugs. The lobby was nice. Room was ok. The shower only had one sliding door when it was supposed to have two so it was very cold when taking a shower and the floor was flooded when you get out. When we checked in, the front desk last was very nice and told us breakfast was until 930am the next day but when we went down the next morning at 9am, everything was already pulled. One of the workers was complaining about the kids taking all of the food and throwing it away. She was being very loud about it so I know several people heard. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Was very disappointed that i booked based on a rate of 114. Per night plus for a total of 135.00 . However my credit card was charged 160.00

AC not working properly in room - 78 degrees all night - TV remote not working - power outlet in bathroom not functioning

Room was very hot. Air kept going off during the night. Was told the next morning that it had a motion sensor on it. Said I should have called and they would have told me how to by pass it. So it was my fault it was hit and I sweated all night. Seems like that should have told to me from the start since the temps have been in the upper 90’s. Did not want to help me out at all and told me pretty much that’s the way it is.

The beds were good other than that …. Carefree staff, my credit card # was comprimised after it was swiped there, broken elevator, ice machine totally missing on floor, breakfast was depleted by greedy guests, back door broken, cards had to be rekeyed twice in 2 days. Spend your money elsewhere

First room assigned to us had not been cleaned from the guest before us. The swimming pool was green, and it was closed. We were there in July with 90 plus degree days and the pool was closed!

The desk clerk was friendly and professional. The lobby smelled very fresh and so did the hallways. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very modern. I would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!! I had surgery and the doctor wanted me to stay local for one night - gosh what a wonderful hotel to recover at!!!
