What a dump. The photos you see online are not an accurate reflection of what you can expect. There's paint falling off the ceiling in the lobby, the room was filthy and had hair all over the bed. There were white stains on the floor (not an exageration). We travelled for 12+ hours and tried to shower the next morning and there was no cold water in the shower. The toilet seat was falling off. I'd rather take a blanket and sleep next to a dumpster then ever go back to this place. I wish I could post vidoes. Oh and don't try to check out early, they will keep your money. Save yourself while you still can....

Parking was easy, Pool had no water and looked to have been emptied several years ago in terrible condition. The rooms themselves were dirty, outdated and reeked of smoke. Several questionable characters loitering in the parking lot iand n the corridors leading up to your room. Booked out of necessity for the masters event but would never recommend this to anyone traveling to Augusta unless you’re desperate, I would rather sleep on the side of the road then stay at this motel.

The rooms were disgusting. The carpet was filthy and the entire room had a strong moldy smell. To make matters worse, the bartender at the bar next door told us that the place is usually filled with prostitutes and drug users, except during Masters week. Overall, it felt dirty, uncomfortable, and very poorly maintained. I would definitely not stay here again.

There was a lot of damage that needed to be repaired. When we walked into our room, there was a large hole in the wall and it looked as if someone just attempted to paint over it.

Had a death in the family 2 days into a 5 day trip, so I had to leave early. Initially, the hotel said they were going to refund me for 2 days. Then, suddenly, they decided to change their mind and REFUSE to refund me for days that I would not even physically be there. They had no compassion or consideration for the fact that someone in my family passed, and I needed to go home.

My mom booked it not knowing the area. I felt unsafe. The room smelled moldy. I refused to use the shower. When I pulled the covers back there was a scab from someone on the sheet. Not recommended.

The new owner is trying to keep up with the demands of an older property. The price I think is quite high for what you get the area isn’t the best they were homeless right in the parking lot. It was dirty, the coffee pot didn’t have the parts you need to make coffee, no trash can, the a/c didn’t cool and the door had a big gap around it.

I'm sorry but the floor of the room was absolutely disgusting. Either housekeeping forgot to sweep and mop or this is the normal status of all the rooms. The counters were clean as was the bathroom so that was a positive at least. But the bed sheets and towels/wash cloths were all stained. You can tell that they were bleached so when wet the ugly stains came to life.. gross! The grounds were filty and unkept where the dog plot was.Trash, food and glass littered about making it unsafe for my dog. However doggie bags were provided. They need to replace the damaged doors to the rooms. Looks like a ghetto around there. Sadly it's obvious the owner takes no pride in this particular Econo Lodge location

The room as dirty, paint chips all over the room, floor wasn't clean. Bathroom was dirty, dirty foot/toe prints on the inside of the bathroom floor. Bathtub had burn marks all over it. Was peeling from past attempts to paint it.

I have stayed in over a thousand hotels all over the world, but never found dead cockroaches in the bathroom. When I told the front desk they didn’t seem surprised or offer any alternative. No rooms available locally, we were there for The Masters. Disgusting place.

Very outdated room and bathroom. I would argue it’s not a 2.5 star hotel as categorized. I’ve seen 2 star properties cleaner and more pleasant! Sheets were stained, walls stained. Bathroom walls visibly soiled. Upset to feel mislead by website rating.

I came in town for a concert and needed one night. The location is very convenient. A Starbucks right in front and it was 10 minutes from my venue. There’s ALOT of restaurants in the area. The hotel is dated but everything was very clean. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I had no issues at all.

I highly advise that you never stay at this property. It was absolutely disgusting. The door to our room was open when we walked up to go in for the first time. The ac did not work, there were multiple stains on the beds and there was a cockroach. Please save your money and do not stay here. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The sink was clogged, and once I called the reception, they came in, unclogged it with a very strong chemical that I couldn’t stay in the room and I had to tell them to not use the chemical anymore Too much noise outside at night, especially over the weekend. First room wouldn’t open. Put me in another room that reeked of marijauna so badly that all of my clothes require multiple washings to get the smell out, even though they never left my suitcase. It was horrible.

I walked outside to go down to the front to have breakfast as I specifically searched for breakfast included as one of my requirements as well as pet friendly. The breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee or a juice, and a little muffin. That is not breakfast so that is false advertising. I was really in for a shocker when I walked out the door in the daylight to the multitude of cigarette butts outside of my door that maintenance obviously doesn’t feel the need to clean up. As well as a Q-tip, a corona beer, bottle, cap, a candy, wrapper, and the trashcan overflowing Outside of my door by the stairs that’s probably where all the roaches are coming from. Highly disappointed in Days Inn and Wyndham in particular.

While the staff was courteous, the room was dirty the floors were sticky, it smelled of smoke and there were roaches!!. dead and live. That's when I asked for it to be mopped, the dead roach was still in the same place so the floor was never mopped; I used the small bag inside of the ice bucket for my soap and wet things to take home, but when I took the top off, i saw that someone had previously used the top as an astray. I don't smoke, but if I needed ice....I would have thrown up. They don't clean well or check the items in the room because that should have been cleaned or removed from before I arrived. I will not book here again!

Vagrants hanging out at entrances wanting free rooms and offering drugs

What I liked was the rate and the convenience of the location for the event I was attending. What I did not like was the old outdated tub and shower and the dirty looking carpet that needs to be replaced with new flooring. The room didn't reflect the pictures on the Internet.

The room was disgusting and covered in mold. The picture on the internet is deceptive when booking. The car park was full when I checked in at 11:45pm and all but two cars (one of them mine) were in the lot at 7am. Draw your own conclusions on what this means but it does seem obvious. The floors were anything but clean. Standards are subjective, and some people may be attracted by the price and are willing to risk their health due the mold. For me, I’ll never stay at a Wyndham hotel or resort because it is obvious the company doesn’t care. Yes, that is mold behind the glass on the picture.

The pool was closed no water. The continual breakfast was just a muffin and coffee. The web showed a clean pool in good condition. The web showed a good breakfast eggs toast bagels waffles. This would be a deal breaker if we had known. Will not stay again.

Pool empty, looks like it hadn't been filled in years. Breakfast was a joke. Short showers or tub would overfill. Bathroom light might come on. TV fuzzy. I won't say it was dirty, but it needs a ton a work.

The 1st room I was put into, the tv didn't work. The 2nd room the towels were dirty and had big black spots on them. I will never stay here again.

the room had busted pipe in sidewalk in front of room so room had gnats in it sink was leaking under wall when u used sink you had large puddle in floor it was overpriced for condition.

Hotel rooms were basic badly lit and dirty including towelling. Mould in bath tub. Staff unhelpful, rude and could not care less. The breakfast was very basic only included coffee and muffins. Requested details of management and their contact details and was just point blank refused and was not at all concerned about our complaint. It lets this Motel chain down. Worst ever experience in a USA Motel. I really would like our money back!!! Expedia do not seem to have a clear process on their website to facilitate this request! DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL!!

The breakfast bar was laughable, it was only muffins and coffee....nothing else. The elevator did not work, which was tortuous having recently broken my leg.

They area, was good. Loved the Starbucks next door. It was too much traffic(people) with carts and back packs staying in the area. My room was not up to par. The bed sheets were stained. Mattress was stained with brown on it. GROSS! I’d never stay here. I went right back to the front desk and checked out. Found another hotel 6 mins away.

Great location, convenient, friendly staff. Anyone above 5'8" won't be able to shower comfortably. There were stains on the sheets, dark dime sized, looked like blood. Sheets were "clean" so the stain was old, but these should have been thrown away. Overall, comfortable stay, but the stains, cobweb, and shower size were just unfortunate. Thumbs up to the staff though, super friendly.

Non smoking room that had cigarette burns on the sheets which was crazy and also on the tub, tv stand, and smelled like cigarettes and mold. Couldn’t stay the next 2 nights because we have young children and didn’t want them to breathe the nasty smell all night. Only refunded one night because our day ended late and couldn’t get back to the hotel until late.

It was dirty run down, shower was horrible sink was leaking, can’t believe you recommended this place. Will never go through you again, and would never recommend Wyndham or you again. Price of $400 was the biggest rip off I ever had

This was the worst hotel I ever intend to stay is since we leave the minute we enter the room. We had to reserve a last minute hotel and pay a high cost but we had the chance to use a clean room and bathroom.

This hotel should be condemned. The room was filthy. The flimsy bedspreads had cigarette burns. There was a large hole in a wall, through which came bugs. We left the next day (we had gotten there very late at night and had no choice but to sleep there), after speaking to the manager and got reassurance that we would receive a full refund.

We had to request a room change, due to uncleanliness. The front desk staff was rude. There is a $20 charge for a pet. The second room had wet carpet and a TV that did not work. The property was a mess. I would not stay here again. It will be a comical memory, but truly the hotel needs major renovations. The beds we’re comfortable, which was a saving Grace.

I forgot my laptop,and called the office mail it to me (I have provided a shipping label to them) one week past nothing delivered I called the hotel several times,and they blocked me,I called the hotel with my son's phone and I asked about my laptop, they said will mail.bad management,bad people,I will never stay there again. For the records I stayed there 01/16/04 Monday nite.

Terrible place. Filthy rooms without basic items. Will not recommend it for a homeless person.

It was "ok", but it took 3-tries before a lock/entrance card to a vacant unit worked. In addition, it could use a pest control spray done.

Very clean and spacious room. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get checked in as there was noone at the front desk when i arrived. Friendly and helpful service once she arrived. Television situation is awful. The reception is very poor. TV quality was awful on every channel, most channels being unwatchable. Not a big issue for a quick stay. However, thats part of service. That part was piss poor at best.

This hotel is in bad need of renovation. We did not even want to take a shower.
