The ONLY thing I liked about the property was the location very close to gate 1 Fort Gordon First when I got there desk lady stated her system was down and that it would be 3+ hours til it was back up and asked for 15.00 dollars more then the reservation I booked through booking then I asked if that was with a military discount she then gave a price 5.00 dollars less I then pulled up my reservation to show the price and she said she can’t match that price after an extremely long day I just paid the price it also said it had breakfast I didn’t see any breakfast also the one and only ice machine on the property was broken for God knows how long she proceeded to give me an ice tray with frozen ice in it…. Absolutely not I don’t know what kind of water this is. She then said I cold got next door to quality inn to get ice…. Horrible I must say the room was actually clean very and plenty of towels but that’s where the positivity stops

I do not know how Hotels.com can possibly have this property as a recommendation for a 6.4 rating or a good rating. The local reviews on this property are more accurate, constant smoking in and out of the hotel with cigarette smoke permeating the supposedly non-smoking premises day and night, constant noise outside of the doors in the parking lot with people, talking, smoking, leaving their work vehicles on and running loudly even at 4 AM and 5 AM, gaps between the doors and the outside parking lot, not a safe feeling environment. All of these statements are stated in the local review reviews which approximate 1.5 stars average. All of my clothes, luggage, even the CPAP machine, had to be cleaned several times just to get the smoke smell out of them. You should visit in person to confirm for yourself. This causes me not to trust Hotels.com at all for any hotel recommendation.

I didn’t like it at all There is a lot of illegal activity going on in the hotel. My room had a funny smell which was disgusting. Noise all night long from men knocking on the door next to me. Will not be returning again

Check in and parking were easy, staff was great, the only issue I had is the floor was filthy. Walking barefoot for 2 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black. I wipped the floor with wet wipes just to have clean feet after the shower.

Biggest room so far (inc sink & dining table), great shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser/body wash, comfy beds, nice staff, parking was fine, quiet area (even though close to road), felt safe. Only let down by no juice at breaky (I don't drink coffee), breaky was muffins & fruit. Would reccommend.

The bed was horrible I went to front desk to let them know it felt like sleeping on a box spring she told me it’s not a problem . The floors were dirty walls had marks and dirt spots. -linens were dingy brown -air conditioner made a terrible sound everytime it kicked on -there was a large gap between the door and the floor to go outside -booger on the wall -smelled like smoke -non working ice machine -brown spots on the beds

Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast. Buy location was great. The room had a smell to it and didn't know that the toilet couldn't fuss but other than that everything was good

I was safe and warm for the night. Staff were sweet. When I asked about the broken ice machine, they did give me a tray of ice from their stash which I thought was considerate. But still lacking. Ice machine was not working, "laundry facilities" were lack. I did not enjoy checking in over someone's cell phone while a child was screaming in the background, but whatever. Parking is small and tight.

We got there after a long travel from Florida, took shower and went to lay down and was abruptly, Disturbed with banning on the door next door. And yelling, screaming, and I felt unsafe for my kids life. It was weird just two vehicles on the side of hotel, we were staying at. Was there for only 1 hour if that. Asked to get my money back and we left. I asked for a refund and was told they will only give me one day back. Was suppose to have been there from 25 to the 27th. Did like we couldn't get a refund on my card, as we were leaving. Was told had to wait. Who knows if we would ever get it.

The facilities need a major upgrade inside and out. I expected a better breakfast. I had troubles with the room keys not registering with the doors. Need easier access to the lobby when needed because it had to be unlocked to check in.

The room appeared clean until i walked on the floior n in white socks that turned black from dirt. The phone was not working....not able to use at all. There was dirty linen in bathroom. I stayed at this location for a week visiting my boyfriend and just to get away from work. The staff was friendly but the woman who checked me into the hotel, her son was not well mannered. He was going around touching people and their belongings, touching my car keys along with other important keys on my keychain. Some of the tenants, I will say some were a little inconsiderate, especially during the evening/nighttime, banging on the walls, revving their car engines, yelling and stomping. One of the nights I was in my room, I was ripped from my sleep from a blood curdling scream. The next day I went to go down to the office to ask about something, and I saw on the first floor, someone had broken the window to one of the rooms. It seemed the staff wasn’t too concerned at the fact that there were sharp shards of glass and didn’t think to cover the window with plastic or a tarp. This hotel was in my budget at the time, but I will say I will not be staying here again. The staff was nice but the overall look of the outside of the hotel did not look inviting.

The surrounding area is not great and I don’t like that the access door to the room is exterior. Guests above us were not overly loud but I could still hear them walking around. Room was clean and check in easy and friendly. There was a free breakfast - donuts, bagels coffee.

Had to go to local store buy bedding to even lay down which was more than the room. Cigarette burns in comforter. No toilet paper, soap, ect. Very loud all hours people just randomly opening doors, they live in the office there and don’t let no one in the office. Then we decided to leave at midnight first night because it was just so bad and owner jumps in front of car accusing us of stealing their sheets because he watched on video seeing us take the items we brought with us because he didn’t like the fact we were already checking out that early!! I am not one to give poor reviews however the rooms need some serious overhaul. I should have went back and asked for another room but didn’t want to complain. Not all the rooms are in the same condition. I didn’t dare sleep or sit on the bed as there was an OBVIOUS giant yellow stain on the comforter, burn holes in the sheets, couch was stained beyond repair with white stains, the chairs I wiped with a soapy rag and it was black. Half the room didn’t have power and ac barely worked. Needless to say I made it work and for the price it’s worth the shot for a night but beware you don’t know what you’re get. You can see they are making improvements and the staff was and is very nice and friendly while respecting your space and privacy.

All furniture was completely broken, bedding stained, and room smells of piss. I forfeited my night and went elsewhere. Pictures do not match the property!!!

I worked in hotel management as an assistant general manager, manager, supervisor as well as a housekeeper so I know everything there is to know about the hotel business and one thing for sure that is completely unacceptable as well as a hazard to our health is roaches. This room that I stayed in did not just have one roach it had an infestation like I’ve never seen before and I’ve seen a lot.I would post pictures but don’t have that option. When I went to speak with management and show them pictures in hopes that they would immediately come to the room with me and address the issue at that moment. I also wanted a refund for being put in such filth. Not only did I not get a penny back for my stay the young lady was extremely rude she refused to come to the room with me to see this issue at hand and very nastily refused a refund. In my career over the years in the hotel business I have been fortunate to work for higher end brands but I’m not judgmental as to if I stay at a hotel/and or motel and I absolutely am not a complainer because I myself know what days at work can be like so for me to complain it had to be urgent and no help at all. It’s was very sad for me to see how the customer service role was played out there. I will never step foot back on that property.

Way too expensive for what we got. Had emergency at home had to leave one night early. They would refund money, but since it was booked through Expedia they would not. Said they would try to get Expedia to refund. Have not heard anything.

Quite old and tired motel. Clean enough but had problems with sink draining, tv picture. Not up to Ramada/Wyndham property standards. Staff was quite nice though. Over$250 per night due to Masters Week. Ouch.

Quite old and tired motel. Clean enough but had problems with sink draining, tv picture. Not up to Ramada/Wyndham property standards. Staff was quite nice though. Over$250 per night due to Masters Week. Ouch.

Terribly dirty, smelly property. Unsafe area. Had 3 rooms booked for a flight crew and they had to find another hotel because this one was so disgusting. The manager could not care less and refused to even cancel the one night reservation. Be warned, don’t waste your time or money with Hotels.com, their staff had no interest in helping us either.

There was an unknown substance on the headboard and some red drink splashed on the wall in various places. Housekeeping came up and cleaned it up very easily which should have happened before I got there. The cleaning fluid was so strong that I coughed for the remainder of the night. I told the manager in the morning and he refunded my remaining 2 days of charges so I could find somewhere else to stay.

Very uncomfortable, roach in the bathroom. No comforter, non smoking room reeks of smoke.

There was no trash can. The end tables were covered with something sticky. Toilet was not cleaned and the tub Speight was held in with Masking tape. The mirror had finger prints and smudge marks all over. A do not Disturb sign was put on door when we returned they had came in made the beds it smelled clean but clearly was not . Toilet was still dirty mirror was still smudged and the end tables were still sticky but they moved the phone and remote. And they painted the wall while we were gone and had the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door which was gone when we came back. Was not impressed will not stay at a Ramada Inn again.

Markia was amazing and helpful . Rooms need to be detailed ..walls visably dirty. Wallpaper peeling . Staff was wonderful

Awful didn't have bed spreads at all ask manager for them and was told they only offer sheets and asked for pillows for my husband back was told he would bring them to me later which yes he did but at his convience. Than asked for wash clothes and towels and was told can only give two at a time and once they got dirty I could turn in and get others. As I stated everything was done at their conviemce not mine. Very upset about spending 55 for a few hours of awful sleep and awful service. Not happy

Had bedbugs with video to prove it and when we confronted staff about the issue we were treated disrespectful and talked down on then made to check out so they didn't have to rectify the issue. Have stayed there before and slipped down the stairs due to leak in third a/c and was told sorry but what do you want us to do about it? Will never stay here again!!

i asked for a non smoking room, and i got it but when i open the room it smelled like cigarettes, like someone had been smoking in there.

The female manger was very rude. The first day there the water from our air conditioning was running right onto the steps. Leaving our room my wife slipped fell down the stairs and twisted her ankle. I called the office spoke with the female manger informed her about the situation she replies back what you want us to do about. Then told my wife to be more careful. Was very disappointing.

the hotel was clean, but a little run down. Lots of transients seemed to be hanging around. Didn't feel real safe.

This hotel was horribly gross! The room smelled like cigarettes, it was so filthy! The bathroom had a ton of mold, the shower head was covered in it!

The rooms were clean but the pool was gross. I only rented the room there for the pool and it was a hug even disappointment. The pool was Green! Looks like it wasn’t clean for months. The owners of the hotel were rude but the staff was friendly.

Bugs in the room, cigarette burns on the sheets and room smelled like smoke

The room as roaches there was no sheet or pillow cases and even after asking for them I was told you don’t give out blankets or pillow cases

When I turned the water on for my sink three bugs fell from the faucet. There were also three large holes in our room walls. I would not recommend staying here.
