I liked nothing about this place. It smelled god awful and the chair had dried white stuff, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets not good material. The pillows were mostly there for looks because they served no value for neck support. The sink water smelled of poop or toilet. And the man who stood outside of my room on the steps all night was disturbing and I don’t even think the cameras outside work nor do they check the cameras.

First of all, I always try to look for the positives in every situation however, this property has none. Unclean rooms, despite the owner playing the house keeper. Very outdated rooms . The pictures on the site are not what you’ll get. ROACHES!! Crawling in my room…Disgusting! I paid $600 all because the Masters were in town. Not a Masters fan, my wife’s family had an event the same weekend. All the decent hotels were either booked or way too expensive. I was given a smoking room by default, and Non Smoking rooms require an extra deposit WTF? The sheets, pillows, pillowcase had stains. The water coming from the faucets had a pungent smell. A sketchy parking lot..Make sure you lock your vehicle and have an alarm. Constantly smelled weed smoke from the other rooms. Listen Carefully, my room had a strong smoke smell, so much that I had to keep my clothes in my vehicle. Bring your own toiletries because you only get 1 roll of toilet paper. There’s no Iron in my room despite the website. The A.C is outdated and is noticeably loud and doesn’t cool the room. Stains and holes on the walls. A huge gap under the door. If you want clean towels or sheets, you must remove the old ones and sit them outside on the ground so the owner can come pick them up.

It was close to Augusta for the Masters at a reasonable price.

The room was clean. No coat hangers, no iron; had to put down a $50 deposit for a non smoking room which was refunded after we left. Had to get keys through a little window with bullet proof glass. Across the street from a Chick Fil A so could go get breakfast.

The accommodation was clean. It was expensive for a 2x beds in room compared to one that was the same size room and one bed (nearly 2x more) for no difference in facilities. OK for Masters week as a benchmark against other motels in the area. Vending machines that took contactless.

The rooms were CLEAN!! We were staying for The Master's. The location was excellent because it was near many restaurants and a Walmart with very easy access to parking at Augusta National. We were with frirnds and family and booked 4 rooms for The Master's. The owners were friendly and pleasant. They smiled and were very helpful. I have long hair. We needed extra towels and they gave us more immediately. Housekeeping cleaned our rooms every day. Best Inn is a motel so we could park our cars right outside our rooms. The location was safe and secure. Most everyone staying there was going to The Master's so there was lots of excitement with everyone staying there. Most left for the golf course at 5 AM each morning. So it was noisy for about 30 minutes each morning but that was great to add to the excitement of going to The Master's. Very good value for the money. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Dated furnishing but reflected in the pricing. Location and surroundings are good. Convenient to Augusta Golf.

Every part of our stay was accommodating and made our stay comfortable for a good night sleep. Property was clean and made us feel safe.

It’s a place to sleep and take a shower when attending The Masters without spending a fortune. Staff wasn’t super friendly but they were fine. I have no complaints. My stay was exactly what I expected.

Owner was so helpful with tips for our first time at the Masters! Great place to stay for access and convenience. Room was clean.

It was clean, though it did have a slight musky order The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. It was on some kind of tin/mental base that squeaked loudly with every movement.

It’s in a great location. Quiet. Staff was friendly Nothing. Everything was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable

They made me pay a fifty dollar fee to make sure that we didn’t smoke in our room. I didn’t expect to have to pay that. They did put it back in my account after they checked the room, but it could take 5-10 business days to show up in my account. It was also very noisy early this morning. Car alarms were going off and the traffic noise was horrible. Of course this was not the owner’s fault, but it was annoying. It was clean and the price was good. The staff was great too.

The owners are pleasant people, but the property needs significant capital upgrades. There were modest in-room supplies (inexpensive towels and soap, no conditioner, tissues or lotion, etc) and the promised pool does not exist. There were not even any hangers in either of the rooms we rented.

If you don't want to pay $800 a night at a Quality Inn level hotels during the Masters, the Best Inn at $250 a night will do.

The beds were comfortable.and the shower was amazing.the water pressure is great the rooms are big and clean.Always clean I've stayed about 15 to 20 times and the rooms were always nice and clean the price is affordable and cheapest hotel youll find.recommend to stay at this hotel.love this hotel •the double beds they are always squeaky.

Not urine just dog smell. The room was no frill and decently clean with nice amenities, however, the clientele of residents left a lot to be desired. There were a lot of raised voices to one side and a barking dog on the other and it sounded large. I had an uncomfortable feeling and was even intimidated to open the drapes to make sure my car was ok.

I was impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the owners and the cleanliness of the rooms. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. For an older hotel it is well maintained. No complaints. If you’re looking for a simple and clean room at a great price, this is the place for you!

When had two rooms for one night and have no complaints. The hotel isn't the Taj Mahal, but it is not bad at all. At check in, the clerk was extremely nice and helpful. Got us checked in quickly. Checkout was seemless and fast. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

I arrived and hour early with my dog. I was here for a funeral and would have to wait over an hour for the room to be ready with my dog and very hot weather. Even though they were very short staffed they got a room ready for me very quickly. I appreciate it so much because I had to walk my dog outside and 90° weather. They were so very nice and got the room ready so quickly. Great staff and I would definitely stay here again.

An old Ramada Inn property. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The workers there were extremely nice and even reached out to us about an item left in one of the rooms. I'd stay there again.

The property had poor maintenance and the room had a very strong odor of cigarettes and cannobis. The staff had an ionizer in the room immediately prior to my entry into the room, which did not fix the issue.

This was the worst place I have stated. Very poor conditions I will never stay there again. The cost of the room was too high for the condition of the room. I only choose it because I don't not have time to research the hotel. It's a dump.

Check in was very quick (paid with app) location and price were a factor in decision to booking this hotel plenty of food choices nearby. The room was a king handicap room and room was ok but bathroom was very large and clean with proper equipment to handle disabled people another big plus was it was a smoking room ( I’m a smoker).

You could see the light from the parking lot shining all around the door, like it didn't have a seal at all. Then two and half days later I received an email explaining that there is a $50 deposit on all non-smoking rooms. This was two and half days AFTER our reservation!!! Nothing was said when we checked in they just added it to the credit card we used to book the reservation on this app!!!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Sadly bed was hard, highway noise was loud and worse yet there was dried blood on the show curtain. On the bright side the rest of the room was very clean so this is not maids fault. I know they can do better.

I politely and timely asked for a refund I was sick. I could rebook for the future. I called the owners and also called Expedia and was denied. I use Expedia exclusively and expected better results because of my loyalty.

The temperature control was not consistent, no blanket, no tissues, no hair dryer, no drinking water available for purchase. There was no daily maid service but on one day of my stay, my dirty towels had been removed, not replaced, just removed. I did not have safety fears and the location was convenient

Came for the Masters. Better than expected for a value hotel. I will definitely repeat my stay in the future. Manager was great and accommodating. Helped with an early check in.

The customer services was top notch..

Was late so I didn't complain about it, just wanted sleep. When we got in the room and put our stuff down we were greeted by a roach!!! One of the beds had a broken box spring. Was only given 1 room key, there was a sign saying that if you lost the key and needed a replacement that they would charge for it.

The property and room were clean. It was very quiet at night.

By far the worst hotel i've stayed at since i started using hotels.com. do not stay at this hotel. They advertise one rate then say that rate isn't available

It was sketchy and filthy. We only stayed one night because we had drove like 16 hours and were exhausted but neither my boyfriend or I felt safe or comfortable. The bed was good and the lady who checked us in was nice but we had to get a better hotel for the rest of our stay. If you want cheap, don’t do it. Spring for a better place. Unless you’re just hiring a hooker for the night, then this is your place.

My room was given away so I didn’t even stay there. All rooms in Augusta were completely booked and sold out and yet Expedia or the Best Inncharged me. I was promised a refund and still have not received it
