The hotel itself is visibly very old and not well maintained. The room itself was extremely dirty. Sheets were stained. The floor was sticky. Remote control was sticky. The shower was disgusting. I would not stay here again and would not recommend for anyone to stay here either. The saying is tried and true, you get what you pay for.

It's very dated. The hallway outside our room was soaking wet. The parking lot is well lit, but not attractive. I didn't feel unsafe, but I could see how someone might? Front desk person wasn't unfriendly, but he wasn't welcoming either.

Missing handles on dresser. Refrigerator has not been washed in a long time. Roaches on the wall. Afraid of getting in the bed and having roaches on me. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Didn't look too bad on the outside. My 13 year old made a joke about the nonpet policy and I guess we were instantly put on his watch list. He made sure we knew checkout was at 11 and every timd I was outside smoking he reminded me there was no smoking in the rooms. Later another clerk informed me there was a $250 cleaning charge for smoking in the rooms. Walked in and saw some small things that didn't bug me normally like a stain on the comforter, marks on the wall etc. We were running late to meet up with family we haven't seen in 10 years so didn't pay much more attention. When we got back later that night we were tired and exhausted. I then noticed the adjoining door was missing 3 inches at the bottom which explained the pot smoke coming from our room when we opened the door. Turned back my bed and was disgusted. Dirt, tears and pubic hair everywhere. Went to call the front desk and there was no cord. The light on the wall looked like burn marks around it. None of the outlets worked except where the fridge and microwave were. Thankfully my son's bed was fine except for the comforter. I slept in my clothes on top of the comforter and still felt dirty. No one was there to complain to when I was leaving. Maids were all on the 2nd floor smoking and goofing off. 0 stars

Room had a couple of bugs in it. Bed was clean. Room next door had a couple fighting all night long! TV remote had the back off of it. Clock was flashing and parts were also missing. Front desk gave us a wake-up call. Will not stay here again.

I was not pleased with the extra pay of 10 dollars after I paid online..Then they had roaches..I really wanted to make this visit pleasant because I had already paid my money and did'nt have no extra funds for another room nor to wait for cancellation...I wish I had gotten a better room...

Appears to have formerly been a Days Inn location. Convenient to Fort Gordon easy access to I 520. Some dust in out of the way places but overall clean. Road noise but not enough to disturb this tired traveler. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price excellent

We were given 1 small tube of shampoo. No tissues in the room. Light was out in the sink area. Knocked on the door early in the morning we were checking out to ask for our towels. The male maid did not speak english. I was trying to tell him we were checking out that day. There was trash and old towels outside the room next to us for the 2 days we were there. No coffee pot. Breakfast served 6am -9am. No orange juice. No ac in lobby. Posted note you have to eat at this big table in the lobby. No taking food to your room. Had only cereral, and pastries.

I booked for 3 nights. I called the hotel twice and told them I’d be arriving around 2am and they assured me I wouldn’t be charged an extra night as long as there was a room available. I booked this hotel because they had a 24hr service desk. Well I arrived at 2am to find out I was checking in through a window still standing outside by myself in what didn’t appear to be a very present setting. I check in and they give me a room key to a room with people already in it. So I have to go stand outside again. The lady who checked me in was very nice and felt bad they had booked my room even after I called ahead TWICE with an arrival time, so she upgraded my room. The room was clean, but pretty out of date. The bed was old. The bathroom was barely big enough to close the door. Then worst of all, upon check out the rudest man was fighting with me about how many nights I stayed. I told him I called ahead twice asking if I needed to pay another night or early check in fee and they told me no. He said it was a mistake and I told him this was not my fault and he continued to argue with me until I up and walked out the door.

There were no unpleasant surprises. Motel adjoins U.S. Hwy. 1, so you do hear some heavy truck traffic, but reasonably quiet. I stayed on side next to highway and slept well. Good "bang for the buck", for pricing. The man on front desk was friendly and helpful, answering questions about local area.

Breakfast was very disappointing,all they had we're a few muffins,some coffee and one or two cereals,ac was not very good and for five people very small,eating area was a small kitchen table,just one was all,and when we sent our grandson for spoons he got hollered at would never recommend this hotel very low grade,thanks

Complained to manager but was told they are drug free! I am a police officer and I can assure you they are not!! Will never stay there again! Was forced to stay there due to Masters Golf Tournament taking up all decent rooms. Hated the hotel and the staff!

it was a non smoking room i found a cigarette butt on the floor, there no coffee for the coffee maker, overall the room was dirty, I would not remand this motel.

When I booked the room, I asked for a non smoking room but got a smoking room instead. The room was old and outdated. The AC didn't work and I could only get the fan to work. Bathroom had sand on the floor and appeared dirty.

This place needs to be upgraded and fast it has some really old furniture shower needs upgrades everything need to be upgraded

Fairly clean and met the need for the night. Lodging manager wasn't the most accommodating.

Will not go back, even if price is low. Chairs and carpet were grossly stained and room a bit smelly with that sickening sanitizer smell. Neighborhood seemed kinda marginal at night, not bad during the day.

Convenient. Very sketchy. Bad neighborhood. The door of the room was dented as if somebody tried to gain entry. Not very clean, the manager behind the desk was wearing a surgical mask. No towels in the room...had to run around to the front desk to get them.

The staff was very nice and assisted in any way that they could. Very slow Internet access. Rooms not cleaned properly. Bad road noise. No softener used in towels.
