Very run down, beat up furniture in the room, bathroom had mold. Very sketchy outside. Don’t go out at night. Expedia needs to check out there hotels before booking them.

I didn't check in and stay there after being shown the reserved room which was in a terrible, uninhabitable condition for a human being. The bed & sheets and arm chair are old, dated, torn and really nasty looking. The room looks flea infested

There were Holes in the wall, toilet seat not attached, no security lock on the door, and tv didn't work. The agent changed our room, but it had issues as well, but not as bad. Overall, I give it a 4, because it was close to restaurants on Broad Str downtown. The agent was very nice.

Rooms are really poor quality, the sink had a hole in it, the toilet had chips in the seat. No toilet roll was provided. There was a large break in the top. The curtains were stained. The lug socket hanging off the wall - a major electrical hazard that could be deadly. The furniture was old, chipped and very battered. No locks on the doors, No safe provided. Felt very unsafe. Goodness knows what was growing and living in the mattress. Out of 3 nights we only stayed one as it was late and we had travelled all day. Left as quickly as possible, Avoid this one.

You get what you pay for. It’s not the unsafest hotel I’ve been to but you need to keep your head on a swivel. However, all of downtown Augusta is a steaming out mess so this place is just part of that mess.

The place could’ve been cleaner. I bought products to clean and make my stay better. The staff was very pleasant so that was a bonus. The location was great. I really don’t have any major complaints. The overall cleanliness could use more work.

First off the bathroom door was hanging off it's hinges, a vent in the bathroom had toilet paper covering it,the bedding wasn't changed in four days that we were there A/C worked at 61°. And baby roaches all over. Couldn't walk outside with out someone asking for a cigarette or money. The curtains were stained and wouldn't close properly, the peep hole in the door was busted out with toilet paper stuffed in it.two bars of soap and bottle of shampoo to last 2 people 4 days. Never did bring clean towels. Toilet seat was loose. The mirror was horrible couldn't see anything (not like I'm anything to look at) but come on. Well if you want a very cheap place to stay in Augusta Georgia this is the place to stay, Just remember you get what you pay for Cheap low maintained, But very friendly people.Enjoy your stay.

First they wanted to charge me for my service animal, then they wanted to charge me $100 deposit because people who stay there tear up doors, so I called the local sheriff's office and the officer said to me " you do not want to stay here at this hotel, we are always getting calls because of guests causing trouble"

I end up getting 4 hand towels and 2 wash clothes finally. Employee says no bath towel. This hotel was probably less than 20% booked for the entire weekend. This room did have a fully renovated bathroom so that was nice. But the shower did have 2 hairs left on the wall of the shower. So I would say cleaning was not good at all at this hotel. Price was cheap but not sure I would stay again.

PROS: Location and access to the highway, water temperature was very good (if you don't like hot water, be careful), room had functioning and clean refrigerator and microwave, the bathroom was was newly remodeled and you can see they are working on the property.

Ir was cleaner than expected. The TV was excellent. The AC was quiet and operated just as it should. The The metal frame for the bathroom door was rusted badly and about four inches of it was completely gone at the bottom on one side. The walls were very thin and I could hear the conversations in the rooms on both sides of mine. The electrical outlets are very old and one had obvious scorch marks where something had shorted out. The outlets were also very loose and it was difficult to keep things plugged in. A very weird man was selling Masters golf tournament tickets on the sidewalk just outside his room. (It was Masters weekend.) I could go on....

We showed up and it was 2 double beds (smoking). One of the worst smoking rooms of all time. In addition, we only had 2 bath towels that were the size of hand towels. Unfortunately, it was a horrible play to say. Expedia should remove it from their site immediately.

The worst of the worst. Sketchy area with homeless people loitering everywhere. Felt super unsafe and had to leave. Bloodstains on sheets, mystery white stains on bed frame and chair. Smelled of death and stale cigs.

Worried with the remodeling that I was going to get a screw or nail in tire.

I had just had surgery and had to stay overnight to be close to the hospital. This motel is in awful condition! Went to one non-smoking room and it smelled like a cigarette butt, toilet wouldn’t flush, bathtub had hair and dirt in tub, linen was stained and you could tell the room had just not been cleaned. Second room, smelled better but had to wait for the bathroom to be fixed because again, it didn’t flush. Room was cleaner but I will never stay there again!

When I arrived at 5:30 pm the office was closed. I had to dig out the reservation and call the number and wait 7-8 minutes for someone to check me in. The room was dirty, particularly the bathroom. Mold and paint chips.

My room is was a non smoking room. Yet when I got there it had incident that had been burning and went out still in the room. The tub finish was coming off the tub. In the bathroom, the ceiling and wall had been replaced, but still had not been repainted the same color.

I travel almost weekly for work so I have stayed in thousands of hotels. I can easily say this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Absolute filth. Stench like you wouldn’t believe. Towels completely brown as if they have never been washed. Literal dirt and grime in every corner as if it had also never, ever been cleaned.

This property is NOT as advertised. Area is unsafe and the rooms are filthy. The pictures posted are NOT a good representation. We checked in but left as soon as we saw the room and were confronted by crackheads in the parking lot. No refund for a 4 night stay because of the 24 hour in advance policy. False advertising got them my money. Disgusting.

The owner was very nice but he needs to invest in the hotel to improve the condition. Pictures online make it appear to be palpable but it is far from. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone in its current state.

This is without question the worst hotel on earth. Do not stay here under any circumstances. It smells awful, it’s dirty, there are cigarette burns on the linens, there are cockroaches. Just stop reading this now and look into another option.

This property does not even try to act like a motel. It does not have a place to hang your clothes. The television and mirror in the room were filthy. How hard is it to clean those items? This property does not even try to act like a motel. It does not have a place to hang your clothes. The television and mirror in the room were filthy. How hard is it to clean those items? Motel not hotel, and in very poor condition. Local vagrants loitering outside entrance of property, likely the least nice property I’ve stayed in. Definitely will not return, and would look at another location miles away from this area.

This place is by far the worst i have ever stayed at. went to augusta for the masters and expedia put together a good value package for us with this hotel. from the pics it looks ok. in a terrible unsafe area , hotel is disgusting, smells aweful. would not walk on the floors in bare feet or even socks. dont really know what else to say , i will be scrubbing this place out of me for a long time.

Room was filthy. Bathroom also smelled like marijuana. Smeared mirror and windows. Unknown substance splattered on mirror. Headboards to beds had oil residue from previous tenants heads and whatever was up there. Black dirt on everything. Paint peeling from ceiling. Counter completely broken in two. Totally nasty.

Not a good place to stay in Augusta, but it served its purpose. Good thing I was alone but with family I would have left.

The room was filthy, pubic hair all over the toilet seat, visible dirt on bathroom floor, bathtub was covered in filth, said it was a non smoking room but smelled of old cigarette smoke, found bed bugs in the bed, towels were dirty and/or stained. All dressers and nightstands had dust and dirt all over them. Another guest found a dead rat in their room. Website advertises the pool and breakfast. The pool was closed and green and they weren’t doing the breakfast either. The listing should be removed from all sites for booking. I will never return and am requesting a full refund. The health department should condemn the establishment.

The pool was closed and no breakfast. The room was not cleaned (I had to wipe off desk to set stuff on it.) There was no shampoo or conditioner thankfully I brought my own. It was to late to get another hotel in our price range or we would have changed hotels. Definitely would not get a room with them again.

Absolutely terrible motel. Incredibly noisy. Weird old man that runs around at night and harassing ppl sitting outside their rooms. Incredibly dirty property. Not well kept. Pool was closed. Not happy about what i paid for here at all.

When I first entered the building, I couldn’t help but notice how poorly the building was taken care of. In the lobby, there was plywood over a broken window that still had broken glass. Not only is it unsafe to the guest and staff, it is very visually unappealing. I then asked for a non smoking room. When I was led to my room, I could see however it was a smoking room. When I asked for a new room, it was even worse. The smell of smoke lingered heavily in the air. When I went to inspect the bathroom, the tiles were stained yellow, most likely from smoking. It seemed like they didn’t even clean the room because there a a bug that was squished and smeared on the wall. It looked nothing like the pictures we were provided. We immediately left for another hotel to stay for the night. I would not recommend anyone take shelter at this hotel.

The worst experience i have ever had...we didnt even stay we left and will argue with Travelocity for a refund....bottles were being broken loud noises someone knocked on the door asking for help...at that point we left after only 1 hour we paid for 2 nights but could not come back to this property...

Wonderful

Walking distance to the river /River Walk and downtown restaurants and nightlife. Old and worn but a great deal for the price. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Included simple breakfast.

Only issue this trip was that it seemed like it took forever for the hot water to heat up. It was very early and the temps dropped to freezing that night, but really needed a warm shower. Everything else was great for this business trip.

Door chain lock did not function , carpets and furniture had visible bodily fluids.

Stay was good and I was in the room early, but know the area around the hotel may be a little seedy looking. No problems though, lots of lighting.

A/C didn’t work my wife took a shower and the water would not go down the drain I told the host when I was checking out and they obviously didn’t care about our experience there were holes in the sheets the bathroom looked disgusting one of the couches looked like it had a skid mark in it

The bed was made and comfortable, there were clean towels, but the rest needed cleaning. I cleaned and disinfected the room. There were gnats. Overall the conditions were poor.

Service at front desk was no good/rather been outside smoking than waiting on you .. Pillow cases and sheets in room was dirty, (had makeup stains) and we found bed bug on pillow.. Will not stay again!!

I would not recommend this hotel or hotels.com the hotel was filthy and I would not even consider sleeping there. I didn’t stay after seeing the room, I asked for a refund from the hotel and hotels.com and I was told sorry we can’t do that

Nothing to like. Room was dirty. Rooms smelled terrible. The only positive comment is they had fresh fruit for breakfast.
