The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. First, we were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes and the toilet flooded. Secondly, we were moved to a different room. That room smelled good however, the mattress cover had a gigantic blood stain that appeared to be fresh. There was also some sticky substance on the inside of the door that had human hair and other undesirable material in it. The bathroom lighting was very poor, there was no toilet paper, mold on the top of the shower, a dead roach stuck to the wall, I killed a roach crawling on the wall, some child drew on the walls, and there was other foreign matter stuck on the wall, the place didn't appear to be clean other than the need being made.

Come to Augusta every January for a gaming convention. Started staying here a few years ago because the hotel where the convention is held is too expensive and has no amenities. This hotel is great. Just up the street and allows me to cook in the room. office hours are a little different to check in before they close

For what it is and how affordable the pricing was we honestly enjoyed our stay, the rooms are gated off with doors that you have to have your access key to enter. Our stay was very quiet and we felt safe. The room was clean and all the appliances worked just fine, if you are looking for a basic clean place to stay this is it. The room had all your basic furniture and appliances, couch, tables, stove, microwave, and more also had cooking pans and dishes as well as utensils.

Being 83 year old having to use a cane to walk, I felt I should have been given a room on the first floor, especially since the facility did not have an elevator. They didn't have accessible rooms also. Maybe they should have a ramp for disabled people. Fortunately for me there were some kind people staying a the hotel, who help me with my luggage

I cancelled because I had to wait for 45 minutes for the manager to come back to the front desk. The room was not as advertised. I asked for, and was told I would receive a refund, despite the no refund policy. I never got it.

The place could have been a lot cleaner, the bed were uncomfortable and the price was definitely too high even if it was close to the Masters.

The place is quiet and perfect for my work commute. My unit was cozy and I will definitely stay again. I stayed 2 weeks in the same unit. Anytime I cook, the unit gets smoke alarm alerts. The stove & vent needs to be updated. Otherwise, it’s a really nice place to stay short term.

The room was fine for a place to sleep while on a long trip. I don't have any problem with the hotel aside from the fact that there were dirty dishes in the sink from whomever stayed there before us. If you're used to Hampton of Comfort Inns, this is not the stop for you. For the price, it's fine--a place to sleep.

However, the staff was very responsive. Gave us more clean towels and sheets/pillows for pull out. The bed in bed room was comfortable. For the one night we needed, was ok, but would not stay there for an extended amount of time. Overall, was dirty.

The rental had cobwebs and dirty walls. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the remote was sticky and there were holes in the bedding.

Nothing. This is a homeless shelter. We went right on down the road and stayed somewhere else. Had to pay $350 for the new hotel but it was worth it because there is no way I would sleep or bath in this place unless the world was ending. Springhill Suites down the road was amazing. Everything. The guy checking us in was nice but the rooms and facilities were old, dirty and the clientele no so great.. I don't think I can trust booking.com in the future. The rating said 4.5 out of 5 stars and this was a one star.

No breakfast included but a kitchen with full size refrigerator and oven and microwave were in each room so you could make your own. Facilities could be updated but was adequate for our needs.

It was very clean. We got there past regular check-in time, but I contacted someone and was told where to get our key. We were headed down to Florida and just needed a clean place to lay our heads, and this fit the bill perfectly. Clean, no nonsense. Even had a kitchen, which we didn't need, but available nonetheless!

I like that the property is closed in where you have to have your card to get in. The floor in the room was not clean. looked as if it hadn't been swept in 2-3 days. The tub had strings of hair in it and also the bed. The cleaning of the room could have been better.

Very difficult initially to get our late arrival considered by the property. Several phone messages later in the day, we received a return call telling us the procedure for late arrival. Very frustrating though during a 3-hour wait while on the road and not knowing what to do.

I needed a quick place to sleep. They open at 8am. I was traveling and got there early and the front desk staff allowed me to check in early which was nice. It’s a furnished room, it’s clean. No frills just a room

My wife's keycard stopped working at one point and she was locked out of the building (and she did not have a phone to call me).

Very nice great value safe location nice set up nice bathroom. My only issue was two pillows per bed . I rent two beds at hotels due to needing extra pillows. Normally there are at least 3 per queen bed. When I stayed 2 months ago the manager gave me extra pillows but considering it was Sunday when I checked in and the staff needs at least one day off.

We left our luggage with him because we needed to drop it off early and he accepted it all and transferred it to our room without any issues. He was so helpful when we need a cork screw and showed us how to use the laundry facilities. He made our stay effortless. Thank you Michael

Unfortunately, my stay was not what I had expected it to be. The walls are either fairly thin or my upstairs neighbors were just extremely loud. Someone was playing with the dog at random times during the night. Woke me up at 02:39 am, 3:00 am. Next day at 1 something a.m. The place was spacious and well designed just a bit outdated.

Absolutely the best value anywhere! Immaculate! Courtyard on lower level, and patios on upper level, with tables and chairs. Full size refrig and stove with oven. Separate living/dining area and bedroom. Amazing price!

Can't beat it for the price. Everything looked clean. Hall floor from Bathroom to Kitchen was sticky. Everything else was good and it was a nice quiet stay.

For example, no spatula for making eggs, only one ceramic coffee cup, no sharp knives, etc. this was important as we are on the road with restrictive food allergies. We felt the property was an excellent value for the money.

This was my second time staying here. I come to Augusta for bowling tournaments and the beds here are amazing. Rooms are great. Always clean and quiet. Ronald, the gm, is AMAZING and very nice! Will continue to stay here when I'm in town!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean except for the kitchenette area. It did need some attention and deep cleaning. But we didn't have to use it. And unfortunately,the beds were terrible to us. Too hard for me. But it did serve its purpose.
