very good overall. perhaps they should not cook too many eggs and sausages up at a time. eggs were dry and both both looked like they were around for a while. Overall, it had lots of choice and was enjoyable. swimming pool and hot tub area needs more attention. the hot tub had 6 inches of foam on top of water when air jets turned on. water looked greenish, i suggest it was way off balance. it needs regular checks and water test/adjustments.

If you like the smell of stale cigarettes, offensive air fresher, and a room so run down and dirty it's covered in a layer of filth, then this place is for you! This is an indoor smokers hotel. The suites are big with a full kitchen. And they accept pets. But I didn't stick around. They sure let this place go.

24 hr hot tub!!

The elevator laughs like your in a haunted house. Traffic from freeway keeps you up all night.
- 5/5
Breakfast was hot and ready when I arrived with eggs, potatoes, and sausage and bacon. Additional items available were muffins, oatmeal packets, fruit and fresh waffles you can make. Nothing really comes to mind. My room seem to be quite on the third floor. I also had control of temperature controls in the room.

Rooms and Staff was great we enjoyed our 1 night there
- 4/5
The main sitting area was seperate from the bedroom. Like a small apartment. Only thing I could not find was dish soap, paper towels and dishwasher detergent.
- 5/5
Staff was efficient and everything was spotless. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
The room was clean. The lights outside in the parking lot are super bright which probably helps with security because there are people hanging in the parking lot. The mattress was not very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. Biscuits and gravy, sausage and scrambled eggs.
- 2/5
The room was OK, but the breakfast it has limited choices. For sure I'll go to a different one next time.
- 5/5
Amazing time
- 5/5
I liked the room size, the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. They have breakfast but did not eat at the hotel so i cannot comment on the quality of it. Very close to the casino. I really enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
I did not go for breakfast. Thanks

Clean room and Great breakfast
- 4/5
Staff was great and very accommodating. Great service. Breakfast was a good spread. Rooms were clean. It wasn't fully stocked (no hand soap, etc) but not sure if that was missed or we don't get those anymore. Not a big deal. Overall, I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean.
- 2/5
The coffee maker in the room was insufficient and was not one that could use the k-cups that we brought with us. The desk lamp has an electrical short in the wiring. Every time we tried to use it the strobing made us fear it was a fire hazard. As a person on a very strict diet, the high carb breakfast offerings were horrible. The only thing I could eat was the boiled eggs. I cannot recommend this place. I will not reserve at La Quinta Auburn again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was full meal, sausage, eggs, waffles plus typical extras. Only concern is 4th floor window only had a screen and fully openable window.
- 4/5
My bedding had a hair on the sheets. I asked for replacement for both beds. Guy at desk said it was probably the maid's hair, but agreed it shouldn't be there regardless. Other than that, the room and property seemed quite clean. Loved that the pool and hottub is open 24 hrs for adults. Breakfast is over at 9, which is just too early. I feel like it should be 10. Overall, a nice hotel. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Didn't eat here, local channels, no maid service same fields. Same bed sheets, no garbage service.
- 5/5
Friendly staff the moment we came in and throughout our stay they were friendly a.d helpful. The rooms were clean. They have an onsite laundry room for guests to use for a fair price. Great breakfast provided.

I loved the pool and hot tub and complimentary breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable.

- 5/5
Everything perfect from cleanliness and accessibility to the pool and kitchen and respectable rooms and staff
- 5/5
Whenever I have stayed at La Quinta, the rooms have been very clean and I enjoy the jetted tub, although the tub seemed smaller in the last room I got. I like that it is close to Muckleshoot Casino, and the staff have been friendly and rooms reasonably priced
- 5/5
Awesome staff 💯

Service was good
- 2/5
There was a vent in the room that Rattled all night long making it hard to sleep
- 1/5
Room keys did not work so we had to go down each evening to get our keys re-done. In addition they were remodeling the fourth floor, which we were on so it was in disarray the whole time we were there.
- 5/5
Nice clean room, good breakfast!!!
- 2/5
I paid the extra $20 to extend our checkout until 1 as I’ve had difficulties sleeping. I had the do not disturb on our door and yet still the housekeeper knocked on the door at 11 to come clean. I am disappointed that I was awakened this way as I thought I’d covered this in paying extra.

We where staying two nights. Somehow the booking got as 2 seperate stays. They told us to leave stuff in the room come down and check out and check back in. We did this. They gave us a new room key and told us everything was. They called us middle of day and asked how come we left our stuff. We said because we were stayung two days and you put us back in same room. They said okay that is right. We return to our room they had bagged up all our stuff. They lost a charging cord that we need imediately. We asked for a 20 dollar credit as we would have to order replacement as we need it now. The said best they could do was look for it and if they find it mail it to us. We were very polite and understanding mistakes happen, but they sure did not make it right. We will not be going back.
- 4/5
The staff was great and made check-in easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The only downsides we experienced were one of the beds squeaked with every turn, and the blacout curtains had a gap we couldn't fix.

Vents in bathroom not working air-conditioning not working

The front desk staff was not friendly at all except for one young lady that was new that checked me in. I was there for 5 days and each time I passed the desk to go out or return not one greeting from your front desk staff.

Very nice property.
- 4/5
Great place only o e thing the bed wasn’t comfortable at all
- 3/5
Front desk girl was awesome! Very efficient, informative, friendly and genuine. Enjoyed use of pool and hot tub at 3am as there is no curfew for adults using it. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good although eating area was rather small.

Didn’t expect the breakfast to be so good! Will definitely book here in the future

Very clean, great place for an overnight stay on the road. Security to the hotel was high compared to any other place I’ve stayed ever. Doors lock at 11pm/ need keycard to enter. Lots of transients in the area.
- 4/5
The staff were incredibly kind
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean property, good breakfast and complimentary chocolate chip cookies nightly! Could use at least one more washer and dryer, since there’s only one of each for this multi-story hotel. Recent renovations make the entire place look nice. 24 hour gym was in good shape, too. Very pet-friendly!

Clean rooms, friendly except on girl that we asked to pay for late check out said, No housekeeping said the latest was 11:30. So that was disappointing, but other then that all the other staff very friendly, good breakfast and clean rooms.
- 4/5
Overall, this was a fantastic hotel. Bed was comfy (though the pull out was not, so my daughter just slept on the couch, which wasn't too bad). We did have an issue with the toilet running and overflowing that took two visits from maintenance to finally remedy, but the service was excellent, at least.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
I did not give 5 stars because the rooms on both sides of my room had guests whom talked loud and the thin walls did not do much to muffle the sound. Most disruptive were the guests that arrived at 2am and talked and laughed loudly. Fortunately it only last 20-40 minutes.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
It was clean and staff was very friendly. Great breakfast too .
- 5/5
The rooms were very nice, beautiful doors, comfortable beds, great staff people, and delicious snacks, and breakfast.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice and helpful, the beds were very big, and the rooms were nice. Great place to stay, only problem is the area is a bit meh, but looking past that, it was a very nice experience and I would love to go again. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Staff was fine. Location for GA pilots at S50 is pretty good. Only knock is the traffic noise which goes late and starts early.
- 4/5
Had scrambled egg, bacon, yogart, waffles fresh fruit
- 5/5
The room is clean and a very nice staffs…,9/10 fornour 1 night stayed…
- 1/5
Worst place I've ever attempted to stay. If I could give them less stars I would. Was in WA recently for a family trip, checked in here on a Friday afternoon, lobby itself was decent, as was the front desk staff. Got to the room, and it was disgusting, smelled horrible, paint peeling, electrical wires exposed, just overall unacceptable. Couple that with the unsavory people wandering around inside and in the parking lot. Was gross and felt unsafe. Left immediately after check in because we had dinner plans with friends, returned 3.5-4 hours later to gather our things and check out. Had to find other accommodations on short notice after having traveled all day with children. Hotel would not refund any of the $ spent on the reservation even though we were checked in for 4 hours max, never unpacked, never slept there, never even used the bathroom. I could understand potentially not refunding me for that day of check in, but it was supposed to be a 5 night stay, at minimum the other 4 should have been. I'd rather sleep in my vehicle than stay here.
- 1/5
I've stayed at this hotel several times and this was my worse experience. I often book a room and never had any issue, this time I decide to book a suite and it was funky smelling and moldy. The bathroom was dusty especially the towel rack. I have pictures of mold in the bathroom. I have pictures.
- 4/5
They had one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. The only drawback for me was my room on the backside of the hotel next to a freeway…. Noisy.
- 5/5
The room was nice. I didn't use the services except for breakfast one morning.
- 5/5
great people. great breakfast. bed was not ok.
- 4/5
Gym was in good working order. The pet area was sufficient.

Close to Casino and Outlet mall
- 5/5
We were able to get in a little early and everything was so nice and clean.
- 5/5
This was an awesome room! It was huge. Staff was great, the breakfast was Adequate. I forgot an item in the room and they were very helpful in getting it back. The only negative was a very noisy street.
- 4/5
Overall our stay was nice . Spacious room, close to stores restaurants and the fwy .
- 2/5
Originally booked a room with two queen beds. Upon checking was told they over booked those rooms and would put me in a room with a king and a hid-abed. We discovered our room did not have a hid-abed when we entered room. We went back down to lobby and were given a different room that did have a king and hid-abed. At midnight we received a call from the lobby saying they wanted us to move into a different room as a double queen room had opened up. I told the staff member my two sons were sleeping and we would not be changing rooms at midnight. He again suggested I should change rooms now and questioned what time I would come to lobby in the morning if I wouldn’t move now. After hanging up I received an additional call from the lobby at 12:05 am but declined to answer. In the morning we were asked to pack our things and change rooms. What a mess.
- 4/5
clean room. The only thing not working was the sink plunger. We had to pull it out to drain the water.
- 3/5
Parking was another challenge. The designated spots were extremely tight so much so that opening the car door without hitting the neighboring vehicle was nearly impossible. We had to park behind the hotel, but there was no entryway from the back, which made getting inside inconvenient. Also there was no ice on our floor, so we had to go up a floor to get some. The lobby coffee was awful. Overall, the stay was okay, but these issues definitely took away from the experience.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly, nice clean rooms.

Easy Fast Check in. Staff was Very Friendly. Nice Clean, Comfortable Room. Beds were Clean and Comfortable. Gor being close freeway was quiet. Also enjoyed the Fresh Hot Cookies at Check in.

Great staff, clean rooms, thank you!
- 5/5
Always friendly staff and clean rooms!
- 5/5
We were able to enjoy our visit in Auburn.
- 5/5
Breakfast is very good
- 5/5
Comfortable and relaxing
- 2/5
The lobby parking was tight, the lobby itself was hot and humid, the elevator was SLOW, we got our room key and when we entered our room someone else was in it. The new room we got was an ADA room and the shower wand wouldn’t stay put, there were holes in the wall and ceiling, light bulbs out and stains on the wall. It worked for sleeping but this was our first and last La Cinta stay.
- 5/5
Great responsive staff with relaxed atmosphere unfortunate hwy way noise but what can you do over all good experience thank you
- 5/5
In town for a concert and this was a convenient location. The room was nice and clean and staff was friendly. It was within walking distance of the downtown area, although we did drive. There were cute shops and a few restaurants to choose from. It’s right next to a gas station/convenience store, which was nice. We’d stay here again.
- 2/5
Room strongly smelled like animal urine
- 1/5
Our experience at this property was unacceptable. A personal charger block and cord went missing after room service, which raises serious concerns about security. Basic amenities were incomplete—no shampoo was provided, only conditioner and body wash. The pillows were of noticeably poor quality, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The room itself was poorly equipped, with no dish soap provided to wash dishes and only a single fork available. On top of that, the strong chlorine odor throughout the lobby and second floor created an unpleasant environment. Given these issues, we cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
- 2/5
Unfortunately the room smelled probably of pet urine?? Beds were comfortable but one was broken when you sat on it. There wasn't enough soap for both the sink and shower. The neighborhood seemed sketchy.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, affordable with friendly staff. Free breakfast was delicious with good variety. We were given a larger room at no charge. Fitness room was substantial for a small hotel. They ran out of shampoo and parking lot lanes were narrow, but otherwise an excellent experience and would go back again
- 4/5
Friendly
- 3/5
The noise from the freeway and train tracks that run adjacent makes for very difficult sleeping. Impossible if you want fresh air in the room at night. Definitely bring ear plugs. There are a lot of little touches that could clean up the looks of this place like removing the moldy trim off floor next to tub or touch up paint. Or replace the picture that is missing from wall. Or use the right color of touch up paint. Or paint the closet because it has odors of a 30 year hotel in it. The good: sheets were clean and it’s a good location for freeway access
- 5/5
Our room was large with a king size bed. It was a bit on the soft side but we slept great. The breakfast, which was served in a room that adjoins the lobby. It was very good…waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. They also offered yogurt, cereals, toast, and a few different bread choices along with assorted juices, coffee and tea. Next time we are needing to stay in Auburn we’ll be back.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast at no charge was nice as well.
- 3/5
The hotel for all our needs, people were friendly, room was clean. They always had coffee in the lobby. My only issue was they debited $14k from my credit card when I checked out, when it should’ve been about $230. They quickly submitted the merchant credit and rectified the issue, but that made me really nervous, and I am hesitant to stay with them again.
- 3/5
traffic interfered with our sleep. did not sleep much.
- 5/5
Our room was very large with a couch and a chair. (Separate from the desk and chair). This was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.
- 5/5
Centrally located in Auburn, Wa easy access to roadways and shopping to event venues. Denny is the side parking for a go to meal and_or Jack in the bix doe late night snack
- 5/5
We've booked rooms at this particular LaQuinta several times over the years. The property and room furnishings are showing some wear, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to our son's boarding academy. The room rate was a good value overall.
- 3/5
The room was generally fine, but the chair was in very poor condition, with the seat cushion badly peeling. It gave an impression of poor maintenance and affected the overall comfort of the stay.
- 5/5
Clean & nice property. Close to mall & restaurants.
- 5/5
Perfect for a short trip! We came to town for a concert which was about 15 minutes away. Lots of restaurants nearby and in a very convenient spot. Good pool, great breakfast, clean rooms, super nice staff!!
- 5/5
I have zero complaints about this hotel. It’s right off the freeway and have lots of stores and convenient stores nearby. Staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Thank you
- 4/5
We enjoyed our 3 night stay for our first time in Washington state! Everything was great excluding the pillows. (Probably the world’s flattest) but everything else exceeded our expectations!
- 4/5
Everything was great about the hotel except for the beds. They were very, very soft which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. It hurt my husband's back because it was so soft and he had to sit up in the chair to sleep. We had stayed at a La Quinta in Oregon and it had must better beds. They were firmer but had a nice pillow top.
- 3/5
I booked two rooms for two parties for two nights. Each room was to be billed separately. Sadly, I was not only charged for my two nights stay but, additionally charged for one night of the other party's room. This is the first time I was disappointed staying at a LaQuinta.
- 5/5
It was a good place to stay the night , good Breakfast
- 5/5
Staff went above and beyond. I usually dont leave a review but i had to leave a review for this property. Staff was great. Had some trouble using the laundry room but the staff quickly came to my rescue. I dont know any names but please give them acknowledgement because i was very surprise with the great service. I travel for work a bit so ive stayed at lots of hotels. Thank you 100 times.
- 4/5
It was close to the outlet mall.
- 5/5
Staff is great
- 4/5
Large room, Good breakfast, and feel safe around the area.
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Everything was excellent especially the front desk staff!
- 5/5
The customer service is EXCELLENT!
- 3/5
Great location. Close to good and activities. Easy freeway access. Shower handle did not work. Maintenance said they would come up and he did not. Informed front desk of the issue and he did not seem too concerned about the problem. We checked out early for this reason.
- 4/5
Room needed a few repairs. Mostly touch up paint and bad water damage around the bathtub. All of the doors slam loud. Only noise we could hear. Room was clean and odor free. No bed bugs! Pool, hot tub and work out room were clean and open to adults all night. I did not bring my dogs but I love that this hotel is dog friendly. Great location and easy to navigate area if from out of town. I chose this hotel specifically because reviews told that they had great breakfast. I was not disappointed! I ate right before breakfast was ending. Hot fresh eggs and sausage, make your own waffles with all the toppings, english muffins, bagels, toast w jelly or cream cheese, cereal, yogurt and fruits. Coffee tasted fresh and good choice of juices. Will stay here again!
- 3/5
Shampoo and conditioner were empty bottles and water pressure was lapse.
- 2/5
Check in agent was friendly, but the line was very long and it seemed that another agent would have been prudent. A curious device, the qt thunder, was left plugged in the room i was in.
- 4/5
Nice hotel but be sure to request an even number room as the odd numbers are on the freeway side. Freeway noise is muted by AC but still there. Also try to request a room not near the elevator as that noise is noticeable too. Staff is friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Place was good but this is 1hr drive from main city.
- 5/5
La Quinta, room was very clean, modern, had all the amenities we needed. Very nice staff. I would recommend staying at La Quinta Inn.
- 5/5
Nice hotel just off the highway. Welcoming staff. Clean. A nice place to stay for the night. A bit noisy because it’s close to the highway, but it’s fine. A/C unit is adjustable in the room which is nice.
- 5/5
Super nice LaQuinta. Nicest one I’ve ever been to. Would recommend.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful. My husband had a fall and had surgery. They were accommodating and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again.
- 3/5
Pool and hot tub small
- 5/5
Enjoyed a clean, friendly hotel. Close proximity to fast food restaurants/diners like Denny’s and Jack in the Box…two close gas stations with mini marts. Yes, book this location!
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
friendly staff
- 4/5
Was a pretty decent stay but wasn’t worth 600 for 2 nights.
- 1/5
Lacked cleanliness
- 5/5
Nice and clean place to stay. Spacious room
- 5/5
I thought I had one complaint and that was that the window curtains would not close and there was alight shining into our room from the parking lot. When I asked my wife to try and close them she noticed the windoe had rool down blinds that completely darkened our room. Making this a great hotel, very clean and close to freeway access in a good location. Breakfast was good as well although you need to be early for bacon, they switched to sausage when bacon runs low.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful during late check-in and finding a jacket that I left behind, keeping it for me to pick up later. The free breakfast was quite good, better than competitors offered.
- 3/5
Overall the hotel is very dated and showing signs of wear. It is in an area that is noisy 24/7. We had two rooms and a suite. The suite was visibly not clean and did not smell clean. Items were missing from the room (remote, lamp, etc.) and desk staff said that is just how the room is. We traded the suite for a standard room and it was ok. The other two standard rooms were ok. I did not feel this was a three star hotel. Staff were mostly very nice. I would not stay here again.

Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. The parking was a little tight for my truck, but worked out.

Booked this hotel at the last min at 10 o’clock at night on the day of arrival due to an emergency. Upon arrival while waiting to check in at the front desk, a man who wasn’t a guest was yelling, using profanity, the manager with the tattoos started to yell at one of the customers, the two started to exchange words . One of the woman started to check me in, and half way decides to walk away without any explanation and tells the senior citizen man that just started his shift to take over. The poor man felt lost, went back and asked the ghetto manager to help, she said “ I gotta go on my break, and said she, meant me is all done and leaves on her break. While I’m still standing there the man helps another customer, the First Lady is about to go on her break and I asked can I just have my keys to the room, she then paused and gave me the key. That took a good 45 min all this is happened after me driving for 15 hrs to get here. The next morning I realized I made a mistake while booking the night before and booked an extra day, I asked the managers to please refund/cancel the last day and they refused. This place has zero customer service!

Terrible customer service

Big rooms, nice beds. A little too far from restaurants and shopping if you are staying more than a night.

I was given a room facing the freeway and it was noisy even with the windows closed. I asked the front desk if I could move to the other side of the building. They didn’t have availability that day, but were happy to move me the next day. The noise level was much better once I moved. The building was older, but very clean, and all the staff members were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and also good. I would recommend this hotel and location if you have a rental car to get around.

Check-in was quick and easy, super friendly front desk associate. The room and bathroom are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Free breakfast was a plus. Would definitely come back with my family

Other than the heavy traffic on all the major roadways, it was a wonderful stay. Clean and comfy rooms, great breakfast and pleasant staff!

Pros: Beds were comfortable; breakfast was very satisfying; bathroom was nice. Cons: Room was small and smelled musty/mildewy. Window and window sills visibly needed cleaning. The whole building was very warm and humid (thankfully not the room itself). Staff seemed discombobulated at check-in. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I’ll probably be looking somewhere else next time I’m in the area.

Other than some rowdy kids it was a very calm stay.

Property was fine, but parking is terrible went out for dinner and returned to no parking, my wife is disabled, and we have a disabled parking plaque, and the cars parked in the few disabled spots you have none of them had any disabled cards showing, this should be checked by security and car made to move if not qualified. We stayed there 2 nights and had the same issue both nights. And at previous stays we had the same issue.

Our toilet overflowed 3 times. There was no hazard based cleanup after each plunge. The 3rd time, they asked me if I wanted to plunge my own toilet as they had no maintenance person available. The said it was their protocol to ask guests to do so!!!

Very quiet. The room was close to the elevator on the top floor.
