    They do not offer water or coffee in your room. They don't give you enough towels or have the lamps ready to be turned on. (Unplugged and not able to plug them anywhere without an extension cord)

    Liked the price but you get what you pay for. Parking was easy however there was a lot of noise from the parking lot on Friday night. It advertised free breakfast but that was not the case. No breakfast. Toilet acted like it wanted to overflow a couple times. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome.

    The front desk staff was willing to help find a resolution Discovered an active bed bug infestation in our room on May 17, 2026. Found multiple live bugs including one that had fed. Captured a live specimen as evidence. The property processed a refund after we reported it and contacted Booking.com, which we appreciated - but future guests should be aware.

    Absolutely nothing! Unclean, and very rude staff, especially Michel. I was appalled by the manner I received after I kindly asking for cancellation. Upon arrival, there was trash everywhere and a funky smell. I simply did not feel comfortable. I was very nice to Michael and asked if I can cancel my reservation before even checking in. Michael was not pleased as he shouldn’t be, but was rude with attitude and rejected my request without any reason. Said I needed to call corporate for any more assistance. I couldn’t believe it, everyone has been so nice here in Washington state, and even if the hotel cannot complete my request I was not expecting such blunt rudeness and attitude.

    This property was nothing like the photos on Hotels.com. The owner does not seem to care about the franchise investment. There was a pile of old mattresses in what used to be the pool area. The ice machine was not operable. With cobwebs included. The door catch was broken. The furniture looked like a cat scratched it up. House keeping never came to change out the linens. The toilet needed the handle jiggled to stop running and we had some friendly ants. The front desk was confused that I would not give a positive review in exchange for a complimentary Coca-Cola. Wyndham needs to disassociate with this owner as they do not have anything in common with any other Wyndham I have stayed at. I will be sending my photos to corporate.

    the room had mystery white stuff on the curtains, carpet and comforter. when tearing backbthe sheets they were found to have what appeared to have poop on them. the front lock was busted, the bathroom had hair on thr counter and in the sink and the toilet ran continuously. i did ho down and request a clean room, i was given a room that was some cleaner and the lock was not broken. there was still mystery white stuff on the curtains.I only booked this motel because i had just vome off a very long 12 hour shift and did not want to drive the 3 hours home. Biggest mistake. Next time i will spend more money for a cleaner property vs trying to save a buck... Lesson learned, never again

    The bed was comfortable but we slept in clothing due to fear of bedbugs The hair dryer, coffee maker and sink hot water didn't work. The phone was disconnected and the floors were so filthy you could see shoe prints from the sink to past the bed over to the entry door. We booked this room based on the internet ad that there would be breakfast included. On Jan 1 that perk was discontinued, yet not updated as of Jan 27th. Whatever happened to truth in advertising?? This is a great place for John's to take their hookers!

    The front desk cannot find my booking confirmation, which took a long time as you are checking in as a walk-in. The room was not ready yet, and they had me come back to get the keys instead of giving them! The shower knob was broken, and the shower nozzle was as well, making the water squirt on the ceiling.

    The grounds were terrible, garbage, cigarettes, dog poop. My heater AC unit leaked all over the floor. Not to mention there is an airstrip right behide the hotel very loud. Web says they have breakfast and a deli they do not. I paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. It was horrible I want my money back. Michael at the front desk was so rude.

    The front desk clerk was nice and it was fun watching the planes take off and land. I didn’t know we were next to an airport but it didn’t bother me. Didn’t know the jacuzzi had been cemented in as the ad showed it with water.

    Checking out. The site was dirty on the exterior and interior. I saw several large spiders in the room, one crawled on my arm as i went to laydown to sleep in the bed. The restroom toilet would not flush properly after using it(number #1, not #2). The staff gave me a key to my room after I lost mine without even checking my ID. The area was noisy all night with people yelling and fighting in the parking lot, every single night.

    Booked the trip to go visit family after the death of a grandparent. Arrived to what was supposed to be an "accessible" room since I use mobility aids to get around but there were no extra grab bars in the bathroom nor was there a shower chair as promised. Overall the room appeared clean but upon closer inspection the room was dusty, there was mold in the shower and the sheets were not fresh. I encountered a strange man who started stalking me on my 1st night and staff only offered to move me to another room (not an accessible room) on the other side of the building but as explained, the guy saw me in my car. Therefore, I did not feel safe while staying here. I ended up cutting my trip short due to not feeling safe but due to booking through a 3rd party, I was not given a refund for the 2 nights I was not staying in the room. I would NEVER recommend staying here!

    My girlfriend was understandably incensed, and this was after she'd already noted the terrible houskeeping à la dust and smears on the mirrors and counters. ONLY THE FRONT DESK COULD HAVE GIVEN THE UNKNOWN WOMAN KNOCKING AT MY DOOR MY NAME (which the hotel staff, of course, denied). Thus far, the hotel has refused to refund my money. Stay far away from this filthy place, which is undoubtedly a den of illicit, illegal activity.

    This place was fine for a place to sleep for a night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine. Not amazing or anything but for the price, this was all we needed for a night.     The motel was on the cheaper and so I wasn't expecting much to begin with but it definitely was worse than I ever expected upon entering the room immediately I noticed the walls were covered in stains the blankets had stains and the towels had stains I had assumed since there was so many stains that it was obviously documented I assumed this is how the whole place was and I just got what I paid for but not only was I treated it poorly by staff I had booked online and paid for the room online when I got there I didn't realize the $100 deposit wasn't covered I had arrived 30 minutes earlier than my husband who happened to have our money with him to which I informed the hotel employee handling my reservation of the situation and that my husband was 30 minutes out everything seemed okay so I went to the seating area in the lobby to wait not even 10 minutes in the front desk person said we can just cancel your reservation because this is private property and you can't just sit here and wait even though we had already paid for our stay I was only waiting on my husband to bring the deposit which they were informed of already and we're okay with not even 10 minutes prior I told him no I can't cancel it and I walked across the street to wait then at checkout my deposit was kept because they said the towels head stains the towels were white to start off and we use them for their intended purpose nothing crazy they may have been a little discolored from normal use

    Probably bring bug spray. Saw some spiders in the bathroom, it had a slight smell of smoke already there when in the room but it goes away after adapting for a night. Smoke might just possibly from the Casino on the other side of the parking lot. Close to a few choice stores and some eating spaces to get supplies and food.

    the room was dirty, ie: walls we dirty, doors were visibly dirty, no hair dryer in room, as advertised, hot water was luke warm. we did talk to the front desk to have the hot water checked and a hair dryer. hot water was fixed. hair dryer was brough to the room and had grease smudges all over it. the light switches were also dirty. the carpet felt greasy.

    2) the floor has settled, and the drawer to the very nice chest would not stay shut. but the maintenance man got me two shims which you see, and the drawers stayed shut like they should 3) ANTS - your office staff wanted to spray for ants. I've been in pest control and YOU CANNOT SPRAY FOR ANTS !!!!!!! They walk across it and are not affected. we bought and bait and the ants were gone in 3 days. please teach your people how to treat these pests !!

    We ended up at this hotel last minute because our first one was much much worse! This hotel was not all bad but was nothing like its pictures. It’s right next to a very noisy casino and small airport. So be aware of that. Friday night was ok, I’m used to trains so plane don’t bother me that much, but Saturday night casino blasting music out there back patio which goes all through the hotel not so great!! 2 small pillows and no help or care to even offer more! Thumbs down!! Toilet was terrible and hardly worked right. They did not clean the room between nights ( we stayed 2 nights) so our trash was full and we ran out of toilet stuff and tissues.

    The manager is surly, changed prices while we were standing there, the rooms had clearly been smoking rooms and they tried to mask the smell with something, and had not had the sheets changed in quite a while. We refused to stay and they agreed to refund our fees without a cancellation fee. Thats how bad it was

    The hotel was fine. We were bummed the ice machines and drink machines were broken. I don’t know if it was the side we were on or the whole place, but you could very loudly hear the planes taking off. Quiet hours from the planes were probably 11pm-5am.

    Run down building, run down room, loud people partied outside their rooms each night, smell of pot outside every night, pool cemented in and old mattresses piled up in pool area, old air conditioners piled up around the building. We checked out a whole day early and asked for a discount of the days we did stay and a refund for the one whole day we didn’t stay. Clerk said we had to get our money back from Hotels.com who we booked through.

    Prior to booking I called to ask about damage deposit. I was told that I would only have to give deposit for one since both booking were under my name. When I got there I was told differently and end up paying for both. Not a big deal but not the way I wanted to start there. When we got to our rooms, bed looked nice and actually was comfy but other than that . The place was out of date and run down. There were stains on the wall, they had a little cabinet where I believe a fridge use to be rip out. Loose nails. I have a 2 year old with us. Had to keep him away constantly from it. All the chairs had rips in them. Fire alarm did not look liked it worked. This place offered breakfast, bread tasted like it was days old. When you took a shower , you either have hot water or not. Seem like hot water ran out if people are taking showers up stairs. Garbage bin was overflowing and it was front of my room. Being a tourist, I did not know it was beside a private hangar(airport). Runway litterslly steps outside your door. Soooo loud. Many of you might be thinking I might be high maintenance. When I was younger I stayed in MANY hostels. They were cleaner than this place. It’s a shame they use Days Inn name. Surprise Corporate hasn’t come yet

    Too noisy from traffic for me. For the price, it was ok. Sheets were soft and good pillows. You can avoid traffic noise by getting north facing room. Loved convenience of pulling car up to the door (south facing rooms only).

    Late arrival to an unwanting staff member who was busy with a tv show. Unrequested handicap access room next door to a tenant with a small dog that barked for hours. And limited sleep due to strange location and obvious safety concerns(see picture)

    We were planning on staying two nights but plans changed so I went to the front desk to see about a cancelation of one night. The guy behind the desk said that since it was a 3rd party (hotels.com) booking that he wouldn't/ couldn't do it and i needed to call them. So i called and Hotels.com said they would have to contact the Days Inn which she did. Long story short, the same guy behind the desk answered the hotel.com call and told them he wouldn't refund. So we left the next morning anyway. I would cancel travel to Auburn before i would ever stay their again. Save your money and pick a better hotel.

    Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basically non-existant. Choice of white or wheat bread. Cereal or instant oatmeal. Coffee or juice. They need to do better. A/C was noisy.

    Misleading photos of condition of room. Run down place. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Cigarette burn on matters cover. $100 security deposit not mentioned anywhere on website. Not clean. Not worthy of windham chain. No ice maker on premises.

    Room was clean smelled good. Check in was 3pm but we got there almost 2pm and they charged us $20 extra for early check in. But the room was already ready. I'd understand if housekeeping had to rush to get room ready but not the case. But overall good stay.

    I know what you’re thinking… let’s save a couple bucks and stay here. Do NOT stay here. The stain on the bed should have been the clue to leave and try to get my money back, but I was exhausted so I just slept on top of the blankets. After waking up, I notice ants in the bathroom. As I’m moving my toiletries I notice a blood stain. On the bathroom door. Absolutely disgusting. The only good news is my truck wasn’t broken into when I woke up, which I was completely expecting.

    The property was dirty with Cobb webs around the door and on railings. Stained sheets. Old cars in the parking lot that obviously hadn’t moved for years. After staying at three different Days Inn in a row with the same experience, I will never stay at another Days Inn.

    This Day's Inn is in dire need of renovations and updated furniture and appliances. I take my hat off to the staff for trying to accommodate guests. If this is the state of affairs for all the Day's Inn then I'll be staying elsewhere.

    The pictures posted are not what this place even looks like. My child is terrified we are even staying here and the look of the outside prompted me to immediately check for bedbugs and other unwanted guests. I will never stay here again.

    Someone in the property placed a bag over the smoke detector after I left and advised me of doing it. Lost my damage deposit because of it. Me and my party do not smoke so there was no reason that either of us would've done this. Staff refused to listen and even agreed that they could tamper with things after the people had checked out to make it look like someone had done this. Will never stay here again and will tell anyone I can to avoid this hotel.

    Staff was very nice. But rooms were awful. The tv didn’t work. The toilet handle kept falling out. Pretty sure there were knife holes in the wall. The ice machine was broken. There was open cement showing in the bathroom. Overall it was pretty rough. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have nowhere else to stay.

    The rooms are very old and in a bit of disrepair. The bed was very uncomfortable- you could feel the springs. I went down for breakfast at 7:40am and all there was to eat was cereal and toast and apples. I would not stay here again.

    It was an old Inn, everything was worn. The bed sheets had hot drier burns the comforter on the bed had 2 holes in it. Everything looked aged and worn, carpet. The bathroom needed some work. Not recommended unless you are looking for cheap price for an overnight stay. Location was good and lots of restaurants close and casinos.

    We chose this hotel based on general location and price. The room itself was very basic and nothing fancy - mismatched furniture, in need of minor repair, etc. The room was freezing cold and the heater took hours to start to warm things up. Also, the TV didn’t work.

    We stayed here for one night, our tv did not receive service for the entire duration of our stay despite the front desk saying it would be fixed and checking in with them twice. They did not resolve the issue or even reach out after our second attempt to have them fix our tv. Not impressed at all with their service.
