Great place to stay south of the city.

The room was nice comfy beds hot shower breakfast was good , would love to biscuits & gravy! We plan on being g there next year There was a lady who looked like a crack head or prostitute who was always outside smoking by the exit doors.

We were only in the area for 1 night, so this was a decent hotel. Only 25-30 minutes from SEATAC Airport.

Front desk receptionists was amazing, very helpful.! I believe her name was Secret we didn't get her last name. But everyone from the front desk to the cleaning , ladies were a Blessing! Breakfast was on point, traveling with a basketball player. My only question is , how does my refund work N/A

the bed floorings are squeaking when you walk. Even in the bathtub, it seems like the bathroom will fall because every-time you move or steps, it makes noise.

Solid hotel with the nicest staff. The breakfast was excellent for the cost of the room. Highly recommend if you need to stay in Auburn.

The exterior & surroundings looked aged & deserted, but some aspects were modernized. Hopefully, they're in the midst of an overall plan. The parking lot was well-lit, though the designated smoking area was underneath the canopy in front where guests walk by. It was a bit dark inside, the check-in counter was basic, & the process was lengthy. Most questions were answered by the night host, while the daytime host was 10/10, noticing what people were looking at & anticipating questions before they could be asked! They had lemon water & coffee in the lobby, cookies at 7 pm, big pluses. The breakfast area was to the right upon entrance, not elaborate, but sufficient offerings & space for the number of guests that evening, who were primarily adults. The scrambled eggs were fresh, more so than any place we've stayed recently. The woman working breakfast was hardworking & keenly aware of guests' needs. The hallway was a bit dark, but the rooms were well-lit, had the requisite plugs, & had dark curtains. Despite being next to a community airport, it was very quiet. The mini-fridge & smallish microwave were sufficient. The TV was ~32 inches, tiny by today's standards. The pool area had some signs of wear, the pool itself was of modest size, & its temperature was on the cool side, while the hot tub was hot. Neither was crowded. Unlike any place we've been lately, they had a clock in the area, much appreciated. No restroom in the vicinity, perhaps there were in the outer hallway.

Great place to stay. Close to Emerald Downs and Casinos. Off the path but great fast food and restaurants around the area. With a Fred Meyer within a 10 min walk to get whatever you want. Love staying here weekly.

As for the hotel, great amenities including refrigerator and microwave in room. Unfortunately the hot tub was very stinky and left a terrible smell on my skin the second day that I used it. However I did mention it to the front desk and instead of saying no one else has said this, they were very nice about it and seems like they were going to do something about it. I could not drink the tap water in my room because the pipes were moldy and the water smelled terrible. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as long as you bring bottled water and check the smell of the hot tub before you get in.

The following day, we received a phone call in our room and then had the manager knock on our door to inform us that we needed to check out because, according to them, the booking was only for one night. This came as a complete surprise. We immediately showed the staff our Expedia confirmation clearly stating three nights, yet they made no effort to resolve the issue or contact Expedia themselves. We had to call Expedia while standing at the front desk. Expedia attempted multiple times to reach the hotel, but the hotel did not answer their calls, even after we informed them that Expedia was trying to contact them. In the end, Expedia had to rebook us at a different hotel due to the hotel’s lack of cooperation. To make matters worse, we were told we had to check out by 1:00 PM or we would be charged a late checkout fee. Seriously?! This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place for me. I needed a place to crash while traveling. It didnt dissapoint. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Location is good. Can be a sketchy area, but it's tucked away in an industrial area, so pretty safe.

Breakfast was good with lots of options, scrambled eggs or hard boiled, yogurt, taoast or english muffins, sausage and waffles to name a few varieties of what they had. Beds were really bad, though, and we had 2 to choose from, both weren't good and left us feeling more tired the next day than rested. Staff was friendly and the place was clean, unfortunately we won't be back due to the beds.

Clean and comfy, AC in your own room that you can set. Only thing i don't like is you will hear people closing door sound very loud from nearby rooms, they need to make the door less noisy. Otherwise would stay again.

This is my second stay here. I love that it is quiet and tucked away from the main road. Staff has always been helpful. Sadly I keep missing the times when they serve fresh cookies, but I enjoy the breakfast bar to start the day.

Staff where very nice our entire stay, very helpful. The facility is well maintained, the pool is very clean. The breakfast was mids but for being free, i cant complain at all. The yogurt they had in the breakfast area was amazing. Im sad its only available in the PNW. Great experience overall. Thank you!

The problems were few and fixable. I recommend it especially since the price was right and it's close to the freeway.

We stayed for one night to go to a concert nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast and 11:00am checkout.

One of the rooms smelled terrible like marijuana. They did change our room but then on different floors. The comfort Inn Pacific Auburn was much nicer hotel

The hotel was good, my only downside was the man working the front desk. He was rude. Check in took a long time even though everything was already paid for in advance. I asked him if they might have a needle and thread since my shoe broke in the parking lot. He was very put out and short with me. He said they might so I told him I would come back down in a few minutes to give him time. When I went back down he was on the phone, he looked right at me then turned around and left. He never came back to the front desk and I stood there for several minutes waiting. I went to the pool to keep an eye on my kids and I could see the front desk and he hadn't returned in a half hour or more. I gave up...

Very disappointed in the hotel overall. Reservations were messed up. Sent to a room alteady occupied. No hot water, phone didn't work, roomed had a horrible odor. Happy to check out early.

Be aware the hotel is next to the airport, you won’t have any trouble hearing the planes take off at 7:00 in the morning. Also, breakfast options are not as generous as other hotels, fortunately there’s a Starbucks nearby.

I wish I knew but our power was out by the sounds of it Indian people work there and it looked like they were trying to save on electric bill. This was first night stay, pool was not clean so dirty. We asked to clean it they never did. My kids could catch a disease. Hot tub just looked like they splashed bath soap in it. There was mold and old smell in hotel rooms, breakfast was cold and bad quality food, sat down to eat breakfast had hair chunks on tables.. over all was a nightmare experience for hotel stay. Do not go here you will regret later. I’m a single mom and I wasn’t able to get refund.. I was so disappointed.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. We were surprised to hear housekeeping before 8am on Saturday morning knocking on doors, vacuuming and talking loudly.

We liked the location of the property which was close to places we wanted to visit like Muckleshoot Casino and the Outlet Mall.

Decent hotel, very noisy floors above, plywood floors made an extreme amount of noise with guests walking on them, got woken up at 8:00 am by housekeeper knocking on my door, did not appreciate it. Bathroom door very creaky when opening and closing. Otherwise a good room.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made me feel genuinely welcome—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The pool was a definite highlight—clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast! A delicious spread with plenty of options to suit every taste, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!

For the price it’s a good place

The shower had no pressure and the bath didn't have a working plug. It was very run down. The staff were very friendly and customer focused.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful!! Plenty of parking as well. Beds were comfortable. There was a strong smell of cleaning supplies throughout the hotel and in the room, but we just opened the window to air it out and it was fine.

Very basic place to stop on the way to your travels. Continental breakfast was adequate, they had a waffle maker and options for hot and cold breakfast items. The beds were fine and there was options for soft and firm pillows. Check in was easy and quick, along with checking out. The only thing that I found irritating was that we came back to the hotel late at night and there was a front desk person playing on his phone and the front door was locked. He didn’t even look up to address us. I saw a note on the door that said to use the side door to get in it. It was raining and I had my kids with me, so that was annoying. The explanation I got was that it was for safety reasons they lock the front door. I guess you are SOL if you have late check in.

First off our heater kept shutting off so they moved us to a different room, 2nd… our key card didn’t work… 3rd.. the hot shower was actually Luke warm on the hottest setting, 4th.. our bed sheet cover had long black wad of hair sitting on it. Will never come back to this establishment.

Lovely people working, a bit confused when we pulled up to a random machine that was seemingly broken and in pieces in the parking lot. Also what looked to be splattered white paint on a tan bit of the wall in our room, otherwise was a nice stay.

The staff at this property truly care about their hotel and the guests who stay there. You can see it in the well kept property and the friendliness of the staff. At one point, my mom made a remark that the housekeeper was whistling as she worked, and said, "wow, she must really enjoy working here." When the employees enjoy where they work, it shows in everything they do. Nolan, who welcomed us when we checked in, was so kind, and went all out dressed as Santa for Christmas Eve. They have warm cookies and smiles in the evening, and free breakfast in the morning. Natasha was so helpful when we decided to stay an extra night, she made sure to help me keep the same room (not always an option, so very grateful). The hotel is tucked back behind some stores and restaurants, only a mile from downtown Auburn, so it's super convenient and walkable. Surprisingly quiet and very well kept, you could forget it's located in a high traffic area. This is definitely my new go to when visiting Seattle.

I am completely blown away. Everyone here is remarkably kind and helpful – the gal at the front desk has been working relentlessly every single day and night is absolutely phenomenal. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here above anywhere else I’ve ever been. I lost power all week. I’m a teacher and I needed to do report cards and teach and they’ve made it effortlessly easy for me.

carpets need to be cleaned. My 2 year olds feet were colored black from the floors. Other then thst everything else was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.
