Very nice rooms!

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast had something for everyone's preference. The pool was a joy to swim in. There was lots of parking, and the motel is just off the street.

Super disappointed with our stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament so very aware there were going to be lots of kids and noise however there is a major design flaw on the second floor and there is a large seating area directly outside the room we stayed in so kids were hanging out and being loud well past midnight. Tried to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. Additionally, toilet did not work correctly and the seat was broken causing it to slide all over as you sat. Definitely do not recommend.

Breakfast was amazing! Our towels left black hairs all over us when we showered though and we are all blonde. The pool was nice but was closed in the morning with an out of order sign the rest of our stay.

We were looking for a nights stay that wasn't super cheap so we would actually be comfortable. This place fit our expectations. It was reasonably priced and included breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. There were several youth sports teams staying there at the same time, but with the layout of the place, we didn’t hear them at all! It was a bit "out of the way", but very close to food and shopping. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Unfortunately, we also left a massage gun in our room, and when we called to inquire about it, we were told it wasn’t found. That was really disappointing and added to the overall negative experience. I expected better service and care, especially when it comes to guest belongings. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.—

This is a great hotel close to your home, super spacious, we are still helping at our room and our stay even though it was only one night. Everything was clean, organized, staff was helpful and friendly. There was a big event going on during our stay and even that was fun to see and did not impact our stay in anyway.

The hotel itself was goid and tge staff was friendly. The sound carry from room to room was terrible. You could hear everything from surrounding rooms.

The property is clean. The pool was nice. They put us in a room next to a loud ass train. I’ve stayed here over 10 years all different times and practically lived at this hotel for a month under different management. I’ve never been in a room where it was so loud, but I had to call the front desk at three in the morning and ask him what the hell is going on outside. It sounded like somebody was taking a giant garbage dumpster and dumping in the dump truck all night long. Also, the front desk girl upon check-in was horrible. They had a little game that spin a thing and you could get Best Western points or rewards so I spent it and I get this thing that says high five and I go what does that mean and she goes do you want a high five I did not want to hi-fi a random stranger so I said no then she’s like oh well you would’ve got 1000 points like maybe explain the rules before the game that would help and the fact that she just said nope you don’t get the points because I wouldn’t hi-fi her is probably the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. You should probably work on your customer service, especially with your greeters at the front desk.

Not very sound proof. Could hear very loud booms from the train yards around the property. Could hear the TV through the wall. It was chilly and no extra blankets in the room. Young gal who checked us in seemed stressed or frustrated for some reason and was short like she wanted us to check in quickly. They also take $150 out of your account in top of your reservation for incidentals and say you should get it back “soon”.

Nice place we stay here often

The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was made to order delicious cheesy hash brown potatoes included, which was my favorite opened at five for breakfast, which is awesome.

The property was great. Unfortunately we were there the same time that a LARGE amount of kids were there (a tournament was in town) and the walls are paper thin. They ran up and down the hallway until 2am and the people above us ran around their room stomping all night. On top of that there were dogs barking in the room right next to ours. We weren’t able to test out the pool with the amount of people in it but we had the continental breakfast and that was great! Hopefully next time we will pick a better weekend to stay :)

Second room mold in the shower and above the shower and frig was dirty. Hit tub had big clumps of hair floating in it yuck. Staff was great they r very accommodating. We stay here often its the first time we've had issues with cleanliness. Every room is different

We have been staying here every weekend. It is a decent hotel or we wouldn't go back. The staff is great very accommodating the pool and hot tub are a nice perk. It would be nice if they served breakfast later on the weekends we never get to have it cause we sleep in. Definitely prefer the king room especially room 301 very nice. Hot tub was broken

It was our Family Christmas present so we got a hotel with a pool. Found this one and decided this one since it was so close the Dave and Busters. I thought that would be a fun activity for the family as the kids are grown. The staff was great, rooms were great, pool was open 24 hours what!! You don’t find that often so it was fun to do some night swimming. Thank you!

The shower creaked like it had a plastic cover over an old tub. Walls were thin could hear other showers and toilet flush while in bathroom. Trains were active the morni.g we stayed.

The bed was very comfortable, rolling shower with shower chair worked very good. The breakfast buffet was tasty with many items to choose from. Front door staff was very polite and friendly and made us feel welcome.

The only thing I did not like is that the toliet in the room was very low. Its not regular heigh like the restrooms in the hallway.

Friendly staff

At first glance, the property looks great! But once you settle in you start seeing all the fingerprints left on the cabinets, door handles, table tops. The carpet smelled terrible in the second room we were moved to. The first room we had had roaches crawling out the cupboards. (I have a video) the second room we were in I saw a roach while eating at the table but I didn’t have time to record it. I couldn’t sleep comfortably thinking about how a roach can easily sneak into our stuff and travel back home with us. The staff was very friendly. It’s been 2 days since my stay and I still have yet to hear from a manager regarding any discount/points to compensate for the unfortunate stay.

The facilities were excellent. Absolutely no noise from any other room. View was great from the 4th floor. Staff was cordial and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

What stood out the most was Amy at the front desk. She went above and beyond, even while handling rude guests, and she maintained a smile the entire time. She is the reason we will be back. The General Manager, Malia, also provided outstanding service and was very understanding. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, and we loved the variety in the gift shop. Everything was fantastic! Receptionist service was poor

Lucia was the kindest staff. She helped me get a room for an extra person. She gave us extra blankets and pillows as well. She was so nice and it made us feel welcome and happy.

Over the property itself was good. However it is situated in an industrial area. No real dining in the area and everything is a short drive away.

Check in person was amazing but only one person to check in a full hotel. Not her fault at all. There should be more people at the counter at 4pm.

I loved our stay here; the location is close to many stores while being secluded for privacy. There is a constant beeping on the fourth floor, smoke detector somewhere, that was very annoying and the staff did not stop it when asked. This is my only gripe. Other than the beeping the room is nice and updated

There is a train track and highway near the facility. The train noise is amplified by adjacent buildings. The rooms on that end of the facility are affected by occasional loud train and truck noise.

The gal at the night desk was amazing. We have been staying with you guys for years, and every time is a good time.

Upon arrival we tried to store our food inside the fridge and the fridge was dirty with old food. I called the front desk and they told us to just take out and place it in the hallway. Nobody picked up the garbage or took a new bag for the garbage can.

Comfortable stay with a relaxing atmosphere

There was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet ran all night high pitched squealing, we couldn't sleep. The hotel was full so we couldn't change rooms, the sink didn't drain.

My whole family loves this hotel. The only bad thing i would say is the ice machine on 1st floor has been broken since last year and its annoying to go up to 3d floor for ice. But you can't beat the price, comfort and family friendly staff and atmosphere

We enjoyed the 2 king beds with a hide a bed. There was no bedding for the hide a bed. I attempted to contact the front desk staff about it through the qr code that leads you to a messaging system. I waited over a half hour with no response so went down stairs to get bedding from front desk. Hot and cold water at kitchenett sink was switched backwards. Bathroom pretty worn and icky. At pool area there was a pile of bandaids by the hot tub and towels scattered everywhere. I probably would not stay here again but its not the worst place ive stayed at.

Front desk staff was excellent - friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and orderly. Breakfast buffet was good with a few extras such as biscuits and gravy to make the kids happy. 2 Queen Rooms had a bunch of extra space which was nice.

I like how spacious the rooms are however I wish the linens were clean. The sofa wasn’t cleaned out not change the sheets. The previous people left so much stuff in the sofa that made it dirty. The breakfast was good but the staff close everything before 10 including the juice machine. So if you wake up late then no breakfast for you. Overall the staff were nice

I was shocked to see how nice this hotel was and friendly the staff were!!! The pool and hot tub are 24 hours and they have a happy hour!

We use this hotel every year, and its always close and convenient when visiting the area. However I wish they'd invest in some ice machines! They are usually empty or broken, and it's a PITA to go from floor to floor trying to find a little bit of ice. Also, invest in full size pillows. Why should we have to bring a standard size pillow from home? Looks like they bought a bunch of king size pillows and cut them all in half, lol.

Place was nice and clean. Check-in staff was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were great and very accommodating.

Quiet, comfortable stay. Elevator is REAL sketchy and feels like it's going to kill you every time. Front door didn't work. Room was clean and well stocked. Not far from the freeway.

Enjoyed the quietness, temperature was controlled to my preference. Excellent room service and the breakfasts were amazing. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. At first I was kind of annoyed to find the location away from the city action, but I soon appreciated the quietness as well as the easy access to the city proper!

People vaping in front and residual smell in elevator reeked of marijuana. TV didn’t work in first room. The next room didn’t have a coffee maker and the wooden valance fell from the ceiling.

I come here every few months, and I enjoy this hotel for the most part. I did notice this time the bed wasn't as comfortable as other rooms, and I was bitten by fleas a few times so they must let dogs in this room often. The bedding was missing the duvet cover normally used, making the top cover less soft. Over all, it's ok and we will return soon(I'll just request a different room, easy peazy)

What I liked most about Best Western Mountain View was the cleanliness of the property and rooms. The interior of the property including our room had a very clean smelling scent. Easy access of the freeway.

It was difficult to find with no directions & no gps available. I took us 2 hrs so missed one of the functions we were going to attend. The property itself was awesome and the happy hr was not what we were used to same goes for the breakfast; not everyone likes burritos for breakfast and we were used to a traditional breakfast re omlettes bacon, sausages etc. but all in all we were happy with it.

Awesome breakfast! Nice hot tub. Convenient to visiting family on our vacation. Only issue was that this third party app didn't send the extension itinerary when i extended an extra day, so trying to check in for both nights was trouble but the front desk person was nice. Despite making sure the next morning that we were all good for the second night, i had to get the room cards redone the next evening to get into our room. Again front desk was nice and quick, it was just an annoyance. But we loved our room, breakfast and hot tub so we are staying another night before flying out.

Parking was good. Room was OK but.. I do not like the layout. Would be helpful to have an end table at one end of the couch. I did not like the Sink in front of the bed. Not real "roomy" as far as space.

Clean property, room well equipped and functioning. Very good breakfast options. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We came a little earlier, they said the room was ready and allowed us to check in earlier without extra cost, so my boys were able to play in the pool to stay cool. There were towels stocked and fully supplied. Coffee and water were available all day which was very convenient. Very enjoyable stay and the whole family was satified!

I checked in the hotel at 4pm per policy, although the only problem was that my room was not ready, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes.

Check in was a little rough. We arrived at check in around 8pm and I was told I reservation (when she finally found it) had been cancelled. She couldn’t tell me why, or who cancelled it. It took about 20 minutes to get things figured out and she was able to reinstate our reservation. The room was fine, not quite as spacious as I expected based on description but it worked for us. The tiny tiny bathroom was a little disappointing with 6 people in our room but we managed. The breakfast downstairs was 10/10. And the kids loved the pool however the hot tub was not working which was disappointing to my husband and I. The hotel could really use some updating but all and all it was a good place to stay.

You guys still have a $150 hold on my bank account! I need that money to pay bills.

Close as you can get to White River, which was the purpose for our trip. Nothing much around it and it’s not really walkable to anywhere but also not too far from the downtown area. Seems a lot of construction people stay there. Breakfast was basic but good. Pretty quiet area. No real complaints.

Overall this property was clean only complaints I have are the remotes didn’t go with the tv was told many of times that someone would fix it no one ever came to. Staying with smaller kids tv is a must. Went out for the day left do not enter sign on door came back to all lien taken not replaced went and spoke to desk they didn’t seem to care. Asked for more lien instead of someone coming to replace she handed me all lien at desk for six people and three beds.. kids loved the breakfast very clean hotel overall
