I didn’t stay here. I was put off by people hanging out in the parking lot it didn’t feel safe for myself and my daughter.

For a $70 fee it would have been king of acceptable, but not for the fee of $363 that they charged me. If you are going to rise 500% the price, for room on the night of an event, at least give the place a deep clean and clean the floors on the doing; the sticky remote control didn’t change channels either, which was the less thing I really cared, the smell of humidity was king. Don’t be fooling people; we do a sacrifice to assist to our events, at least say that it’s a 1 or 2 stars, so we decide if we want to get throught with it or not.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very attentive, professional, and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was terrible. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable. The doors were rusty and deteriorated, giving the entire place a neglected appearance. The room was dirty, and the towels were stained and looked unclean, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. The only other positive aspect was that the beds were comfortable. Aside from that, the hotel was very disappointing and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

the reservation was cancelled 4/24/26. they kept sending me e-mails and i repeatedly told them the reservation was cancelled, yet THEY STILL BILLED ME!

The ladies in the office were amazing! They were so helpful and stayed busy cleaning in between helping guests. Our room had been renovated and was done well. The room was clean and smelled very nice when we came in. I didn’t need the soaps or anything but they were there if I needed them. There were the dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The air conditioning worked really well but the shower was the best! Hot water and enough water pressure to peel open your eyes that’s a good thing!
