The bathroom was clean and well kept. Our check-in reception was helpful. We were able to leave our car in the paid parking lot after we checked out to go attended the World Cup game. Proximity to Marta train station was walkable. The area is safe and clean. A large grocery store is just a two minute walk away as well as many restaurants and coffee shop. Everything is within walking distance including a large shopping mall near Dunwoody Marta station. I recommend this hotel highly for its cleanliness, safety and proximity to Marta Station, restaurants and shopping.

The only complaint I really had was my tub was not clean and there wasnt any hand soap. I had to request for it to be clean and they gave me a bar of soap. Other than that the room was nice

When I called to report the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Because the situation was not resolved, I had to go to Target and purchase my own sheets and pillowcases just to be able to sleep comfortably. This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property is very outdated. When pulling up, it gives creepy apartment vibes instead of hotel. It was an okay stay to rest our heads at night before getting back on the road for a long trip.

The rooms can use renovations. Most metal piece attached to closets and bathroom fixtures are rusted. Behind the wall pullout bed needs thorough cleaning. Overall the rooms needs a total makeover.

There were a few “minuses” I could comment on, but I feel the pluses really outweigh it. The space was very clean. The room was spacious, the fitness center was huge – way bigger than I expected, and it was nice to work out in that space! The staff was lovely, and my family and I could walk out of the hotel doors and walk on well-maintained sidewalks to a Starbucks and other stores which was which was nice. I would say the few “minuses” were the dimly lit hallways, and some of the furniture was visibly worn. Also small things like only having one wastebasket throughout all the rooms… Really minor things. It was more than made up for by the nice ambience and welcoming team. I would definitely stay here again!

This property changed hands many times and has not been updated. I’ve stayed at Wyndham Properties and this one needs a complete overhaul. From the popcorn ceilings to the dusty carpet. The air conditioning don’t reach the entire floor some areas have and some don’t. The breakfast is way overpriced. The furniture in the common areas are old and dirty. The staff was on life support dry and listless no energy whatsoever. Whoever owns this property flag it something else or live up to the Wyndham brand!

Hotel is in a great location with many eateries nearby and the highway is very close . Only thing is parking during the late night weekend is HORRIBLE . the lot was completely full and i had to park closer to the hotel adjacent from Wyndham

There were no amenities in my room when I arrived the sink was stopped up the entire stay, even after I called. I didn’t get any room service or clean towels I had to call after the third day!!! Old needs updating. Probably won’t stay again!!

It's a basic clean place to stay but for the price and other hotels in the areas, I wouldn't choose this location again. The room was clean and had the basics. The TV is very dated. Limited channels but no viewing options of your own subscriptions which would be helpful given that the pool wasn't working and there was nothing else to do. And charging for breakfast for $22.00 per day is wild. I stayed nearby in March and switched to this location (regrettably). Unless this changes, I won't be staying again. And there is also a $50 per night incidental and daily parking fees in a giant lot where most hotels don't charge to park.

We reserved the family suite and it was very spacious with many beds. Hotel was clean and the pool and gym were nice.

Location is always perfect for my husband and I date nights and staycations. The property is slowly going down hill. Our bathroom sink was stopped up. Maintenance came to fix but it only made the water go down a little bit faster but didn't completely correct the issue. The light kept flickering in the bathroom and there were 2 old water bottles on our balcony. Previously we never had to pay for parking but now it is $10 per day which is crazy.

It wasn’t terrible but I booked based on rave reviews and didn’t have a rave worthy experience. I called ahead of time and a very nice gentleman on the phone put a note on my reservation to have a pack and play in our room for a 6 month old. We got there to check in and the front desk employee was very brief and unwelcoming but maybe just a long day. Went to our room which was at the very end of the hallway and not lit up well at all! I would be very uncomfy if I was alone staying in that corridor. There was no pack and play. I went down to the desk to ask for one. Housekeeping dropped it off and it was broken. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered so we just said forget it. The room also immediately smelled like BO when we walked in, no air freshener in the bathroom. The entire hotel and room felt like the ac was off. There was also no soap for the tub or conditioner in the shower. It was clean enough but overall, wouldn’t stay again. I will say the woman working the desk during checkout was super kind! Again, maybe the guy working the night of check in was just having a bad day but he was also busy talking to someone on his personal phone.

The facility itself was great the gentleman that is there during the evening he is wonderful but the manager and the morning clerk really have issues because they don't understand how the system works and they cheated me out of an 154 dollars I was told to leave because their system kicked out a payment according to them and went back to my account it's been 3 days and the payment has not actually posted to my account yet and they told me that I could not stay because their system had done something wrong with my payment because they were sufficient funds in my account at the time that I made the payment and there was no reason for it to be kicked out they say that because it got kicked out my first day was not paid for so the payment I had made on the third day for that day was used to pay for the first day which means that I had to come up with a whole nother payment for that day even though I had just paid them plus I had paid them two days before that and the day after so I only got two days of stay for 3 Days of payment and they refuse to admit that they are wrong and I know they're wrong now because it still has not posted back to my account at all. The money is not there it's been over 30 days I want a free day and my money back that's the only way that they can make up for it

I read the reviews both good and bad. At first I was skeptical but after my stay in the suite. I was highly satisfied. Clean, great staff by the way, small balcony but nice for the price a night. I had zero complaints would definitely stay here again. They say location was in the “hood” 😏 it’s NOT.

We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed our stay, we had in and out parking throughout ($10 per night) wish we could’ve spoke to a manager to give us a bit of a deduction/discount maybe since we had a more lengthy stay, we didn’t use much of the amenities other than the gym which was spacious, cleaning came every 3 days and replaced sheets, towels, no problems. overall there wasn’t any issues. Two nights on solo work trip - Filthy bathroom, dusty everywhere in sleeping area, toilet was dirty all around outside of it, fingernail clippings and crud in bathroom floor corners. Super ick. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice when I checked in upon my late arrival, I went straight to sleep and covered the floor with my bathroom towels so I didn’t have to walk on it. And next morning when housekeeping was in the room next-door cleaning I asked them to please clean my bathroom and I asked very nicely. I got an eye roll and wasn’t sure what to expect when I came back to the room tonight after working another 14 hour shift, I’m not completely surprised that nothing was cleaned except fresh towels were replaced in the bathroom. I will not return and I do not recommend. I’d rather reviews before I booked the hotel and many of the comments very explicitly said the hotel and the rooms were clean. I can’t believe it because now that I look at the details throughout the hotel floors and hallways in the elevators and so forth, it’s all grimy dirty.

The First Room We Were Given Was Infested With Ants. Within Only About An Hour Of Being In The Room, Staff Told Us We Needed To Hurry & Eat Our Food And Throw Our Trash Away Somewhere Else As If We Caused The Problem. We Were Also Told The Ants Were “Just Nature,” Instead Of The Issue Being Properly Addressed. The Room Also Had Old Debris Left On The Floor Along With An Old Stocking Cap From Previous Guests, Which Clearly Showed The Room Had Not Been Properly Cleaned. Although Staff Did Move Us To Another Room, That Room Was Not Much Better. There Was Blood On The Sheets, Old Bobbi Pins Left On The Floor, More Debris, And The Toilet Did Not Work Properly. At That Point, It Was Very Clear That Cleanliness And Room Inspection Standards Were Severely Lacking. I Am Still Waiting To Hear Back Regarding My Refund. I Have Called And Emailed Multiple Times With Little To No Response From The Property, Which Has Made This Entire Situation Even More Frustrating. Cleanliness, Functioning Rooms, And Basic Customer Service Should Be The Bare Minimum At Any Hotel. This Entire Experience Was Unsanitary, Frustrating, And Inconvenient

I really enjoyed my stay. I went there for a staycation and reserved the deluxe room with the jacuzzi tub! It was just what I needed. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The bed was very very comfortable! The room was spacious. The only nack against it is that the building needs upgrades/renovations as far as the walls, floors, lighting and some plumbing. I brought my own food so I was good. The staff members at the desk were nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

The location of this hotel is amazing! There are so many stores and restaurants nearby! The staff were very friendly, kind and professional. They greeted us with smiles and made nice conversation. Our king suite was very spacious, just like the photos. It was VERY clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! There are only two things that I did not like about the property. I did not like the fact that the $50 deposit was per day, not just $50 overall for the duration of the stay. I also did not like that there’s a $10 per day charge for parking!!! Parking should absolutely be free! We are already paying to stay at your establishment. That should be enough. I don’t recall seeing either of those extra costs mentioned when booking the room.

The staff were really great especially Darlene at the bar, she made amazing drinks and provided useful tips for getting around. Gus at the front desk and the other guy don’t remember his name was very helpful and friendly. I just wished that they had a bellman to assist with luggage or packages. No toothpaste or brush was provided as amenities. Please bring your own.

The room was very outdated & not the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in, but not super clean. The bed was clean at least. It smelled like weed in the room. They don’t give you any garbage cans to throw away garbage and had a note saying there was a black large trash bag to put stuff in but that was nowhere to be found. Other than that, good location for where I needed to be, and had what I needed.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and it was quiet, I stayed in a suite with jacuzzi. It’s very spacious with a living room area. The only thing I would say is the furnitures need changing they’re old and only one jet in the jacuzzi was working. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

As well as the bed was just being remade from the previous person leaving with their fresh food stains on it folded to perfection, I asked for house cleaning to change my bed nicely and they told me it was too late, mind u I just checked in @3pm.. I go downstairs to tell the front desk host and they lied and said no house cleaning was here he’s FOR SURE they all left hours ago when I jus had a conversation with them.. hrs go by as I was gone enjoying the city I returned for a quick outfit change and noticed the bed linen was now changed. Otherwise nice room loved the balcony and the overall room set up!

Old wallpaper, walls and ceiling paint needs touching up, wood trim on the bottom of the doors are rotting, box springs old, and worst of all, the linens/towels are only replenished and rooms serviced every 3 days.

Staff was great. Rooms were okay floor was stained some sheets appeared to also have stains but the beds were clean. Location was great. Overall it was okay

Be aware of a parking fee which is probably posted somewhere; however, it isn't verbalized to you when checking-in.

It was a great suite, we just ran into a few issues like a clogged shower drain, and a TV that was malfunctioning. The issues we had with the mini fridge and microwave was fixed immediately and they managed to fix the drains a bit. Overall though, i would definitely go back for another stay.

They charged me 21 dollars and never gave me a reason why.

Property was easy to find. Front desk was polite. There were lots of guests as the parking lot was full but we only saw a couple people on our floor. It was very quiet. Room was clean but bedding had a VERY strong bleach odor. Also there is a $10 per night charge to park in the parking lot which was a little strange to me since I already paid to stay there.

Overall it was a good clean room. And on top of that they had a lot of stores nearby which was convenient for me because I’m a terrible packer. Only thing I didn’t like is that none of the balcony’s in the room open but other than that it was okay. Oh, they give me my deposit a day after check out!

Hotel does not offer daily room cleaning , leaves a gallon sized black trash bag for YOU to put your trash in and place outside the door .

They have a bad plumbing system. My husband was using the Jacuzzi tube the water was backing up into the shower. That's a no no. Then hotel carpet wasn't clean. We ask for room service didn't change sheets.

This is my second time staying, I enjoyed my stay for the most part! Only issue I had was that I seen a few flies inside the room, other than that everything was okay. That could easily be fixed cause it wasn’t overwhelming, just something I seen.

The room was relatively clean but the property is very dated and this contributed to cleanliness. The carpet in our room was stained all over, there was rippling in the carpet and it was pulling up in corners. The towel rack in the bathroom was partially falling out of the wall. There were stains in the wallpaper and the curtains. The reviews and especially the photos of the property did not accurately reflect the expected conditions of the room. I wanted to move to a different property but our reservation was already prepaid and we just slept there instead of spending a ton of time in the room. The sheets and bedding were clean, but the rest of the room was lackluster and in need of serious renovation so hotel staff can properly clean the rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and we're supposed to get refreshed linens and new towels on day 3 but that never happened either. The location worked out great for us for the trip but we will not be staying at this location again.

This property was one of my favorites. It was a huge room with doors to separate the living room and bedroom. The bathrooms are nice. Overall a good stay. Quiet and clean!

The room was surprisingly large and the bed was comfortable.The carpet we pretty dirty and tore up. The hallways are quite dark and made me feel slightly unsafe as a woman staying alone.

Stay was good. They changed some of the rules prior to coming there. They do charge for parking now($10 per night). That was thrown on us at check in. They send plenty of emails before your check in date where they could've informed us then. Didnt like the "well they just changed the policy 2 days prior" comment that was told to us.

You get charged to park in their parking lot. Which I feel should be part of your hotel stay. I mean you’re paying to stay at said hotel. When we got there we didn’t have any hand soap or trash bags in the cans and had to ask for those. When we got ready to make coffee there was hair and something else in the coffee cups provided. Staff was very polite at the front desk.

We booked a certain room and we were not put in the room that we were supposed to be put in. We called down to the office once we realized it and they said that they were gonna do some about it. Make a long story short we slept in the same room all night. Customer service skills aren’t there with this hotel

The intial room was NOT up to par so I'm thankful I was able to get another room despite the hotel being booked that weekend. Definitely enjoyed the food from the bar downstairs!!! The breakfast on the other hand was not worth the money, McDonald's would've been better. If I were to stay here again, it would have to be in the EXACT room.

The staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. The rooms were extremely clean as well as warm cozy and welcoming. The bar and wait staff were top shelf in their service as well as their food quality.

Front desk staff seems like they didn’t want to work. Poor attitude, lack of care and professionalism for their work place. Dealing with the front desk girls responsible for the check in was a very unpleasant experience. The gentleman was a delight to deal with. Wouldn’t not stay here again even for this cheap price. Amenities was lacking too. Very basic television package without any streaming. For a 3 stars, that’s unacceptable.

hotel wreaked of weed. the hallways, elevator, and especially our room. not much was offerred to fix the situation. the workers there made it seem like it was normal, but this was a non smoking hotel/roooms. hotel rooms were super outdated. dont usually write reviews but the smell was so bad it gave us headaches.

I’ve stayed at this property before it became a Wyndham and prior to the change the staff was very mediocre. None of them seem to want to be at work. The brown skinned gentleman who wears glasses is the only staff I’ve encountered that was pleasant and seemed interested in providing service. Considering the price of the rooms per night my expectations weren’t very high. I needed the space and location. Rooms can be cleaner.

The room didn’t get cleaned for three days, apparently it is policy that you have to stay longer than three nights. Well, imagine the build up over 3 nights in a hotel room. Not ideal. On top of that the TV’s didn’t allow streaming. Wish I knew that before booking. The website says they have a gym/spa…. When I asked the front desk, they responded “the gym is the spa”. Ok. Apparently the spa was where the bathroom showers are now. The gym was the nicest feature as the room felt dated, the tub felt like it could have been in Scarface. The breakfast access you pay extra for, literally a fruit bowl… next to some homefries (not fresh) and some bacon. The stay left a lot to be desired.

King Suite Room was spacious and has a little nice balcony. I like the layout and staff were friendly. Only complain is their bathroom design is kinda bad - water will splash all over the bathroom and flood, there was no drain

Stay was good just confusion on the benefits for the executive lounge. There was a roach in the bathroom otherwise the property was very well kept and the hotel staff in the morning and evening were all very kind and friendly.

Everything from the room to the staff & location was 100/10. We visited last December & this past December as well & we love it!

No maid service for the 4 nights we stayed. Upon checkout we were informed we'd had to have called and requested room cleaning. Had to ask for additional towels, toilet paper, basic necessities Staff was friendly but seemed to lack any guidance or training on how to provide hotel services. This was overall a disappointing stay since we've been to this same property many times over the years. Needs more attention to cleaning and customer service. This is a very crowded industry and this hotel will not survive unless changes are made. We will likely stay at a different property next time we are in Atlanta.

The rooms are very dated and border on seeing unclean particularly the carpet. Rooms are only cleaned every 4 days unless requested. Overall it was fine but I wouldn’t stay again.

This was our 2nd time staying. Everything is always clean. The pool was clean, the lounge area is nice. The staff are friendly and professional. This is definitely our go to when we travel to see our family! I recommend the suite if you are traveling in a group or with children!

I got two connecting rooms and I honestly can’t complain. Water stayed hot the entire time lol I love how there are multiple ways to utilize the space due to separating doors throughout the suite and bathroom/ dressing area. Will definitely be back again

The front desk gave us a key to someone else’s room so we walked in on someone. When we did get to our room it was very dusty, bugs were in the hot tub & their wasn’t any trash bags in the trash cans.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. When we called out the gentleman came out and did not acknowledge us with a good evening, hello or anything. He went to the computer and asked if we had a reservation. The room was clean but the bed was too soft for our liking.

Travelled with 2 adults and 3 kids and the suite we had was a good amount of room for all of us. The area around the hotel was great as well near the Perimeter Mall lots of choices for dinning and shopping. We had a good stay.

My baby dropped her pacifier in the bedroom and while looking for it, I discovered a dried up used condom on the floor. I alerted the front desk and he apologized profusely and stated that he would let housekeeping know. The first two nights of our three night stay, there was an overpowering marijuana smell wafting under our door and through the hallways. Housekeeping only came to our room once during our three nights. We ended up putting our trash out in the hallway for it to be picked up. The bed was comfortable. The pullout couch bed was okay. A pack n play was provided for my baby to sleep in. And the staff were very friendly.

Room needs updating, Holes in curtains and bathroom door, executive lounge needs to have more selection or replenish what’s available.Some staff members need to be more hospitable. They were cordial but not welcoming. We had several issues with our room but they did their best to fix it. However there are better up to date options in the area. I will not choose this particular property again.

The carpet stains were plentiful. Honestly, the reviews were what swayed my stay, however the reviews that I read did not match the experience we had. We had a club level room, (which meant nothing because the club was “closed” per desk staff. I won’t be back to the property, definitely not a “clean” Hilton… needs a remodel badly.

Beware of this place as they charged me for a "late checkout". Mine you house keeping came by at 11:50 as I was about to exit the room. I told her wait a minute as I was finishing up putting a shirt in my bag. The key was given to the guest services at 12. How was this a late checkout: I will never stay here or with Hilton again. Housekeeping service on a holiday weekend was appreciated. They did an excellent job.

The staff were not very personable, except in the restaurant. The breakfast staff was very nice and accommodating, front desk could use some work. I also had a problem with my toilet, it kept making very loud disturbing noises. I called the front desk, someone came up but the problem still remained.

Very friendly reception staff. Only issue I had was when it came to getting some service in my room. I asked twice and no one came, I just asked for my bedding to be changed/bed made. And they just left a bag with sheets on my door so I had to do it.

As I was about to check out, I received a phone call from the front desk that said I was smoking in my room. Told her I do not smoke. So before I proceeded to leave my room, I went and found someone that works in the hotel to walk in my room and make sure there wasn’t any smoking in my room. The maintenance man came in and checked it out and said he would walk downstairs with me. When I got downstairs, he proceeded to tell the front desk clerk that I wasn’t smoking and it was a smell on the floor that I was staying on. Then she said she charged me $50 late checkout fee and I tried to explain to her that the only reason I was late is because I was trying to find someone to inspect my room so I would not be charged later. Being a Hilton honors member that’s literally in a Hilton hotel 2 to 3 nights out of every week. This is very disappointing.

Upgraded to club access, club closed on weekends. No cook to order eggs. Asked for an early room clean and they came at 2pm. The stay was off for me compared to other Hiltons.

Our family stayed here in a king executive suite, booked for a full week. We unfortunately had to end our visit after just 3 nights due to bugs. The king bed was lovely, but the pull-down Murphy bed, where my young sons slept, apparently had some sort of bugs that bit both of them all over their legs, arms, and faces (30-50 bites per child). We laundered everything and moved to a new room, but had the same problem: new bug bites in the morning. These were not mosquitoes - their legs still have scars from these bites, which are fading very slowly 2 weeks after our stay. I take no pleasure in publicly sharing this information, which I've already sent to the hotel. We lost 2 days of our family trip due to laundering all of our belongings and moving rooms and finally to a new hotel. One of the worst travel experiences I've ever had.

Clean, quiet, in better than average condition. The A/C was cranked when I arrived and the room was 64degrees. I was able to heat it up a little with the room control, but it took a very long time. Overall, a very nice place and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My husband is a smoker, though, and he didn't like having to go to the ground floor to go out and smoke. But, we realized on the last day that there was a balcony on our room that he could have been using. Although, this is probably frowned upon. The fact that they didn't have a complimentary breakfast saddended us, but there is a Wendy's close by and they were running a 1 dollar biscuit deal, so all was well. Lol. Plus the rooms have a fridge ay microwave. The staff was excellent. Friendly and attentive. The room was mostly clean. The shower had a little bit of dirt that I had to rinse out and the fitted sheet on the bed had what appeared to be a blood stain. But, it looked like it had been laundered. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings could use some updating, as they were stained somewhat from use. The common areas were clean, as was the pool area. We didnt use the pool, but seberal families did. The noise from the pool was a little loud at times, as kids like to scream when playing in water, ya know. But, it wasn't unbearable. The jetted tub was nice and the provided toiletries were good quality and had a nice scent. All in all, I would recommend this place for families, couples, and business travelers. This part of ATL is fairly quiet and the traffic never got bad. Plenty of convenient shopping and eateries. The Goodwill up the road is a good one, also.

Property is ok. We did not receive the room paid for and management refused to change it to an acceptable one. Only spent one out of four nights scheduled. Expecting refund. Consideration for guests is nil at this property. We had great experience in this property before but not now!

jetted tub was leaking, only one jet worked, didn’t bother getting in it. Soaked the carpet, drained very slow, was still more than half full when we left the property not a good experience

Room was poorly vacuumed and smelled of cigarettes, stained sheets, toilet was broken. Put a service request for repair before going out for the evening and it was not repaired at all during our stay; we had to go down to the lounge to use the bathroom.

on check in the room we had reserved was not ready even though we got there around 6 pm. we were supposed be on the 6th floor executive family room. for whatever reason we were told the room was not ready and we had to be placed on the 5th floor family room. I know the property was old but I feel it could have been better organized and remodeled better. we have stayed in Hilton hotels numerous time and this one was not up to standards. we were really disappointed. the bed was not comfortable. we made the mistake in thinking this was going to be a great hotel that we didn't use the cancelation or paid extra to cancel if we didn't like it. Hilton we are truly disappointed in this property and our stay was not what we have experienced in other Hilton Brand Hotels. we lost time and money on this one.

Everyone at the front desk was really nice very much helpful. Everything went well during my stay. I’ve never stayed at this Hilton before, but I was happy. They had a tub and I could take a nice bath. Also housekeeping was very nice and I love that they had a balcony that you can actually go out on. My only complaint was my noisy neighbor next-door. They were just reckless with the noise, but thank you guys so much. I will definitely stay here again.
