    I love this place. Beautiful aesthetics. Very clean. Staff was helpful. I had a room on 65th floor and the windows are wall to wall so I was stuck looking over beautiful Atlanta. I enjoyed my stay. Will be back soon.

    Nicely secured felt safe The main entrance was blocked making it bars with all the one ways to get in parking lot when they closed the side road to the other entrance I believe they should keep all entrances open

    The hotel was very clean, and the security team was excellent and made us feel safe throughout our stay. The valet service was convenient, although it was $65, and there was also a $200 deposit required at check-in. The staff was okay—not exceptional, but they got the job done. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the cleanliness and outstanding security.

    The fabulous view! The overall atmosphere was amazing! On my floor a family fight or argument occurred which was alarming for myself and my infant granddaughter. The bed was not as comfortable as I expected and the bathroom is outdated with the hard to operate shower doors which is super heavy glass doors. The elevator was horrible to operate not only for myself but other guests as well.

    Highly recommend this hotel. Me and my friend(both of us from out of town) decided on this hotel mainly because of the location to the activities we wanted to do. We were pleasantly surprised by how the staff treated us the moment we walked in. Every staff member I came in contact with was very pleasant, especially Will. He did an amazing job checking us in, he was very knowledgeable and informative about not just the hotel but the surrounding area. For example, we came up to him one evening, we were in my mood for pizza. We asked him and no hesitation, he was able to run down a list a pizza places, with directions and his personal opinion on them all. That was a tremendous help especially since we weren’t from Atlanta. As far as the room, amazing, the view from the 64th floor was incredible especially at night but I can’t get over my ears popping everytime we got on the elevator but hey thats what happens when you’re on a high floor like that. Now normally I skip breakfast and decide to sleep in when I’m on vacation but the hotel had a delicious breakfast worth waking up for,(and I like the fact that the breakfast hours were 7-12 so even if I wanted to sleep in, I could still wake up in time to grab breakfast) which included my favorite, grits eggs and bacon, among other things. Overall, it was a great experience 10/10, would definitely stay there again.

    Overall the experience was good. The lobby/structure was lovely and the staff was great. The amenities were nice. The view and room was nice and clean. Parking kinda sucks - Hotel parking is $65 a day/night so if you’re bringing a vehicle be aware. There were also little issues around the hotel: the soap holder in our bathroom was removed from the wall and the chalking remained, there were small areas of chipped painted through the hotel and inside the room, areas where the carpet was coming up slightly, furniture in the room was showing signs of wear. It wasn’t anything major but overall the hotel shows signs of wear.

    Convenient location, Lobby is pretty Bathrooms were not clean, there was mold on tile floors. Kept hearing a metal clanging noise above the hotel so it made it difficult to sleep. Valet parking was seriously overpriced, the parking staff ripped the bumper of my car since its a low vehicle and I'm guessing they parked over the parking bump. The shower temp was hard to control, there seems to be a problem with the valve. The door to the room needs to be readjusted, it sticks and you have to pull on it to make sure it closes.

    The rooms are not what I expected. The bathroom was small and the room wasn’t really updated. A step up from a motel. I don’t know what it is with Marriott properties but they’re terrible. Also when I was leaving out of my room to check out, there was a bug in the bathroom crawling around. Not a huge fan of my stay. Will not be returning and will not recommend.

He greeted us with a warm smile. This was one of the few the smiles we received from your hotel staff. Blare from the reception area was very helpful and kind as well. She recommended a great Italian restaurant and helped us identify what is walking distance. The GA was a small safe walk. The State Farm and Mercedes stadium are walkable distance as well.     The staff were great. The parking attendants were good. Just takes a little while to retrieve your car. The streets are walkable, but it’s Atlanta, so take that for what you will. You get a great view from the upper floors. Don’t know if that makes up for everything else. I’m glad I got to go in the building, but it’ll probably never happen again.

    The hotel was nice and safe, however, the elevator process was a little frustrating to navigate because sometimes the keycard would not work with the elevator so we’d have to get out and use another elevator, and or, wait to use a specific elevator that we knew would work with our card—it was like Russian roulette with elevators. The only other downside that I want others to consider, is the parking. The directions/location of the valet parking was very unclear and difficult to follow—as first-time visitors to the area, so we ended up having to use a nearby public parking garage which was fine too. Thankfully, there are good public parking spots for cheaper rates just within walking distance from the hotel, if the hotel valet parking is full.

    Property was centrally located but unfortunately we stayed doing a convention weekend and my initial reservation for two double beds was not honored and we had to take a king bed with a cot upon check in. I am an envoy member and was told that we would be moved the next day but upon checking at the front desk at 10am the next day and then again later that evening we were told that there were no doubles available. My reservation was paid in advance so it would have cause more of an issue to check out and relocate to another hotel. Maid and In-Room dining service was exceptional.

    Given the immensity of the hotel and activity in the area, the complex as a whole was well run, quick to register, valet park (in and out) elevators and all operations efficient. The entire hotel and rooms were clean, quiet’ beds super comfortable although the electrical ports for charging and any other plug in device were dated and located hidden behind unmovable beds. We had to get on hands and knees to plug our charging cords to have them bedside with no usb, usb-c ports anywhere in the room. Otherwise great short stay.

    We were on the 69th floor. Our room was very noisy. The elevator could be heard every time it ran. Sounded like a subway train. There was a weird woo noise that went on and off every 15 seconds or so the whole time we were in the room. The next day we asked for a different room. We were moved to the 27th floor. No more woo sound, quieter elevator. The bathroom was somewhat dirty. There were some hairs stuck to the walls and on the floor, and spots of something splattered on a wall. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The hair and splatter were still there after housekeeping cleaned the room for us one morning. The gym is very nice. The pool it's self was nice. We went in the evening. There were several large cockroaches wondering around the pool area. Some of the large tiles around the pool were loose. There was a bottle of Southern Comfort lying abandoned in the shadows along the wall. Something is going on with the elevator doors rubbing against the elevators. The decals on them are being scratched off. Sadly the potted trees framing the stairs outside are dying due to lack of watering. I wouldn't go back to the Westin because of all this considering what they charge. I also wouldn't recommend staying there.

    Parking was safe and just right across the street. There wasn't very many places to choose from to eat in the evening and all the places around the plaza you had to have reservations wjich was all full.The room was clean and had a nice view. We were on the 57th floor at night the light's of Atl were beautiful. It was a one time experience for me. It was nice but wouldn't stay again for the price of the room and the lack of places to eat during the evening time.

    The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was excellent and a good value for Atlanta. We found rooms to be very clean although the beds were a little close to the walls and it wasn’t quite big enough for three people in one room. Overall, it was a good stay and I would go there again, but if there were three of us, I would reserve two rooms.

    Expensive valet parking . No self park that I could see. In room fridge was not working and lights in room were not all working. We had to wait over 2 hours for check in due to someone late check out and room not ready. Reservations were well in advance- 2 months - and we got to check in line after 530 pm.

    The room was clean, well appointed, and in very good shape (nothing was broken or shabby). The cooling system was very good and there was plenty of hot water. The linens and towels were top notch. Hotel was in walking distance to the venue for the concert event. Restaurants were convenient and within walking distance to the hotel. We stayed on what was called a lower floor so there wasn't any view to speak of. It should be noted that the room floors begin at the 15th floor so lower floor turned out to be on the 22nd level. Parking was expensive ($65/night) but it worked efficiently. Traffic was very congested in the surrounding area of central Atlanta. It seemed to be a busy weekend and the hotel was heavily utilized if not fully booked, therefore, the elevators were very slow to arrive and you had to plan ahead for the delay of waiting for the elevator. Not a huge problem but just an unexpected 5 to 10 minute delay.

    The stay was pleasant, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, when we arrived, the valet garages were full, causing us to have to find parking elsewhere. The parking situation was hectic, jam-packed, and just all around not ideal, which would be the only downside of the whole trip in my opinion. The way the parking situation was meant that once you parked, it was almost as if you only had to eat and entertain yourself at places within walking distance, or else you'd likely lose your spot and have to pay again.

    The beds were comfortable. The elevators are simply not equipped to cater for a hotel of this size. I spent many minutes waiting for small hot elevators that were too full to admit any more passengers. This hotel has about 65 floors with very few elevators. I chose to take the stairs (10 floors) three times during my two night stay. There are not enough food options in the hotel. It's really quite inadequate. There's no actual dinner restaurant, just service in the bar area. Unless you opt for the fancy restaurant on the top floor that just takes reservations and is probably impractical for a family with kids.

    Nice location with wonderful views of the city. The staff was very nice and property and rooms were clean. Some minor construction while we were there and elevators doors were a bit tricky.     I had a beautiful view on the 43 floor. The food at both restaurants was delicious and service was wonderful. The gym kept me busy as well as the indoor pool. Having a built in Starbucks was also handy. Comfortable bed. The bathroom isn’t large, but I was a solo traveler so it didn’t bother me. I’ll stay here for the Big South tournament next year, as it’s a short walk to the congress center.

    The hotel was great! Our room was on the 61st floor so you have to pay attention to the elevators because certain elevators take you to certain floors. This was sort of confusing but minor compared to our wonderful stay. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, and we had a wonderful view. We chose not to do valet parking, but were still able to find a parking lot a block down the road and my car was safe there for the weekend. Valet even let us pool up and load our belongings when it was time to leave at check out. The breakfast was included with our stay and was AMAZING. They had a very large breakfast buffet with a variety of different options. The Starbucks was also nice and in the lobby. I will definitely be back the next time I stay in downtown Atlanta !!!

    Leneard with the locks was great !! Everyone else needs to be trained again including interpersonal members such as valet parking. It’s the Westin but with the issues I endured outside of Mr.Leneard and the cafe/breakfast staff needs to be trained again!!!!

Room 2904 Oh and visited the gift shop late in th evening for a quick snack run. Has everything you need and service there was great as well. Overall 4/5 Price for valet $$$ for one night / $65 Location was great and close to State Farm Arena (walking distance 10 minutes) Typical big city feel, tons of restaurants walking distance, 10-15 minutes (driving) away from aquarium/coca cola factory. Room 4/5: loud a/c fan, felt a bit humid, yet was clean and tidy. Service 5/5: thank you!

I had decorated the room, and when they came back for my things, the cleaning staff had them on their cleaning carts. I went and complained about what was missing. They were things like heart-shaped postcards, love-themed decorations for a romantic night, electric lights, and more than 35 battery-operated candles. The cleaning staff had divided them up, and I never got them back. I felt so helpless, and I spoke to the person in charge, who told me she could give me back $50.00. With that, I can't even buy a box of candles! And that's what happened. I was robbed at the Westin, luxurious and all, but they're thieves. I'm ashamed that this happened, and I paid $1600 for one night and they stole from me. I ended up disappointed and sad.

    The views were pretty nice to be honest, everything else was OK. The walls are extremely thin, I was able to hear the TV from a different room and a dog barking. I was only there for one night but it wasn’t pleasant. For instance, I woke up to guys drilling and hammering next door, probably maintenance but still no notice of that happening

    The hotel staff was very nice however, housekeeping is extremely negligent and puts guests in danger! By pushing the door lock out so they can prop it open and not have to use their key card, they forgot to close and lock the door to our room. This left our belongings exposed and also created a risk of someone entering the room and waiting for us to return. Unacceptable! Security walked us up to the room and checked it but this should not happen. It’s also an extremely noisy hotel. Book elsewhere if you want to be safe and keep your items secure and sleep at night. Terrible.

    Our car was stolen from in the valet. A tonnn of money to be exact. In their valet garage. They won’t do anything about it because it’s a third party company. We didn’t come to park with another company. WE CAME TO YOUR HOTEL to park at YOUR hotel! Absolutely insane. Horrible experience.

    I stayed at this hotel for two nights and paid to upgrade my room like normal and my room had no heat the entire weekend.They sent someone to check the heat and the heat levels were dropping and I was told to cut off the heat because the temperature in the room was blowing out cold air. I was told I would get points applied and I was never taken care of. I love this hotel I stay there regularly and this time was a disappointment and now me and my husband is sick as a dog and can’t work ….. I alway pay to have my car parked and this time the parking attendants could not accommodate me at all‼️ It time for me to find another place to stay in town

    Immediately after checkin I went to my room on the 34th floor and my Keys did not work. I called back to the Front desk and was told to come back down to the desk to show my ID and comfirn I am the guess to get a new key card. I feel the staff should have handle that differently. I also made several attempts to get my Marriott Member # added to my reservation and I still am not sure if it was added. We also had a reservation for the Sundail and did not received a noticed that it was cosed until we were dressed and at the service desk and saw a sign that it was closed until Wednesday. It was my wifes birthday and now I have to find somewhere out in the freezing weather to take her to dinner.. I was really disappointed in the level of service in a 5Star Hotel.

    My experience was anything but. First off, the hotel is an excellent location downtown, with plenty of security/lighting/hotel employees in front of the entrance at all hours. Is the surrounding area of the hotel a place I’d spend loitering alone for hours at 2am? Probably not. But I’m not in Atlanta to loiter the streets of Downtown at 2am, I’m in town for a sporting event. At no point did any aspect of walking to and from the hotel during the trip, including at midnight, feel unsafe whatsoever. The hotel did not feel dated, in fact our room was very nice. The hotel was clean, the view from 50 floors up overlooking the Atlanta skyline was incredible, the beds were comfy, the shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The gym was nice.

    Hotel was affordable, nice and an easy walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium and local downtown attractions. The room was a tad small with bubbled up wallpaper in a few spots but overall, everything seemed clean and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have a Starbucks in the lobby and an indoor pool (it was chilly outside) as well. Would definitely stay here with my family again!

    This is the second time, we stayed in Premium room at this hotel. Rooms are small, pillows are hard like rock, no USB charging outlets, old elevators, nothing around hotel to do, no fireworks during NEW YEAR. No proper place to eat, no proper parking if you are late check-in. So I would not recommend for family.

    You have to pay an additional fee to use the Wifi and there is also a $200 hold for incidentals, along with a $25 charge to sit at the bar in the Sun Dial, but all of these fees are hidden on Expedia…Definitely won’t be booking again I’ve stayed in better for almost $250 per night. The view was nice but the rooms and bathrooms are small but clean..Definitely wasn’t worth the money!

    The location was perfect for our visit, the view was great, it would be nice to pick your floor, the parking garage connected to the building was closed which I found odd & inefficient, the common areas and amenities were stunning but the rooms felt very dated and in need on renovations.     Room was excellent, although a little small with two queen beds. The beds were very comfortable. We booked a room "with city views" and were on the 63rd floor, so we had excellent views of the cityscape and sunrise. The breakfast was excellent, but is definitely cheaper to book it with the room. Otherwise it's about $35 per person. There is a public parking garage across the street, or valet parking at the hotel entrance. Overall, I would recommend it.

    Nice hotel overall with a good location. Slightly dated but upgraded at the same time. Will stay again and again. Probably our new go-to for Atlanta.

    Staff was very friendly. However the elevators smelled like weed. And it took us 20 minutes to drop off our car in Valet and an hour to pick it up.

    We had room whit bathtub that was in poor shape. Needs to be taken out turn unto shower. Bathroom was very small. Bed right up to windows and we were on 42 floor. Not good if you do not deal with heights!

    Hello, this stay was not good at all and almost ruined my wedding day/night. First night room smelled of smoke and other stink and I was near the service elevator so I kept hearing a noise every 10 minutes that was loud. I checked in late so I got up the next morning my wedding morning and spoke with the night manager. He moved me to a room facing a brick building and called it a “city view”. There was also a dirty box spring jutting from out of the bed that was a trip hazard. I had to contact Marriot corporate and then finally they got in contact with another manager who moved me to the first acceptable room. Thank God for the corporate line and the other manager that assisted or my wedding night would have been terrible.

    Room was great! Amazing views! Had dinner at the sundial and steaks were delicious and the views were spectacular. Love that everything was in walking distance visited the aquarium, the world of Coke and a show at State Farm Arena and we never had to get back in our car which if you know Atlanta traffic that’s amazing in itself not having to deal with parking and navigating the streets.

    The hotel was excellent love the location the staff was great the room was wonderful 👌 😀 on the 57th floor had a great view of the city especially at night my sister and i was there for our birthday 🎂 my niece was with us aswell we were treated extremely well great customer service we had wine 🍷 brought to the room for our birthday the breakfast was excellent we enjoyed the stay at the westin hotel many thanks and appreciation to all the staff from Sophia Heather and Nichola.

    Room was 99 degrees when we walked in. They wouldn’t give us another room so we had to wait for maintenance. Room did not reach the desired temp until 7:00am…TV remote didn’t work and signal was terrible, grainy, jittery and unwatchable.

    The Westin was atrocious! There was no hot water, the rug was soiled, and it was the most outdated mess of a room I’ve stayed in! Overpriced and outright disappointing. The staff was full of excuses and unfriendly over their bad boilers for their rooms. I will not stay there ever again.

    The carpet and borders were lifted up on all floors guest at the hotel are charged $60 per day per parking, which is absurd when paying for a hotel there are bums on the sidewalk getting their self together the night crew at the 210 bar very pushy for payment or to start a tab sundial restaurant reservation rules very absurd. If you miss your reservation, they charge you $30 per person room service does not get to your room to turn down and clean up until 4 PM there’s so much more they could do to give a comfortable stay on the bright side,The view is amazing.

    The location is wonderful! The staff were friendly, efficient and talkative. The breakfast that was included in the room rate was the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen—made to order omelets 💫We would love to stay again.
