The toilet was dirty, and there was blood on both sets of sheets on the two queen beds. I called the front desk, and they quickly moved me to another room, but the AC did not work. This property is tired and dirty.

My family booked with the Westin for our 10 year vow renewal and we all had a wonderful time. The hotel was only 5 mins away from the venue. The bar is top notch ❤️

We enjoyed our stay other than the service at the bar in the hotel. No one really spoke English. The bartender over charged us and was extremely rude when we asked about it. Other than that, we would stay again. I would just go somewhere else for beverages and food.

The employees in the restaurant had outstanding customer service and the food was delicious. The front desk was terrible. Upon arriving, they had to change me to another room due to the smell and unclean conditions. The second room was not much better. Had mildew/mold in the showers. Not a clean hotel. Will never use again.

The gym is one of the biggest I’ve seen for a hotel and the pools were amazing with one indoor and one side outdoor. 100 percent recommend and definitely plan on staying here again!

After traveling in Europe (with its unique charm but air conditioning and soft bed pillows are not part of that charm), we were pleased to find a room with air conditioning and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We also availed ourselves of the the hotel shuttle that conveniently transported us to the airport in a timely fashion. Staff were also courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a review of my stay, not of Westin Hotels generally. This particular Westin was understaffed so long lines at front desk. Apparently, there was a beauty pageant for young girls (think jon benet ramsey) in the area so hundreds of young girls aged 4-12 were staying here. That’s fine but when they are running through the halls

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The shower was ok. Staff was nice, although maintenance never came to check my door lock. The TV never worked :( Kids were running outside the hall at midnight and playing with ice machine.

Charging over $30 for parking is ridiculous. In addition, my husband has a broken back and I had to ask where I could get a luggage cart. No one could be bothered to help. The phlegm in my sink was disgusting as well as the random pubic hair in the bathroom. We ordered food at the bar and I spent the rest of the evening sick. Won’t ever be back

Stuck in Atlanta due to a Delta flight delay causing us to miss our connecting flight to Barcelona, we booked the Westin to be close to the airport so we could get rebooked. Booked it for the pool and lobby area. Bar drinks were excessively expensive at $20+ a drink. Shuttle was a fantastic amenity. Beds were super comfortable and room was clean, quiet and cool. Great place to recoup and try to salvage our delta flight issues. Epic fail on Delta’s part but good on Marriott. Point off for costs and quality of food. Everything else was great.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. We had dinner at the bar and the bar tender could barely communicate with us and it took 45 minutes to get the check after asking for it. The lobby/bar is very hot.

The food was excellent . Bed linens , specifically the blanket should be replaced as it was pilling . Room felt clean . Front check in area needs improvement and / or extra staff as there were lines and a lot of time spent checking in . Overall it was a pleasant stay .

The overall state was enjoyable! However, the rooms are not refreshed daily. Even after I requested it to be, the staff did not show up until after 4pm to bring towels. This is not the usual experience that I am accustomed to. So I have to assume maybe it happened because of a staff shortage. I would still stay here again.

Due to a broken plane we had to stay overnight in Altanta. The hotel shuttle picked us up, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel.

But… the price to park for one night is ridiculously high. The last five times we stayed there, we had to make several trips back to the front desk before we could exit the parking lot because the exit arm didn’t work. We will be considering an another hotel in the future.

The 'snack' area had some food choices that did not include prices - so you would need to grab some items and then take them to the check-in to find out what they cost. The room was great and we slept well. They could do better on displaying prices for items they sell.

I do not remeber the representative's name but she was a black woman with shkrt hair and wore glasses, she was Extremely nuce and very helpful! My stay was very nice as the rooms were also nice and clean. I would stay again. They have a nice lobby that has a restaurant and bar and area for watching a large screen tv, it was a vibe to chill there for a while after we explored the city before going back up to my room

Our stay was very excellent. Checked in about 9:30 PM and out again at 4:00 AM, a very short layover between flights at Atlanta. The beds were very comfortable. The walk in shower was an additional perk that was unexpected. We were checked in and out by 2 different desk clerks very quickly. The airport was quick and easy . We did not have time to use any of the other benefits other than a clean comfortable room. We would stay there again if it became necessary.

The staff were rude, slow and uninformed during the check in process. They didn’t even know how to use the app to pay for multi-day parking passes. The rooms were dirty and unkept. The restaurant was awful and there is no other food options close by. I definitely will not stay there again or recommend it for anyone else.

Was only there overnight because of a long flight connection. Comfortable bed & pillows, clean and as a lone female traveler I felt safe. It is quite noisy in as far as it’s right by a busy road and off course the airport. Not being used to an AC unit I found it too noisy to leave on all night. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot. Shuttle bus was reliable. Staff on reception were friendly. I didn’t use the restaurant or coffee shop so don’t know what they were like

This was a quick stop in transit from Lisbon to Daytona Beach, FL. Unfortunately, too tired to have cocktail in the bar/lounge area that was most inviting. With early morning departure, unable to comment on breakfast. But the bed was so comfy! Able to adjust room thermostat for our comfort. Very nice and quiet with blackout curtains. Helpful staff. Would book for longer stay.

The location of the hotel. Hotel did not have a microwave and the breakfast set up was nice but breakfast did not taste the best. Also had to pay for a child to eat breakfast and it was expensive and the child only ate fruit.

The toilet hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. I was charged for 2 waters when I only bought one. The TV signal kept going out. The mattress was too firm so I didn't sleep well. My sleep also kept getting interrupted by a loud thumping noise. I am not sure where it came from though.

I also requested 2 wake-up calls and only received one, which only gave us 7 mins to get downstairs for the airport shuttle. Then, the airport shuttle was 10 mins late and after boarding and loading us all - made us wait 10 more mins! Which meant we got the family of four which caused us to be delayed another 10 mins! I will not be staying at that hotel again. Not a pleasant stay at all.

I could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Westin. When I checked in, the staff saw that it was my birthday the following day. They responded with a signed birthday card and a cupcake delivered to my room within the hour! That is not the kind of experience you cannot get anywhere.

When I checked in (9:00 pm) the hallway leading to my room was almost impassable because of the dirty linen and garbage from the rooms - it had not been picked up from earlier cleanings. Disgusting! In the room bathroom there was a whole wall that looked like someone had spilled a cup of coffee. Overall the hotel was not that clean. Airport shuttle was perfect.

Check in was exceptionally accommodating and pleasant. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and my King room was upgraded to the King Deluxe. Bonvoy members are also placed on the two top floors which is marked on the elevators. My room was clean, at a comfortable temperature, lights were on and robe hanging in the bathroom. The bed was beyond comfortable, not too soft and not too firm, the sheets and blankets weren't tucked too tight to where they would break a nail pulling them up, so I appreciated that very much and slept like a baby. The shower pressure was great and water was at a great temperature, although I prefer it hotter but again that is just a preference. Parking was convenient and easy to establish, I didn't use any amenities, but the front desk told me about what was available during check in, just didn't need anything for an overnight stay. The seal on the deal for me was a housekeeper asking me how I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything. I will most certainly be staying here again when I am in the area. Five stars.

The housekeeping for this hotel is horrible. I was checked into a room that had blood stained sheets and spots all over bathroom floor. My room was changed and the second room also had some type of visible stains on comforter. What a nightmare! Please beware when staying at this hotel.

Property had some flaws and was outdated in some aspects. The staff appeared hard working and the room was clean. The proximity to the airport was ideal but I don't consider this to be the "nice" side of Atlanta. No fault of the hotel-just my take from the surrounding restaurants and things. Parking was a nightmare if you don't valet. Would stay again if airport proximity was inmprtant.

The reason for my review of this property is because I was charged for my room stay even though I didn't stay in the room. I reserved the room because I was told by Delta Airlines that I wasn't going to make my connector flight out of Atlanta. Well, I ended up making my connector flight and no longer needed the room. I purchased expedia insurance for my stay, which means that I should be reimbursed!!!

There was a very bad ladybug infestation in my room (the weirdest thing I’ve ever encountered!) they were also in the hallways, but I was told it because of the time of the year and they gave me another room from the 6th floor to the 3rd floor—the 3rd floor room felt like I was at Motel6 instead of The Westin. Did not enjoy my stay here at all, and it had great potential if I hadn’t had those 15+ crawling ladybugs all over my room and sleeping area.

Site failed to inform me about the requirements for parking on property at booking. That was an unexpected $32 experience. Nor did the staff inform me during check-in.

We booked the room around 10 pm and messaged them to say we’d be arriving very late due to flight delays. When we arrived around 3:30 am, they had no clean rooms for about 12 of us. We slept in the lobby. They did allow us to go to a room at 5:30 am to sleep for a few hours and gave us tickets for the breakfast buffet which was great. I will discuss getting a refund for that night when I get back home. Hopefully they will.

There were broken glasses in the hallway, a box of used condoms left by the elevator in the lobby, the rooms were absolutely disgusting, filthy. The parking is ridiculously expensive, too loud and once again, absolutely filthy. Front desk was informed and gave me 10 points to Marriott club.

The desk manager used the same excuse about the employee having lost her mother so it should be understood that she was rude. In the end, the manager told her that the room and parking cost would be taken care of by the hotel. My mother stays there very often as she travels quite a bit and always travels from Atlanta. She just received a bill for the hotel and parking in full. She never should have been told that the bill was going to be taken care of. This is not the way in which a Westin lives up to it’s fine reputation.

Upon arrival at midnight, I retired to my room around 4:00 AM. Initially, I spotted what I thought was a ladybug, but it turned out to be a beetle. As I prepared for bed, I noticed additional bugs on the floor, bed, and curtains. I promptly informed the front desk, and they apologized, relocating me to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room also had bugs on the headboard, prompting me to request another change. The staff apologized again and provided a third room after inspecting it for pests. However, upon unfolding the couch, I discovered a significant infestation of bugs underneath, as well as on the floor, curtains, and in the bathroom. Given the persistence of the issue across three rooms, I decided to vacate the premises. The manager requested that I document my complaint for corporate review, assuring me that someone would follow up. Regrettably, I have yet to hear from them. If I could give zero Stars I would

The woman at the front desk was amazing-strictly rooms. The sheets were scratchy. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom in the lobby was an absolute mess-I really couldn’t believe how disgusting that bathroom was. The bartender was amazing!!! he was very friendly fast and efficient when understaffed and so many customers at once he did an amazing job. The room was very clean. Nice I loved the bed. The shuttle driver went above and beyond with helping me to get to a car rental. It was a very nice stay.

This hotel and our room was spectacular. The pool was also really neat and everything was sparkly clean. The hotel front desk took note of my birthdate and had a cupcake sent up for me after 30 minutes of check in. We will definitely stay here again when traveling out of Atlanta.

Couldn’t have picked a better place to spend the night. Quiet yet with every amenity you can think of, from a shop for last minute emergency needs to a restaurant, bar, indoor pool, room service, computer center, ATM on site, shuttle to and from airport…..and QUIET. Not like other airport hotels that hold weddings and expos and it’s impossible to rest. We had the best evening ever, had the best Bloody Mary’s and steaks and it was just the best.

Awful experience from start to finish. The parking lot is a nightmare. There is no way to pay from parking through the hotel even though it's the hotel's lot. They make you use a QR code that doesn't work as intended. It made me late for work the next day because I couldn't get out, and there was no one at the gate. The hotel itself is a bit shabby and tired, even in the remodeled rooms. And my room was absolutely FILTHY. There were stains on the pillow cases and on the bedspread. Also the bathroom floor was sticky. And the housekeeping put rolled up bath towels on top of the toilet tank. Gross and unsanitary. I couldn't wait to leave!

This property is old and outdated. I paid $280 for a 5 star hotel that night. The TV was on a marketing loop, and was not able to be turned off at the TV. No remote control was in my room. Had to wait 15 minutes for an “Hotel Engineer” to bring me one. The next day I needed to make it to the airport early. The shower would not work. Had to have a “Hotel Engineer” back to my room at 6:45AM. Took almost a hour to resolve the issue and the shower head was still broken. I had a super heavy suitcase, no convenient way to get it into the hotel. Only stairs lots and lots of stairs to get to the lobby. I got a drink at the bar, only wanted one, I got 3-4 sips and i wasn’t paying attention and I spilled it. I was not really interested in another but the bar tender insisted he would get me another one on him. They charged me for it. I only drank 1/2 of it anyways. I would not recommend this plays to anyone. Additionally the parking is online paid parking. But the sign says to talk to the hotel front desk. I assumed it was with the hotel fee. I asked them and they pointed to a QR code and say pay that way. $25 parking. The staff are rude and not very helpful. There is something seriously wrong with this hotel. Seems like a toxic workplace looking at the staff.

Left the room the next morning at 10a and returned at 4p. Room hadn't been cleaned. Adjusted AC and smoke alarm began beeping. Room filled with smoke. No activity from hotel. Took elevator to lobby. 2 front desk clerks had no idea that the alarm had activated. Barked at them to do something! A manager comes out and first thing out of his mouth was whether I had blocked the smoke detector like it was my fault that no hotel personnel knew the alarm had activated. Would be a comedy of errors...but none of this is funny. Won't stay there again. *In fairness, they refunded the cost of the room.

Will probably try the Westin in the city Center next time. * Staff: The front desk and housekeeping were mildly friendly, and the rooms were generally clean. * Amenities: The gym and pool were decent, though nothing extraordinary. The Not-So-Great: * Extra Charges: While the hotel rate seemed reasonable, I was shocked when I found additional charges that weren’t clearly communicated upfront. From “Parking Lot and Dining fees“ Overall: The stay was fine, but if you decide to book here, just be aware of the hidden fees that might pop up when you least expect it. It’s not the end of the world, but it definitely left a sour taste at checkout. Would I return? Maybe—but I’d be more cautious next time about the extra charges.

This property was on point from the time I checked in at 9:30am ( I thought I had to wait until 3) until I checked out. One of the things I like about Westin is they was there to answer any questions that I had. Wasn’t too many. Parking wasn’t that bad its definitely cheaper than other hotels I stayed at in Atlanta. You can buy your parking pass the whole time you there instead of doing it day by day. $26.88per day or 33.00 per for valet. Only bad thing was I should have told them I wanted the view of the airport not the bushes. Thank you Westin Hotel and Resort at Atlanta Airport. Oh yeah transportation to and from the Airport was smooth. Pick up and drop off was excellent.
