    Ac didn’t work in both rooms , so the first problem I started to realize it was hot call down stairs they sent someone immediately, because the air duct was closed he manually opened it , give it 5 to 10 minutes it would cool off keep it mind it’s late

    The staffs attention to detail was extremely impressive. We had a last minute change of plans and had to stay in Atlanta another night. The staff booked us a room asap with all the upgrades! We will for sure be back! The spa was also about to accommodate us with a couple of last minute stress relief massages. Kristen has the magic touch for sure! Thanks everyone!

    This was our first time staying at this St. Regis. What a lovely hotel. The inside is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were super friendly. We did high tea which was a treasure, ate at The Garden Room and enjoyed breakfast on our balcony. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows soft. The only downside to the entire stay was the room was so incredibly hot. They did bring a fan and we were told it would be fixed but it was not. I ended up sleeping only with a sheet and the fan on full blast. When opening the door, it was at least 10-15 degrees cooler in the hallway. Getting ready was quite interesting as it was so hot but we did not complain a 2nd time. We did let check out know and they comped our breakfast. Next time, I will make sure to ask that the room is cool upon arrival as this room was extremely hot. But everything else was great.

At 1am in the morning, a party began and was very noisy. I, of course, was awakened, but thought they would quiet down - about 45 min. later I called the front desk who I'm sure sent up security. There was about a 5 minute quiet time and the noise began again. I read a book for about another 45 min before I called the front desk again. The party ended after 3:30am. I know your staff was doing what they could but obviously the guests didn't cooperate. Your management was kind enough to award me points

The St. Regis bar and the Garden Room were two of our favorites. You should definitely visit them if you are in the area. There are also a variety of local shops and restaurants in the area.

    It's a beautiful hotel, the staff is very professional. It was a terrible value relative to so many other options nearby. It just wasn't worth paying 3x next door. Their food options were very limited. They managed to somehow take forever to go get my car from the parking lot, almost made me late for the meeting I came to town for.

I believe a 5 star. hotel should be able to get their guests a table in their restaurant. That was pretty lame... also. the pool closed at. 5 because. of a wedding... that was disappointing as well.

    Loved the room, and how quick service was Service by the pool was very slow, drink were subpar, food was amazing. I wish there was food served all day, I needed a meal at 3:15 prior to my departure for the airport and non of the restaurant were serving anymore I had to wait until 4 (which was too late)

We love the St Regis in NYC - this one was such a disappointment! The bar tender in The Garden Room was just as bad. On the way in to that restaurant two people told us to turn around. We should have listened. Will not stay here again.

    There’s nothing to dislike about the hotel itself, it is fabulous, and the people are all so accomodating i think that when you are paying $700 plus a room they could throw in free ice etc you even get free ice in Hilton Garden Inns, but here EVERYTHING has to be tipped

    The noon check out time makes it most appealing to me. The gym was fantastic as was the staff. We’ll, housekeeping neglected to replace used coffee items from the day before, the tile in the bathroom was extremely dated and scuffed up and valet parking pricing was extreme for registered guests.

    I like how personable the staff was, and also the little things, like the champagne and strawberries that was in our room, the personal note that was written by the Butler Staff, the extra candy that was delivered, the personal driver that was offered, the housekeeping staff, and an absolute special shout out to the gentleman who checked us in. I could literally go on. I honestly can't think of anything. I guess if I could mention one thing and it is absolutely not a game changer it would be more live music.

    Unfortunately we were put in a room that is by construction or something because it was so loud in the mornings that we couldn’t rest. Other than that it was very nice. We didn’t do much, but we did go to the bar on our first night. The drinks were strong just like we like! We also took advantage of the high end shopping and walked across a movie set! I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are willing to splurge.

    Overall the hotel is extremely nice but the pool area was a disaster. There was trash everywhere and extremely understaffed for the number of guest. The room was great and the hotel staff and other services were over the top.

    Fabulous hotel! Lovely decor throughout. Enjoyed the bar at night and a great breakfast in the morning. Great service from everyone we encountered. Rooms are very nice... especially love the deep soaking tub!

    Came with a group of friends for a night out. The room was nice, but not in perfect shape (bit of frayed carpet, stains on shower glass). I did go to the gym and was also surprised there was no sauna or steam room at this price point. For $500+ per night, I would expect the room to be in tip top shape. We brought two cars and were surprised that parking was $40 per car on top of the $500 room rate. This should be included at this price. We were charged $17 two days later for a mini bar charge. We didn't use the mini bar and when I called to ask what item was removed, they couldn't tell me specifically which item was missing. I was refunded the $17. All in all, we were charged $618 for the stay including parking and taxes. It wasn't worth it.

    St. Regis is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything about the hotel is elegant. Every part of the hotel was very clean. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The food was mostly delicious. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. I will stay at St. Regis again and I will recommended it to all my friends.

    We were there in the early morning because the only flight from Korea to Atlanta is at 9 AM arrival. We requested early check in in advance because have our chairman accompanied with us. We booked suite room for chairman. When we arrived in hotel we were told it was fully occupied last night and i understand that. I also understand that the guaranteed check in is 3 PM however suite room was not available even at 3 PM and even after 3 PM we were told that the bed linen was not available and we had to wait more hours and even it was not guaranteed when it will be done. We were stranded and embarrassed because we had to let out chairman waiting in the lobby for over hours.... Normally we other this level hotels they do something and normally room became available far ahead.... I don't think i will comeback to this hotel for our business or even leisure...
