The first room I was assigned to had problem with front door getting stuck, the bathroom handle was practically falling off and the fridge didn’t keep cool. I almost got stuck in the bathroom and main room. Called front desk and maintenance was called. Guy came up and repaired bathroom but couldn’t do front door. When he pushed down on handle, it opened. When I tried the deadbolt stayed stuck and wouldn’t fully retract. It was decided to just change rooms, and the nice maintenance guy helped me move my things. The front desk did credit me with extra Bonvoy points for my stay due to the inconvenience. The second room was much better. Of note, the carpet wasn’t too clean looking but after two days housekeeping stopped by and vacuumed it along with cleaning rest of the room. The workout room was well lit, stocked with items and clean. The pool area was also clean. They are doing some work in front to add patio and seating as this is the one thing lacking. Overall, this is a good hotel, with comfortable rooms and beds, a very good breakfast and reasonably priced.

I've been here since Wednesday and the staff has been so accommodating so politely it's such a clean safe space the rooms are really nice and spacious and comfortable. This will definitely be my go to spot when I come back to Atlanta just because I felt like it was like home away from home not to mention it's healthy breakfast options that were like really great in the morning.

First of all the hotel was very much out of date. The carpet in the room did not look like it had been cleaned in months. The two queen beds were pushed up against the walls making it hard for anyone sleeping on the inside to even get in. I had read that there was free parking close by which there was not. I had to pay an additional 33.00 dollars per night total 99.00 just to park at this hotel. I showed to front dest the ad and they said it must be a mistake they have always charged for parking. This really surprises me that they call this a Marriott Hotel with the condition that it is in. I have always made reservations with Hotel.com and will continue to do so, This is deff. not there fault.

I liked the breakfast options, the staff was pleasant and the price through booking. The house keeping staff and front desk did give us clean towels and other items upon request without any issues. Had it not been for the staff it would not have been a pleasant stay because of all the issues with the room and dryer. Upon arrival the door was stuck and we couldn't get out the room. The room was very dark because the switch by the door was not working and we had to fumble around to find light. Maintenance had to come to open the door and fix the light. We did ask to change rooms, but the response was all the rooms are the same and the engineer will fix the door. There was only one garbage can in the room and we had to request another one. There was only 1 bar of soap for 5 adults. The toilet clogged. The couch bed was very uneven and uncomfortable, I kept rolling to the center. Carpet was dirty and there was garbage behind the couch bed giving indication that it's not moved to clean. It would have been nice to have water available in the lobby through out the stay. I only saw it out 1 night. That would be more cost effective instead of bottle waters. Also, the water needs to be refilled during breakfast because once it was empty, it was not replenished. The dryer didn't work properly. I put money in twice and the items never dried, they almost appeared to be wetter. I first dried items on low, then on medium for a total of an hour and a half and they were still wet. The front desk did refund my money. And suggested I try the other one, but I declined because it was already late and I didn't want to stay up later with the possibility of the same results.

Location The suite assigned was too cramped. I checked out the very next day. I hope my credit card has been refunded
- 3/5
Proximity to Train station and Malls. Also Buckhead is a great location in ATL I didn’t like the suite i was first assigned . The furniture was old and the room was too cramped for a suite ! One TV in a two room suite ? Not good . I checked out the next day

The room was clean surface and linen wise, but smelled Horrible. Like body funk had permeated the air. It was almost intolerable and gag worthy. I had to keep spraying my body spray everywhere and put my lotion under my nose.
- 1/5
I travel often and would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. My room walls were dirty with marks, toilet was clogged when I checked into my room, television did not work and the water was turned off one day without notice. I honestly don’t expect much but this room and my stay was difficult. Security did not work in garage so the gates were not working properly. Do Not Recommend. Will never stay there again!

I didn’t like nothing about this property. There was hair in the bed. They didn’t even change the sheets. None of the elevators had worked. I didn't expect to pay $33 for parking that was owned by the hotel itself. When I booked I was not aware of parking until I had reserve my room and I couldn't cancel the reservation.
- 5/5
Breakfast was as expected, quite a madness due to the lay out. A somewhat free for all.
- 1/5
Room was really old and furniture broken, carpet ripped, breakfast was good , staff was good, parking as expected
- 4/5
Breakfast options were limited to pretty much the same things both days of our stay. Misleading picture of a balcony on hotel’s website/hotel has no balcony. Only a pool as form of entertaiment for the kids. Cleaningness was great. Furniture on lobby needs upgrade. Staff was friendly. Location was good, but attractions were all drives away. Overall for our first time staying there, I would rate the hotel 6 out of 10!
- 2.5/5
Very nice staff. Has a pool and gym. Free breakfast. Clean room. Little drink/snack area. Sitting area outside. Pool room is in pretty beat up condition. Cosmetically damaged and not well taken care of. Parking is $33 PER DAY. Outside area, while usable wasn't in working condition(i.e lights/firepit) Breakfast was bland. Room is small. No sheets/blanket or pillows for fold out bed in the room.
- 4/5
Well located and has all necessities. Breakfast was great. The lobby had a strong chlorine smell. May be due to pool. The room had an unpleasant smell.

- 3/5
The room was dirty, the bed had stains. There was broken light fixtures, you can tell the hotel was older. This hotel needs an upgrade. I love the location, the staff was decent but for what I paid wouldn't go back at that hotel.
- 1/5
Old hotel not renovated. The staff said renovation afyer august 2026. Not up to Bonvoy standards.
- 4/5
everything was great but i was taken back by the $33.00 parking fee. If you are staying at the hotel, parking should be free with you stay for at least 1 car.

- 2/5
Conveniently located Very snobby attitude, had to ask multiple times for clean towels. Was making sure we didn’t leave anything behind and when I looked under the couch, I found old food, Christmas wrapping paper
- 4/5
The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I was a bit taken back at the cost of parking each night. I was not anticipating that. The staff was polite, professional and helpful

- 2.5/5
parking was very nice, however, I was not expecting to have to pay extra for parking. I'm sure it was in the fine print somewhere, but I missed it and wasn't expecting it. Breakfast was decent, kids loved having all of the choices. There appeared to be dried vomit going into the bathroom on the floor. There was coffee splattered on the wall by the sink in the kitchenette area. Overall, I really didn't feel comfortable with my kids in the floor and I did not like that.

Rooms were clean and nice size. Breakfast was a little clustered but overall it was a nice place to stay
- 3/5
Old and worn hotel. Very busy
- 1/5
There was no parking even tho I paid 33 dollars to park. The elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana. The breakfast sausage was not done. The bathroom was not cleaned. Worst hotel I have been to in my life.
- 1/5
We arrived late and there was no parking, also foldable bed had stained sheets. There were no extra sheets for the people to sleep on pull put bed and no pillows for pull out bed. Requested refund due to terrible experience and was denied. I wouldnt wish my worst enemy to stay at this hotel with these conditions.
- 3/5
The bathroom had mold all over it, and the wall/ paintings were damaged. The pull out bed had stains all over it and was disgusting. The room only had 3 towels even though it was a 6 person room, so we had to go downstairs and ask for towels and sheets for the pull out bed. I was not impressed by this hotel and will not stay again.

Booked a room for 6 people and the hotel did not have sheets, blankets, and pillows for 6. $30 parking which was not indicated when we made the reservation. Busy downtown area--super noisy. Never again!

- 3/5
Staff were very friendly. Great price. The location was relatively close to every thing. The only complaint is the room had a funny smell.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel Mostly everyone was friendly and helpful. Only negative is you have to pay for parking.
- 5/5
easy & helpful. heated pool
- 3/5
We let the staff know multiple times of various issues: sink stopper wouldn’t come up thus causing water in the sink whenever running the faucet, mass spiderwebs in the parking garage elevator entrance, etc. and they always said they would do something but never did. Simple things, but it made the experience gross. You can find a better place to stay. $30 per day for parking was also outrageous.
- 5/5
Staff very resposive to issues to make the stay worth while.
- 5/5
The staff was outstanding and very friendly and courteous. The location is very convenient.

Staff was extremely nice and attentive. The first room we were in the air conditioning wasnt working, we arrived at 10pm and it was 82 degrees in the room. The 2nd room we were in the toilet overflowed. Seems like there needs to be some maintenance.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and accommodating due to loud a/c noise and other room problems. There was insufficient and overpriced parking. This property may benefit with updates and or renovation.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly and informative.

Was in town for a wedding. Had two rooms. Initially they were side by side. One room had issues in the bathroom so they were moved to a different room on a different floor. Other than that no major issues. Always felt safe, especially in the parking garage. My sons did mention that the sofa had stains so they were uncomfortable sitting there. The carpet is also outdated and looks dirty.
- 5/5
It was relaxing and
- 5/5
Nice hotel convenient to the Buckhead Marta station. Friendly and helpful staff.
- 1/5
The property had soiled furniture in the lobby area. The carpets were filthy. My bedroom had furniture that was dated extremely worn. The sofa in the bedroom was so soiled. I wouldn’t even sit on it. The carpet in the bedroom was nasty. The place has not been updated in years. The TV was a very small 20 inch TV on a very small bureau I was so disappointed in Marriott
- 4/5
Convenient location for shopping and eating. Parking was a hit or miss since their parking lot was under construction and their secure parking garage filled up fast. Rooms were nice, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I would stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay here. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help — whether it was the bartenders striking up good conversation or the manager making sure guests felt at home. The lounge had a great vibe and made it easy to meet people from all over the world, which made my trip feel extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax after a long day. I travel often, and this was one of the more enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta.
- 4/5
Comfortable room and very helpful, friendly staff. The only thing I didnt love was that you dont need a room key to use the elevators to get upstairs. In a more urban area i would prefer that added layer of security.

- 5/5
First time staying here check-in was smooth and convenient. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. No “real” complaints but one suggestion that I do have is to maybe heat up the pool area and bathrooms near the pool a little more because it was freezing outside of the pool. Also one of the nights we were there just exploring the amenities that were offered and there was a female security guard that was kind of harassing some the people that were staying at the hotel and I just found that a little unsettling asking people to see their key cards even though they had to use them to check in after hours.

Good place
- 5/5
Parking was crowded though
- 4/5
Great stay 29 bucks a night for parking is wild. Garage next door 15 a night. Free 30 minute come and go.
- 1/5
The beds were not comfortable, breakfast was so gross we ordered out, and the final part to my low stars is the old and dingy pool while we were using it there was a light fixture in the pool that fell out of the wall and was dangling by wires in the water. Completely unsafe. The overall hotel rooms are old and carpet is typical old mushed down hotel carpet but that could have been fine if it wasn’t for the beds, breakfast, and pool.
- 5/5
Good property and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but far from the best … i probably wouldn’t stay there again
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast however the hotel needs to update the furniture and carpets.
- 5/5
We had a great comfortable stay! Unfortunately our 10 year old left his cell phone in the room. We were almost 4 hours away when we realized this. Kris found the phone and had a FedEx label ready to go within minutes! Above and beyond customer service!!!!!!
- 4/5
Keith at front desk was super amazing and helpful. Rooms are outdated. Breakfast was just ok.
- 1/5

- 3/5
I prefer the suites from Hampton Inn. More spacious and separated. We’re traveling with French teen guests, and there’s just not enough privacy.
- 4/5
The hotel is a bit old and the room was a bit tight. Otherwise a good experience.
- 1/5
Unfortunately I can not leave a rave review. The Facility was dated, the furniture was worn, the carpets in our rooms felt moist, there was a humidity and smell of mildew and mold in our rooms. The shower did not work in our shower bath.
- 5/5
Charisma at the front desk when we arrived was superb in helping sort out details and giving us direction on nearby favorite restaurants, as we were under the pressure to get checked in, meet up with friends, and then go eat ahead of a concert at Chastain. Rooms/suites were perfect for a quick overnight stay in Buckhead for all parties involved in our group. Parking access was easy under the building and overall enjoyed our short stay there. We didn’t have enough time to take advantage of the indoor pool/amenities, but would loved to have had time. Staff was friendly and helpful, all areas were clean and inviting. Would highly recommend to anyone curious if it is a place worthy of staying!
- 2/5
The property was difficult to reach due to the business of the area and the construction directly in front of the hotel. You had to drive past the property and make a you turn to reach the turn in for the front of the hotel which was near impossible in downtown Atlanta traffic. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we could hear the traffic loudly through our window. We heard 5 or 6 ambulances LOUDLY during our 12 hr stay. The pool was VERY chlorinated...so much so that the kids couldnt see underwater even with goggles on. Air comditioner sounded like a washing machine going through the rinse cycle, although the room was cool.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good, room was nice and comfortable. Just need to update furniture, couch and dresser to make it where the TV can be seen from both beds

The area where the hotel was located was less than 20 minutes away from all the TikTok popular restaurants and bars

The rooms need to be refurbished.

The lady at the service desk was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk associates were absolutely amazing. Charisma provided excellent customer service when I checked in. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

However, when I returned to my room on day 2 of this reservation, the room had not been cleaned. I had checked in the previous day, so I don't understand why they would not have cleaned it. In total, from check-in on Monday night, May 26 through checkout on Friday morning, my room was never cleaned. That is unacceptable.

Staff was friendly. Pool was very small.

Why do you ask me for this information immediately after I have checked in? I cannot provide information about my stay, because I have not actually stayed. If you asked me this after my check-out, then I can tell you about my stay. I gave you five stars because I thought I was answering about my check-in, which was great.

Staff's were great

One of my favorite hotels in Atlanta.
- 2/5
Good and clean I don’t appreciate the $50 charge PER DAY but I feel like that is an Expedia issue. Overall they were nice and I enjoyed the room and location.
- 5/5
Nice, comfortable & quiet stay!
- 4/5
rooms could definitely use an upgrade but other than that everything was fine.
- 5/5
The location was convenient, the room was a good value with enough space for 4 people, and the bathroom and room accessibility (roll-in shower, grab bars, doors, elevators) was perfect for us. Common spaces were nice, and breakfast was good. Staff were kind and responsive. The Buckhead location was very convenient to Downtown, Marietta, and Decatur. I wish Buckhead was more pedestrian-friendly, but that was the price of convenience...

The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay 👍

Property a bit run down, room wasn't clean, no shuttle service, no bottled waters in room (free or to buy) and we didnt have hot water for 2 days.
- 2/5
Toilet in room broken had to mess with it everytime you used it. Bathroom door handle broke. Elevators very loud and could be heard all night long on the floor. Rooms very muggy and didn’t cool off with air conditioning. Wasn’t aware there was a fee to park your car as a guest at the hotel. Booked through Expedia and no mention of fee was mentioned in description. Couldn’t enjoy the pool due to extreme high amounts of chlorine. Kids were coughing, burning your eyes and throat. Had to remove the kids after 10 minutes.

I got my room key and went to the room when I walk in the box spring was nasty and the sofa in the was nasty as well the closet door was broke and the was very small so I left and ask for a refund cause I couldn’t staff there

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Staff were professional, courteous, and made a clear effort to keep everything clean during our stay. Breakfast was served daily and was decent with enough variety to start the day. There was no on-site restaurant, but that wasn’t an issue given the overall quality of the experience. Amenities like the pool, gym, and spa were top quality and easily accessible.Breakfast was served daily and was decent, with a good variety to start the day. While there was no on-site restaurant, the overall experience was positive. Every detail was well thought out, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience.

The room smelled like cigarettes, along with the whole 5th floor. The parking garage smelled like Marijuana smoke everytime we went to get in the car. I got charged for parking, even though I paid for the room before we got there. The pool had WAY too much chlorine in it, so much so that it burned my eyes just walking in the pool area. I also seen two different kids that weren't mine get sick in the pool area from the chlorine. The beds were the hardest mattresses I've ever slept on in a hotel. Even my kids were complaining of back and neck pain both mornings we woke up. The lock to the door in the bathroom was broke. It looked like there was the beginning of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was a permanent stain in the shower. The intersection in front of the hotel must have been a starting line for a race, because all night every night vehicle's were reving their engines and pealing out. Ive got pictures of all the things i could get pictures of.

Busy hotel.... Parties happening in rooms... Screaming scared kids at midnight so no one slept well. Two guys in pool should keep that business to the privacy of their room and not be doing that in front of children

Very friendly staff at desk. Good selection of breakfast food and coffee.

Excellent stay but parking a little expensive

There was construction right outside the front of the hotel which was quite the eyesore. The night desk staff were socializing and when we called down to clarify the roll away bed/linens for fold out confusion no one ever showed up even though they said they were headed up. Luckily, I found linens in the closet. There's only one small garbage can in the room and none in the bathroom. The fridge never got very cold at all. The toilet ran constantly and I was up and down wiggling the handle all night. The couch that house the pull out bed for my kids was stained and had burn holes in the cushion. The zippers on the cushions were also busted. There were a few spots in the carpets that were worn bare or ripped away. There were mystery dried droplets of something grey/brown on the bathroom floor. The road noise was absolutely OBNOXIOUS! It is near a busy thoroughfare but Friday and Saturday night I think there were drag races happening most of the night. The lobby smells of pool chemicals. The bed was very comfy and had plenty of pillows. There were blackout curtains which I appreciated as the kids wake as soon as the sun shines in. The breakfast was full of options. The parking felt safe and secure but the cost felt extreme.

Everything was excellent and at a reasonable price. The breakfast was incredible.

The pool was open and my kids loved it! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, great exercise facility. Definitely will be staying here regularly!
- 4/5
Location was great to the Buckhead Theater and the restaurants we had reservations with. We parked and took Uber or walked everywhere. We stay at these across the country but this one needed a refresh. It was not as nice as others we stayed in. Our door lock was messed up too.
- 3/5
I thought there could be more breakfast options. We were woken up by room service the day of check out way before check out time. We had 4 people in our room but were only given 2 towels and 2 wash rags. The chlorine in the pool was over the top. My daughter was in it for 20 minutes and her eyes were burning. I just feel like for what we pay to stay there, things could definitely have been better.
- 3/5
Bed had bad urine stain with terrible odor. Makes me question the throughness of the cleaning stair. Hotel is very busy in which it is wearing out. Doesn’t feel all that nice. Staff was great

We had a great time. We were greeted with a beautiful, friendly smile! It was clean and comfy!

I took my granddaughter to Atlanta for her birthday. It snowed but everyone was very accommodating. The staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely be staying there again.

This property has no Connect Services such as USB C connections or USB conections to charge your devices..you will need your own charging station.

The windows were leaking so much cold air that one side of the bed had to have been 20° colder than tge other.

very nice, possible to add blow dryer in room. Also parking is a bit pricey for daily charge, customer selected this hotel to stay - why pay to park there. Not all hotels charge. That I will ask next time to choose wisely. Other than that very nice.
- 3/5
The room was a lot smaller than i thought, the room was very hot the ac would shut off and not stay on.

Bill at the front is very courteous and helpful. walkable distance to food, coffee & shopping.

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ My stay at Springhill Suites in Buckhead, Atlanta was a masterclass in how to ruin a holiday. Let's start with the cleanliness - or rather, the lack thereof. The hotel was so dirty, you'd think they were going for an industrial grim aesthetic. Dust was the decor, and don't get me started on the floors; they were stickier than a freshly opened jar of honey. Staffing was a laugh. Asking for basic amenities like pillows and blankets was like requesting a moon rock. The front desk informed me, with all the warmth of a winter storm, that housekeeping was on holiday. You'd think they'd have backups, but no - it's a holiday for everyone, apparently, including guest comfort. When I went down to get these essentials myself, the experience was surreal. They couldn't provide a pillow, but they offered a blanket with the brilliant suggestion to stuff it into a pillowcase. Ingenious, right? Like solving a puzzle with half the pieces missing. The layout of the hotel? It's like a labyrinth for the lost. Every turn was confusing, every corridor seemed to lead nowhere useful, making you feel like you're in some sort of endurance test rather than a hotel. So, if you're in the mood for an adventure where survival skills are more crucial than luxury, where every night feels like a gamble on whether you'll actually get to sleep, then Springhill Suites Buckhead is your place. Just pack your own pillows.

The check in and check out processes were easy! Riley was so nice and friendly! The gentleman that checked us out on December 23, was very nice & friendly as well! We were on the 8th floor and it was so quiet! We didn't hear anyone above us! It was nice and relaxing! The breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well! All the staff that we interacted with were friendly! This is our second time here! The location is convenient for shopping, church and restaurants! We definitely recommend it!
