Ms Kyla gave exceptional service during my stay. She was very professional. I will book again at this location in Cumberland vicinity of Atlanta GA. Thank for a great stay!

Why are we paying for parking $12 A DAY AND breakfast isn’t complimentary when a room is PURCHASED!!
- 5/5
Everything was great

Nice place to stay. Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Perfect for our quick trip! Uber to Truist park was extremely fast and extremely affordable. This room, the location, everything was great!
- 5/5
However, our balcony door would not open.
- 4/5
I had a request and staff responded immediately with a wonderfully friendly attitude.
- 2.5/5
Staff was friendly and the location was perfect Pull out mattress was nasty no microwave and the toilet was leaking
- 1/5
Walked into a room that was still dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Towels on the floor, bedding stripped down and trash everywhere.
- 4/5
The tub didn't drain and were clogged in the rooms. We have 5 rooms booked.
- 3.5/5
It was quiet and comfortable. Near the mall. the drawers were open when we arrived room. it looked like corners were not cleaned for months or more and we didn’t use drawers and barely used closet. we ended up keeping clothes in our luggage

Awesome after a horrible day

Very friendly staff and a great location.
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay. Rooms are nice and clean and they have liquid soap and shampoo included. They do charge extra for parking and for breakfast but places to eat are close by.
- 4/5
we checked in 45 min before a 4 pm check in and was charged $15 however when we checked out 2 hours early we were not given any kind of refund. what hotel charges $15 checking in 45 min early? it was a great room and great location however with this kind of policy I will not return to this hotel chain.

We enjoyed our stay overall at the Sonesta. The location was great for what we were doing. Breakfast is not free. Saturday there weren’t enough staff to keep the kitchen running, even though it was still breakfast hours, so we had to go somewhere else to eat. The rooms have coffee makers but they are not k-cup. I understand that this may not be a big deal to some, it is just a preference. The hotel does not have complimentary coffee available in the lobby either. I understand why the price was lower, because you have to pay for anything extra. Just be aware. I know this isn’t a big deal to some, but I guess I have been spoiled a little over the years with other hotels that at least have complimentary coffee in the lobby.
- 3.5/5
No microwave in the room, limited space for smoking area, water pressure could have been better, room needed to be cleaned a better especially for the price

Room was big and spacious Breakfast is not presented and explained properly. Was charged for a breakfast that was just pastries and muffins from Starbucks, not many things children will eat.
- 5/5
When checking in, the receptionist was wonderful and she was so friendly. The location is beautiful and it was great that it had its own private parking garage. It was a great place to stay
- 5/5
The paid parking was a good rate and I felt very safe with my vehicle on the property.
- 4/5
Clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean.
- 2/5
Hairs everywhere. On towels. Couch. Bathroom
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
its close to the ballpark. Take the circulator and its a 3 min walk from truist. Would stay again based on that alone.
- 5/5
Didn't care for handicap room, particularly the auto door that you need to wait for before shutting. Someone else should have got that room. Everything else was good.
- 3/5
Did not like having to pay an extra charge to check in early, when the room was vacant and ready, doesn’t make any sense. Also had to special request room service or else you don’t get clean towels and trash taken out.
- 5/5
Thanks, Ty!
- 5/5
Great place for a quick overnight stay!

- 1/5
The hotel was rundown , the staff was rude and unresponsive, they wouldn’t even give me more towels. The room and bathroom generally didn’t look clean. The area and parking lot looked unsafe. The carpet was dirty in the room. A small hole was in the wall. The breakfast was nothing to brag about.
- 4/5
Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of Truist Park and other fun places.
- 3/5
Check in was late because rooms were not ready. Causes us to get to our event later than expected.
- 4/5
I arrived at the desk at 3:47 to check in. I am aware that check in was not until 4 but I travel a great deal and most places will allow you to check in a couple of minutes early. I understand that the hotel was probably very booked up but I was told that it could be closer to 4:30 before my room was available. We were on a time crunch to get to a baseball game and eat before and needed to change from our 5 hour trip so I did go back inside close to 4 and I was able to check in but just to make others aware who may be in the same situation early check in may not be a possibility. ALSO, it is walkable to Truist Park from this hotel. It didn't feel unsafe but might have been a little bit of a haul if we had children in tow.
- 5/5
Lovely property. Very helpful staff. A microwave in the room or even on the floor would have been nice. They have 'breakfast' but it does cost extra as it's restaurant style so be prepared. Overall, highly recommend. We've stayed multiple nights.
- 3/5
Super convenient for staying and walking to Braves gsmes

Location
- 5/5
Nice hotel, convenient location and quiet.
- 4/5
Parking fee is not bad, staff was really nice However, I could tell my room wasn’t Vacuum as there there were few items on the carpet, also counter where coffee machine is had crumbs
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, the room was clean but parking was bit of a pain. The automatic exit was on the fritz.
- 5/5
We took a last minute trip to ATL and this place was very clean, close to the Cumberland mall, restaurants and braves stadium. Will definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Check in was strict 4 pm, no early check-in . At 4, was told room is not ready. ???
- 3/5
Front door pretty rude like I was bugging her to get up.
- 1/5
The room was clean but that is the only thing that was decent about the place. Check-in time was 4:00 p.m. I arrived early due to travel backup and wanted to make sure I arrived on time. I arrived around 2:15 and sat in the lobby until 4:00, at which time there was a line at the check-in desk. The girl knew I had been sitting there for over 2 hours at this point and didn't bother to come around the corner where I was sitting and let me know. After the line died down for check-in it was around 4:30 and I was told that my room was still not ready. There were other people there that were told the same things and we were all sitting in the lobby waiting for a room. I finally got checked in at 4:50. I stayed there because it was down the road from the Cobb energy center and I was supposed to be a VIP guest and was supposed to be there at 5:00. P.m. needless to say I was very late getting to the show. When I got back from the show at the Cobb energy center I was on the phone in my room talking to my daughter about the show and about the check-in at the hotel. A man knocked on my door and told me to be quiet that people could hear me talking on the phone with my daughter who by the way was on her honeymoon and was telling me about her honeymoon. Everyone there was very rude except for one gentleman walked me to the parking garage to make sure I had parked in the correct spot. I wish I knew his name. He is the only good thing about that hotel!
- 5/5
I loved staying here. The staff was very accommodating for a late check-out.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient in garage on property for $12 a day. That should be free, but what can you do. Otherwise great stay. Would stay there again if ever in Atlanta again.
- 5/5
Secure parking. Room and staff were great.
- 4/5
Room was not clean, there were hairs all in the toilet. Someone left a syringe on the shelf in the closet. There was someone’s dirty shirt balled up in the closet and I’ve been itching for the past three days since I left.
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean safe parking in the parking garage . No free breakfast but they tell when looking at the rooms. I would stay again if I was to visit again
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 3/5
It was not bad.
- 3/5
And as a paid guest, PARKING SHOULD NOT COST The room was adequate but I expected nicer for the cost. There were NO USB ports in the room Water bottles were made available for purchase but at an EXORBITANT price. Would not recommend this hotel
- 5/5
Great deal! Nice and clean and quiet
- 2/5
We had a game and a concert to go to (Truist Park, Roxy) and we wanted something reasonable as far as location. We thought we could save a few dollars and just take a lift over the freeway which was pretty affordable however I might pay the extra money to be closer next time. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it had standing water every time we used it and it also had no cold water. It was lukewarm and hot. The room was not cleaned very well there was spray marks from a cleaning product but the mirrors were blurry and there was stuff on the headboard. I had to wipe everything down with wipes because I was so grossed out. It's an older property so you kind of expect some things to not be up to date however the fact that it wasn't clean on top of that was a little troubling. Next time we will stay a little closer to the Park area and save money on something else.
- 5/5
:)
- 4/5
Parking available for free and safe.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, even though you have to pay for it. Nice staffing at the morning bar and front counter. Nice and quiet spot in good range to other places even walking distance.
- 3/5
The hotel needs upgrades especially the rooms. I got there at night and waited 10 minutes for the receptionist to arrive. I’m not sure where she was at. The parking garage is right next to the entrance so it wasn’t too bad parking and walking over with my luggage.
- 1/5
Wasn’t really a fan of this place.
- 5/5
Parking is great
- 5/5
A great stay for the Riftbound Regionals!!!
- 3/5
Being able to get room service with onsite restaurant would have been perfect
- 3/5
Staff for the coffee shop was very short handed for a weekend. Breakfast was good but waited 45 minutes for an egg sandwich. For the price of the room, it was not completely satisfactory albeit the staff were very polite.
- 3/5
The room bathroom needed to be cleaned better
- 2/5
Great location to be around. Don't recommend getting breakfast there however. Took an hour for them just to get an egg sandwich with potatoes on the side.
- 3/5
The stopper in the sink didn't work. The breakfast had a very poor selection, many of the items on the menu not available and those were of poor quality. The price of the few breakfast items available was excessive.
- 2/5
location is nice but the room had smelled like bad odor and bed was not comfortable. parking spots are very limited also not as convenient as other hotels.
- 5/5
Nice location with very comfy beds and a secure parking garage. Restaurants are a close drive or uber ride away
- 4/5
Had a noise complaint from another guess. At 1:30 a.m. from a loud television, which was addressed by the overnight front desk person, (banging) on the door opposed to calling the room first and letting us know the TV was too loud for the guests in the next room. And then for her to lie and said she called was Unsatisfactory , and then to threaten to have us removed after making us aware of the loud T. V was uncalled for
- 3/5
the staff was great property in a good area if you're visiting and like restaurants to shop i only had an issue with the room 309 it had a very bad mildew moldy smell it caused me and my friend dizziness when in the room and nausea i think it should be checked out.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy room. Staff friendly. Very quiet area. Parking in carded lot. No free breakfast, but cafe open. Very comfy stay. Mall across the road.
- 3/5
Nice place, but have to pay for the parking
- 5/5
Excellent service, easy to access & convenient spot.
- 3/5
Walls super thin could hear the people next to us even though they was trying to be quite … weird smell in room maybe because animals are aloud and of course there is carpet in room … decor very out dated and the lady who checked me in explained everything in color to the people checking in in front of me but only gave me a paper and told me to have a good day
- 3/5
Reserved 2 king rooms upon arrival we were checked in and went to our rooms . I walked into a room with 2 beds and immediately called fro t desk. They tried to argue that I did not reserve a king room when my reservation clearly showed otherwise . After another failed attempt I finally got the room I reserved on a third try. Desk associate seemed upset with our party but we just wanted what we booked in advance. When my daughter went to change keys on the last attempt she had to wait behind guests who had booked a city view but would not be able to get that room till the next night.
- 5/5
I like to have a Bible in the room. Needs a microwave
- 2/5
The room was clean, but the staff members were rude and seemed to have an attitude every time we spoke with them. The air conditioning worked, although it could have worked a little better. One of the biggest issues was that the hotel ran out of towels. We asked the front desk and were told our room was marked as “urgently needing towels” and that they would bring some as soon as possible, but we never received any. It was very frustrating because it is hard to understand how a hotel runs out of towels for guests.
- 4/5
A clean, comfortable room with easy check-in and checkout. Close enough to the Braves battery to walk. (25 minutes) Lots of dining and shopping choices nearby.
- 3/5
The rooms were comfortable and close to the ball park which was the reason we chose this hotel. Unfortunately you need to read real close when looking for a hotel with a shuttle to the game! I was informed that the only "shuttle" they had was the city owned bus and by the schedule it didn't run after the game so a taxi was needed for the return. Also the parking for the hotel is an extra charge instead of incorporated into the room fee.
- 3/5
The staff were very nice, I will not dispute that. But I would say, they are very disorganized with their refund. It's been more than 2 weeks since I checked out, and I haven't received my refund. They're excuse was that they had refunded it to my expedia account, which doesn't make sense, becasue I paid with my card. I find that very unprofessional. Also, they didn't mention that I had to pay for parking. So beware of that. That would come out of the amount you put down for your stay
- 5/5
The room was extremely clean, was greeted and helped by the staff.
- 3/5
There was no microwave in the room and breakfast was soooo expensive. $11 for half a stack of pancakes. Also one of the people that work there told me it was a 20 minute walk to the stadium. It was a 20 minute drive to the stadium I would have never been able to walk there.
- 4/5
Our first stay was a 5 star rating. This stay was a 4 star rating. The room wasn't as clean as our first stay. They had an issue with the hot water throughout the hotel, but it was repaired in a timely manner. I will most likely stay here again on our next baseball weekend. Go Braves!
- 4/5
This is another hotel where you have to pay for the BASICS!!! There was no cool water in the lobby, no microwaves in the bedrooms, and o ly one lady in the front staff was polite.
- 1/5
At check-in, the attendant, was unprofessional on her phone the whole time. I checked into the room and loaded all my belongings come to find out the room was completely flooded near the bed and the couch. Let know that I would need a new room seem bothered and refused to check the additional room to see if there was any flooding before I moved. I asked to speak to a manager who was completely unprofessional irritated and did not want to work and have any hospitality for the situation caused by the hotel I had to check out due to the uncooperative behavior of the manager, , and the attendant I do not recommend staying there, moving forward based on the manager, behavior.
- 5/5
Great location & parking was so easy. The room was so clean and the staff was great.
- 2/5
The worst experience ever. The suites are not suites. The sofa bed is not a sofa bed per se’ but actually a very small cot in side a love seat not sofa.
- 4/5
Clean room. Staff inviting
- 4/5
Mostly fine, but bathroom had a lot of hair in it when I checked in. No microwave in the room, but 2 small ones in the lobby.
- 1/5
Booked room week prior and when we checked in was put in a queen size beed room instead of a double queen. When we went to the restroom their was pee already in the toilet. I called and requested a room change and she said she has one more room with a king but coulnt change us asfter saying their was no rooms available. When moved to the 2nd room next day afyer hosekepping was done. The shower was dirty had some kind of sand like substance on the tub as well with weed crumbs by the coffee machine. Expected alot more out of this hotel.
- 5/5
It was a very nice stay. Close to the mall and different restaurant. I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
PS There is $100 deposit once you arrive at the hotel. It is $12/per day (you can come and go as many times aa you want). They deduct the parkinf from the deposit.
- 3/5
The room was nice but parking was not convenient and the staff was not friendly or helpful then they kept my deposit and charged extra when cc from hotels.com didn’t work with notifying me there was a problem. We will not stay here agan
- 5/5
Always meet my expectations, one elevator was working the last two days. So check out was a disaster other than that out stay was great. Location is in the center of everything. You can walk to Cumberland, and the truist park.
- 4/5
Staff on hand was personable and helpful.
- 2/5
Room was not very clean. Hairs all over the bathtub and a dirty hoodie tucked between the bed and the wall.
- 5/5
We love this hotel for our stop between Ohio and Florida. The rooms are spacious, clean and very attractive. The staff is very friendly and efficient. It is near the highway and several restaurants.
- 5/5
Convenient location to Cumberland Mall and Truist Park. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway or staycation. Front desk staff (male) at check in didn’t explain any of the amenities or parking to us.
- 2/5
There was a general must about the place that was disgusting. The bathroom sink was not cleaned, it still had toothpaste and spit on it. The shower had grime and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The bedsheets had a multiple stains.
- 3/5
Breakfast not included and no microwave in room didnt like that
- 5/5
Great hotel for the money. The breakfast is relatively cheap for how good it is. Highly recommend grabbing some of those pancakes.
- 5/5
The room was great and we had a great view! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and surprisingly quite. We forgot to take our fan and were worried about noise. It is within walking distance to the ballpark too, 1 mile.
- 5/5
Clean, affordable and convenient for a Braves game
- 4/5
Staff was helpful
- 4/5
Clean room. Beds were small but comfy. Great staff. Easy parking. Walkable to Truist Park.
- 5/5
Great location for us (25 min walk to Braves game), near mall with restaurants, secure hotel parking. Room was comfortable & clean. Indoor pool was a plus as it was chilly outside. All staff very nice. Breakfast food was good, and staff person very polite, but no joke, took more than 40 minutes for breakfast for 4 to be prepared, with no other guests at breakfast tables.
- 4/5
I always enjoy staying here, but my recommendation is that the shower curtains need to be washed after each visit. The odor rhat it releases is unbearable and I had to switch rooms this visit.
- 1/5
The wrong smelled very musty, the bathroom was not cleaned properly on arrival. Nor was our room cleaned or towels replenished our entire stay as advertised. I was disappointed to find out there was not a shuttle available being located so close to Cumberland mall and the battery.
- 3/5
The light by the bed in my room wouldn’t turn on, and was woken up by dogs barking in the middle of the night. It is a pet friendly facility, but this was still not fun to deal with.
- 5/5
El personal muy amable y el lugar muy Tranquilo
- 5/5
Good.
- 5/5
Not good.
- 3/5
Shower was not cleaned . It had hair and old soap residue. Room was nice i was upgraded. Very friendly staff , carlos was amazing.
- 5/5
My room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel was nice and clean with a great breakfast to start the day. I definitely would stay at this Sonesta hotel again.
- 5/5
This property exceeded my expectations and was the perfect weekend stay for us. Check-in was smooth, the entire hotel smelled amazing, and the room was wonderful with a nice layout. This hotel has a parking garage, which is $12/day but guests can park at the lowest level if preferred, with convenient (covered) access to the hotels lobby elevator. Will absolutely stay here again when visiting ATL.
- 2/5
No bar no free continental breakfast no microwave in room it was poor
- 4/5
Started off rocky, the room they gave me my card wouldn’t work because come to find out it was guest still in there. The gentleman at the front desk helped me right away and upgraded my room for free. Loved that, he is the only thing about this staff I give 5 stars to and he was the only one working that night apparently. Now the downside is the room, it was not fully cleaned well. There were what looked like cigar insides between the bed and night stand, and some on the phone. I also didn’t have any wash cloths, had to go to front desk to get them because I was told cleaning staff was not there.
- 5/5
Very clean and excellent customer service! Great area to everything!
- 1/5
We drove 8 hours and got in pretty late. I’m traveling with a child. The front desk lady was ruin, upset I interrupted her watching TikTok. I had DJ ask about where to park, how to get in, she explained nothing about WiFi nor breakfast. As soon as we got into the room, she comes banging on the door, threating to kick us out because the neighbors heard of coming in the room. She was ruin for no reason. I was just ready to go.
- 5/5
Nice, clean room. Very friendly staff.
- 2/5
Didn’t like it at all. Staff wasn’t nice at all. Room is very old! Laundry room washing machine leaked the whole wash cycle.
- 4/5
The value was outstanding. 85.00 per night!
- 5/5
Carlos was amazing. His customer service was impeccable !! He accommodated us through every step. I wish more were like him in the hospitality industry
- 5/5
Much nicer than I expected. It was a quick one-night stay but the staff was nice and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean!
- 2/5
Upon arriving after calling three hours ahead of time to ensure we could do an early check-in was told it is fine when we arrive we were told there are no available rooms. The lady at the front desk was rude. I then asked about me calling from earlier and they put us in a room, but it was not clean at all, and there was damage in it. The wall had a hole in it and the shower would not drain. There was mildew, hair and soap scum as well. There was an older man in the lobby who was very nice.
- 5/5
Quiet and comfortable. Excellent value. Easy in and out
- 2/5
the location was great, but the hotel seemed to be a place that attracts (lets just say a class of people) I don't care to be around (just seem a bit unsavory at best) I ending up leaving taking an "L" and booked the OMNI at the Battery
- 5/5
Very nice and cost effective
- 4/5
I frequent this location quite often. The stay is normally comfortable, with a very good feel of safety. Considering the “pet-friendly” privilege, there needs to be more focus on regular pest control service. Seems to have been an experience of flea bites throughout the night.
- 3/5
There were two women who worked front desk (one at night and one in the morning) who just gave off attitude. They acted as if they hated their job; and one I believe was a supervisor or manager on duty. They just weren’t pleasant and didn’t speak in a professional manner. The lady who worked at night with Carlos, who I believe could have been a supervisor or manager, was just standing around clueless. Then, Carlos had to assist her with another customer because she didn’t know what she was doing. THEN, she had the nerve to give me and my friend attitude about the parking garage because our key card wasn’t working to get into the gate! The young girl who checked me out gave attitude because I asked for a receipt! She was faking a nice attitude with other guests though I felt she was agitated. She was being rude and unprofessional with her delivery of speech. Upon entering my room, the bathroom was not up to par and deserved another cleaning. It was around 9pm when I got into my room, so I know housekeeping was gone. I didn’t complain or ask for another room because I was able to manage the filthiness for the time being. The room itself wasn’t up to much standard, but it was doable. The bed was comfortable and relaxing. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel ever again! What I thought was a luxury hotel—I might as well had booked a room at Days Inn.
- 3/5
I stayed there with my family for 3 days. The staff, gym, pool, parking garage and overall hotel were good. The hotel is also located close to a lot of places. The downside of this experience was the room. It heavily smelled like cigarettes smoke and it was supposed to be a none smoking room. There was a shoe, a sock and Cheetos on the floor. It obviously didn’t get cleaned well. The bathroom tub was clogged and would take forever for the water to drain when someone would shower. Another thing Bo didn’t like was that the parking is $12 a day and I didn’t know that until I got to check in.
- 5/5
Great staff. Carlos was very helpful, recommending restaurants in the area, even supplying us extra coffee pods for our room.
- 4/5
All was good but the hotel is a simple hotel.
- 5/5
Good staff, helpful clean environment
- 4/5
The welcoming when i enetered the hotel. I hate the fact that i have to pay to park everyday i stay.
- 4/5
The bathroom is definitely old I will stay again, it’s clean. And convenient
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Carlos and Sylvia were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you! It is a perfect location for meals and attractions.
- 4/5
Very clean room and comfy bed. Couldn’t ask for a better location for our plans.
- 1/5
The hotel overbooked and sent me to another hotel that was unable to get me a room and took me inside rooms that were already occupied. I requested a full refund and still have not received anything.
- 3/5
The room was in good condition, but it was not the cleanest. There was a lot of dust and hair covering the bathroom floor and inside of the shower/tub. The toilet was not clean underneath the seat or around the base.
- 5/5
Staff was nice room was cleaned
- 5/5
Clean rooms, nice staff, & nice indoor heated pool
- 5/5
Great as always
- 1/5
I booked this stay expecting basic comfort and professionalism and got neither. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult even though I had my confirmation, and I was assigned a room directly across from the elevator with loud industrial machines running all night and a large cable stretched across the floor. The room was noisy, uncomfortable, and impossible to sleep in. The bed was itchy, the environment felt poorly maintained, and staff offered no real solution other than telling me to wait for a manager the next morning. I also had to spend extra money and over 40 minutes on an Uber just to retrieve my ID due to their rigid handling of the situation. For a $200 night, this was unacceptable. This stay caused stress, lost sleep, and extra expenses. I would not recommend Sonesta Select Atlanta Cumberland Galleria Ballpark to anyone.

The first room we were given smelled strongly of wet mildew, like the carpet had been soaked and never properly dried. We were moved to another room, but that one had a visible layer of dust throughout. Housekeeping came to clean it, but shortly after, we found bugs in the window area and even a few above the bed. When I reported the bugs, the staff said they would move us again, but they took about 30 minutes with no urgency. We had just gotten off a flight and needed to shower quickly because we had somewhere to be. When I called to ask how much longer it would take, the employee told me to bring our belongings down “until they could” move us. Shortly after, he told me to check out and then hung up on me. When we went downstairs, both the employee and the manager were rude and dismissive. The manager stated he would refund me and provided a written statement before we left. Between the mildew smell, dust, bugs, and the unprofessional treatment, this was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Front desk attendant Carlos is especially kind, helpful and efficient. He remembered our names when we came in the door every time. Pleasure to see his smiling face. Hotels need more efficient and kind employees like Carlos.
- 3/5
The room was dank, and upon check in I had to ask to be moved to another room as the first one that was provided was very poorly cleaned. The room swap was prompt and I was met with great remorse from the staff at the front desk for the inconvenience. However… the rooms are dated in a sense that the carpeted floors have a very musty odor. The hot water in the shower did not meet a past lukewarm temperature. The “breakfast” was an à la carte menu and the “avocado toast that I purchased with a small hot tea ran me $16. The avocado spread was cold and over seasoned and tasted like a simple p pop repackaged spread, the cherry tomato were practically frozen. So of these cold toppings made my bread cold so that was a very lack luster breakfast. I skipped breakfast for the remaining 3 days of my stay. There is no bar on the premises. Not complaining just a heads up. You will pay for parking $12 daily, that can be charged to your room, which could very well be defected from your $150 hold due at check in. Outside is the very kind staff and service provided, I’d rate this location a 7/10. (I also did not bother to visit the pool or fitness center after my encounter with the first room.
- 3/5
The staff was nice, the room had a musty smell to it, maybe because there is no fan in the bathroom. I think parking should be free, but otherwise not bad.
- 5/5
Been a solo traveler, I enjoy my stay there! Carlos was nice to me and even assisted me with recommend places to go have a great meal and he very good at taking pics 😁😂. Overall the staff has been good with assisting me with everything

Great place to stay. Convenient parking. Clean rooms. Great location. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Excellent. Will stay again!!
- 5/5
Perfect for my one night stay. Convenient, excellent facility, sort of reminds me of a high rise Courtyard Marriott. Easy all around. Rooms are very nice. Just remember there is a $12 per night parking charge.
- 5/5
Get placed to be snowed in at ❤️
- 1/5
The first room had hair all over the tub and we got moved to a new room only for the tub not to drain properly and it also wasn’t compounded causing my partner and I to slip and fall. The request for towels didn’t come even after an hour wait. We ended up going to get them ourselves with the lack of communication we did not receive housekeeping at our request until the following day and I could go on Carlos however was amazing on the initial meet and greet that allowed him the opportunity to provide a service that I wished for from day 1 Kiya was rude, and lacked key customer service components as a front desk service provider.
- 5/5
Loved the front desk folks- especially Carlos. So friendly.
- 3/5
It would be better if they had complimentary breakfast
- 4/5
Staff was super nice!
- 5/5
Great.
- 1/5
Staff member Carlo was horrible to me and my family. My daughter had school and the room we were in reeked of foreign smoke from somewhere on the hall. We let the front desk knew and ask that our rooms be exchanged due to my daughter going to school and didn’t want her uniform smelling like that or possibly me being charged. He advise me that he wouldn’t change the room that he would walk the hallways and spray air freshener but if that wasn’t enough I could just check out. I contacted corporate and of course checked out but something needs to be done professionally about how the staff operate that property
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and spacious thanks to Carlos for making my birthday weekend better for being very informative
- 3/5
They charge for parking, no breakfast included, the room they gave us at first was smelling badly, beds are small. The area is very good
- 5/5
Very clean and staff was helpful and amazing!!
- 3/5
Didn’t get breakfast
- 4/5
Issue with initial room not being completely cleaned before it was assigned to me. They have very helpful & friendly staff changed me to a different room and everything was great rest of stay
- 4/5
Clean room and quiet. Laundry is way overpriced. $9 to wash and dry! And paying for parking at hotels is not good business. It is another way to nickle and dime people.
- 5/5
The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The TV in our room did not work and she quickly moved us to another room. But I must add that when I arrived, because I had such a bad experience at another hotel she upgraded me to a presidential suite to make my stay even better with them. Because of that, I will definitely stay there again because of her generosity and the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful…the accommodations and amenities offered! Very clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Room was nice. I wish there was a microwave but other than that everything was good.
- 1/5
The hallway was cluttered, the room wasn’t as clean. You could see spray left on the headboard from it not being wiped off
- 5/5
We will be back!! Very satisfied!!!
- 3/5
Customer service was exceptional!! The location was great but parking is $12 going and coming which is ridiculous. Unfortunately room cleanliness was not good. Housekeeping doesn’t properly between guests. There was hair all over my room and in the bathroom then after being switched to a different room there was used condoms and other trash still left in the room. Absolutely disgusting. The beds were comfortable but I won’t be back .
- 2/5
The staff was rude which is the front desk person. The housekeeper didn’t bring me no towels till three hours later. I stayed four days but left on third day. I refuse to stay to continue to use the same towels.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, courteous and kind.
- 5/5
spotless room and wonderful view.

- 1/5
I was spammed outta my money. I bought the room through expedia online. I made payment with after pay. After I already purchased the hotel stay I was informed there was a $50 dollars deposit. On arrival I tried to pay the deposit with my same card. And also after pay with funds on there. I couldn't therefore I could not stay there and a lost of funds.
- 4/5
Cleanliness was OK. Not pristine, but not repulsive. The staff was above the norm for typical Atlanta hospitality. For this price point, I was pleasantly surprised and for the nastiness of my travel (family and business) I was grateful to have had the experience we did.
- 5/5
The staff especially Carlos he was a good man with great guess service got me to my room pretty fast
- 5/5
Great overall.
- 2/5
Our first room reeked of mildew so bad we had to request another room. It was already 3am when we arrived but we weren’t willing to sleep with that smell. As it was the whole floor that led to our room smelt bad. Luckily the woman working overnight exchanged our room with no problem. The second room smelled better but still not the best. The bathroom had not been swept from the previous guest. Was disappointed reviews were exceptional when clearly they shouldn’t have been. Condition of rooms were poor as was hotel. Customer service was great though!
- 5/5
Great stay but got pay $12 day parking
- 5/5
It was great to stay here

Yes and no
- 5/5
Clean and pleasant staff
- 2/5
Got an “upgraded” suite for guest… full sized beds advertised as king sized? Cheap amenities overall mediocre experience and deposit never refunded. Will not return
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean. The staff very courteous, with smiles.the only thing that stood out was there snack were little pricy. But overall the experience was on point.
- 5/5
Breakfast was a small Starbucks
- 1/5
I normally don't do reviews but the moment I stepped into the room I was ready to leave. The room itself wasn't bad but this hotel allows pets and the room smelled terrible. The smell of dog stench was in the carpet, furniture & throughout the room. Absolutely horrible! I'm all for pets but allowing them in a hotel room is a bad idea but of course it's another way to squeeze another 300 dollars out of their guests. I won't be going back.
- 5/5
Great staff, beautiful view, would come again!!

- 5/5
staff was amazing, and stay was perfect, great views of the area and very quiet at night. Parking garage had plenty of space and only being an elevator ride away was great. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Everything was great, other than the smell of weed late at night and early in the morning.

- 5/5

- 4/5
Cons- rooms need touching up. A lot of paint chips in the tub-needs to be reglazed, calcium build up on the faucet; room smelled a little moldy. Would consider other options but wouldn’t rule this place out.
- 5/5
The breakfast menu was good. The service was excellent.
- 4/5

- 4/5
Clean room Friendly Staff
- 2/5
Thé bedsheets were dirty , they had make up on. The sofa and side table was also dirty - feels like it wasn’t cleaned after previous check out
- 4/5
Clean room helpful staff parking was a breeze. Inexpensive stay and cost for parking.
- 5/5
Awesome staff amazing rooms!
- 1/5
not as clean as it initially seems
- 5/5
Very quiet room experience ever
- 2/5
Hotel is dated, bathroom was dirty, and staff was not accommodating. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
I specifically put special notes with my reservation. I just had knee surgery and requested a room near the elevator to prevent from walking far. He put me in a room total opposite. Last room on the end to be exact. The room had a strange smell. Animal? Needs a deep cleaning. I’m assuming certain rooms are for certain prices? Or tied to a specific room based on the price offered. Other than that, this is a honest review. Front desk check in pretty much handed me a print out, gave me my key, then said have a nice day. Not warm and welcoming at all!
- 3/5
The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the views were acceptable. However, as a manager for a cleaning company, I must note that the room could have been significantly cleaner, which severely impacted the stay. An unpleasant, strange odor was noticeable immediately in the room and present in the elevator, which also had a seemingly inappropriate scratch in the paint. Maintenance issues were apparent: dust along the wall trim behind the TV, fingerprints on the wall above the window, and one curtain was stuck. The chair was visibly and heavily stained, and finding a few hairs in the bathtub obviously showed the tub had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. Separately, the beds were extremely hard—like sleeping on a rock—and the two pillows provided minimal support, though the bedding was clean. For the price, the value was poor, as I was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast, and we incurred an additional daily parking fee. Furthermore, the pool was visibly unmaintained, with a clear pile of dirt/grime resting in the corner of the bottom. Unfortunately, due to these easily fixable issues regarding cleanliness and basic comfort, I have to give the hotel 3 out of 5 stars. Seeing how nice and welcoming the staff are, I sincerely hope hotel management will see to these necessary fixes soon.
- 5/5
Great staff and my room was very nice clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. Some areas seemed like they could be cleaner. I don’t think they charged for parking before, but now it’s $12 per day.

- 1/5
Staff support was lacking
- 2/5
The bathroom were not cleaned properly to the point we had to be moved to another room which had the same problem. Hair all over the floor and in the tubes in both rooms.
- 3/5
The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. There was also an extremely loud couple next door at night.
- 5/5
clean room, clean common areas. staff was nice, too. small couch is better than a chair. safe area. really nothing to complain about, and it was a good value. Mall across the street is very convenient for eating, although walking there isn't as easy as it may appear at first.

Good customer service.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean environment, peaceful stay.
- 3/5
The room had strands of hair in the shower and face bowl faucet. AC worked but didn’t need it too often because it was cold outside.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Quiet. We stay here whenever we go through Atlanta.
- 4/5
The only negative was the breakfast, it was advertised to start at 7am but we went down and it was not open. Another guest said the day before he had the same issue and had to sit a wait 40 mins. Frustrating when you have to get on the road and find breakfast elsewhere
- 5/5
The room was super clean and presented well. The front desk employee who checked me in was tops (near midnight, not his usual shift;he was filling in for someone). I would recommend this hotel for anyone.
- 2/5
There’s was no breakfast & I paid the breakfast I got nothing.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 3/5
The shower was full of hair an water kept backing up.

The room was very dirty.
- 4/5
Business friendly
- 3/5
The clerk at the front desk needs to work on her customer service.
- 1/5
This hotel was a nightmare. I found bed bugs in my bed and I have pictures and videos to prove it. It was late at night and I had to be up early the next day for wedding events. The shower was rusted and dirty. There were no microwaves in the rooms. And the walls were so thin I was woken up by neighbors coughing nonstop and I could hear every word of their conversation. They were not talking loudly at all, the walls were just that thin. This was a horrible stay and I Would like a full refund.
- 5/5
Good experience

The rooms are not clean daily unless you ask.
- 4/5
Overall we love the stay there.I guess this week was a loud the room we were next to had something going on yelling to top of their voices music was loud at one point and slamming the door after hours.Other than that we always enjoy our stay with Senosta.Beautiful view convince to stores eating walking transportation just a all around place to be.
- 5/5
I Loved our experience. We have stayed with many hotels chains, however; this has been the top of the line. Service was outstanding and so different from all other hotel we've stayed in. Thanks again
- 3/5
This stay was my 2nd stay at Sonesta Select Cumberland location and the first stay was better. The hotel ran out of wash cloths and I was told that the laundry associate had the weekend off. This is actually unacceptable regardless of if ONE associate was off, because there should’ve been a backup person. I was told that I would just have to use a hand towel to shower with and the hand towel was heavy and my shower was longer than usual. I was definitely irritated this stay.
- 1/5
Found a gian bug on my bed. Looks scary
- 4/5
Check in was smooth and easy. The staff friendly. My room was nasty. It was just dirty. Since it was one night I was kinda over it. But yea it’s outdated and not clean. Other than that it was a nice overall stay.
- 4/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
This hotel was very nice , the staff was very informative and friendly, the room was clean and very nice, the Ac worked great and the bed was very comfortable. 10/10 Definitely Recommend.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The parking should just be included in the price if they are going to charge an additional fee to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay at.

- 1/5
The rooms were filthy. I went to my first room. It had roaches on the dresser, went to the second room It had dog hair in the tub went to my third room. It had blood on the doors and in the shower horrible experience will never return.
- 3/5
Bathroom was not clean with hairs on tub. While it was ok they only clean or exchange towels and replenish products by request.
- 5/5
It was very nice
- 3/5
The room was ok! Very inconvenient to not have a microwave in the rooms. The parking should be free for paying guest!
- 5/5
Parking is a little tough
- 2/5
The receptionist is in the wrong line of work, she’s anything but warm or polite. The toilet seat is disgusting and either needs a deep clean or replacement. Parking costs $12, so don’t expect it to be free. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
- 5/5
Yes everything was great
- 3/5
Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was a pet friendly hotel which does not work for me. There were cleanliness issues with the bathroom sink due to clogging. Traffic in Atlanta can be challenging, and this property was perfectly positioned for getting around and there were plenty of options for shopping and dining.
- 2/5
It would be nice if there wasn’t inappropriate drawings on the walls of the elevators, and the sheets were actually clean! It also would’ve been a great heads up to know that I was gonna get charged $50 so that I could park. I was not informed of that beforehand and left with no choice for to pay with it.
- 5/5
everything was good! it was a pretty view and the pool was really big and clean! the gym was great too. only downside was the bed not being so comfortable. but we only stayed 1 night so it wasn't much trouble. we would stay again for the city view, it was beautiful watching the sunset!
- 5/5
Excellent Stay
- 1/5
Staff sucks!
- 1/5
The staff including the GM is nowhere near professional and that's why I'm dealing with the BBB instead of them, because when the GM don't care how the employees treat their customers why should we care about them.
- 5/5
It was beautiful
- 5/5
Yesssss
- 3/5
The Staff were great. They were very cordial and polite. Over the rooms were okay, but the cleanliness of the rooms was not great. Under the pullout sofa there were plastic cups, fries and other garbage, The bathroom was somewhat clean with towels, but the floors in the bathroom and throughout the suit didn’t look like they were vacuumed. Unfortunately, the last night of 4, there was a musty/foul odor, that occupied the suite we were in. It was coming from the floor along the wall next to the adjacent room. The carpet was damp, and it got onto my backpack as it was sitting on the floor along the wall. It was so bad that I could not sleep the entire night. The next morning, I left my backpack and many of my contents in it in the room as it smelt terrible. When I spoke with the person at the front desk, they were very apologetic and said they would have given us another room had we asked. I wasn’t about to wake up the rest of the room to move for about 6 hours of sleep.
- 2/5
Room was dirty.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
It was nices and clean
- 5/5
My husband and son enjoyed their stay! He said room was very nice and facility nicely updated. There is a charge for parking which I feel should just be included in the stay… but that is fine. Check in east. Location very nice!
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Area was nice
- 1/5
Didn't clean the room, the tub wouldn't drain, chatged for everything. Terrible experience
- 3/5
The room smelled like cat piss and there was something on the floor that appeared to be poop. Staff was very sweet and accommodating
- 4/5
Staff were friendly and there’s a mini store near the reception. Overall our visit was enjoyable.
- 3/5
First elevator I entered smelled heavily of dog urine. (Hotel is pet friendly). Elevator and hallway to underground parking reeked of pot. Not the greatest first things to run into. AC vent in room was rattling loudly and toilet paper roll/holder fell to the ground as soon as I touched it. Room was also a connecting room (I wasn't aware until I went inside) with neighbors, and the people on other side of the paper thin connecting door were up with loud tv until late at night, and I could hear every word they said throughout the entire stay. I worked from the room one day, and the wifi was fine. Bed was also fine. Nightstand plug on one side of bed did not work. Overall the hotel was livable and in a convenient location for my needs, but I will not stay there again.
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
I setup/paid for a "superior" room but did not receive one. When I asked several staff members about it, they all said that I was correct but they put me in a room "with a good view" so that counts. I value the space that I requested/expected and not a "good view".
- 5/5
Good experience. Fast check in to a clean room. Ample parking as well.
- 5/5
I had a pleasant stay, quiet enough even though I was near the elevator. Clean, comfortable room, across the street from a large mall and conveniently close to the Battery. There’s even a nice space between the hotel and the office building that shares access, with shade and benches.
- 1/5
Before unpacking everything and switching rooms, I asked the front desk to send housekeeping to clean my bathroom. I was gone for 12 hours and came back to find that nothing had been done. I returned to the desk with photos, and only then was I offered another room. While slightly better, it still smelled bad, the door didn’t close properly, and once again, housekeeping never came despite me requesting service. Instead, they just left a bag with towels and a pizza coupon on my door. The hotel advertises amenities that weren’t even available—the bar was never open, the restaurant was closed, and the little convenience area for snacks and drinks shut down at random times. For all of this inconvenience, poor service, and dirty rooms, I was never offered a discount or compensation of any kind. This hotel was a complete disappointment—dirty rooms, false advertising, and terrible customer service. If you’re visiting this area, book anywhere but here.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and safe. Room was quiet and comfortable.
- 4/5
The room was nice, bed and couch was very comfortable. I called ahead to find out about a shuttle to Truist park and when we arrived to check in and head out to the game the front desk said they were not doing any more runs. So we ended up paying $45 for an Uber there and back, which we were not happy about.
- 5/5
Great staff and rooms. Convenient enough to all things.
- 5/5
Pretty good for the price.
- 5/5
Me and my wife can down for the braves games Great environment, friendly staff, restaurants and activities with in walking to driving distance great hotel when we come back to watch the braves in the spring we will stay here again

- 5/5
Enjoyable!
- 5/5
Everything was in close range
- 5/5
I loved the check in was quick and easy. The front desk lady was very nice and informativebut the chair in our room was stained pretty bad and should've maybe been cleaned before the check in. Other than that everything was very good.
- 5/5
All was very good.
- 3/5
i stayed for a week requested my room to be cleaned twice. It never was They charge to park.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean hotel room, nice area, walking distance to the mall and public transportation.
- 5/5
Upon arrival the check-in process was smooth and the agent she was awesome. On departure the morning agent was not so friendly as I spoke and said good morning. I didn’t get her name, but I’ve worked front desk before it would had been great to be acknowledged when I approached the front desk for a key to leave out of the parking garage. Departure was September 22, at 11am. Overall good experience and very clean hotel
- 5/5
great area
- 5/5
TV in the room was black and white lol. Short stay, so i didnt turn it on as much. Everything else excellent.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room, convenient to a lot of Atlanta activities such as baseball. Quiet, nice amenities.
- 5/5
Best hotel ever
- 5/5
Was clean and i loved my view
- 5/5
Very nice clean, great location. Staff waa great
- 5/5
Very nice place!
- 4/5
Chose this hotel became of location to the ballpark. Walking distance and a safe walk both ways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was good too.
- 4/5
It is very central and the atmosphere is pleasant.
- 5/5
The hotel is very nice and the room was great. $24 a day for parking is ridiculous though so I won’t stay there again.
- 5/5
I went to Atlanta to see the Braves and this hotel was ideal and ticked all the boxes in my opinion, i definitely will be going back to this hotel when i next see the Braves
- 5/5
Michael, the front desk guy, is wonderfully kind and polite.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. The property was very convenient to everything.
- 1/5
Their website said they had a restaurant, with a full breakfast. Lies. It’s a nook with microwaved food, and it wasn’t even open the first day. No manager available for Hotels.com to talk to about issues and possible discount since they blatantly lie. When asked front desk about restaurant, they had no clue what I was talking about. Very unprofessional spot. Felt like they were just winging it. That’s just my main complaint. No one will read this or do anything about. Don’t stay here though, plenty of better options nearby.
- 3/5
Well, there were a lot of random people hanging out and congregating in the parking deck which has a gate. Lots of fast food trash, paper, loud music, and even a used condom in a parking spot by my car. Gross.
- 5/5
Pleasant very nice place to visit with beautiful view. Quiet downtime for us just mind relaxing. In a very peaceful area of the city. Convenience is awesome with walking distance to mall.
- 3/5
Had that overwhelming smell ! I’m sure new carpet and update would help ! Entrance and hallways smelled nice and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful ! However I would not stay again until they do a full renovation! They are definitely located in a very convenient place for the concert I attended at Truist Park !
- 5/5
Sorta no frills but pool was fun and staff are nice. Rooms are A+, showers are great. 2nd time staying there and I like it a lot.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and the welcome bag with chips and water was very nice. The underground parking was great with an easy elevator trip up to the lobby level.
- 5/5
Very nice staff

We had issues at check in regarding amount due. Then, at 9:00 pm we discovered the sheets for the sofa bed had dried blood on them. During a phone call to the front desk were told no one on staff was able to access clean linens; the earliest would be 11:00 pm. My husband when to the front desk in person. He found two attendants lounging in the lobby. He inquired again about getting clean sheets. Eventually, one of the front desk employees got us clean linens. Disappointing experience.

Nice stay. Not far from Truist Stadium.

I booked an executive suite in April for August. When we arrived at 4pm for check in I was told my room was not yet ready and they had no ETA when my room would be available as they were short on housekeepers. With my concert starting at 7 and all hotels in the area booked I was left with no options. They only offered me a 2 queen room no suite for the same price. No discounts other than free parking. The room lacked amenities and was poorly cleaned. The room was also a conjoining room. We could hear every conversation and movement from the guest in the adjoining room. The next morning at check out there were signs posted that there would be no complimentary breakfast and please enjoy a free Starbucks coffee instead. Well the Starbucks coffee was prepared grocery store coffee grounds in a container to pour yourself. Worst experience ever! I DO NOT recommend.

It was a nice property

Property was clean and employees were very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay there again.

The Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room appeared to look clean upon entry, and definitely looked every bit of a luxurious experience. It’s located directly across from the mall and near a variety of food places. The Okay: The bathroom shower is within a tub and the placement of the shower gels and shampoos are directly underneath. The Bad: The room smelled like stagnant water (or mold?). The tub filled with water when the shower was running—despite the plug being up. Within 5 minutes, the tub was half-way filled. The Ugly: We were placed on the fourth floor. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, we heard music blasting in the hallway from one of the rooms. Since I was already told that the hotel was booked to the hilt—I knew we wouldn’t be able to switch rooms. That music and loud commotion did not stop until late. We were awakened at 2am by fighting—literal furniture moving fighting directly next door to us. This went on for 10mins until we stepped into the hallway and said we’d call the police. Overall: For the price of the hotel per night, I’d expect a way better experience and condition. This has been, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced in years.

The staff took too long to check in and once I got to the counter and was being checked in the agent did communicate clearly that she needed me to insert my card into the machine so I was standing waiting on her to complete my check in and give me my keys and she never said anything. Finally I asked what the hold up was and she said she was waiting on me to pay the $50 incidental fee. I found her to be unprofessional. Once I paid and received the key she didn't explain (as a typical agent would) the layout of the hotel, it's amenities, or the parking to building acess. I've stayed at the Sonesta Hilton Head previously and thought I made a good choice, but I was mistaken and will never book at this location again. Additionally, there were at least 2 customers during my check in process that experienced issues with there room keys and/or room door upon leaving for my evening the bolt on my room door was stuck and took some time to get back into the slot so that we could close the door.
- 4/5
The front desk receptionist at check in was not the most helpful. She gave zero instruction on the parking garage or how to get to the room. The bottom of the refrigerator looked to have old spilled milk on it. Hotel was quiet, comfy bed, nice view.

Great experience
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and attentive
- 4/5
Was awesome
- 4/5
Side note: parking is a little weird...
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay if going to events at Truist Park.
- 5/5
We needed a room change and the receptionist found another room for us. When we had a problem with the door / card key, she came up to our room with us and showed us what we were doing wrong. I read other reviews about poor service, but that was not my experience. We asked nicely and we received excellent service. For breakfast, the avocado toast was good. We needed a hotel in that area. This one was a good value and a nice stay. Yes, you must park in the parking garage, $12 / day. We had no issues with the garage / parking.
- 5/5
We had a nice stay
- 5/5
We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. Note that parking is $12. This is disclosed in the details, but other visitors seemed to miss that detail. Breakfast is also a la carte and not included. It was easy to walk from the hotel to shopping, food, and Truist Park and was more affordable than other nearby hotels. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was great! It is probably coming due for some updates and bathroom renovations, but for the price and proximity we were very pleased. We would stay there again.
- 4/5
Disappointed that there is no breakfast included.
- 4/5
Convenient to shopping and Truist park.
- 4/5
It was a good stay.

A+

By far the best value in the area. As nice as area hotels twice the price. Enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness area and the room was excellent.

Friendly staff and very clean hotel !
- 5/5
staff members like Micheal that went to the extra mile, despite the circumstances
- 5/5
Convenient walking distance to mall and other attractions
- 4/5
It was quiet and comfortable! It would've been nice to have a microwave in the room though. Overall i had a great stay!
- 3/5
We had a water leak in the room. The place seem a little outdated but for one night in the area, it was fine.
- 5/5
Nice area close to everything walking distance
- 3/5
i was in room 415 and there is a musty smell in the room. I am in a wheelchair and didn't want the hassle of changing rooms. Tub is in need of reglaze or replacing. Change the carpet because the smell is probably in the carpet pad, as an affiliate I'm not sure if I would recommend this property as a first choice in the area.
- 5/5
It was a great hotel and I would recommend to anyone who was going to be in the area
- 3/5
We were there for the Braves games. The room was just “OK”. Fairly small. A bit of a stuffy smell and sofa needed a cleaning. Cleaning staff did not come in during our 5night stay (shouldn’t have to request this on a long stay). This is a pet friendly hotel, however, we found dog poop all over side walks. We reported to staff so it could be removed. It was still there for two more days. Breakfast and parking is an extra charge as well as a $50/day security hold when most other hotels do a $25/day hold.
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
Great overall
- 3/5
The walks are very thin you can hear other people talking.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and very comfortable. Perfect location across from the galleria and right near Truist Stadium. The staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean lobby area too.
- 5/5
Super nice front desk staff.
- 2/5
The property is in a great location with convenient parking. However, the room was disgustingly dirty. After showering, I put on white socks—only for my wife to notice how quickly they turned dark. When we checked the kids' socks and hers, they were just as filthy. Our excitement instantly turned to discomfort, putting us in an uneasy mood. It made us question the cleanliness of everything else in the room.
- 4/5
it was a short walk to truist park so we didnt have to worry about driving or parking there and its right across the street from the mall so plenty of food options around
- 5/5
Well kept property pleasant place to stop and stay. I really enjoyed the scenery the staff very nice. We loved it because we were close to the shopping area. The room was clean nice environment to be in no problem from me.I would rate it hundred.

- 4/5
The hotel is in a very nice area with a shopping mall across the street and within walking distance of the ballpark.
- 4/5
The hotels in a good area, and I liked that the hotel offered a late check out for a fair fee. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Walking distance to Truist Park
- 5/5
Very nice hotel located very close to Truist ballpark.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
The cost of the room was not in line with quality of room. I have experienced way better rooms for way less. I understand location being part of the price but for the price we paid, I was let down.
- 3/5
Very close to Truist Park and nearby dining.
- 5/5
We loved our stay with Sonesta! The staff was great, the easiest check in I’ve ever experienced great location comfortable clean rooms will definitely be back!

- 5/5
Great customer service at the front desk.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay and easy walk over to Truist Park for a ballgame.
- 5/5
Nice an clean
- 3/5
I stay using rewards points but I would have been very disappointed if I had paid the full price for this stay. The hallway and room shows ware from over the years of service. The morning breakfast isn’t because it’s just a cold sandwich that is placed in a toaster there isn’t enough space to have a seat down meal with family.
- 5/5
Great quiet place to rest for the night. Very cozy and comfortable!
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
This property is where I always stay when I'm in the area . Nothing negative to say about it.
- 5/5
Room was great. Only about 5 minutes from the Battery and Braves stadium so it was exactly what we needed. The front desk and all of the staff were incredible as well!
- 3/5
Front desk not very helpful at check-in. Room could use updates and repair.
- 5/5
Loved the late check out option!
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Nice room and had wonderful views great location for shops but no microwave in the room
- 4/5
Now the room itself was a complete different issue. Upon entering the room the smell and stench was horrible and smelled like musty air that was humid and lingered. The bathroom smell was even worst than the room itself along with the tub that needed repaired. A nice hotel worker stated that it was a problem throughout the entire property. I asked for some Lysol or disinfectant spray and never got anything. I’ve never had an issue with a room like this before and couldn’t get a replacement cause they was booked fully. The smell along made for an uncomfortable experience and didn’t want stay there again.
- 3/5
Easy to find. Very safe place. Paid for a room for 5 guests and got a room for 4 was not happy about that at all !! But we made it work !!
- 2/5
Everything was great, but the service was terrible. The person in front of me was rude and made me pay extra without explaining why. When I asked about the parking lot, he gave me a horrible attitude.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. A lot of eating places close by.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
The old gentleman in the reception is so welcoming.
- 5/5
I like the corner views nice and unexpected

- 5/5
It was honestly a nice stay, would go back
- 5/5
One of my favorite hotels.
- 4/5
Overall my stay went well. The drains in my room were clogged but other than that I was satisfied.
- 3/5
They gym was a plus as was having ice machines on every floor. The mall is within a block away as was a bus transit hub.
- 5/5
This hotel was the best throughout our trip, my family felt at home, due to the cleanliness, comfort, did not even want to go anywhere else. I recommend this hotel 100%
- 5/5
I absolutely love this hotel and I always book here when I’m needing a room to getaway.
- 5/5
Cleanliness
- 5/5
It was okay. The bathrooms was a little old but you pay for what you get. Can’t expect a 5 star property paying for three stars. It served its purpose.
- 2/5
It was a nice and clean hotel however they did not put a wet floor sign in the elevator in my husband fell and hurt himself.
- 5/5
Everything was up to par and made my vacation very enjoyable.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was super friendly! Honestly the most pleasant check-in experience I’ve had in a while. Hotel is nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

Nice hotel near the Braves stadium and mall. Hotel had been remodeled.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. The desk receptionist was busy but still sweet and fast. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and efficient for the price. Only issue was the shower drained REALLY slow. All in all, I would stay again
- 4/5
Friendly staff, nice location, good transportation, with plenty of shopping in the area. Walkable to stadium and Coca-Cola Roxy.
- 5/5
I was very satisfied!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
One night stay. 30 minute walk to stadium and free shuttle available to the Battery. Nearby to mall with bus stop that connect to MARTA station. Very quiet area a lot of hotels and businesses. Felt very safe secure there.
- 2/5
We booked a King size room and they did not have that available and had a 2 double bed option only and when we got to the room is smelled pretty musty and not great. We did not have much of an option to change hotels for our one night stay. We called and asked for a one hour late check out due to our flight being delayed and they said they could not do that due to capacity for that evening. Would not refine to this property.
- 4/5
The best part was the trip was the kind staff member who brought us blankets and pillows and wash towels at 2am! He was quick and kind! !
- 5/5
Property was clean
- 5/5
Good place to stay

Across from Cumberland mall and walkable to truist park for alot cheaper than most on the area.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice staff! Love the location and how convenient and close to downtown it is.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t bad but we did see 1 roach crawling on the bed the first night.
- 4/5
I didnt like the lady at check in she wasn’t welcoming need better customer service and care. However everything else is great.
- 4/5
Friendly staff at the front desk & love that it is near the mall. The only thing I was disappointed with, was that there are no microwaves in the rooms. I couldn't reheat my food that I had leftover my first night. Please consider adding microwaves.
- 4/5
You wouldn't even know it was a hotel. No signs and hidden in a business district. Nice room. Had to pay for breakfast. Very limited dining option. Check-in was fine.
- 3/5
Check in staff was miserable. Faucet on the bathroom sink felt like it was about to fall apart.
- 2/5
Not to be a negative person, but this stay wasn’t good. Outdated and the front desk was terrible. They make you buy Aquafina for $5. No water during check in or even in the lobby. Housekeeping did a great job.
- 5/5
Tiffany, the very nice lady at the front desk was outstanding. Very welcoming, energetic and fun with the guests. She took very good care of us when we need things. She was great.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly, comfortable, and we felt safe.
- 5/5
Nice , clean and quiet hotel , only 30 minutes from airport, and 5 minutes from trust park ballpark, where I needed to be for a night , the lady on reception was excellent and friendly couldn’t of asked for a better welcoming just after a 9 hour flight from the uk
- 5/5
Walked to Braves stadium from here! Great location and easy check in.
- 3/5
Small staff but sweet and hospitable. Pool was broken. They only collect garbage or anything else only if asked the day before
- 5/5
Me gustó el ambiente todo muy limpio y un precio muy razonable
- 4/5

We think the Hotel is short staffed.
