Pool was not open, apparently waiting on permits? Bed and bedding was wonderful. Other furniture def ready for upgrades.

Very good, clean, comfy and quiet. All the restaurants are in walking distance. About 40 minutes away from the airport.

The bedding and floors were VERY clean and they provided more than decent breakfast every morning. The pull out mattress for the couch was......stained and not as well maintained. Also, seems guests are not held to a noise ordinance, as we had neighbors laughing and yelling until 2am near us both nights.

I enjoyed my stay. We will be back. From the comfortable room to the free breakfast.

Call to see if the pool is open because we stayed 5/28 and they said it was closed because it was seasonal. Other than that the stay was good. Great AC and comfy beds

The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The couch smelled like cat urine. You had to request your room to be cleaned one day in advance. The pool was closed. Other than the couch the room was clean and the hotel was nice inside and out. The staff were amazing!!!!

Loved being across from the super target. Made it easy to go get groceries to take back to the room. It was cool and rainy, so we didn't get to try out the pool. But it looked nice. The breakfast bar was OK.... nothing to write home about, but I can't complain much. I'm vegetarian so the selection of bagels and waffles were just fine for me and my kids. My mom eats meat and said the sausage was dry and the eggs tasted powdered. But for a free breakfast, we weren't really complaining. If we didn't like something, we just stayed clear of it the next day. The pull out sofa was not very comfortable. The dishwasher was extremely loud.

The rooms are clean the bathrooms are the Spotless and the best is thie staff. The ladies who work the breakfast are amazingly kind and helpful. Especially Nay. I'm planning to stay there again. The location is amazing because it's only 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta but around the hotel there are restaurants, a foodhall, movie theather, shops, and almost no traffic.

The free breakfast was meh, they were out of coffee, out of gravy for the biscuits, no waffles or yogurt offered. It was pretty much cereal, oatmeal and some bagels. The water was brown out of the shower and bathroom sink. When I let the front desk know they stated they knew about it. But never once offered to provide water bottles or anything. Their were also mold spots on the ceiling in our room on the 5th floor

Everything looked good until you got to the floor we stayed on. There were bags of trash in the hall. And a dropped box of cigarettes. Someone was vacuuming at 4:30am and woke me up. The room and bed were very clean and the bathroom looked great until you liiked at the ceiling in the shower. There was hair stuck to the ceiling by the vent.

Traveled to ATL to visit my son & catch some of his highschool baseball games. Location is perfect. Plenty of shopping & stores in walking distance. The breakfast was ok. It helped for early mornings on the go when I didn’t prepare my own. Those little pancakes made with the pancake maker were good. The staff was very nice. My first room was not very clean. Windows looked like sticky kids hands all over. Closet doors & handles were also dirty with what looked like makeup which I easily wiped away. The staff did accommodate me immediately upon my initial complaint & moved me to another room. Property was quiet. I enjoyed the stove top & was able to cook my own meals. Beds & pillows were comfy. I’d definitely stay there again. Stayed 7 days.

I have stayed at this property three times prior and never had an issue. This time the room was not cleaned properly nor were the towels and linens enough for our family. I went to the front desk to get the appropriate amount of necessities and was treated very rudely by a staff member. I was not accommodated as requested in my reservation placed over a month ago. I do have a disabled child and requested a pack and play and accessible shower and was given neither!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was delicious. Not far from Truist park or the Georgia Aquarium. Great place to stay

The location was ideal as it’s close to a shopping area It’s outdated and the breakfast is getting slimmer by the year. The staff isn’t as welcoming as they used to be. The facilities are worn out, the furniture is falling apart. Mattresses are all stained and tired

The did not refund my full security deposit and there was nothing wrong we even cleaned up the room!

Overall the facility was ok. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it started backing up within seconds. Let’s you know there is no way it was properly cleaned, just wiped off. Also had to pay for parking.

The two bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our family to travel. The location is great and literally across the street from target. The room was clean and staff were helpful. The rooms are a little dim, which is an odd thing but I think it could have used a little more light. But that’s just nit picky. We didn’t use any of the amenities during our stay so I can’t comment on those

The area was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a leak in the bathroom and we were immediately given another room.

Location was very convenient. Very close to everything, Target, Publix, Mall, movie theater and so much other stores. And many places to eat. Easy Checkin and Checkout. Staff were friendly and very helpful. AC was not very cold. Especially at night time.

Breakfast started at 7am. On our first morning, we went down at 8am, even the plates ran out. Also, we spent 3 nights in room 229. The thermostat was not working, we did not have enough towels, our phone was not working to call room service, our trash was never emptied, towels were only changed when we asked , the dirty ones were never removed and the beds were never made.

Front office personnel was a different story. Every woman I dealt with was rude. When I expressed total shock at a 16oz bottle of water priced at $4.75 the guy at the front desk gave me another option which was nice. Prices at the snack area are RIDICULOUS. Overall a very nice property and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again if travelling to the area.

Staff was nice, facility was OLD and broken toilet, and old phones and just not super great. Forgot toothpaste and asked for a little sample, they don't do that though however had to pay $2.50 for a tiny bit. Just really gross furniture, not clean (although bed was clean).

The entrance door was locked when I arrived. I could see a couple checking in as well the staff member on duty. All parties could see me standing there with my suit case and would not unlock the door to let me. Once I got into the property the attendant still checking in the couple in front of me took an additional 15 minutes to check them in. The property was did not have sufficient lighting outside in the parking lot. It was VERY dark. I would never stay at this property again.

Dear Management at Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center, I am writing regarding my recent stay at Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center from 8/27-8/30.  Unfortunately, several issues during my visit made the experience unacceptable. Room Cleanliness and Bedding: * The comforter in our assigned room had visible dirty marks. (see attached) * When I requested a replacement, the wrong item (sheets) was brought instead. * The replacement sheets also had visible dirty markings. (see attached) * The sofa bed I was assigned to use was also dirty, forcing me to use a sleeping bag I had brought with me. * The overall cleanliness of the room was well below industry standards, and this lack of basic sanitary conditions made me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout the stay.

Great two bedroom suite for traveling with family!

The staff were lovely people. Very kind and courteous. Room meet the needs, but couches are stained and need to be thrown out. Linens are comfortable. Kitchens are tidy and useful

Great place to work out of with a small crew.

The room we selected was great in size and it was perfect for our needs. We had 4 people and a toddler and the space was very appropriate. The only thing that we did not like is that both bathrooms had very smelly curtains.

Room was excelllent. Neighborhood, excellent. Walking to shops and restaurants was easy.

Very disappointing very very unclean, carpets, room and furniture stick have not been cleaned for weeks or months. My last resort stay for future if no options is available. Food is below avg. service was good. Compared to Alpharetta location this was very bad.

Our experience started of fabulous, easy check in process and friendly staff. Then we got in the room and we went back in time, furniture seemed old and them not having smart TVs was ridiculous. The refrigerator in the room didn't get cold and the door wouldn't stay closed, no ice was being made our entire stay. Lastly the pool was the size of a large hot tub! One plus was the pillows were so fluffy and comfortable. Also the free breakfast was horrible! No pancakes, no waffles, no bacon, no fruit, I thought those were standard at a breakfast buffet. My niece's had the time of their life though!!!

This is a nice property. Nice rooms and off highway. The staff its a bit attitudinal.This was my third time starting here, but it was just an average stay. I’m unsure if I’ll stay here again.

Staff was very nice, professional and courteous. Our stay was quiet did not hear people on side, below or above us. Breakfast was way below expectations. Not very tasty, limited options. We stayed 3 nights, and after 1st morning we didn't even bother to go to breakfast. Many good options near by. Location was great, safe and clean surroundings. Hotel itself not so much. Beds are very soft and uncomfortable. Room size was good, larger than most. Not bad hotel, just not great either. It is OK.

The good: it’s within walking distance to food and shopping. Overall I would not recommend it, unless you have no other option. I got this as a package and wasn’t able to change it unfortunately.

The free breakfast option is very deceptive and not sure if items are fresh. Only ate a spoon of eggs(they were sitting in water) yogurt cup and oven potatoes. This was Sunday morning and by afternoon I was so sick, vomiting and still sick at airport when I checked out on Tuesday

Amazing

Outdated and sticky. Every vertical surface was truly filthy. The backsplash in the kitchen, the cabinets, and the refrigerator were visibly dirty and sticky to touch ( i had to clean the cabinet door pulls so i didnt have to wash my hands after touching them) The sofa was broken down. The A/C worked really well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was convenient. No USB plugs at all. An ancient clock radio alarm with no dimmer. A barely adequate stay for the low rate I got. We wont be returning.

It was perfect for our trip.

My stay was fine. We were in and out of the ro most of the weekend. The only issue I had was the stained up mattress on the sofa that needs to be renewed. Also the rip in the carpet near the entrance to bathroom had a nail that pricked my daughters foot. Other than that my stay was good.

This was a family stay so I wanted everyone to be comfortable. The hotel is more on the smaller side but it's very accommodating. The location was perfect but most importantly the hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and willing to assist and it didn't matter what shift. I did not encounter one bad attitude at all. That and cleanliness means more than anything. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great hotel for the money. Very clean and well appointed with super comfy beds. Pool area was beautiful, and complementary breakfast is convenient.Will definitely stay again. In -room couch is very low to the ground, and could be updated. Only issue I had was that first room they gave me smelled bad, but front desk person fixed it immediately and replacement room was excellent. I will definitely recommend Sonesta to others.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean

The moment we met the receptionist, she was very pleasant and funny. Her personality was like a friend you’ve known for a few years. Definitely never experienced hospitality like that, though I’ve had good CS from various places, but hers stood out. The property was neat, clean and quiet, with the exception of a small group of youngsters that stayed on the same floor, one was cussing and was loud for a few seconds, but then the remainder of the night was very peaceful. The room was nice and quaint. It took a while to change the thermostat, it is very outdated and I was hot and tried for about 15 minutes to adjust the temp. The up/down buttons just didn’t want to work then finally last try and it worked. Overall, I love the location and that it’s near quite a few eateries and shopping areas. This hotel will be added to my list as a go to when needed.

Room was dirty, couch filthy. Unfit to even sit on. Covered with sheets. Smells of weed inside constantly. 4 girls screaming and cursing and fighting in the lobby while we were checking in at 11pm. Receptionist said nothing to them. They continued in the hallways. Feeling very unsafe not only outside but inside as well. Breakfast very limited with one particular lady very rude if you asked any questions. Will never stay here again.

Everything was good at the property except the customer service representative for the breakfast area. She was rude. She did not let nobody get any drinks and I put my plate on the table to go get my drink. She said we already close and it was only 859 so I feel like that Customer Service was not top-tier for the breakfast area and customer service was very lazy overall but the hotel was nice room was nice and that was it

A male front desk staff was not too friendly. $150 Incidental fee was actually charged and refunded afterwards at checkout instead of just a hold. Not sure if it is something new, but I stayed in 3 other hotels on a two week trip, never once was the incidental fee was actually charged.

BUT,……. Spent a week here. Sunday through Wednesday was awesome. Super quiet Thursday, Friday, Saturday, PLACE WAS A DAMN ZOO !! LOUD AF !! Trash piled up everywhere. Condom on the floor outside the elevator. People sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Unmistakable aroma of Mary Jane was abundant. Pool was closed and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months Was ok due to the fact that this was a work related trip. Leave the kids at home

Normally, we have an excellent stay at this property, but this time, there were no carts to carry up your luggage, and evidently, they had been missing all day and the day before. It took several trips to lug our gear to our rooms with no assistance from staff. When we went to heat our dinner, a large pyrex bowl was glued to the microwave turntable. I took it to the front desk who said he would have to report it to maintenance. 30 minutes later, with still no word (and no dinner), the front desk was unaware the situation hadn't been remedied. He took my suggestion of borrowing a microwave turntable from an unoccupied room for us. When we went to eat dinner, there was only silverware for one person. Normally, this hotel is smooth sailing. The microwave and utensils might be flukes, but the hotel definitely needs a method for retrieving carts or assisting customers when they go missing. It was clear this was an ongoing problem.

Gross! It looks nothing like the photos. There were stains everywhere. We called to let them know we would be there late, in an hour. A guest had to let us in because the doors were locked and they didn’t hear us knocking. The front desk guy didn’t even look us in the eye. Was less than friendly and made us seem like we were an annoyance. Elevator… covered in sticky substance. Hallways felt crusty. The room was gross. Old, outdated. STAINS. So many stains. On the couch, floor and walls. The worst was when I pulled out the couch to make a bed for my kid. Nasty stains all over and SO UNCOMFY. Thin and lumpy. To make matters worse, there was no extra bedding to make a bed for him. We went down to ask for some and they said they didn’t have any. REALLY?!! In a whole dang mostly empty hotel? Ugh. We took sheets off my other two kids beds to make one for the third. The HVAC was so loud. The room was hot then cold then hot then cold. I didn’t sleep but maybe one hour. Doors banging all night. Never again.

Employees huddled up by breakfast bar talking about how ghetto the hotel is and how the price speaks for itself. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Being woken up by the employees with loud music at 5 am because we were in room 110 right by the employee closets.

Hot Breakfast was subpar. Pillows were stiff and uncomfortable.

The hotel is out dated the sofabed and the chairs in the room were heavily stained with whatever. The staff IS AMAZING. The breakfast was not too bad. The area is amazing it was where everything is from all the food places to the shopping centers to the shopping places it's an amazing area outside of just needing some updates and some heavy cleaning deep stain cleaning on the furniture that's in the room it was overall I would give it a 3.5 out of 5

It was a nice resort if I’m ever in the Atlanta area again I’ll definitely book again every staff member was friendly warm welcoming and departing
