    The room was very clean, check-in was very quick. I was placed on the first floor which was very noisy so I couldn’t sleep like I wanted to. People were roaming the halls late at night and apparently my neighbors were up early morning and scared me to death! I thought someone was entering my room but it was just the guest next door. Needless to say, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything!

    I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. I’m surprised it doesn’t have 10 stars and top 10 hotels to stay in Atlanta. The moment you walk in you’re greeted. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. They have a bar that opens up in the evening, where you can also order delicious food. Then you get to the room and in my opinion, it is one of the best and most comfortable rooms. I’ve stayed in. The bed is super comfortable. We stayed in a king room which had four amazing pillows. The bathroom was beautifully done with a walk-in shower, it was quiet and relaxing….. if you decide to have breakfast, they have a wonderful breakfast for $15 a person. We will definitely be coming back to stay here. I highly recommend it. Loved everything. However, if you are wanting a pool, theirs is under construction so just be aware of that.

    Nothing The staff was very rude. When I arrived my room was not clean I asked to be switched to another room that was clean they stated they didn’t have any. I asked could they have someone come clean it they stated they didn’t have anyone. The sheets were dirty found hair on them and the pillows the tub was dirty and the table had food stains pool was out of order and you also couldn’t buy any snack at the counter

    I booked thru booking.com I had to wait for acceptance of the request. I was given a number to call for the confirmation I contacted this number with not response from the hotel. I had to make alternative arrangements due to my schedule. I received a confirmation email at 3pm which was after the fact. Needless to say it was too late to cancel my reservation because I was not use to this new process I was charged for a room that I did not use. I would recommend the new process needs to be communicated before booking is completed. And the facility should not wait until check in time to provide confirmation. More consideration for clients time would be appropriate

    I actually didn't stay there. Once arriving to the hotel it was under remodel and nothing was noted at booking. As well as the pool was completely out of service. However the manager did make it right and let me cancel all 3 rooms and get a full refund.

    Location was good and the parking facility was very good. The pool was empty,the breakfast was dry and it was very messy. No plates or cutlery. Had to ask for those things and for the tables to be cleaned so we could sit down. Staff were just standing around watching. The bartender couldn’t speak a word of English.

    When I booked the reservation 2 months in advance to take my daughter to a concert in Atlanta who has just been diagnosed with cancer. We traveled from Richmond Va to get to Atlanta. We arrived in Atlanta arrive to hotel . To find they canceled my room and could not accommodate us with another room. This was absolutely frustrating in a strange town just me and my daughter . We had to search for another hotel at 8:00 at night. Very unprofessional.

    Accessible room was next to the elevator so it was noisy until everyone was asleep! We didn’t eat the breakfast; it was pricey. The bar and restaurant are not open on Sundays so we were out of luck getting dinner unless we ordered Uber Eats or Grub Hub as we didn’t have transportation until the next morning. The hotel is a nice place for one night and close to Emory St. Joseph’s heart center.

    The ‘breakfast available’ is very misleading. There’s is no breakfast included it’s either $15 a plate for cafeteria type breakfast or have to be a marriot member. Very misleading and disappointing… an employee told us ‘nothing is free’ which we understand but complementary has always been a thing especially when you pay that much for just one night and the website misleads you with ‘breakfast buffet available’.

    The hotel room was tidy and clean to it full degree like shown in the pictures yet the only complaints I would make would be the elevator being skeptical by having rough transition and as well the staff leading on a unpromising breakfast for when I check in the staff at the desk told me breakfast was served at it promised time but when the time came to get some food another staff member told me I needed to have a coupon acquired by previous member in order to have breakfast. Leaving me and my partner in an awkward position to just leave the dining atea feeling embarrassed. it was nice stay besides those factors.

I called from my cell phone no one answered I had to get the bartender to get a hold of front desk clerk Vicky then when he finally appeared a women walked straight in and he helped her first. Breakfast was supposed to be included my whole reason for staying and it was not. He refused to apologize and then charged me 50$ for a damage hold. I was not told about that. Im not sure it was ever refunded. I was treated like I was not able to afford it unless I got a deal.

    Beds were Extremely Comfortable. Screen on outside patio torn in several places. Patio Furniture dirty with spider webs on chairs. Extremely challenging to communicate with house keeper she Does Not Speak ANY English. Wheel on cart was broken, which transport the luggage to guest rooms, when verbalized this to an employee nothing had been done, same cart was sitting right back in designated area.

    The Bad: Pool was drained and not in working order. And breakfast was $15 The Good: You can literally take public transportation (Marta Train and Bus) from the airport to the front door of the hotel. Love that the bus stops in front of the hotel in both directions. Once I learned that, I used it to get around the rest of the weekend.

    They do not have guest services, which is a No for me. Made a reservation for 3 adults in the room, there was only towels for 2, no extras. When i called 2 have towels brought to the room, i was told i would have to come to front desk to get them because they didn't have guest services, so every day for 3nights 4days i had to go get towels because they refused to leave enough towels for 3 guest. On first night of stay our toilet stopped up, i called to let them know this and i was told that they dont have 24 hr maintenance service but they could bring me a plunger, needless to say that didnt work and they had to switch our rooms to another floor,; which was a inconvenience because we were traveling with others and our rooms were next to each other. Although staff was nice about everything, because of all the other inconveniences, i would.nt stay here again.

    The hotel has been updated but updates are only good with proper installation. My first room was a disaster that looked like a REALLY bad DIY job. I'm glad I got a deal with Expedia because the regular prices are outrageous for the quality. Also skip paying for breakfast. It's not worth it even at the discounted price.

    I was told the deposit was refundable and never received it back. The room itself was very nice with a view of the outdoor pool. The hotel felt up to date. We paid for breakfast and unfortunately, it wasn’t super great but they did have a good range of options for people. The clerk at the desk continued to follow me around upon going to get breakfast but i explained that they hadn’t given me a breakfast pass, physically, and he continued to look at me oddly even after i showed him my receipt.

    The overall stay wasn’t great. The air in our room didn’t work correctly. It was 74 in our room with the air set on 68. We called the front desk & was told to leave it on 65 or it won’t run. So every time we got cold, we had to shut it off. The comforter on the bed was SUPER filthy. We had the lights off & the TV was on, and when we held the comforter in the air you could see every single stain on it. Hard time sleeping. Won’t be staying here when we are back in town again.

    Got in late from a cross country red eye flight with two exhausted toddlers. Thought they would be understanding and let us do a late check out so they could get some rest. NO. Not only were they unempathetic, the front desk staff was rude and tried to interrogate us for leaving the room a few minutes late because we couldn't find an earbud. The room was not in great condition. See picture for chunk of floor missing for the bathroom. There was also discoloration on the ceiling and the room floors were sticky. Additionally, the hallway ceiling was leaking and they had towels laid on the floor to catch run off water leaving a musty smell. The fire alarm also went off multiple times in the morning disrupting the little rest we could get. The lobby is decent, but feels like a facade for the awful rooms. This was a terrible stay due to the room condition and service and was barely even worth half of what we paid for it. We will never go back.

    We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet for $15.00, it was your basic complimentary continental breakfast at any other hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating- we thought there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, and they brought a new one to us. Btw, it was in the closet hanging in the back in a black bag. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, hot water for the shower. I prefer a more powerful shower, this was a little less, just took me longer to get shampoo/conditioner out of my hair (thick and long). The only problem with the room was all the doors were LOUD and creaky and uneven, and crazy loud lock for the main door ( we had a suite with French doors to separate bedroom). The smoke detectors in both rooms made an awful clicking noise constantly, including through the night. I had to sleep with cotton balls to avoid hearing that noise. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool so I can’t comment on that. It worked for what we needed it for. We would probably stay there again, only if the smoke detectors get fixed.

    I reserved my 2 Rooms through Expedia, and I had them to request a adjoining Room between the 2. I then call the Hotel to verify the request of the 2 Rooms being with a connection together. The Hotel Receptionist. stated it would be good. Once I checked in the Receptionist stated they had no connecting Rooms available. They assigned me two Rooms 107 and 113. The connection was for me Kids. We had to stay in 1 Room because they were not of Adult age.

    Our room was on the first floor and it was noisy with the people next door talking, doors closing/opening. Our door had a lot of light showing around the edges like it didn’t fit tight. We had a handicapped accessible bathroom, it was nice and big and well lit. The shower floor didn’t contain the water from the shower so we had to mop up water off the floor. The beds and pillows were comfy and the a/c worked great. The hotel is close to Emory St. Joseph which is why we chose it and the rates are reasonable. Will probably stay there again next time we have an appointment at Emory

    The staff was rude they were on their personal cellphones having private conversations. The rooms were dirty, moldy, the elevator hasnt been inspected since 2023, the ac smelled like it was on fire, which isnt good for my family with asthma. The pool was dirty, the building was moldy. The rooms and other areas of the building looks like it needed painted since the paint was all chipped off. The were dirty stuff all smeared over the walls, the hallways were hot at 80 degrees. The door lock wasnt working correctly, the door wasnt shutting properly. I asked for a refunded since it was definitely NOT upto Marriott standards. But the employee definitely flat out said NO. Other people had issues with their rooms as well. I will be filing a complaint with Marriott Bonvoy about this issue.

    One of my worst hotel experiences. This hotel room was dirty, although “cleaned” it didn’t look it was thoroughly cleaned. The towels were all off-color. The sheets had black spots, we found a big bug (possibly water bug) that we had to kill. A strange man hanging out in the parking garage day & night made us not feel safe! The lobby carpets and in the elevator were dirty, even the floor right outside the main entrance had long forgotten food stains. So as a guest you are greeted by signs of neglect and careless uncleanliness. Nothing about this stay was pleasant.

    They gave us a connecting room # 107 and the people in the other room # 105 never slept the whole night talking until we checked out that was 8 am.loud talking and loud music as well, i called the front desk at 6.30 am, they said they will check on it which never happened, i recorded the whole thing and going to put it in the review.

    Staff was very welcoming and accommodating when needed. Room was nice and clean overall. Left 4 stars mainly cuz some things were just worn from wear and tear. Beds were comfortable and all the necessities were there.

    The location of this hotel is amazing, it was conveniently located for our itinerary. However, the pictures of the pool were definitely AI generated and we were extremely disappointed with the condition and lack of seating around the pool. I definitely felt mislead. In addition to the pool, the hotel is in serious need of a facelift. Our shower had a rust streak running down the wall, the elevator located nearest to our room went down, and it was uncomfortably hot in the common areas.

    1. Toilet flushing isn’t working properly. Gross experience. They need to sort it out ASAP!!! 2. Lift has been broken for 2 days I had been there. Had to carry all of my bags out of the room when checking out. 3. Breakfast is fairly basic. Not going back!

    The property had ants on the TV stand. I left a cup of lemonade on the TV stand. The next morning it had around 10 to 15 ants crawling on it. They need to spray the rooms and property.

    The hotel had a nice lobby area, but the room and pool area were just ok. We got a complimentary breakfast, but it wasn’t the best. I definitely wouldn’t pay $14.95 for it. For a quick stay, it worked for us. The bed was very comfy. The area outside the hotel felt very safe and was close to restaurants and grocery stores.

    First day we arrived went to use the bathroom #1 not #2 lol & the toilet immediately flooded & poop was coming up. I was so confused because I did #1. The shower water didn't go down fast enough so we asked for a new room & the ppl at the front desk as acting like we were asking for their soul. After explaining to them several times, that it wasn't our fault about the toilet, they finally gave us a new room. That room was better but the toilet still flushed super slow. The lights in the bathroom flashed a little red, I thought I was in a horror movie. The outside of tub was dirty and there were marks on the the tiles that were strange. The area around the hotel had lots of restaurants and theall was close. I will not be coming back here. When we left in the morning Ed checked us out & he was so nice, wish he was around the whole weekend
