This was such a pleasant stay! Perfect two night stay, location was close enough to go to downtown for fun as needed but not far to make it a long drive. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, parking was great, staff were always friendly at all times and the room itself was well maintained and clean! The pool was great and while I didn’t get to try breakfast it was a nice touch to know it was there! Would absolutely stay again.

The manager instructed the desk worker to cut parking fees - nothing taken off. Theeeee VERY worst hotel visit in my entire life! And I will be taking action as well. Ignored my professional medicine practitioner status and any discount. THIS PLACE IS HORTID!!!!

Beautiful and Newly renovated. Smells great from the moment you walk in! We used the basketball court and sat in the beautiful patio. Our suite was perfect for 4 people where we each had our own space. Didn’t get to use the kitchen but they had everything in case you needed it. Breakfast was great as well. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice property but the air didn't cool our room in the day time. The phone in the room didnt work so you have to wait to speak with the front desk. Asked for housekeeping the first night, no one showed up the next day. You can tell its recently remodeled. There's a 25.00 per day parking fee, the only way i knew was by the parking pass. The young man at the front didn't say anything about a fee. The location is amazing.

The friendliness and customer service was excellent. The young man who checked us in was so professional and quick checking us in.

The front desk receptionist was nice (Justin). The room was clean, could be a bit noisy especially on a windy day. We loved the double queen suite. The blind in the TV room was broken but it was a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay overall.

I would stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Buckhead Lenox Park, whenever I am visiting family, the staff was warm and courteous made me feel at home. My room was spotless, all of my room needs were done without asking. Great team, hats off to the Managers of this location.

The bathroom tub was dirty, the cauling was separating from the wall and the view from the window was a wall 10 feet away. The pool was closed. There was no lobby but a door that let to a desk which felt like a storage room. I was given a bottle of water, a bag of popcorn and apack a chips a hoy cookies for my inconvenience. Pathetic. We have stayed here before & it has been undergoing a reconstruction project for the past 2 years. Because of this there is no breakfast available-but we knew that when making the reservation. The room was fine,but at 1:30am the nextdoor room had a loud altercation with,shouting,banging on walls & slamming of doors. Although we called the desk 3 times nothing was done. So we have traveled 6 hrs back home on very little sleep. Security needs to be present or there should be some type of policy for the desk to enforce by contacting the police when this happens.

The only negative is that the email about renovations wasn’t as in depth as it should’ve been. The email didn’t state that complimentary breakfast was no longer being offered during this time, that the pool would be closed entirely and I’m not sure if the Netflix offering was a part of the fall through of renovations but it was on the list of amenities and it was down the entire stay. So we were stuck with one or two channels on repeat of the same movies/shows. That being said, we were able to get our fill of ATL and its attractions. It was just disappointing that I tried to find a hotel specifically that offered breakfast so we could start the days right and one with a pool so I could enjoy it when we got back from our ventures. It was my birthday weekend and I was just a tad disappointed when it came to the hotel, just because it ended up being only a place to sleep and not to relax/enjoy. I am understanding when things are out of anyone’s control but I think the email sent out was a bit deceptive of what and how many amenities/services were actually unavailable. Mimi saved the day, truly. And I can’t be more grateful to be met with accommodations such as no deposit and the free parking. I will certainly return after the renovations are completed.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, which is good because it's a little dated. However, the beds are really comfortable and the rooms have plenty of space. We upgraded from the studio to the two bedroom, and it was almost like an apartment. The staff here is excellent!

The staff is really nice and responsive. The hotel is undergoing renovation so it's hard to tell about amenities. The rooms we stayed in were pretty old and definitely needed to be updated. We were not aware when we booked that the property would be under renovation. So no breakfast, courtyard or pool.

Our stay was Excellent. The hotel is under renovation right now so there is not Free Breakfast, however they did have coffee and tea in the office. Staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The studio room was clean and very comfortable!

Property undergoing renovation. No breakfast provided (contrary to what property web site says), halls are dark and depressing, rooms very dated and run down. Was improperly charged for parking and had to follow up several times to get that corrected.

The area is lovely and green, convenient for public transport and close to shopping centres. When we arrived after a 5 hour drive and asked for a restroom prior to check in, the surley receptionist suggested we find a gas station nearby. Breakfast was unavailable due to renovations that have been ongoing for months. The website states breakfast and outside spaces but both were closed. My booking confirmation says breakfast included but the receptionist said it states at checkout that breakfast is unavailable ☹️ When I asked why this is still an option on the facilities list, she said 'that's how corporate want it'. It's definitely misleading. The outside space is a building site but I didn't see anyone working there.

The hotel is in walking distance to MARTA Lenox station and Lenox Mall It is under refurbishment and because of that there do not offer all the ammenities they should.

Roaches everywhere inside the hotel room, very dirty. i cant believe a hotel that is well over $120 a night has a roach infestation and act like its normal... its not acceptable. I took alot of pictures of all the roaches but expedia does not have a section for me to add them. if not i would definitely upload them.

The room was massive, more like an apartment, with everything available in it., Nothing could improve it.

The initial room that I was given had roaches. However, they promptly moved me to another room.

The staff was very nice and as accommodating as they could be. I had an emergency hospital trip and they quickly added another day. Brown bag grab-and-go breakfast was very disappointing. Room was never cleaned in our four night stay and we had to request towels. Had I known a renovation was going on, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Location and friendly looking agents. Also, I liked the rooms design, entertainment-ready TVs, and Sofa bed. No breakfast was given even though the property said that breakfast was included. Also no room service till you request one before midnight. I was away with family after the first night and when we came back, the rooms were not clean and there were only dirty towers. I had to go to the lobby outside the parking lot to get clean towers myself. Also, I’m not sure if it is the Atlanta thing, but people seem to bee smoking everywhere and the smoke persisted in the elevator, certain parts of the hallway, and in one of my rooms I reserved.

N/A The hotel look nothing like the pictures. The pictures that's on the Internet is how it's supposed to look after the renovations. No breakfast that I clearly paid for...no pool to use. And the in building itself looks super old and worn down.

The hotel is under renovation. Only recieved a total of 2 bathtowels for two of us. Could not access the wifi, they charge $18.00 a day to park in THEIR private parking lot. The hotel hallways reaked of the smell of marijuana, the shower curtain rod in the bathroom was bent down like someone was hanging on it, there are no vending machines for snacks, no soda machines, no ice machines but they are willing to sell you small bottles of water and tiny bags of chips at an incredibly rediculous mark up. I honestly would never stay here again due to the fact it is a sub-par hotel and they do everything possible to get every penny out of you. There are much better choices out there. Just my opinion.

The hotel is under renovation. Only recieved a total of 2 bathtowels for two of us. Could not access the wifi, they charge $18.00 a day to park in THEIR private parking lot. The hotel hallways reaked of the smell of marijuana, the shower curtain rod in the bathroom was bent down like someone was hanging on it, there are no vending machines for snacks, no soda machines, no ice machines but they are willing to sell you small bottles of water and tiny bags of chips at an incredibly rediculous mark up. I honestly would never stay here again due to the fact it is a sub-par hotel and they do everything possible to get every penny out of you. There are much better choices out there. Just my opinion.

Location Every piece of furniture was knicked. The fridge dented, carpentry poor, doors cheap poorly installed.

My first room had a musky smell so I was immediately moved to a different room. The team was very professional and accommodating. Covered parking was a bonus! Construction unexpected but team did their best to accommodate. Didn’t make it to gym in 1st floor - floor 1 button in elevator was taped over indicating “do not press” - confusing but I didn’t ask so there could have been a workaround. I worked from my room the first day, no maid service came and there was no DND sign to hang so I thought they must not come at all. The second day when I was at a meeting, they DID come. My personal pillow was on the bed and the case was changed out. I called the office and they sent someone (non English speaker) who must have thought it was resolved but I never got my pillowcase back. This is not really a big deal for me - the bigger deal is the selective maid service. Not knocking or attempting to clean my room when I was there and then entering when I wasn’t. The bed had been made and bathroom mat replaced though the shower was not wiped out (my hair was on the wall) and my towel had not been replaced. This seemed odd and spotty to me. Not to mention, I really didn’t want anyone in my room during my stay. Again, I didn’t tell the team, just observed the inconsistency.

We didn't realize the property was under construction. The lobby was a temporary structure and the pool was closed. The staff were very friendly, the room was huge and although things were a bit worn, we felt comfortable.

AM front desk clerk was very helpful with getting around and information on the area! His name began with a K and I highly recommend him! Parking lot and elevator area need some cleaning though!

This property is good in all categories. Biggest problem is it is under renovation and does not serve breakfast. Nothing else close by. They did comp my parking although I wasn’t aware they do charge for it.

was told upon arrival there was no breakfast provided due to construction. was told the stairwells were closed due to construction (safety issue?!) upon check in, found out there’s another $20/day parking fee. needs some work/remodel/updates. tv service sucked, connection was horrible and cut out every other word. quiet location. I find it hard to believe they had no prior planning for such a major construction and only notified their customers one day before their arrival, leaving no room for them to rearrange their plans. When I asked the front desk staff about the breakfast upon arrival, he looked into my eyes without shame and said, 'We have sent you an email already.' I can't believe that someone can run a business like this. I believe they intentionally sent the email late to prevent their customers from making alternative arrangements. The HVAC fan in our room made a huge noise all night long and didn't stop even for a second, even when we set the thermostat to off. We could hardly fall asleep all night, which ruined our itinerary for the next day. the hotel is worn and old, and the elevator is not safe. It was AMAZING!! The room was spectacular. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The only "issue" was there was a deposit despite it says there isn't one. Also no breakfast. I can assume this was due to construction

They were doing construction/renovations at this location. Maintenance men were walking around during the night for “renovations”. Only 2 elevators for the entire property, no caddies available and they charge $18 for parking only for people to ride through and park without paying. I don’t know it was just extremely uncomfortable and not worth the money they were charging.

Unlike what the Expedia listing states there is no breakfast buffet. Construction is going on and therefore there is a lot of things happening I suppose. That included 3 out of 4 nights of my stay did not have TV or Wifi. Quite frustrating least to say. No lights or any prominent signs in the front of the hotel. So if you are unfamiliar with that location and if you come in the night you need to slow down a lot to locate the entrance. Very hard to locate even with GPS due to poor lighting. Bad management decision if you ask me. It may have been a good place to stay and it may be a good place to stay after all the Construction work is complete but if I were you I will stay out of this location till the construction is complete or if the management makes some serious changes to keep the overall quality up and not find excuses in the name of construction.

I asked if I could park elsewhere but the woman insisted that I give them $150 deposit regardless. For what??? I didn’t want to tie up that money on my card for several days so I offered $150 cash. She refused. Your service is a joke. The people running this hotel are thieves and liars and you allowed them to do it. My trip was ruined.

This was my first time staying at this property. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the front desk clerk. I definitely would recommend this location and would stay here again.

It was impossible to find the property. Under renovation and no signs at all. Room was old, towel bar fell off wall and the whole place had a sketchy feeling.

We only stayed one night but the room was great and staff friendly. They starting to renovate which will be good for the future.

For where I needed to be, this spot is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. The parking area entrance is a bit tricky, the door is hard to open especially with luggage in tow. The elevator floor was cracked, I thought it should have been attended to. This was my 2nd stay and I would return.

I liked everything about this property. This was my first time in Atlanta. The staff was great. The room was incredibly clean. I met many wonderful people from all over the world. It is a very nice place to visit. I will definitely be going back.

Room was very clean, and all staff I encountered over a week long stay (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) were all helpful and pleasant. Particular shoutout to the maintenance fellow who went to get a fan for me in the gym on a very hot day - above & beyond.

I booked a 3 night stay for our family and checked out after an hour! This was THE WORST experience ever! It’s such a shame to have Marriott attached to the name! First there is an unmentioned $18/night parking fee and an unexpected $150 deposit; manageable but STILL; next we booked a 2 bedroom suite with the kitchenette; one word: ROACHES! Well actually 2 words: ROACHES GALORE! As soon as we opened the door a roach was on the wall in the dining area; we killed it but didn’t unpack; went out for food after an 8 hour ride, came back sat at the table and it wasn’t 10 minutes until roaches were crawling all in our plates and coming from under the stove and sink; enough of that though, I called the front desk and was informed there were no other rooms available and he apologized and gave us the option of LEAVING! At 1:00am here we were scrambling to make another reservation at another hotel! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Not to mention, the smell in the hotel is awful and the couch/sofa bed was severely run down and dirty.

Room needs a complete makeover. Carpet on floor ripped with big nasty black stains. Toilet worn out and black and had been painted. Stove was very nasty. Needed a complete scrubbing and deep cleaning. Tub had been painted and looks terrible.

Quiet place and large room. But, $18 tax for parking and lots are small and there is no gate. The staff was unfriendly and kept pronouncing my last name wrong (come on, it has just four letters!).
