There were roaches in my room and the front desk says they don’t have roaches. Somebody tried to get into my room at midnight and staring into my window, the bathtub had been painted and was chipping. There was no caulking around the bathtub, which is where the roaches were coming in and out, and the manager refuses to respond to correspondence requesting a partial refund. Oh and no soap

Some staff go out of their way to help whist some staff are rigid and unhelpful. Bath-tub in the room I was assigned to had a long-term stain and the bath gel container was empty (obviously not checked by house keeping staff)

Room was not clean at all , bedding was dirty with stain. The room was not updated. The reviews are not accurate and the whole property pictures are misleading.

It’s a great place to just stop by and stay the night when you need to. I felt safe and I just like mind my own business when I’m there.

the rooms were surprisingly up to date. staff was very nice. the TV didn't work and they sent someone up right away to try to fix. she couldn't get to work and they changed my room immediately.

The lighting condition was very poor. There was hardly two lights with very slight illumination. The restroom condition was terrible. They even forgot to keep towel in the room. I didn’t find towel. I will never ever return to this hotel and even scared to be in any RedRoof again.

Hair in sink...ceiling stucco falling off..no security as it appeared 2-3 guys selling weed from stairwell at end of building...the only good thing about the hotel was the sound of the door as I shut it to go checkout!!!

This property was a nightmare!!!! My room key was literally tossed to me without 1 word, such as the location of the room or elevator. The toilet was leaking so bad that the laminate tiles buckled and toilet water splashed each time you took a step. In addition, this hotel was apparently the local hookup spot. Noise all night long with guests coming and going. It was like trying to sleep at brothel! I absolutely would not stay here under any circumstances!

Dirty and stained sheets. The staff was friendly and I felt safe since they had security.

We were in Atlanta to visit family and chose this property because it was close to family. The front office person was nice and accommodating when I asked him for a first floor room. It was down hill from there. We got to the room and it was old and in disgraceful shape. The air conditioner was running, but coming loose from the wall. The tv didn’t work. One of the overheard bed lights didn’t work. You could tell the ceiling had been patched several times and still it was peeling. The door to the bathroom was partially missing. The caulk in the bathroom was peeling. The place was truly disgusting. We couldn’t stay there and canceled the room for a refund. The manager was nice enough to agree to the refund, even though our reservation was a non refundable booking.

normally an above average stay; this time the room lacked adequate heating/ cooling; the toilet flushed poorly ;the shower curtains were inadequate, creating spillage. the room had a distinct unpleasant odor.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had first off all I just moved to Atlanta to be closer to my son and my 2 jobs where set up before moving so i checked in this motel because it was convenient to both jobs and my son I stayed there for about a month while searching for an apartment but anyway my first day there as soon as I walk in my room about 11-12 at night about 5 minutes later a random guy knocked on my door i open the door and he started asking me questions saying a bro what u on im confused like wat do u mean and he just kept repeating that question so i closed the door and grabbed my firearm because i didnt feel safe about 3 days later i get of work at 6am get to my room open the door to find a naked white man on my bed like how the heck u get on my room and why are u naked so i made them change my room a day or two later im sitting in my room at the table but i got the door cracked to get some air in why some big head ahh black man stick his head in my door he almost got shot then about a week later im standing on the balcony smoking a blk some random guy walks up to me with a ski mask on and starts have a random conversation with me like he knew me at this point my hand is on my firearm obviously he was trying to hid from the cop that was patrolling to lot because he was acting suspicious when he seen him then he kept peeking in my room so i stepped in and shut to door why this mf knock on my door and ask to use my bathroom like no dude but that was my last straw

The only good thing was that it was down the street from the Children’s Hospital the air conditioner was nice The sheet was dirty the bath the tub was not very clean. Did not have any bath rags the floor was dirty. The refrigerator didn’t have shelves in the room, smelled like Pine-Sol and smoke

Parking was easy but the drink machine didn’t work and my ac didn’t keep the room cool. My water temperature was good though

relatively quiet, with convenient parking, it provides a decent stopover when visiting the Atlanta area.

Parking was fine. Room was okay. Didn’t realize there were two thermostats and the room was running 80 degrees from the heat and 62 degrees on the wall unit. Worst part of the stay was getting attacked by a dog on site as I was trying to walk my own dog. Yall need to update your pet policy fast.

They did not return my money that I put for the guarantee when I entered, which is $100. The hostess told me that after logging out, the amount will be returned, but two days have passed and the amount has not been refunded.

Dingy room with peeling paint and musty smell. Saw not 1 but 2 roaches . The shower curtain rack was bent like nobody’s business so you couldn’t even close the curtain at all. Bed spread had numeroussss holes and stains. Also the front desk girl was passed out in the chair when I went to go check out in the morning.

the convenience of location and parking ; and ease of wifi the room had stale odor; no lamp for computer work no fridge, no amenities; there were significant scratches on furniture that could have been attributed to any guest they chose to blame. The Tv had very little options.

Parking was easy and secure, check in was a smooth process. Everything worked correctly in the room.

nothing much was good about this place at all. I was told I'd get a partial refund and have never received it. The room was awful. The service was awful. The door wouldn't lock properly. The bathroom was dirty. It was pretty much all terrible. Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The A/C unit clicked all night, even when it was off. Doors were damaged. Bed was uncomfortable. Terrible service. All around bad.

The room was most definitely neglected. I checked out faster than I checked in. The room had semen stains and towels with blood or feces on it just sitting on the shelf. I was scared to even bring my stuff into the room. The front desk lady was very nice about it but I refuse to stay at hotel guys have turned into an adult playground for sex. Hotel was in a great part of Atlanta but some shady people stay there and the room was subpar I didn’t even stay the whole night I left after 6 hrs because I felt u comfortable and unsafe being there by myself

Booked this room for a quick place to sleep after a late flight arrival to help my son move into his new place over the weekend. I quickly realized my mistake when check in was through a small window on the side of the building. The agent at check in was kind and provided an unexpected box of snacks. We thought it can’t be so bad. Walking to our room, it smelled like weed all around the property. When we got into our room it smelled of weed and air freshener. Everything in the room was run down and the room was tiny. The TV remote did not work. The cabinets were peeling and falling off the hinges. This place should not be advertised on Expedia at all as a recommended place to stay. The final straw was when we pulled the sheets back to finally get some sleep, the sheets were all stained. I reached out to Expedia via chat and the agent that helped me was trying to help but ultimately ended up cancelling my entire reservation as opposed to giving us the option to stay that night- since it was already late and then refunding the next night. So at 1am we packed up our stuff and found another hotel down the street that was 100x better than this place. The only good things were the staff at check in and the box of snacks. Zero stars for everything else. Please look elsewhere if you’re searching for a place to stay in this area.

Room was not cleaned, used mcdonald's box with ketchup smeared inside the drawer of the night stand. They weren't even trying to hide them, as all the drawer that opens were plain for me to see how disgusting they were. The furniture were awful, one of the drawer was bolted shut, and none of the other drawer were usable. Terrible odor coming from everything, including the bed. The bathroom floor has black mold behind the toilet. The shower rod was propped up by a butter knife.There was drug paraphernalia behind the sink crevice. The heater can't be adjusted and set the room temp to 78, and has a separate cooling fan but was extremely loud, i would imagine that this would be a more effective method of torture than loud music to guantanamo bay detainees. The microwave was an atrocity, never been cleaned and smelled like garbage when you open the door. The safe was broken. I asked the front desk and apparently there are no working saves on the property. Also there were constant stream of weird people walking up and down the hallway, peeking through the window. The cleaning carts drags on and the floor shakes along with it. some weird people were just trying to get into my room by pretending it's their room and trying get in. I had to get a replacement hotel, as this property is not safe.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The room was clean, but the shower flew off the shower as soon as I turned the water on and there was no way to fix it. That was the biggest inconvenience, but apart from that, the stay was just what I needed.

I called the front desk and the lady told me that she would call the police ON ME if I called again because they allegedly receive prank jokes. She said she would send security to walk by my door and she never did. I looked out my window waiting for someone to check. I was potentially going to be human trafficked and they didn’t care

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The pictures online looked lovely, then when we got there and could see close up, it wasn't lovely at all. No wonder I got such a cheap price! The bed was fine, no problems there. But the walls and ceiling had this weird textured wall covering that was peeling and in some areas, pieces were broken. We had 2 rooms: in my brother's room, he had an iron; my room didn't. There was no facial tissue. The alarm clock had a faceplate that had fallen off, so I couldn't tell am from pm and therefore couldn't use it. There were no literature or stickers anywhere to tell you about maid service; the rooms were never cleaned while we were there. There was no literature to tell you about anything. The bathroom had no fan. There were these ancient light fixtures on the walls that were no longer in use. You could understand why as they all looked like they literally burned out, like they had caught on fire. But I found out the reason for this. Several of the guests smoked weed on the balcony and gazebo daily! I booked this place because I thought it was a step up from a regular Red Roof Inn since it had PLUS in their name. I was wrong, there were no amenities different from a regular Red Roof.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The pictures online looked lovely, then when we got there and could see close up, it wasn't lovely at all. No wonder I got such a cheap price! The bed was fine, no problems there. But the walls and ceiling had this weird textured wall covering that was peeling and in some areas, pieces were broken. We had 2 rooms: in my brother's room, he had an iron; my room didn't. There was no facial tissue. The alarm clock had a faceplate that had fallen off, so I couldn't tell am from pm and therefore couldn't use it. There were no literature or stickers anywhere to tell you about maid service; the rooms were never cleaned while we were there. There was no literature to tell you about anything. The bathroom had no fan. There were these ancient light fixtures on the walls that were no longer in use. You could understand why as they all looked like they literally burned out, like they had caught on fire. It was extremely dirty. My room looked like it hadn’t been clean for the passed 3months.. I had to clean the chair myself before sitting on it. Definitely not coming back here.. although I will say the lady who checked me in at 1am was very nice & welcoming.

This hotels staff was very hostile after they assigned a room to me that had a severed cable wire. The television wasn't working and the attendant took two hours to rectify the mistake. In the end I was blamed for the mistake and had to endure rude inhospitable clerks.Very disappointed.

The pictures are a bit deceiving. For almost $100 i expecting a clean room. The covers were stained, bathroom dirty. We literally showered at my moms house because i didnt trust it. Also checking in the lady had an attitude. We paid online, all she had to do was check us in. We did feel safe however.

It was ok, unfortunately I was there when the hot water wasn’t working so taking cold showers in January was 😮‍💨

As soon as you open the door of room, the bleach smell is overwhelming. The sheets were extremely stained brown and yellow marks. No mirror on the room. Went to open a drawer, it completely fell apart. The bright lights on the parking lot made it impossible to sleep.we saw like 8 males dressed as hookers. But the worse part was someone was shot in the halls or near by room while we were there. The policy arrived and barricaded the stairs. The cleaning ladies take your dirty towels but they dont give you clean ones. You have to go down and get down. Overwhelming horrible hotel. I wish i could get my money back.

I was supposed to be there for 3 nights. I had to leave early. Had to switch rooms twice because of room issues. Property and the room were not clean. Property smelled like urine. I was only there because i had two doctors appointments but I couldnt do it after a while. By the time I was in my 3rd room in a day and half, I just booked another room at another place. I'm not going to add pictures because Im not petty, but be cautious. Came off more like a halfway house than a hotel

We could not stay there. It smelled really bad, no coffee maker or refrig. No couch, walls were dirty, drugies outside, did not feel safe. Totally run down. The bedding looked very worn and dirty, not fresh and inviting. The lady at front desk was rude to my boyfriend. I would rather sleep in my truck than here. They refused yo give me my money back. Looks nothing like what they post. Ratng 1 to 10, 10 being the best...I would say 0.

Room could use a paint job and some updating. The furniture (drawers) is old and worn. Room was clean, staff was friendly.

Zero recommendation, first of all the room they assigned us was in bad condition, the walls were damp, the smell of cigarettes never went away, the towels were dirty. In the early hours of the morning several dark-skinned people were knocking on my door and forcing the door, which is why I decided to leave the next day since I felt zero safe in that place and I requested a refund for such poor service. In the place they obviously sold drugs and practiced prostitution..

Other Red Roof Inn we stayed at was comfortable and clean. This particular Inn in Buckhead, GA was lousy! Room was not clean (stains in carpet) and bed sheets stained (was told it was from the bleach used but I don’t buy that excuse). The bed frame is not solid base and of course my cat get underneath it - unfortunately, it has lots of dust and junk underneath, can’t prevent my cat getting dirty under the bed). Heat in the room is not working, kept blowing cold air even though we had temperature set as high as 80F; They issued someone else key card to our room who tried to open our door; the deadbolt to the unit is broken (will not lock); Neighbours blaring their music at 3am; Room has a microwave but is not working as the cord was too short to reach the outlet; We had two double beds in our room and my mattress sag on the right side. Overall, it was not a good experience. Very disappointed.

The front desk was very friendly and professional. The security very respectful and professional.

Staff is a little ghetto, and you can clearly tell that they all stay on property and our close friends with some of the guests that stay there which makes for a little bit of a ghetto and unprofessional environment, considering the fact that I saw the manager and his tank top and boxers to go get ice rooms are overall clean, but they definitely need to switch out their linen a lot of them do you have nasty stains on them. The area is convenient outside of the hotel is surprisingly clean and quiet even though the police are always over there.

Overall not a bad place to stay. But the room was already damaged when I arrived. There was a big hole in the door to the bathroom, a hole in the wall, and a stain on the chair.

Nasty property stayed in multiple rooms and each one had some sort of blood or unsavory stains on the walla sheets and towels you can tell they use low quality washing detergent all of their towels still smell like dog zero amenities at this location and they have the audacity to be expensive

While the staff was nice that I interacted with, I did NOT feel like I got my money’s worth. The entire building is in desperate need of a price drop and a serious overhaul/renovation. Aside from the poor conditions of the room, there were several questionable individuals who resided there that seemed heavily under the influence of substances. Compared to the Red Roof locations I’ve previously stayed at, this “Red Roof Plus” looked and felt more like a Minus. I will not stay there again and would advise against you for your own safely and peace of mind.

One of the worst motels ever. Lubricant all over floor. Burn marks on carpet and AC, ceiling had water damage from unit above. Brown stains on bed and pillows. Filthy sticky carpet. Got a different room but it was basically the same. This red roof seemed unsafe. People up all night in the hallways. Don’t do it, stay somewhere else at all cost!!!
